Description

【0001】

A、A´、B、B´、C、C´、D、D´の接合線を付する。

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an umbrella for welding work in the rain of a steel pipe pile.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Generally, at the time of construction of a long steel pipe pile, for example, a steel pipe pile of about 12 m is carried into the site, it is placed in the ground, and another steel pipe is connected thereto by welding. Further welding is continued after welding, and the next steel pipe is connected by welding. In this case, if welding work is performed in strong winds or rain, there is a high possibility of welding failure, so it may be necessary to stop the welding work in the field due to weather conditions, especially during rainy seasons. This causes effects such as process delay.
[0003]
As a conventional technology of this kind that solves the above-mentioned problems and enables welding of steel pipe piles in the field even in rainy weather, Patent Document 1 (name of device, rain umbrella for welding steel pipe piles) and Patent Document 2 (title of invention, tent for field welding work of steel pipe piles).
[0004]
[Patent Document 1]
Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 5-64223
[Patent Document 2]
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 6-322995
[0005]
Patent Document 1 is provided with a retaining ring having substantially the same radius as the periphery of a substantially conical umbrella body developed around a steel pipe pile, and a fixing tool for fixing the umbrella body to the steel pipe pile. It is a rainproof umbrella and is installed on the steel pipe pile above the welded part.
[0006]
In Patent Document 2, a covering curtain made of a tent body waterproof sheet that spreads in a skirt around the steel pipe pile is closed around the steel pipe pile by a belt, and the spread of the tent body is maintained around the lower part of the waterproof sheet. A ring-shaped marginal frame is installed, and the hanging curtain is continuous through this marginal frame. The weight of the upper marginal bone makes the cover curtain stretch evenly around the entire circumference, spreading like a skirt. Is held.
[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Patent documents (1) and (2) have the following problems.
(1) Since the upper part of the umbrella is simply fixed to the pile with a band, when installed on a steel pipe pile, the umbrella is not stable and the wind will shake when there is wind and the rain will be transferred. It becomes easy. (2) Since the upper part of the umbrella is only fixed to the pile with a band, the area of the umbrella cannot be increased so much. (3) Above the welding position of the steel pipe pile, if only an umbrella is provided on the outer surface of the steel pipe, rain water that has fallen from the head of the pile travels along the inner surface of the steel pipe pile and wets the weld from the inside. {Circle around (4)} Various piles with different diameters are constructed for steel pipe piles, but it is basically necessary to prepare separate umbrellas for each pile diameter. If it is forcibly used for other pile diameters, the waterproof curtain will be twisted, wrinkled, gaps, etc., which may cause rain leakage.
[0008]
The present invention has been proposed to solve the above-mentioned conventional drawbacks, and it is an object of the present invention to provide an umbrella for on-site welding work of a steel pipe pile having good workability without having to stop the welding work when it rains.
[0009]

[0018]
According to the first invention, the waterproof cover is supported from the back side by a plurality of umbrella bones arranged radially around the steel pipe pile, and the other end of the stay whose one end is coupled to the umbrella bone via the stay receiver. Since the outer peripheral surface of the steel pipe pile abuts, the stability of the umbrella is increased, rain falls from the surroundings, and the welding workability of the steel pipe pile is improved.
[0019]
According to the second aspect of the invention, the other end of the stay is engaged with the engaging portion of the stay receiving belt provided detachably on the outer periphery of the steel pipe pile via the stay receiver. The stay can be easily and securely locked to the outer periphery, and the umbrella bone can be stably supported by the steel pipe pile.
[0020]
According to the third invention, the welded portion gets wet from both the inside and outside of the steel pipe pile by combining the pile head umbrella detachably provided on the pile head and the umbrella of the first or second invention. Can be prevented.
[0021]
According to 4th invention, it is set as the structure which covers the whole outer periphery of several types of pile from which a pile diameter differs by changing the junction part position along the division | segmentation edge of a some circumferential direction division | segmentation cover, and it is a work umbrella. It is economical because the production cost can be reduced by adding versatility.
