【実施例】
図1〜図5に本発明の1例について説明する。図1は筆記体2が収納されている状態を示す部分縦断面図である。軸筒1には弾発部材7を介して後方(図中上側)に移動不能にシール筒部3が段部で係止されセットされている。そのシール筒部3の後方内面には、樹脂材質から形成された筆記体2の前方の外壁と密閉を保つための内方リブが形成されている。また、シール蓋4には、3本の細線部5が放射状にしかも等間隔(120度間隔)な位置に一体に形成されている。その細線部5の後端はガイド筒6に固定され弾発部材7の付勢により、前記シール蓋4を後方に押し当て、そのシール蓋4とシール筒部3との密閉が保たれている。

次に、前記シール筒部3について詳述する。シール筒部3の内面後方には、断面が半円弧状のシール部3aが環状に形成されている。このシール部3aは、上下の2段に形成されており、前記筆記体2の前方部材2aと液密摺動する部分となっている。即ち、シール筒部3の内空間部3bとその外側とを遮断する部分となっているが、相対的に摺動が可能なものとなっている。具体的には、シール筒部3が軸筒1に固定されている為、筆記体2(前方部材2a)がシール筒部3に対して摺動する。又、その内空間部3bの内径は、前記筆記体2の筆記部10の外径とほぼ同様な外径を有している。内空間部3bを極力小さくすることによって、筆記部10の乾燥は基より、筆記部10からのインキの乾燥をも防止しているのである。しかし、その筆記部10に対応する内空間部3bの位置には、大径部3cが形成されている。筆記部10に付着しているインキの内空間部3bに対する転写を防止すると共に、毛細管現象による前記シール部3aへのインキの回り込みを防止しているのである。大径部と言っても毛細管現象が働かない程度の大径部となっており、具体的には、他の部分よりも直径にして0.8mm程度大きな内径となっているが、0.6mm〜1.0mm程度であるならば同様な効果をなす。
