【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところで、前記従来の構成にあっては、先端筆記部近傍のシール筒の先端小径部の内径と筆記体の小径部の外径がほぼ同径となっている。よって、シール筒と筆記体とのシール(密閉)は、空気孔よりも後方に配置されたシール体によってなされ、そのシール体の部分がシール筒と筆記体との摺動部分となっているが、前述のように、先端筆記部が位置するシール筒の先端小径部の内径と筆記体の小径部の外径がほぼ同径となっている為、その部分でも摺動してしまっている。つまり、先端筆記部の近傍でもシール筒と筆記体との摺動動作が行われているのである。よって、前記先端筆記部に付着したインキが毛細管現象などによって、前記の摺動部分に回り込んでしまう危険性が高く、その結果、回り込んだインキの固化などによって筆記部の乾燥を促進させてしまったり、摺動不良、即ち、筆記体の前後動(出没)不良を起こしてしまう危険性もあった。

【実施例】
図1〜図5に本発明の1例について説明する。図1は筆記体2が収納されている状態を示す部分縦断面図である。軸筒1には弾発部材7を介して後方(図中上側)に移動不能にシール筒部3が段部で係止されセットされている。そのシール筒部3の後方内面には、樹脂材質から形成された筆記体2の前方の外壁と密閉を保つための内方リブが形成されている。また、シール蓋4には、3本の細線部5が放射状にしかも等間隔(120度間隔)な位置に一体に形成されている。その細線部5の後端はガイド筒6に固定され弾発部材7の付勢により、前記シール蓋4を後方に押し当て、そのシール蓋4とシール筒部3との密閉が保たれている。
軸筒1の先端部は筆記体2の先端が出没可能に摺動する先端開口穴が設けられ、後端は筆記体2を形成する後方部材(尾栓)2bを摺動可能に配置できる後端開口穴が設けられている。また、軸筒1の側面には摺動駒9が長手方向に摺動可能で、先端方向に係止部1bを形成した案内溝1aが形成されている。その案内溝1aの後方は軸筒1の後端開口部と連接されず、案内溝1aは軸筒1の側面で閉じた窓部を形成している。即ち、案内溝1aの先端と後端(後端部1c)は、閉塞されているのである。また、案内溝1aの後端部1cは、筆記体2が軸筒1に収納されているときの摺動駒9の係止部ともなり得る。更に、その後端部1cからは、円周方向に規制溝1iが形成されている。不使用時、この規制溝1iに凹状の傾斜部9eを位置させておくことによって、不慮の出没動作を防止しているのである。尚、規制溝1iの内面には下方に向けて突起1jが形成されており、後述する基部9bの凹状の傾斜部9eが係合し得るようになっている。即ち、摺動駒9が軸筒1に対して不用意に回転しないようになっているのである。

次に、前記シール筒部3について詳述する。シール筒部3の内面後方には、断面が半円弧状のシール部3aが環状に形成されている。このシール部3aは、上下の2段に形成されており、前記筆記体2の前方部材2aと液密摺動する部分となっている。即ち、シール筒部3の内空間部3bとその外側とを遮断する部分となっているが、相対的に摺動が可能なものとなっている。具体的には、シール筒部3が軸筒1に固定されている為、筆記体2(前方部材2a)がシール筒部3に対して摺動する。又、その内空間部3bの内径は、前記筆記体2の筆記部10の外径とほぼ同様な外径を有している。内空間部3bを極力小さくすることによって、筆記部10の乾燥は基より、筆記部10からのインキの乾燥をも防止しているのである。しかし、その筆記部10に対応する内空間部3bの位置には、大径部3cが形成されている。筆記部10に付着しているインキの内空間部3bに対する転写を防止すると共に、毛細管現象による前記シール部3aへのインキの回り込みを防止しているのである。大径部と言っても毛細管現象が働かない程度の大径部となっており、具体的には、他の部分よりも直径にして0.8mm程度大きな内径となっているが、0.6mm〜1.0mm程度であるならば同様な効果をなす。

前記摺動駒9は、軸筒1の外側に釦部9aと案内溝1a内を摺動係止する基部9bと軸筒1の内側で筆記体2を抱設する内方部9cとからなる。図1では、摺動駒9の基部9bの後方が案内溝1aの後端部1cに当接あるいは僅かな隙間をもって配置されている。

図4は、図1のA−A断面矢視図であり、摺動駒9の内方部9cが筆記体2を抱設し、摺動駒9が略長手軸を中心に回転可能に配置されている。具体的に説明すると、筆記体前方部材2aと筆記体後方部材2bとは螺合よって着脱自在に連結・固定されており、その螺合部分に前記内方部9cが緩着されている。即ち、内方部9cは、筆記体前方部材2aと筆記体後方部材2bとによって挟み込まれた状態で筆記体2と一体化しているのである。また、前記筆記体前方部材2aと筆記体後方部材2bは、螺合によって連結されており、その螺合構造の前方部が気密構造部となっている。具体的には、筆記体前方部材2aの内面に形成されている円周リブが、筆記体後方部材2bに形成されている平面部2fに接触し、互いが圧接・変形し密着する気密構造となっている。これによって、後述するインキ吸蔵体のインキが、前記気密構造部から蒸発しない、或いは、極めて蒸発しにくい螺合構造となっている。