[0022]

The working umbrella 1 includes an umbrella bone 3, a waterproof cover 4 made of a vinyl sheet or the like attached to the umbrella bone 3, and a pile fixing stay 5 pivotally attached to the umbrella bone 3.
[0031]
As shown in FIG. 4, the waterproof cover 4 includes a circumferentially divided cover 4 a that is divided into two. And while the edge parts 11 of both the circumferential direction division | segmentation covers 4a are provided along this edge part 11, any one of several fasteners 7a-7d provided radially in the vicinity is joined. Thus, the waterproof cover 4 having the pile insertion opening 6 at the center and having a substantially circular shape (or may be a polygon) is formed. A total of about eight umbrella bones 3 are radially arranged at equiangular intervals to support the waterproof cover 4 from the inside (the umbrella bones are omitted in FIG. 4A).
[0032]
The left and right circumferential division covers 4a are provided with fasteners 7a, 7a and 7b, 7b along the respective edges at symmetrical positions, and fasteners 7c, 7c and 7d, 7d slightly apart from the edges, like this A mode in which adjustment joining is performed via a plurality of fasteners 7a to 7d is one of the features of the present invention. Briefly described here, a single work umbrella 1 is applied to a plurality of steel pipe piles 2 having different diameters. For example, it is one of the features that the same work umbrella 1 can be applied to each steel pipe pile having different diameters of Φ900, Φ1000, and Φ1100, but in that case, it is necessary to change the size when the waterproof cover 4 is deployed. In order to apply it, by changing the combination of the plurality of fasteners 7a to 7d and joining the ends of the circumferentially divided cover 4a to each other, the work umbrella can be used in the steel pipe pile 2 of any diameter. 1 can be smoothly attached to the steel pipe pile 2 (details will be described later).
[0033]
Moreover, when the steel pipe pile 2 is arrange | positioned in the pile insertion opening part 6 of the work umbrella 1, the rain water which falls along the outer periphery of this steel pipe pile 2 permeate | transmits the upper attachment position of an umbrella, and does not enter into the waterproof cover 4 Thus, the upper part of the waterproof cover 4 (that is, the opening peripheral edge of the center) is fixed to the outer periphery of the steel pipe pile 2 in a watertight manner. For this reason, a cylindrical part cover is attached to the peripheral part of the pile insertion opening 6 so as to surround the outer periphery of the steel pipe pile 2, and the outer periphery thereof is tightened with a cylindrical part cover tightening belt (both will be described later). The upper cover 10 is provided so as to surround the outer periphery of the steel pipe pile 2 so as to cover the part cover, and the outer side of the upper cover 10 is fastened to the outer periphery of the steel pipe pile 2 by the fastening belt 8.
[0034]
As schematically shown in FIG. 4B, the upper cover 10 has one long first upper cover 10a having a hook-and-loop fastener 21 (details will be described later) at both ends and a plurality (two in the figure). The short second upper cover 10b. For example, for a steel pipe pile 2 with a minimum diameter of Φ900, a first upper cover 10a is wound around the outer periphery of the steel pipe pile 2 and both ends thereof are joined via a hook-and-loop fastener 21 to form an annular shape. To do. For a steel pipe pile 2 having an intermediate diameter of Φ1000, one short second upper cover 10b is joined to one end of the long first upper cover 10a via a hook-and-loop fastener 21, and this is connected to the steel pipe pile. The first upper cover 10a is wound around the outer periphery of the two, and both ends thereof are joined via the hook-and-loop fastener 21 to form an annular shape. For the steel pipe pile 2 having a maximum diameter of Φ1100, two short second upper covers 10b and 10b are joined to the long first upper cover 10a via the hook-and-loop fastener 21, and this is connected to the steel pipe pile. This is achieved by wrapping around the outer periphery of 2 and joining the both ends via a surface fastener 21 to form an annular shape.
[0035]
The stay 5 for fixing the pile is for allowing the work umbrella 1 to be stably fixed to the steel pipe pile 2 against strong winds and the like. By detachably locking the pile fixing stay 5 to the belt 13, the pile fixing stay 5 can be firmly locked to the steel pipe pile 2 (detailed configuration of each part will be described later).
