Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a ceiling-embedded luminaire that uses a straight tube fluorescent lamp as a light source, and more particularly, an improved ceiling-embedded fixture that is connected to the fixture body and used to place the main body behind the ceiling. The present invention relates to a shape lighting apparatus.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The ceiling-embedded lighting fixture is arranged in an elongated box-shaped fixture main body having an open bottom surface, fixing brackets connected to several locations of the main body, for example, both ends in the longitudinal direction, and the lower side of the fixing brackets. And a reflector. The lighting device such as a discharge lamp stabilizer and electrical parts such as a terminal block are preliminarily built in the fixture main body that is suspended by the hanging bolts on the back of the ceiling. Other electrical components such as batteries, switches, and emergency lighting units are also built in. In addition, socket fittings to which lamp sockets are connected are respectively attached to both ends in the longitudinal direction of the appliance body.
[0003]
The fixing bracket is bent with respect to both the bracket main part connected to the instrument body, a pair of ceiling contact parts hooked on the lower surface of the hole edge of the fixture mounting hole of the ceiling, and both the bracket main part and the ceiling contact part. It has a pair of rising parts in which the two are continuously integrated, and each part is formed with the same width. The height position at the back of the ceiling of the appliance main body connected to the metal main part is determined by the rising part. The reflecting plate is attached by a decorative screw screwed into the main part of the metal fitting, and a straight tube fluorescent lamp is detachably connected to the lamp socket protruding into the reflecting plate.
[0004]
The fixture body of this type of ceiling-mounted lighting fixture and parts other than the various electrical components, that is, a plurality of fixing brackets, reflectors, socket mounting brackets, etc., are assembled around the fixture body at the fixture installation site. The apparatus is attached to the ceiling with this assembly. On the other hand, the space in the main body other than the portion where the electrical components in the instrument main body having an elongated box shape are arranged is a dead space.
[0005]
Therefore, when packaging a lighting fixture, the dead space is used to accommodate the socket mounting bracket and the fixing bracket in the fixture main body, and an example of such accommodation is shown in FIG. B) or FIGS. 10A and 10B. In these drawings, reference numeral 1 denotes an instrument body, 1a denotes a suspension bolt introduction hole, 1b denotes a power line lead-in hole, 2 denotes a fixture, 2a denotes a main part of the bracket, 2b denotes a ceiling contact part, 2c denotes a rising part, and 2d denotes an instrument. Engaging claws for connection to the main body 1, 3 is a socket mounting bracket, 4 is a lamp socket, 5 is a lighting device, and 6 is a terminal block.
[0006]
9A and 9B, the socket mounting bracket 3 to which the lamp socket 4 is mounted is accommodated in a dead space between the end plate 1c of the fixture body 1 and the suspension bolt introduction hole 1a. The fixing brackets 2 are arranged in the width direction of the instrument body 1 and are accommodated in a dead space between the terminal block 6 and the suspension bolt introduction hole 1a closer thereto. In this example, in order to arrange two fixing brackets 2 in the width direction as described above, a pair of ceiling contact portions 2c of these brackets 2 are supported by a wall 1d facing the open surface of the instrument body 1. In other words, it is stood and accommodated so that the rising portion 2c becomes a leg.
[0007]
In the examples of FIGS. 10A and 10B, the socket mounting bracket 3 is accommodated in the same manner as in the examples of FIGS. 9A and 9B, but the fixing bracket 2 is supported in such a manner that one side surface thereof is supported by the wall 1d. In other words, they are housed in a laid-down position. In this case, since the width of the fixture 2 occupies most of the height (depth) dimension of the instrument body 1, only one fixture 2 is accommodated in the instrument body 1 as described above, and the remaining fixture 2 is The instrument main body 1 is not accommodated.
[0008]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
As described above, conventionally, a space corresponding to the size of each fixing bracket 2 is required, and the fixing bracket 2 is accommodated in the instrument body 1.
