本発明は、各種の魚介類を市場等に出荷する時の海水の処理水として使用するもので、濾過装置に濾過槽と殺菌槽と貯水槽とを一体的に構成して、全体を小型化すると共に水槽に給水し、且つ設備を簡略にして掃除等を容易にした魚介類の出荷に使用する海水の濾過槽一体形殺菌装置に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来、この種の圧力濾過装置と殺菌装置との関係は第4図に示す如く、圧力濾過装置(25)に取水ポンプ(27)によって海水(28)を圧力濾過装置(25)に送り、送られた濾過海水は、別個に装設した殺菌装置(26)に送水され、その後殺菌された海水は、送出管(29)によって魚介類の水槽等に給水されるものが知られている。また、処理水量が多くなると濾過装置を数台設置しなければならず、従って、配管等が多くなり構造が複雑で、圧力式のため、メンテナンス等も容易でないことが知られている。

【発明が解決しよとうする課題】
上記従来の技術で述べたものにおいては、圧力濾過装置(25)と別個に連通して殺菌装置(26)を装設してあるので、複雑な配管ロスと設置場所を必要とする経済的な問題点がある。また、外部に設置した殺菌装置(26)が故障等が生じた場合には、圧力濾過装置(25)を停止し海水の循環も同時に止めると云う重要な問題点がある。
本発明は、従来の問題点に鑑みてなされたものであり、その目的とする所は、余分な配管の設備が不要であるため非常にシンプルとなると共に、殺菌装置は、殺菌槽に差込式であるから、紫外線ランプ交換、石英管の掃除等が容易にでき、且つ循環操作を停止することなく殺菌を継続して使用できる濾過槽一体形殺菌装置を提供しようとするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するために、本発明によれば、濾過装置本体の濾過槽には、隣接して底部より流水する殺菌槽を装設する。該殺菌槽には、石英管と紫外線ランプを有する殺菌装置を差込式に縦設する。また、該殺菌槽には、隔壁を設けて上流より溢流する貯水槽を隣接してある。更に、貯水槽には、送水ポンプによって殺菌送水管を経て各種の魚介類の処理水として直接水槽に海水を供給するものである。

【実施例】
本発明の実施例を図面について説明すると、濾過装置本体(1)には、端部より濾過槽(5)と殺菌槽(2)及び貯水槽(3)とを平坦状に一体形に構成してある。該濾過装置本体(1)の該濾過槽(5)には、濾過材の下部に設けた多孔板(7)を介在して下方に洗浄装置(6)を装設してある。また、該濾過槽(5)には、底部より浸入する殺菌槽(2)を隣接してある。該殺菌槽(2)には、隔壁(4)を設けた内部に石英管(9)と紫外線ランプ(10)とより構成された殺菌装置(8)を縦設してある。該殺菌槽(2)には、外部に設けたエアーポンプ(31)よりのエアー管(32)によって内部にエアーを注入すると共に、エアー管(32)によって該貯水槽(3)にもエアーを注入することもできる。

該殺菌槽(2)には、該隔壁(4)の上部より溢流する貯水槽(3)を隣接してある。該貯水槽(3)の下方には、殺菌された海水を自動運動する送水ポンプ(11)の駆動により作動する定量バルブ(19)より送水管(20)に連通される。該送水管(20)には、数個の給水バルブ(21)(21)…を設けて各種の魚介類に処理水として各水槽(22)(22)…に供給するものである。

【作用】
本発明は、上記の如き構成からなり、図1に示すものは、濾過槽一体形殺菌装置の全体の構成を示したものであり、海水(13)を取水ポンプ(12)の作動により海水送通管(14)、定量バルブ(15)及びバルブ(23)を得て濾過槽(5)に注入する。この濾過槽(5)の海水は濾過されながら、下降し、底部より隣接している殺菌槽(2)に浸入し、点灯装置(30)の操作により殺菌装置(8)の作動により殺菌される。該殺菌槽(2)では、内部にエアーポンプ(31)により注入されたエアーで撹拌殺菌された海水は上昇により溢出して貯水槽(3)内に流下し、内部の殺菌された海水がエアー等の撹拌と一定水温となった状態で、下方に位置する送水ポンプ(11)の駆動により定量バルブ(19)、送水管(20)を通水し、該送水管(20)より数個の給水バルブ(21)(21)…の開閉によって自動的に運転され魚介類の処理水として各種の水槽(22)(22)…に供給するものである。符号(24)は、バルブ(23)の開閉によるオーバーフローを示すものである。

【発明の効果】
本発明は、以上の如き構成からなるので、従来の海水の濾過殺菌装置の如く、圧力濾過装置と殺菌装置を別個に設置したものと比較して、圧力式のメンテナンスが不要となると共に、濾過の処理量が多量になっても濾過器を複数個にする心配もなく、且つ配管等も複雑となる欠点を解決できる効果がある。そして、該濾過槽には、外部に設けた取水ポンプによって、常時、新鮮な海水を供給できると云う衛生的な効果と、濾過装置本体に濾過槽、殺菌槽及び貯水槽とを一体形にしたので、全体が小型化できると共に、別体のものより価格が大変安価となり、非常に経済的となる効果がある。また、本発明は、全体を重力式の作動工程としたので、圧力式のものと比較してトラブル等の発生する憂いがない効果がある。更に、該殺菌槽の内部に石英管と紫外線ランプを有する殺菌装置を縦設して設けたので、海水の循環を停止することなくランプの交換、石英管の掃除等が差込式となるので非常に容易に出来る効果がある。また、貯水槽には、下部に設けた送水ポンプによって殺菌された海水を多数の水槽に供給できる効果もある。