[0036]
The order of attaching the work umbrella 1 to the steel pipe pile 2 will be described with reference to FIG.
[0037]
(1) As shown in FIG. 1 (a), after the steel pipe pile 2 for welding is suspended and raised by the rope 14 of the crane 12, the lower end of the pile is temporarily placed on the ground 15, and the stay is located above the lower end of the pile. The receiving belt 13 (not shown) is fastened and fixed.
[0038]
(2) Wrap the work umbrella 1 around the outer periphery of the steel pipe pile 2 in a closed state, and then connect the upper part of the circumferential division cover 4a (that is, the opening peripheral edge of the umbrella center) to the cylindrical cover tightening belt (not shown) Then, the fastener is closed and the circumferentially divided cover 4a is connected in a circle.
[0039]
(3) The working umbrella 1 is folded, and the lower part is temporarily tightened with a temporary tightening rope (not shown).
[0040]
(4) The upper cover 10 of the upper part (center part) of the umbrella is fixed with the fastening belt 8.
[0041]
(5) Set the steel pipe pile 2 for welding at the welding position. As shown in FIG.1 (b), the rotary press-fit steel pipe pile 2a which has the rotary blade 17 was preceded by the pile construction machine 16, and the lower end of the steel pipe pile 2 for welding is as follows. Due to the welding joint, it is brought into contact with the upper end of the rotary press-fit steel pipe pile 2a. The steel pipe pile 2 for welding may be a hammer pile or a Nakabori pile in addition to the rotary press-fit steel pipe pile 2a.
[0042]
(6) Unscrew the temporary fastening rope at the bottom of the work umbrella 1 and spread the umbrella.
[0043]
(7) Unfasten the fixing rope of the pile fixing stay 4 and lock the pile fixing stay 4 to the stay receiving belt 11 (detailed structure will be described later). In addition, the order which spreads an umbrella is shown to FIG. 2 (a), (b).
[0044]
Prior to the umbrella attaching step (1), the pile head umbrella 18 is detachably attached to the pile head 2b of the steel pipe pile 2. As shown in FIG. 3C, the pile head umbrella 18 includes a top end cover 18 a that can cover the pile head opening as a main element. A support frame that supports the lower surface of the top cover 18a may be provided as necessary. As a means for fixing the pile head umbrella 18 to the pile head 2b, a predetermined length of rope 19 comprising a rope or a wire at an appropriate circumferential interval on the peripheral edge of the top cover 18a extending to the outer periphery of the pile head. The upper end of is attached. By engaging the pile lifting suspension piece 20 provided on the upper portion of the steel pipe pile 2, the pile head umbrella 18 can be firmly fixed to the pile head 2b so as not to be winded.
[0045]
The pile head umbrella 18 is implemented as a set with the work umbrella 1 and is used by being attached to the pile head 2b when the steel pipe pile 2 is welded. Therefore, the pile head umbrella 18 can prevent rainwater from falling through the inside of the steel pipe pile 2 from the opening of the pile head when welding the steel pipe pile 2 in rainy weather. Combined with the ability to prevent rainwater from falling on the outer periphery, the welding operation can be performed in an ideal environment where the inner and outer surfaces of the steel pipe pile 2 at the welding position are dry in the rain.
[0046]
The detailed structure of each part will be described with reference to FIG. As shown in FIG. 5 to FIG. 7, the umbrella bone 3 having a predetermined length and the pile fixing stay 5 are made of a PVC pipe or the like. A slit 22 is formed over a predetermined range inside the distal end portion of the pipe-shaped umbrella bone 3 (FIG. 6), and a pin hole 23 is opened orthogonal to the slit 22. Further, a groove 24 is formed at the end of the pipe-like pile fixing stay 5 (FIG. 7), and a fixing plate 26 is fitted into the groove 24 and is integrally joined by a bolt 27. Then, a fixing plate 26 is inserted into the slit 22 of the umbrella bone 3, a bolt 28 is inserted through each pin hole 23 and the pin hole 25 of the fixing plate 26, and a nut 29 is fastened to fix the umbrella bone 3 to piles. The stay 5 is pivotally attached to be rotatable.