[0009]
Therefore, in the housing example of FIGS. 9 (A) and 9 (B), depending on the height dimension of the rising portion 2c of the fixing bracket 2, as shown in FIG. The metal main part 2a is protruded. As a result, the tool body 1 must be packaged in consideration of the metal fitting main part 2a protruding from the tool body 1, so that a large packaging box is required and the packaging cost is high accordingly. There is.
[0010]
Similarly, in the housing example of FIGS. 10A and 10B, since only one fixing bracket 2 can be accommodated in the instrument body 1, individual packaging for other fixing brackets 2 that could not be accommodated is required. Accordingly, there is a problem that the packaging cost is high.
[0011]
Therefore, the problem to be solved by the present invention is to obtain a ceiling-embedded lighting device that can reduce the packaging cost of the device main body in which all the fixtures to be used are accommodated and reduce the packaging cost.
[0012]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention comprises an instrument body that is formed in an elongated box shape with an open bottom surface, is inserted into an instrument mounting hole that is opened in the ceiling, and is suspended by a suspension bolt on the back of the ceiling, and is coupled to the instrument body. And a pair of ceiling contact portions that are hooked on the lower surface of the hole edge of the fixture mounting hole, and are bent with respect to both of the metal fixture main portion and the ceiling contact portion so that the two are continuously integrated. It is premised on a ceiling-embedded lighting fixture that includes a plurality of fixing brackets having a portion and a reflector plate that covers and hides the fixture mounting hole and is disposed below the fixing fixture.
[0013]
And in order to solve the said subject, while invention of Claim 1 narrows the width | variety of the said ceiling contact part from the width | variety of the said metal fitting main part, 1 or more contact part through-holes which this contact part can penetrate are provided. A plurality of fixing brackets are combined by inserting one of the pair of ceiling contact portions into the contact portion through-hole of another fixing bracket and combining the plurality of fixing brackets. The instrument main body can be accommodated.
[0014]
According to the first aspect of the present invention, when a plurality of fixing brackets are accommodated in the instrument body, one of the pair of ceiling contact portions of a certain fixing bracket is connected to another fixing bracket combined with the certain fixing bracket. The plurality of fixing brackets can be combined so that the inner surfaces thereof face each other by shifting the positions in the longitudinal direction by being inserted into the contact portion through holes provided in the main portion. According to this combination state, the L-shaped portions formed by the rising portions and the ceiling contact portions of the plurality of fixing brackets are alternately arranged so that the combined width of the plurality of fixing brackets combined is substantially one. The height of one fixing bracket is substantially equal to the height of one fixing bracket, and the combined height of the plurality of fixing brackets combined is equal to the width of one fixing bracket. Therefore, in the packaging of the lighting fixture according to the present invention, all the fixtures used in this fixture are combined as described above, and one side thereof is in contact with the wall portion facing the open surface of the fixture body. Can be housed in the instrument body in a lying position. And since the said combined height is shorter than the height of an instrument main body, a part of some fixed metal fitting combined does not protrude from the open surface of an instrument main body in the said accommodation state.
[0015]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, a first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
[0016]
In FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, reference numeral 21 denotes a ceiling, and reference numeral 21 a denotes an instrument mounting hole opened in a part of the ceiling 21. The mounting hole 21a has an elongated rectangular shape corresponding to the length of the ceiling-embedded lighting fixture 22 described below. A plurality of, for example, two suspension bolts 23 are arranged on the back of the ceiling facing the instrument mounting hole 21a, and a washer 24 is fitted to the lower end portion of these bolts 23 and a nut 25 is screwed. By tightening the nut 25, the lighting fixture 22 is embedded and attached to the ceiling 21.
[0017]
As shown in FIG. 2, the lighting fixture 22 has a metal fixture body 31, a plurality of metal fixtures 32, and an open lower surface made of a metal, a non-metal such as a synthetic resin or paper, or a composite material thereof. And a straight tube type fluorescent lamp 34 as a light source.
