BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention comprises a plug body fixed to a container mouth portion and an overcap attached to the plug body so as to be movable up and down, and so-called dispensing of liquid in a container with the overcap pulled up. It relates to a push-pull type composite cap.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The push-pull type cap can be set in a state in which the content liquid can be easily poured out with one hand or by mouth without removing it from the container. For example, it is attached to a squeeze bottle filled with various beverages. Is particularly widely used.
[0003]
As such a cap, for example, in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 64-45266, a cap element, a cap with an injection port movable with respect to the plug element, and a cap movement when it is removable from the cap and not removed. A spout device with a spout is disclosed for a container having a neck with a heat sealing lid, which has a security or impervious zone to prevent. In this stopper device, a

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the plug device is provided with the
In addition, this device has a problem that it is not suitable for the so-called aseptic filling method because the shapes of the plug element 4 and the cap 7 constituting the device are complicated. That is, the aseptic filling method generally sterilizes the liquid contents at a high temperature for a short time and then rapidly cools them, fills the liquid contents in a separately sterilized container, attaches the sterilized container lid, and seals it. It is to do. In this case, the sterilization treatment of the container and the container lid is performed by discharging the sterilization solution after the treatment with the sterilization solution and then washing with aseptic washing water. The above-described plug device has a complicated shape of components, and thus requires a large amount of washing water for removing the sterilizing liquid, and also has poor drainage, making it extremely unsuitable for aseptic filling.
[0007]
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a push-pull type composite cap having an extremely simple structure, excellent in manufacturing cost and aseptic filling, and capable of stably dispensing the liquid in the container. is there.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
According to the present invention, in a composite cap comprising a stopper fixed to the container mouth and an overcap attached to the stopper so as to move up and down, the stopper is engaged and fixed to the outer periphery of the container mouth. And a ceiling wall that closes the upper end of the cylindrical side wall, and a score is formed on the ceiling wall. An upstanding annular wall having a protrusion is formed so as to surround the score, and the overcap is suspended from the top surface and a peripheral edge of the top surface and extends along the outer peripheral portion of the upstanding annular wall And a band provided at the lower end portion of the skirt portion via a weakening portion, and an inward protrusion engaged with the lower side of the overcap locking protrusion is formed on the upper portion of the band. Formed on the lower inner surface of the skirt. A darcut is formed, the top surface is formed with at least one spout at a position corresponding to the upper end of the upright annular wall, and the score is broken inside the top surface. with breaking projections are provided extending downward, depressing the overcap removed the bands, said skirt portion the lower end of the undercut over the projection for overcap locking, a further overcap in this state When pushed down, the breaking protrusion breaks through the score of the ceiling wall of the plug body, and when the overcap reaches the lowermost position, the top spout is closed by the upper end of the upright annular wall, and the overcap from the lowermost position. As the cap is pulled up, the undercut comes into contact with the lower side of the overcap locking projection, and the cap rises further. Is regulated, in the uppermost position, the spout at the lower end of the open and the breaking projections are designed to be located below the upper surface of the plug top wall, said top annular ring inward An outer space of the annular ring communicates with the spout, and the upright annular wall is in close contact with an outer surface of the annular ring and can move up and down in the outer space. A composite cap is provided.
[0009]
According to the present invention, in the state where the liquid in the container is being poured out, the lower end portion of the breaking protrusion provided in the overcap is held in a state positioned below the upper surface of the plug body ceiling wall. Has been. Therefore, the ceiling wall residue that is in a suspended state due to score breakage due to the breaking protrusion does not return to the original position (that is, the horizontal state) even when the content liquid is being poured out. Blocking of the dispensing flow path is effectively prevented, and stable dispensing can be performed.
The composite cap of the present invention is advantageous in terms of manufacturing cost because the component parts are only two members, that is, a plug body and an overcap, and the work of attaching the cap to the container mouth is easy.
Moreover, the breaking projection for breaking the score is provided integrally with the overcap without using any special means such as hinge coupling. Therefore, the shape of the overcap as well as the stopper is not complicated, and it is extremely suitable for the aseptic filling method. That is, in these members, since grooves for forming a liquid pool are hardly formed, the amount of washing water used for removing the sterilizing liquid may be as small as possible during the sterilizing process, and drainage may be performed. Since it is favorable, cleaning can be performed in a short time.

It is because it hangs down smoothly and a pouring path for the content liquid is formed. The shape of the ring-shaped score 10b is preferably a polygonal shape, but can also be a circular shape.
Further, the above-described scores 10a and 10b can be formed on the lower surface of the

【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, the content liquid pouring flow path is not blocked by the ceiling wall residue formed by score breakage, and a constant flow path is always secured. It can be performed stably.
Further, since the component parts are only two members, that is, a stopper and an overcap, it is advantageous in terms of manufacturing cost and mounting work on the container mouth.
Further, the shape of the constituent members is not complicated, and since almost no groove for forming a liquid pool is formed in these members, sterilization can be easily performed, and it is extremely suitable for aseptic filling.
[Brief description of the drawings]