[0047]
Next, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 8, the stay receiving belt 13 includes a belt-like belt main body 30, and engagement protrusions 31 having pin holes 37 protruding from the outer surface of the belt main body 30 at a predetermined interval. The urethane rubber layer 32 is adhered to the inner surface of the belt body 30. The fixing means for fixing the belt main body 30 and the engaging protrusion 31 is performed by screwing a connecting bolt 33 penetrating from the inside of the belt main body 30 into the base end face of the engaging protrusion 31. Further, the urethane rubber layer 32 is not the entire inner surface of the belt main body 30, and the urethane rubber layer is not provided in the predetermined ranges 34 and 34a in FIG.
[0048]
The stay receiving belt 13 is configured to be combined in an annular shape after being combined so as to be adjustable in length so as to correspond to a plurality of steel pipe piles 2 having different diameters. For this reason, the stay receiving belt 13 is provided with two length adjusting joint portions 35a and 35b. Any known means may be used for the length adjusting joint portion 35a, and the stay receiving belt is located at a predetermined range 34 by adjusting the overlapping amount of the divided end portions of the belt that is divided in the middle and joining with a fixing bracket. 13 can be adjusted short. Further, a fastener 30 is provided at one end of the belt 13, and a winding engagement portion 36 at the end of the belt that is folded back through the fastener 30 is provided at the other end, and this is a length adjusting joint. Part 35b. The winding engagement portion 36 at the belt end is composed of a known tension device in which a winding shaft, a ratchet mechanism, and a repetitive swing lever are combined, and by adjusting the winding amount of the belt end, The stay receiving belt 13 can be adjusted longer at the length adjusting joint 35b.
[0049]
The length of the stay receiving belt 13 having the above-described configuration is adjusted in accordance with the steel pipe pile 2 having a different diameter, and is fastened to the outer periphery of the steel pipe pile 2, and the engagement protrusion 31 is formed into a cylinder as shown in FIG. The pile fixing stay 5 is inserted into the pin hole 38 of the pile fixing stay 5 and the pin hole 37 of the engaging projection 31 to insert the split pin 39 into the steel pipe. Can be fixed to the pile 2.
[0050]
Next, FIGS. 9 to 13 show the detailed structure of the waterproof cover 4, the fastener 7, the cylindrical portion cover 48, the upper cover 10 and the fastening belt 8.
[0051]
The waterproof cover 4 is cut into a fan shape as shown in the figure in a state where the PVC sheet is unfolded to form the circumferential division cover 4a, and when the left and right circumferential division covers 4a are joined and attached to the steel pipe pile, the steel pipe pile 2 As shown in FIG. 9 (b), the peripheral portion 40 having the cut 41 of the pile insertion opening 6 is a cylindrical portion that rises vertically along the peripheral edge of the steel pipe pile 2. 40a. When the flat sheet is cut to form the vertically rising cylindrical portion 40a, a slack is produced in the portion, and a plurality of cuts 41 are made at predetermined intervals in this portion as shown in FIG. 9A. In this way, the slack is absorbed.
[0052]
On the other hand, in order to watertightly fix the peripheral edge 40 of the pile insertion opening 6 to the outer periphery of the steel pipe pile 2, the peripheral edge 40 is not directly applied to the outer periphery of the steel pipe pile 2, but FIG. As shown in FIG. 4, a cylindrical portion cover 48 is fixed to the peripheral edge portion 40 by fusion bonding and crimping to form a cylindrical portion 40a, and the cylindrical portion 40a is fixed to the outer periphery of the steel pipe pile 2. That is, the cylindrical portion cover 48 is configured by adhering the urethane rubber layer 43 to the inner side surface of the belt-like vinyl sheet 42 as shown in FIG. A protruding portion 44 of the vinyl sheet 42 is provided below the urethane rubber layer 43, and a cut 45 is formed in the protruding portion 44. On the outer surface of the vinyl sheet 42, guides 42a through which the cylindrical portion cover fastening belt 9 is passed are provided at predetermined intervals.