[0018]
The appliance main body 31 has a long and narrow box structure with an open bottom surface. As shown in FIGS. 2 and 6, the appliance body 31 includes electrical components such as a lighting device 26 such as a discharge lamp ballast and a terminal block 27. Contained. Further, socket fittings 35 are respectively attached to both ends of the instrument body 31 in the longitudinal direction. Since the lighting fixture 22 according to the first embodiment is for two lamps, it has a pair of socket holder portions 35a protruding substantially horizontally from the lower ends of the side walls 31a of the fixture body 31 outward in the width direction. The two-lamp socket mounting bracket 35 is used. A lamp socket 36 to which the lamp 34 is detachably mounted is attached to each of the socket holder portions 35a so as to protrude downward. The height dimension of the lamp socket 36 is shorter than the width dimension of the instrument body 31.
[0019]
The opposing side walls 31a of the instrument body 31 are respectively formed with connecting holes 38 formed of vertically long slits located at both ends in the longitudinal direction. Further, the upper wall 31b facing the opened lower surface of the instrument body 31 is provided with suspension bolt introduction holes 39 located at both ends in the longitudinal direction. Further, reference numeral 40 in FIG. 6 denotes a power line drawing hole formed in the upper wall 31b.
[0020]
As shown in FIGS. 3 to 5 and the like, the pair of fixing metal fittings 32 made of a galvanized iron plate or the like has a metal fitting main part 41, a pair of ceiling contact parts 42, and a pair of rising parts 43.
[0021]
The metal fitting main part 41 has a reinforcing flange 41a formed by bending both side edges in the width direction upward, and a plurality of screw holes 44 serving as screw receivers are provided at a plate part between the pair of flanges 41a. In addition, for example, two contact portion through holes 45 are provided. Both contact portion through-holes 45 are formed of rectangular holes or the like, and are formed, for example, at both end portions of the metal fitting main portion 41 that are close to the rising portion 43 side.
[0022]
A pair of engaging claws 46 are formed in the central portion of the reinforcing flange 41a, and the pair of engaging claws 46 formed on the same reinforcing flange 41a face in opposite directions so that their toes are not opposed to each other. Is provided. The fixture 32 is connected to the longitudinal end of the instrument body 31 through these engaging claws 46. Specifically, by inserting the toe portions of the respective engaging claws 46 into the connecting holes 38 from the inside of the instrument main body 31 and hooking the engaging claws 46 in the connecting holes 38, the fixing bracket 32 is fixed to the instrument main body 32. 31 is connected to the instrument body 31 across the width direction. The engagement between the connecting hole 38 and the engaging claw 46 is performed by once elastically deforming the side wall 31a so as to widen the space between the side walls 31a of the instrument body 31.
[0023]
The pair of ceiling contact portions 42 is provided in parallel with the plate portion of the metal fitting main portion 41 and is hooked on the lower surface of the hole edge facing the width direction of the appliance mounting hole 21a. The pair of rising portions 43 are provided integrally and continuously with the metal fitting main portion 41 and the ceiling contact portion 42. The distance between these rising parts 43, in other words, the length of the metal fitting main part 41 is slightly shorter than the opening width of the instrument mounting hole 21a.
[0024]
As shown in FIG. 3C, the width of the rising portion 43 is narrower toward the ceiling contact portion 42 side, and the width A of the ceiling contact portion 42 is also equal to the minimum width of the rising portion 43. And the ceiling contact part 42 is formed in the magnitude | size which can insert the said contact part through-hole 45. As shown in FIG. Accordingly, the width B of the metal fitting main part 41 is the maximum width of the fixed metal fitting 32, and this width B is the dimension from the open surface of the appliance body 31 to the upper wall 31b, that is, the height (depth) of the appliance body 31. A) Shorter than the dimension.
