本発明は、ガラス又はアクリル等の透明状の面材が装着された扉,窓等の枠において、簡易且つ効率的に組立作業を行うことができ、その仕上がりが極めて綺麗で良好であり、且つ強度的にも極めて優れたものにできる枠装置に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来より、食器棚,本棚,陳列棚等の種々の収納家具には、ガラス窓を備えた扉,窓が装着されている。この扉,窓は、金属型鋼が使用されることが多く、特にアルミ型鋼が多く使用される。ところでこの種の型鋼は、中空状でその内部には、リブ状部kが形成されている。該リブ状部kは、型鋼の長手方向に沿って形成されたもので、枠部材同士を連結する役目をなしている。そして、型鋼を何れの箇所で切断しても、そのリブ状部kの断面形状は同一である。具体的には、断面C形状のものが多く、ビス等の螺子部を容易にねじ込むことができ、且つビスのねじ込みとともにそのリブ状部kには内螺子が形成され、通常の螺子締め状態にすることができるようになっている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上述したように、枠部材に形成されたリブ状部kは、縦枠部材と横枠部材との接合に必要な部位である。すなわち、そのリブ状部kはビス等の固着具をねじ込むことにより、そのリブ状部kに内螺子を形成しつつ、締めつけることができる。これによって横枠部材と縦枠部材とをビス等の固着具によって接合固着することができるものである。

ところが、このリブ状部kは、図8(A)に示すように、枠部材である型鋼を所望の長さに切断するときや、或いは部分的に切除加工する場合には、その作業に対して極めて大きな抵抗となるおそれがある。特に部分的に切除する作業を行う場合で、リブ状部kのみを切除する作業は最も面倒な作業であり、且つ仕上がりも綺麗にすることは困難であり、たいていは、図8(B)に示すように、切除されたリブ状部kの跡は非常に粗いものとなる。

このように、部分的に切除する場合としては、横枠部材と縦枠部材との連結箇所において、いずれかの枠部材の長手方向端部にほぼ直角な隅角とした連結部を加工形成する場合がある。すなわち、枠部材の外側面を残して両側面及内側面を切除する場合に、前記外側面に残されているリブ状部kも完全に切除しなければならない。この処理を行わないと、縦枠部材と横枠部材との接合部分は、隙間の生じない整然とした精度の高い接合状態にすることはできない。

【課題を解決するための手段】
そこで、発明者は、上記課題を解決すべく、鋭意,研究を重ねた結果、本発明を、外側面,内側面及び両主側面からなり、その内部を中空とした縦枠本体部と,前記内側面に形成され面板材の縦方向端辺が挿入される縦支持溝とからなる縦枠部材と,外側面,内側面及び両主側面と,前記外側面の裏面に長手方向に沿って形成された扁平状の補強条とからなり,前記外側面のみを残して切除され,該外側面と主側面の端縁とのなす隅角を直角にすると共にその内部を中空とした横枠本体部と,前記内側面に形成され前記面板材の横方向端辺が挿入される横支持溝とからなる横枠部材とからなり、前記接合用外側面には、縦枠部材との接合用の接合用貫通孔が形成され、前記縦枠部材にのみ固着具のねじ込みが可能で且つ前記縦枠部材の長手方向に沿って形成された螺子受条が一体形成され、前記接合用貫通孔は、前記横枠部材と接合する縦枠部材の螺子受条の位置に対応してなる枠装置としたことにより、組立作業における加工が容易であり仕上がりが良好で、且つ強度にも優れたものとし上記課題を解決したものである。

【作用】

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明を図面に基づいて説明する。本発明の主なる構成は、図1,図2等に示すように、主に縦枠部材A,横枠部材B,固着具7及び面板材8等からなる。横枠部材B及び縦枠部材Aは、型鋼として形成されたものが好適である。具体的にはアルミ型鋼等のように軽量で且つ加工を行いやすいものがよい。縦枠部材Aは、枠装置の垂直方向の支持部材として使用される。また横枠部材Bは、枠装置の水平方向の支持部材として使用されるものである。