[0053]
And while extending the overhanging portion 44 of the belt-like vinyl sheet 42 through the notch 45, it is applied to the inside of the peripheral portion 40 of the substantially semicircular pile insertion opening 6 of the circumferentially divided cover 4a, and the overlapping portion Are fused and sewn. Thereby, the cylindrical part cover 48 can be reliably fixed to the peripheral part 40 of the pile insertion opening part 6 of the circumferential direction division | segmentation cover 4a. The cylindrical cover 48 is welded and sewn in a substantially semicircular shape along the peripheral edge 40 of the left and right circumferential division covers 4a in the waterproof cover 4. Then, the urethane rubber layer 43 is applied to the outer surface of the steel pipe pile 2, the cylindrical portion cover 48 is applied to the outer surface of the steel pipe pile 2, and the outer side is tightened with the cylindrical portion cover fastening belt 9, thereby waterproofing. The peripheral edge 40 of the pile insertion opening 6 of the cover 4 can be disposed in a watertight manner on the outer periphery of the steel pipe pile 2.
[0054]
In order to further secure the water tightness of the pile insertion opening 6 of the waterproof cover 4, the upper cover 10 is disposed on the outer periphery of the steel pipe pile 2 so as to cover the cylindrical cover 48, and the outer portion fastening belt 8 Conclude.
[0055]
Details of the upper cover 10 are shown in FIGS. (The outline is shown in FIG. 4B.) Hereinafter, in order, the upper cover 10 includes one long first upper cover 10a and a plurality of second upper covers 10b, which are connected to each other. Can be separated. In the first and second upper covers 10a and 10b, a urethane rubber layer 43 is bonded to the inner side surface of the belt-like vinyl sheet 42 having a predetermined length, and a guide 46 for passing the fastening belt 8 (see FIG. 5a) is passed to the outer side surface. They are provided at predetermined intervals. Further, both ends of the urethane rubber layer 43 of the first and second upper covers 10a, 10b are inclined surfaces, and a hook-and-loop fastener 21 such as a magic tape (registered trademark) is attached thereto. Via the hook-and-loop fastener 21, the first and second upper covers 10a and 10b can be connected and separated.
[0056]
Therefore, for example, when the upper cover 10 is wound around the entire circumference of a plurality of steel pipe piles 2 having different diameters of Φ900, Φ1000, and Φ1100 without loosening, both ends of the first upper cover 10a are connected to the steel pipe pile 2 of Φ900. It joins via the hook-and-loop fastener 21. Further, for the steel pipe pile 2 of Φ1000, one second upper cover 10b is added to the first upper cover 10a via the hook-and-loop fastener 21. Further, two second upper covers 10 b are added to the first upper cover 10 a via the hook-and-loop fastener 21 for the steel pipe pile 2 of Φ1100.
[0057]
In this way, after adjusting the length of the upper cover 10 corresponding to the diameter of the steel pipe pile 2, the outer circumference of the steel pipe pile 2 is covered so as to cover the portion of the cylindrical cover 47 provided on the upper part (center part) of the work umbrella 1. Further, the outside is tightened by the fastening belt 8. In order to prevent rainwater traveling around the outer periphery of the steel pipe pile 2 from entering from the upper part of the work umbrella 1, double waterproof measures are taken by the cylindrical cover 47 and the upper cover 10, and the work umbrella 1 is attached to the steel pipe pile 2. Can stick. Note that the end portions of the fastening belt 8 and the cylindrical portion cover fastening belt 9 are configured by a known tension device in which a winding shaft, a ratchet mechanism, and a repetitive swing lever are combined.
[0058]
Next, details of the waterproof cover 4 that is one of the main elements of the work umbrella 1 will be described with reference to FIGS. 9, 10, and 13 (the outline is also shown in FIG. 4A). A pipe-shaped umbrella bone 3 is arranged inside the divided cover 4a divided into two in the circumferential direction, and both are passed through a pipe 51a through a bone receiver 50 (shown in FIG. 11 (a)). 51 is connected.