[0025]
The height dimension of the rising portion 42 that determines the height position of the instrument body 31 behind the ceiling is shorter than the dimension between the side walls 31 a of the instrument body 31, in other words, the width of the instrument body 31. Further, a portion of the rising portion 43 on the side of the metal fitting main portion 41 from the stepped portion 43 a on the ceiling contact portion 42 side is formed wider than the contact portion through hole 45 so that the contact portion through hole 45 cannot be inserted. Thereby, the step portion 43a is used as a stopper for determining the insertion depth of the ceiling contact portion 42 into the contact portion through hole 45 when the fixing brackets 32 are combined, and a plurality of fixing portions combined by the stopper action are used. The maximum combined width of the metal fittings 32 is set to be equal to or less than the width of the instrument main body 31. 2 to 5, reference numeral 47 denotes a reinforcing bead that extends from the longitudinal end of the metal fitting main part 41 to the ceiling contact part 42 through the rising part 43.
[0026]
The lower open-type reflecting plate 33 has an overhanging opening edge 33a covering the hole edge of the instrument mounting hole 21a from the lower side at the opening edge. Both side reflection walls extending in the longitudinal direction of the reflection plate 33 are inclined. Socket through holes (not shown) are formed at both ends in the longitudinal direction of the ceiling reflecting wall of the reflecting plate 33, and the lamp sockets 36 are inserted into these through holes from above. Further, screw reflection holes (not shown) are provided in the ceiling reflection wall of the reflection plate 33, and the decorative screw 48 that passes through these screw passage holes upward is screwed into the screw holes 44 and reflected on the reflection plate 33. Is attached to the fixture 32.
[0027]
The ceiling-embedded lighting fixture 22 having the above-described configuration is mounted by being embedded in the ceiling 21 in the following procedure. First, in a state where the fixtures 32 are connected to both longitudinal ends of the fixture body 31, the fixtures are mounted until the pair of ceiling contact portions 42 of the fixtures 32 contact the lower surface of the edge of the fixture attachment hole 21 a of the ceiling 21. The main body 31 is inserted into the ceiling mounting hole 21a, and at that time, the lower end portions of the suspension bolts 23 on the back of the ceiling are respectively introduced into the suspension bolt introduction holes 39 of the upper wall 31b of the instrument body 31. Next, by fitting the washer 24 to the lower end portion of the suspension bolt 23 in the instrument body 31 and screwing the nut 25 up and tightening, the ceiling contact portion 42 is strongly attached to the lower surface of the edge of the instrument attachment hole 21a. The instrument body 31 is suspended by two suspension bolts 23 while being in close contact. Thereafter, an open bottom reflective plate 33 is inserted into the instrument mounting hole 21 a, and the reflective plate 33 is disposed below the fixing bracket 32. Next, the decorative plate 48 is passed through the reflecting plate 33 and these screws 48 are screwed into the screw holes 44 of the fixing bracket 32, thereby covering the instrument mounting hole 21 a and the edge of the hole and attaching the reflecting plate 33. Finally, the straight tube type fluorescent lamp 34 is attached to the lamp socket 36 disposed in the reflecting plate 33 through the socket through hole with the mounting of the reflecting plate 33. The lighting fixture 22 is embedded and attached to the ceiling 21 by the above procedure.
[0028]
By the way, the two socket mounting brackets 35 and the two fixing brackets 32 are accommodated in the fixture main body 31 so as to be able to be taken out using the dead space in the fixture main body 31 in the packaging of the lighting fixture 22 having the above-described configuration.
[0029]
That is, as shown in FIG. 6, the socket mounting bracket 35 to which the lamp socket 36 is mounted is accommodated in the space between the end plate of the instrument body 31 and the suspension bolt introduction hole 39. Further, the two fixing brackets 32 are combined with each other as shown in FIG. 5 and are accommodated in a space between the terminal block 27 and the suspension bolt introduction hole 39 closer thereto.
