[Industrial application fields]
The present invention relates to a jib crane for dismantling a climbing crane or the like installed on the roof of a building after constructing a high-rise building such as a building while climbing.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Among the construction methods for building high-rise buildings such as buildings, when building a building while performing floor climbing using a climbing crane described in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 55-24070 and Japanese Patent Publication No. 55-11111, This eliminates the need for a climbing crane installed on the roof of the building. For this reason, there is a method of dismantling a climbing crane by installing a large truck crane for dismantling on the ground around the building, but it may not be possible to secure an area for installing the crane on the ground outside the building. . Or the building may be too high to reach from a ground crane. In such a case, the climbing crane is disassembled according to the procedure shown in FIG. First, a new small crane for demolition is installed on the roof of the building using the installed climbing crane, and the climbing crane previously installed with this demolition crane is dismantled and removed. By repeating this work, the crane installed on the roof of the building was gradually made smaller, and finally the crane that could be demolished and removed by human power was lowered to the ground by the elevator of the building after demolition. However, when the capacity of the climbing crane is small, the number of dismantling cranes can be reduced. However, as the number of climbing cranes that perform construction increases in size as in recent years, the dismantling crane inevitably increases. The number increased, and the number of installations and dismantling was to increase.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In view of the circumstances as described above, the present invention reduces the number of cranes used for dismantling required to dismantle a climbing crane installed on the roof of a building after the construction of the building is completed. The purpose is to improve the efficiency of the work to remove from the roof of the building.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The frame can be divided into a main frame and a sub frame. A jib and a central rod are provided on the main frame side which is the front of the sub frame, and one end is engaged with the central rod at the rear of the sub frame. And a hoisting means for raising and lowering the jib and hoisting the suspended load. The main frame is provided with a compression rod having one end engaged with a central rod, and the root portion of the jib is located on the inner side of the frame. The compression rod and the main frame are detachable by the jib.

Further, by constructing the crane dismantling
As can be seen from the above description, two cranes with adjacent capacity can be structurally made into one crane, and a large capacity crane can be disassembled using its own jib, making it a smaller capacity crane, Moreover, the efficiency of the dismantling work can be improved by minimizing the number of parts to be dismantled.
[0008]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, if the crane of the present invention is used for dismantling the climbing crane installed on the roof of the building, the total number of dismantling cranes can be reduced and the dismantling work period can be shortened.
In addition, since both cranes before and after the disassembly work using their own jib can be used as ordinary cranes, the number of cranes owned can be reduced and the cranes can be used effectively. Furthermore, even if the installation location of the crane to be disassembled as shown in FIG. 5 is high due to the shape of the rooftop, the convenience of the disassembly procedure, etc., dismantling work can be performed by using a mast type climbing crane.