[0059]
One of the advantages of the waterproof cover 4 being divided into two in the circumferential direction divided cover 4a is that the waterproof cover 4 can be fixed to the steel pipe pile 2 without being inserted from the pile head. Furthermore, in the present invention, in addition to the above-described advantages, the joint portion of the two circumferentially divided covers 4a can be adjusted and joined using the plurality of fasteners 7a to 7d, and a plurality of work umbrellas 1 can be used. It is configured to be applicable to steel pipe piles 2 having different diameters.
[0060]
This will be further described with reference to each figure. In FIG. 9, A, A ′, B, and B respectively correspond to a plurality of radially extending lines having different directions from the center of the plurality of joint portions at both ends of the circumferentially divided cover 4 a divided into two. ', C, C', D, and D 'are attached. Moreover, as shown in FIG. 10 and FIG. 13, the positions along the inner surfaces of both circumferentially divided covers 4 a and along the joining lines of A, A ′, B, B ′, C, C ′, D, and D ′. In addition, the plurality of fasteners 7a, 7a, 7b, 7b, 7c, 7c, 7d, and 7d are sewn so as to form a pair.
[0061]
And when the diameter of the steel pipe pile 2 is (PHI) 1100, it joins in the position of AA 'and BB'. That is, the fastener 7 is joined using the fasteners 7a, 7a and 7b, 7b, respectively. When the diameter of the steel pipe pile 2 is Φ1000, the steel pipe piles 2 are joined at positions AA ′ and CC ′. That is, the fastener 7 is joined using the fasteners 7a, 7a and 7c, 7c, respectively. When the diameter of the steel pipe pile 2 is Φ900, the steel pipe piles 2 are joined at positions CC ′ and DD ′. That is, the fastener 7 is joined using the fasteners 7c, 7c and 7d, 7d, respectively. In the case of FIG. 13, in the steel pipe pile 2 having a pile diameter of Φ1100, the circumferentially divided cover 4a is joined using fasteners 7a, 7a and 7c, 7c, respectively.
[0062]
When the same work umbrella 1 is applied to each steel pipe pile having different diameters of Φ900, Φ1000, and Φ1100 with one work umbrella 1, it is necessary to change the size when the waterproof cover 4 is deployed. As described above, by changing the combination of the plurality of fasteners 7a to 7d and adjusting the joining position between the ends of the circumferentially divided cover 4a to adjust the steel pipe pile 2 of any diameter, The work umbrella 1 can be smoothly attached to the steel pipe pile 2.
[0063]
As the fastener 7, a known fastener such as one that engages with a tooth, or one that elastically attaches and detaches the projections and recesses may be used. Further, two sets of fastener covers 52 having button hooks 51 are provided on the surface of one circumferentially divided cover 4a so as to prevent rainwater from entering the fastener portions that are closed among the plurality of fasteners 7 more reliably. The button hook 51a corresponding to the button hook 51 is attached to one circumferential direction division cover 4a. As a result, the closed fastener 7 can be covered with the fastener cover 52, and rainwater can be more reliably prevented from entering the fastener closing portion.
[0064]
Since the work umbrella 1 according to the first embodiment is robust in structure and can be reliably fixed to the steel pipe pile 2, it is stable without being hit by strong winds and the like, so that the workability of the steel pipe pile 2 is improved. Furthermore, since the connection between the upper part of the working umbrella 1 and the outer surface of the steel pipe pile 2 can be ensured in a watertight manner, it is possible to further ensure that rainwater enters the welded portion. Furthermore, the pile head umbrella 18 can prevent rain water from falling from the opening of the pile head, and it is also possible to ensure that rain water wraps around the welded portion of the inner surface of the steel pipe pile 2, so that the steel pipe pile can be used even in rainy weather. The welding operation can be performed while ensuring the dry state of the inner and outer surfaces of No. 2. Furthermore, there is versatility applicable to a steel pipe pile 2 having a plurality of different diameters in one work umbrella 1.
[0065]

[0067]
Although the basic configuration of the second embodiment is common to that of the first embodiment, the common elements are denoted by common reference numerals for the sake of brevity, and the differences are mainly described.