[0030]
In order to combine the two fixing brackets 32, one of the pair of ceiling contact portions 42 of one fixing bracket 32 is provided on the other fixing bracket 32 while the inner surfaces thereof face each other. The other ceiling contact portion 42 is disposed outside the other fixing bracket 32 while being inserted into one of the contact portion through holes 45. At this time, similarly, one of the pair of ceiling contact portions 42 of the other fixing bracket 32 is inserted into one of the two contact portion through holes 45 provided in the one fixing bracket 32. The other ceiling contact portion 42 is disposed outside the one fixing bracket 32.
[0031]
The state of the two fixing brackets 32 combined so as to hold each other in this manner is shown in FIG. In this combined state, the L-shaped portions formed by the rising portions 43 and the ceiling contact portions 42 of the two fixing brackets 32 are arranged in substantially parallel so as to alternately enter, so that the two fixing brackets combined together The combined width W of 32 is substantially equal to the height h of one fixing bracket 32, and the combined height H of the two fixing brackets 32 combined is the maximum width B of one fixing bracket 32. be equivalent to. The combined length L is shorter than the dimension in which the two fixing brackets 32 are arranged in the longitudinal direction according to the length of the two fixing brackets 32 facing each other. Moreover, according to the configuration in which the contact portion through hole 45 is provided at the longitudinal end of the metal fitting main portion 41 as in this embodiment, the two metal fittings 32 are opposed to each other by occupying most of the metal fitting main portion 41. Therefore, the combination length L can be considerably shortened, and it is excellent in that it can be accommodated in the instrument body 31 without requiring a large space.
[0032]
And two fixtures 32 combined as described above with respect to the instrument body 31 arranged with the posture where the open surface faces upward, has one side surface supported by the upper wall 31b of the instrument body 31. It is housed in the space in the instrument body 31 in a lying position. This accommodation state is shown by a two-dot chain line in FIG. 5 and FIG. In this housing, when the combination width W is slightly larger than the width of the instrument main body 31, both side walls 31a of the instrument main body 31 are flexibly deformed as shown by a two-dot chain line in FIG. The main body 31 is made of a thin sheet metal and the side wall 31a is long, which is easy.), And the two fixing brackets 32 combined can be accommodated in the instrument main body 31. And in accommodating in this way, it is excellent at the point which can position two fixing brackets accommodated with the elastic force of the both-sides wall 31a of the instrument main body 31 in a predetermined accommodation position.
[0033]
In the housing state, the combined height H of the two fixing brackets 32 combined as described above is equal to the maximum width B of one fixing bracket 32, and this width B is based on the height dimension of the instrument body 31. Therefore, after all, a part of the two fixed metal fittings 32 that are accommodated does not protrude from the open surface of the instrument body 31. Therefore, it is not necessary to use a packaging box having a size in consideration of the protrusion, and a packaging box (not shown) for packaging the instrument main body 31 containing the fixing bracket 32 and the like as described above (an example of an individual packaging box is shown in FIG. 6). A small one with a low height can be used for K (indicated by the middle two-dot chain line). Further, as described above, since all the fixtures 32 included in the lighting fixture 22 according to the first embodiment can be accommodated in the dead space in the fixture main body 31, the fixtures 32 that cannot be accommodated individually are individually stored. The trouble of packaging and packaging materials can also be omitted. Therefore, for these reasons, the packaging cost can be reduced, and its practical effect is great.
[0034]
7 and 8 show a second embodiment of the present invention. Since the second embodiment basically has the same configuration as that of the first embodiment, the same reference numerals as those in the first embodiment are assigned to the same components, and the configuration and operation thereof are the same. The description is omitted, and different parts will be described below. The second embodiment is different from the first embodiment in the contact hole of the fixture.
