Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a capless writing instrument that prevents ink at the nib from drying.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, in various writing tools such as water-based and oil-based marking pens, water-based ballpoint pens and fountain pens, a cap for sealing the tip opening of the shaft tube is used to prevent the ink at the tip of the pen from drying out. Provided.
[0003]
On the other hand, in order to avoid the trouble of attaching and detaching the cap, many so-called capless writing instruments having a mechanism for closing the tip opening of the shaft cylinder without providing a cap have been proposed.
[0004]
As a configuration for closing the tip opening of the shaft cylinder, a pen tip portion is arranged at the tip end portion of the tip shaft disposed at the tip end portion in the shaft cylinder as in a capless writing instrument described in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 58-89394. A hermetically sealed sealing member is tightly fitted and fixed so that the front end of the tightly fitting member is opened and closed in accordance with the movement of the front shaft, and a capless writing instrument described in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 1-281999. As described above, there is one in which sealing means for opening and closing the tip side of the seal chamber in which the pen tip of the writing unit is accommodated is formed inside the tip of the shaft tube.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in each of the above conventional capless writing instruments, a complicated mechanism for closing the tip opening is arranged in a narrow shaft cylinder, which causes the assembly work to be complicated and costly.
[0006]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a capless writing instrument that can close the end opening of the shaft tube with an inexpensive and simple configuration and that can be easily assembled in a short time.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention provides a capless slidably accommodated in the shaft tube so that a writing portion having a tip formed at the tip can move the pen tip into and out of the shaft tube through the opening of the tip of the shaft tube. In the writing instrument, a pen-tip insertion / extraction slit that is elastically opened / closed by insertion / extraction of the pen tip that moves in and out of the shaft cylinder through the tip opening is formed in an opening closing band for closing the tip opening. The opening closing band has a configuration in which the pen tip insertion / extraction slit is arranged at the tip of the shaft cylinder with the tip opening facing the tip opening.
Thus, when the pen tip is moved into the shaft tube, the tip opening of the shaft tube can be closed by the opening closing band, and when the pen tip is moved out of the shaft tube, the pen tip is inserted / extracted. Since the slit is opened by inserting the pen tip into the slit, the opening obstruction band does not get in the way.
[0008]
In the above, the structure which integrally formed the opening obstruction | occlusion belt | band | zone with elastic materials, such as rubber | gum, is preferable.
[0009]
In the above, if a band fixing member for fixing the opening closing band is provided at the tip of the shaft tube, the opening blocking band can be easily attached to the shaft tube tip.
[0010]
In the above, when the engaging portions that engage with each other are formed in the opening closing band and the band fixing member, the opening closing band can be attached to the tip of the shaft cylinder more easily.
[0011]
In the above, the pen-tip insertion / extraction slit can be formed so as to be closed only when the opening closing band is pulled in the length direction thereof.
[0012]
In the above, the opening obstruction | occlusion band can be integrally formed in the cylindrical support body for installing in the front-end | tip part of a shaft cylinder.
[0013]
In the above, if a convex portion or a concave portion extending in the moving direction of the pen tip is formed on the outer peripheral surface portion of the pen tip that is in sliding contact with the pen tip insertion / extraction slit, the sliding contact resistance with the pen tip insertion / extraction slit can be reduced.
[0014]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 shows a capless writing instrument according to an embodiment of the present invention, and is a cross-sectional view of a state in which the pen tip is moved into the shaft cylinder, and FIG. 2 is a state in which the pen tip is moved out of the shaft tube. Sectional drawing and FIG. 3 have shown the band fixing member, (A) is the side view, (B) is the front view , FIG. 4 is the front view of an opening obstruction | occlusion band .

As shown in FIG. 3, the band fixing member 2 is formed in a substantially truncated cone shape that comes into contact with the inner peripheral surface 1 c of the distal end portion of the shaft tube 1, and has a size that allows the pen tip 5 to enter and exit from the distal end thereof. An opening 2a larger than the opening 2a is formed at the rear end.
[0018]
A pair of band engaging grooves 6 and 6 for engaging the opening closing band 3 are formed on the outer peripheral surface of the band fixing member 2, and these are groove portions 6a and 6a having a constant width with the opening 2a as the center. The engaging portions 6b and 6b for engaging the opening closing band 3 which will be described in detail later are formed at the end of the.
Engaging portions 6b and 6b form circular engaging convex portions 6d and 6d (both of which are not shown) at the center of circular concave portions 6c and 6c having an outer diameter larger than the width of groove portions 6a and 6a. It is a thing.
[0019]
The opening closing band 3 is formed by integrally molding an elastic material such as synthetic rubber or elastomer, and is used for inserting / removing the pen tip at the center of the band-shaped part 3a having a width slightly wider than the diameter of the tip opening 1a of the shaft cylinder 1. The slit 3b is formed with ring-shaped engaging portions 3c and 3c that engage with the engaging portions 6b and 6b at both ends.
[0020]
The pen-tip insertion / extraction slit 3b is formed so as to open and close by insertion / extraction of the pen-tip 5 using the elastic force of the elastic material such as the synthetic rubber or the elastomer. The closing band 3 is formed so as to be in a closed state even when no tensile force is applied in the length direction thereof. The pen tip insertion / extraction slit 3b is also closed when a tensile force is applied to the opening closing band 3 in the length direction thereof.