[0068]
There are two main points in which the second embodiment differs from the first embodiment. The first point is that the umbrella bone 3 of the working umbrella 1 in the first embodiment is not foldable, but in the second embodiment, the umbrella bone 3 is replaced by the first umbrella bone 3a and the second umbrella bone 3b. It is pivotally attached and freely configured to be folded. Secondly, as a means for securely fixing the folding work umbrella 1 to the steel pipe pile 2, it is shared with the pile fixing stay 5 in the first embodiment or replaced with the pile fixing stay 5. Thus, the external fixing stay 54 is pivotally attached to the second umbrella bone 3b so as to be freely attached to the hand rub 55 of the pile construction machine 16. This will be described in order below.
[0069]
14 (a) and 14 (b), the pile construction machine 16 in which the rotary press-fitting of the steel pipe pile 2a (not shown) with rotary blades previously rotationally press-fitted into the ground is completed, and the pile construction machine 16 A steel pipe pile 2 that protrudes upward from the rotational drive unit and is to be welded is shown, and further, a state in which the work umbrella 1 is attached to the steel pipe pile 2 is shown above the welded portion. In this work umbrella 1, an external fixing stay 54 extends vertically from the umbrella bone 3, and its lower end is detachably fixed to a handrail 55 in the pile construction machine 16. Thereby, the work umbrella 1 is securely fixed to the steel pipe pile 2.
[0070]
The order of expanding the working umbrella 1 of the second embodiment is performed in the order of FIGS. 15 (a), (b), and (c). As shown in the figure, from the state where the umbrella bone 3 formed by pivotally attaching the first umbrella bone 3a and the second umbrella bone 3b is folded along the outer periphery of the steel pipe pile 3 (FIG. A), the first umbrella bone is obtained. 3a and the second umbrella bone 3b are opened in the shape of "<" (Fig. B), then the first umbrella bone 3a and the second umbrella bone 3b are opened straight and externally fixed pivotally attached to the second umbrella bone 3b. The stay 54 is rotated so as to be straight (FIG. B), and the tip thereof is fixed to the handrail 55 of the pile construction machine 16 (details will be described later).
[0071]
This will be further described with reference to FIG. As shown in FIGS. 16 to 19, the umbrella bone 3 and the external fixing stay 54 are made of a PVC pipe or the like. As shown in FIG. 17, the umbrella bone 3 includes the first umbrella bone 3 a and the second umbrella bone 3 b that are rotatably connected by a pivot 56. That is, the first fixing plate 58 is fitted and bonded to the wide slit 57 (shown in FIG. 17D) formed in the end portion of the first umbrella bone 3a (left end portion in FIG. 17B) and fixed. It is fixed with bolts 59. Further, the second fixing plate 61 is fitted and bonded to the slit 60 (shown in FIG. 17C) formed in the end portion (the lower left end portion of FIG. 17B) of the second umbrella bone 3b, and the fixing bolt. 62 is fixed.
[0072]
The first fixing plate 58 and the second fixing plate 61 provided on the first umbrella bone 3a and the second umbrella bone 3b are rotatably coupled by the pivot 56, and are further connected to the first umbrella bone 3a and the second umbrella plate 3a. In the state where the two umbrella bones 3b are straightly extended, the first and second fixing plates 58 and 61 overlap in the wide slit 57 of the first umbrella bone 3a, and the pin holes 74 provided in each plate and the pipe-shaped A lock pin (bolt) 63 is detachably inserted by inserting the established pin hole 75 (shown in FIG. 17D) through the first umbrella 3a. Thereby, the 1st umbrella bone 3a and the 2nd umbrella bone 3b can be hold | maintained in the state extended straight. Note that the waterproof cover 4 is formed with a clear portion 64 that is inflated outwardly as shown in FIG. 16 at the pivotally attached portion of the first umbrella bone 3a and the second umbrella bone 3b.
[0073]
The connection structure between the external fixing stay 54 and the second umbrella frame 3b and the connection structure 5 with the handrail 5 of the pile construction machine 16 will be described with reference to FIGS. As shown in each drawing, a rotating connecting member 54a for pivotally supporting the second umbrella 3b is attached to the upper end of the external fixing stay 54. That is, the second umbrella 3b is rotatably connected to the external fixing stay 54 by passing the connecting shaft 65 through the second umbrella 3b and the rotation connecting member 54a.