[0035]
That is, in the second embodiment, the metal main part 41 of the fixing metal 32 is provided with a second contact part through hole 145 in addition to the pair of first contact part through holes 45. The pair of first contact portion through holes 45 are formed at both longitudinal ends of the metal fitting main portion 41, and the second contact portion through holes 145 are formed at the longitudinal center portion of the metal fitting main portion 41. The second contact portion through-hole 145 has a size obtained by combining two first contact portion through-holes 45, but may be formed by two adjacent holes instead. The configuration other than the above points is the same as that of the first embodiment, including a portion not shown.
[0036]
In the ceiling-embedded lighting fixture according to the second embodiment, not only the two fixing brackets 32 as in the first embodiment but also 3 Two or more fixing brackets can be combined with each other in a form that can be held in the instrument body 31.
[0037]
Next, a case where three fixing brackets 32 are combined will be described. First, one fixing bracket 32 of the other two fixing brackets is combined with one fixing bracket 32 as a reference. In that case, while the inner surfaces of the two fixing brackets 32 face each other, one of the pair of ceiling contact portions 42 of one fixing bracket 32 is connected to the second contact portion through-hole of the other fixing bracket 32. The other ceiling contact portion 42 is disposed outside the other fixing bracket 32 while being inserted through the 145. At this time, similarly, one of the pair of ceiling contact portions 42 of the other fixing bracket 32 is inserted into the second contact portion through-hole 145 provided in the one fixing bracket 32 and the other ceiling contact is also made. The portion 42 is disposed outside the one fixing bracket 32. The combined state is shown in FIG. Next, the remaining one fixing bracket 32 is combined with the one fixing bracket 32 based on the above-mentioned procedure in the same procedure as the combination procedure described above.
[0038]
And in packaging of the lighting fixture 22, it can accommodate in the dead space in the fixture main body 31 with the attitude | position which laid down the three fixing metal fittings 32 combined as mentioned above sideways. This accommodated state is shown by a two-dot chain line in FIG. 7 and FIG. Note that the ceiling-embedded lighting fixture 22 using three or more fixing brackets 32 uses a longer straight tube fluorescent lamp, and the length of the fixture body 31 is naturally long accordingly. Since the length of the dead space in 31 is also long, it can be accommodated in the instrument main body 31 in spite of the combination length L becoming longer according to the number of use of the fixing bracket 32. Therefore, also in the second embodiment, all of the plurality of fixing brackets 32 can be combined and accommodated in the instrument body 31 for packaging, so that the problem of the present invention can be solved.
[0039]
The present invention relates to a ceiling-mounted lighting fixture in which a reflector mounting bracket is attached to the fixture body, and a reflector arranged below the fixing bracket is attached via a screw that is screwed into the screw receiver. It can also be applied to. Further, the present invention can also be applied to a connection-type ceiling-embedded lighting fixture in which a plurality of fixture bodies are arranged in the longitudinal direction and the adjacent fixture bodies are connected to each other and installed on the ceiling.
[0040]
Furthermore, in the present invention, only one contact portion through-hole provided in the metal fitting main portion of the fixing metal fitting may be provided. In this case, at least one contact portion through-hole that can be inserted into the ceiling contact portion is provided as a longitudinal portion of the metal fitting main portion. It can be carried out by being provided at the center in the direction, the end in the longitudinal direction of the main part of the metal fitting, or an intermediate position thereof.
[0041]
【The invention's effect】
According to the invention described in claim 1 implemented in the form as described above, in the packaging of the lighting apparatus according to the present invention, all the fixtures provided in the lighting apparatus are shifted in the longitudinal direction. By combining the inner surfaces of the fixtures so that the inner surfaces thereof face each other, the assembled fixtures can be placed in a lying position and accommodated in the instrument body. Since all the fixtures used in this way can be accommodated in the instrument body, there is no need to individually wrap some of the fixtures, and part of the fixtures accommodated in the instrument body can be removed from the open surface of the instrument body. Therefore, it is possible to reduce the size of the packaging box for packaging the instrument main body containing the fixing bracket, and to reduce the packaging cost.