[0021]
While engaging the band-like portion 3a of the opening closing band 3 with the grooves 6a, 6a of the band fixing member 2, the engaging portions 3c, 3c of the opening closing band 3 are engaged with the engaging portions 6b, 6b of the band fixing member 2. As a result, the opening closing band 3 is engaged and attached to the band fixing member 2 with the pen tip insertion / extraction slit 3b facing the tip opening 1a of the shaft tube 1 and a tensile force applied in the length direction. The
[0022]
Then, by fixing the band fixing member 2 in contact with the inner peripheral surface of the tip end portion of the shaft tube 1, the pen tip insertion / extraction slit 3b faces the tip opening 1a and the shaft tube 1 is fixed in a state where the opening closing band 3 is sandwiched between the inner peripheral surface 1 of the front end portion 1 and the band fixing member 2.
[0023]
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the writing unit 4 has a pen tip 5 disposed at the tip of an ink tank 4a having a small diameter on the front end 4a ′ side and a large diameter on the rear end 4a ″ side. The writing position (A) in which the pen tip 5 protrudes outside from the tip opening 1a of the shaft cylinder 1 and the storage position (B) in which the pen tip 5 is stored in the shaft cylinder 1 And a coil spring 7 interposed between the band fixing member 2 fixed to the tip portion in the shaft cylinder 1 and the step portion 4b of the ink tank portion 4a. The shaft cylinder 1 is always urged toward the rear end side.
[0024]
The pen tip 5 is formed in a tapered shape having a gradually decreasing diameter from the rear end portion toward the tip end portion. In the present embodiment, the convex portion 5a. Formed at intervals. Thereby, the sliding resistance at the time of inserting / removing the pen tip 5 with respect to the pen tip insertion / extraction slit 3b is reduced.
[0025]
Next, the operating state of the capless writing instrument A according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described.
First, when the capless writing instrument A is not used, as shown in FIG. 1, the writing unit 4 is moved so that the pen tip 5 is located at the storage position (b).
[0026]
At the storage position (b), the pen tip 5 is stored in the shaft tube 1 and the tip opening 1a of the shaft tube 1 is closed by the opening closing band 3, whereby the ink of the pen tip 5 is filled. Can be prevented or minimized.
[0027]
Next, when using the capless writing instrument A, as shown in FIG. 2, the writing unit 4 is moved so that the pen tip 5 is positioned at the writing position (A).
When the nib 5 moves toward the writing position (A), the nib 5 is inserted into the nib insertion / removal slit 3b of the engaging member 3 in the middle of the movement. By this insertion, the nib insertion / removal slit 3b is inserted. Becomes elastically open. After that, the pen tip 5 is in a state of protruding outward from the tip opening 1 a of the shaft tube 1.
[0028]
After writing, by moving the nib 5 toward the storage position (b), the nib 5 is elastically closed as the nib 5 is removed from the nib insertion / extraction slit 3b. The tip opening 1a of the shaft cylinder 1 is again closed.
[0029]
The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and various modifications can be made within the scope of the gist.
FIG. 6 shows another example of the opening occlusion zone.
Similar to the opening closing band 3, the opening closing band 8 is formed by integrally forming an elastic material such as synthetic rubber or elastomer, and a pen is formed at the center of the band-shaped part 8a having a width slightly wider than the diameter of the tip opening 1a. Pre-insertion / removal slits 8b are formed, and ring-shaped engagement portions 8c, 8c are formed at both ends.
[0030]
The pen tip insertion / extraction slit 8b is formed so as to close only when the opening closing band 8 is pulled in the length direction thereof. In other words, the pen tip insertion / extraction slit 8b is formed in a shape that gradually narrows from the central portion toward both ends in a state in which no tensile force is applied to the opening closing band 8.
When the opening closing band 8 is attached to the band fixing member 2, a state in which the pen tip insertion / extraction slit 8 b is closed by applying a tensile force that closes the pen tip insertion / extraction slit 8 b in the length direction thereof. Then, the band fixing member 2 is attached in the same manner as in the case of the opening closing band 3.
[0031]
FIG. 7 shows an opening closing member formed by integrally forming an opening closing band on a cylindrical support body to be installed at the tip of the shaft cylinder.
The opening closing member 9 has a constant width opening closing band in which the same pen tip insertion / removal slit 9b as that of the opening closing band 3 is formed at a position opposite to one side edge 9a 'of the circular cylindrical support 9a. 9c is formed.
When such an opening closing member 9 is used, the opening closing member 9 may be provided directly at the tip of the shaft tube 1 without using the band fixing member 2. As a result, the number of parts can be further reduced, and attachment work can be easily performed.
[0032]
In the above description, an example in which a convex portion extending in the movement direction of the pen tip is formed on the outer peripheral surface portion of the pen tip that is in sliding contact with the pen tip insertion / extraction slit. You may form the recessed part extended in the movement direction of the pen point in an outer peripheral surface part.
[0033]
In the above, an example in which the engagement portion is formed in the opening closing band is illustrated, but without forming such an engagement portion, the opening closing band is attached to the inner peripheral surface or the outer peripheral surface of the shaft cylinder with an adhesive or the like. You may make it adhere | attach directly.
[0034]
【The invention's effect】
According to the first to fourth aspects of the present invention, when the pen tip is moved into the shaft tube, the tip end opening of the shaft tube can be closed by the opening closing band, and the pen tip is placed outside the shaft tube. When moving, the pen tip is opened by being inserted into the pen tip insertion / removal slit, so that the tip opening of the shaft tube can be closed with an inexpensive and simple configuration, and an opening closing band is provided at the tip of the shaft tube.