[0074]
Also, as shown in FIGS. 18 and 19, the external fixing stay 54 can be inserted into and fixed to an upright stay receiver 66 made of a vinyl chloride pipe that is detachably provided on the upper horizontal portion of the handrail 55 so as to be adjustable in length. . As a detachable fixing means for the horizontal portion of the handrail 55 of the standing stay receiver 66, one half receiving pipe 70a of the half receiving pipes 70a and 70b paired with the lower end of the standing stay receiver 66 is fused. Therefore, the standing stay receiver 66 can be detachably fixed to the handrail 55 by inserting the bolt 72 through the bolt hole of each flat bolt seat of each of the half receiving pipes 70a and 70b and fastening with the nut 73. Further, by inserting and engaging the locking pin 69 into any one of the plurality of pin insertion holes 67 opened in the stay 54 and one pin insertion hole 68 opened in the stay receiver 66, the height can be arbitrarily set. The external fixing stay 54 can be detachably fixed to the handrail 55 by adjusting.
[0075]
In addition, the watertight joint structure of the upper part (cover center part with the opening part 6 for pile insertion) and the steel pipe pile 2 shown in each figure of FIGS. Since the adjustment joining structure of the divided cover 4a to be joined by adjusting the end position corresponding to the pile 2 is the same as that of the first embodiment, the same elements are denoted by the same reference numerals and the description thereof is omitted.
[0076]
The operation of the working umbrella 1 according to the second embodiment will be described. In Embodiment 2, since the umbrella bone 3 has a folded structure, it is easy to form an umbrella having a large area, and the rainproof effect is improved. In addition, if the area of the umbrella is too large, it will be easy to be blown by the wind, so the area of the umbrella to be used and the strength of the wind at the time will determine how much of the umbrella will be used. In the second embodiment, an example in which the external fixing stay 54 is provided in place of the pile fixing stay 5 of the first embodiment has been described. However, as described above, the external fixing stay 5 is provided together with the pile fixing stay 5. 54 may be provided.
[0077]
Further, in Embodiment 2, the waterproof cover 4 is supported by the umbrella bone 3 even if the umbrella has a large area, so that the structure is robust, and the handrail 55 of the pile construction machine 16 is used as a fixing member for the work umbrella 1. By fixing the external fixing stay 54 to the handrail 55, the umbrella bone 3 can be securely fixed to the steel pipe pile 2, so that it is stable without being hit by strong winds, and the workability of the steel pipe pile 2 is improved. Will be better. Furthermore, since the contact between the central portion of the working umbrella 1 and the outer surface of the steel pipe pile 2 can be ensured in a watertight manner, it is possible to further ensure that rainwater enters the welded portion. Thus, it is possible to perform welding work while ensuring the dry state of the inner and outer surfaces of the steel pipe pile 2 even in the rain. Furthermore, it can apply smoothly to the steel pipe pile 2 from which several diameters differ by one work umbrella 1. FIG.
[0078]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, the waterproof cover is supported from the back side by a plurality of umbrella bones arranged radially around the steel pipe pile, and the other end of the stay having one end coupled to the umbrella bone is connected to the steel pipe pile via the stay receiver. And fixing to the handrails of pile construction machines, the stability of the umbrella is increased, the rain falling from the surroundings is reduced, and the welding workability of the steel pipe pile is improved. Moreover, according to the working umbrella of the present invention, the welded portion can be prevented from getting wet from both the inside and outside of the steel pipe pile.
[0079]
Furthermore, since it was set as the structure which covers the outer periphery of several types of piles from which a pile diameter differs by changing the junction part position along the division | segmentation edge of several circumferential direction division | segmentation covers, several types of piles are carried out with one umbrella. Even when it corresponds to the diameter, the inclination angle of the umbrella can be kept constant at all times, and moreover, it is economical because it can reduce the cost that can maintain a size suitable for covering the range necessary for welding work. . Moreover, the rainproof effect is improved by making it possible to construct an umbrella having a large area by freely folding the umbrella bone in the middle.
