BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an effervescent skin blood circulation promoting coating agent that can stably maintain a foam containing a high concentration of carbon dioxide on the skin for a long period of time even when massaged on the skin, and has an effect of promoting blood circulation of the skin. .
[0002]
[Prior art]
Since carbon circulation is promoted when carbon dioxide acts on the skin, various carbon dioxide-containing cosmetics have been proposed. For example, in a cosmetic containing carbon dioxide, a method of supplying a saturated carbon dioxide gas temporarily and a higher carbon dioxide saturated solution in the coexistence of ethanol or the like having a higher solubility than water is shown. (See Patent Document 1). As a method for further improving this, there are known a method of keeping the jet liquid highly viscous in order to suppress the volatilization of carbon dioxide gas, and a method of coexisting polyhydric alcohol in a high concentration to keep the carbon dioxide gas at a high concentration. (See Patent Documents 2 to 5).
[0003]
On the other hand, a technique is also known in which a compressed gas such as carbon dioxide gas is blended as a propellant and used as a foam formed from the gas. For example, a technique for delaying foaming by adjusting the viscosity and compressed gas concentration (see Patent Document 6), which contains an aliphatic hydrocarbon having a boiling point of 5 to 40 ° C., when sprayed into a mist or foam Along with an aerosol composition (see Patent Document 7) that forms a crackling foam by breaking bubbles, an aqueous solution, a surfactant, and a compressed dissolved gas, a hydrocarbon oil having a concentration of 10,000 ppm or more (5 to 7 carbon atoms). A foam aerosol agent (Patent Document 8) characterized in that it is enclosed in an aerosol container having a single-chamber structure, and an aqueous and / or alcoholic solution of a polymer resin composition, a surfactant, and a foaming solvent A saturated hydrocarbon mixed solvent containing at least one saturated hydrocarbon having 3 to 4 carbon atoms and at least one saturated hydrocarbon having 5 to 8 carbon atoms as a propellant. Foamy aerosols (Patent Document 9) are known, wherein the encapsulating sex insoluble compressed gas into the aerosol container of Tanshitsu structure. However, in these aerosols, compressed gas is used as a propellant, and there is no technical idea to obtain a blood circulation promoting effect on the skin.

Can be maintained on the skin for a long time, and the foam can be stably retained even after massage to spread the foam on the skin. I found it.
[0007]
That is, the present invention includes the following components (A), (B) and (C),
(A) Hydrocarbon selected from isopentane, n-pentane and neopentane 0. 1 to 2.0 mass%,
(B) 500-30000 ppm as the amount of carbon dioxide dissolved ,
(C) Emulsifier 0.5-25% by mass
An effervescent skin blood circulation promoting coating agent comprising an aqueous liquid containing lysine sealed in a pressure-resistant container.
[0009]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The effervescent skin circulation promoting coating agent of the present invention is obtained by enclosing an aqueous liquid containing the components (A), (B) and (C) in a pressure resistant container.
[0010]
Charcoal hydride component (A), when the present invention foamable skin blood circulation promoter coating agent was applied to the skin, partially with carbon dioxide to foam, then the foam was further foaming when spread on the skin, bubbles Has the effect of sustaining. As those hydrocarbon, Lee Sopentan, n- pentane, neopentane and more safety, particularly preferred in view of the persistence of the foam. In the present invention, the content of the component (A) is 0.1% by mass to 2.0% by mass in the aqueous liquid in the pressure resistant container in order to satisfy both the stability of foam on the skin and the blood circulation promoting effect. %, And further 0.5% to 1.0% by mass, more preferably 0.5% to less than 1.0% by mass, and particularly 0.77 to 0.97% by mass. Is preferred.
[0011]
The component (B) carbon dioxide is dissolved in the aqueous liquid of the foamable skin blood circulation promoting agent of the present invention, and foams when applied to the skin. The gaseous carbon dioxide in the foam and the carbon dioxide in the aqueous liquid on the skin have an action of promoting the blood circulation of the skin. Therefore, it is preferable that carbon dioxide is present in a high concentration in the aqueous liquid. Aerosol products that use only compressed gas as the propellant gas are subject to the High Pressure Gas Safety Act when the equilibrium pressure at 35 ° C is 1 MPa or higher, and are restricted in manufacturing, sales, storage, transportation, consumption, and container manufacturing. Therefore, the equilibrium pressure at 35 ° C. is preferably 1 MPa or less. The amount of carbon dioxide dissolved in the aqueous liquid varies depending on the composition of the aqueous liquid, but is preferably 500-30000 ppm, more preferably 5000-20000 ppm, and particularly preferably 8000-18000 ppm.
[0012]
The emulsifier of component (C) is important for improving the stability of foam when the foamable skin blood circulation promoting coating composition of the present invention is applied to the skin. As the emulsifier, a nonionic surfactant and / or an anionic surfactant, a cationic surfactant, or an amphoteric surfactant can be used. For example, as the nonionic surfactant, fatty acid esters such as glycerin fatty acid ester, polyglycerin fatty acid ester, sorbitan fatty acid ester, polyoxyethylene sorbitan fatty acid ester, polyethylene glycol fatty acid ester, pentaerythritol fatty acid ester, sucrose fatty acid ester; Examples include ethylene oxide adducts such as polyoxyethylene alkyl ether, polyoxyethylene alkyl phenyl ether, polyoxyethylene castor oil, and polyoxyethylene hydrogenated castor oil; fatty acid alkylamides, alkyl polysaccharides, and the like.
[0013]
Examples of the anionic surfactant include alkyl sulfates, polyoxyethylene alkyl ether sulfates, N-acyl amino acid salts, and phosphate ester salts. Examples of the cationic surfactant include ammonium salts and amine salts such as alkyltrimethylammonium salts and dialkyldimethylammonium salts. By adding these components, in addition to foaming properties, effects such as bactericidal action, treatment effect and antistatic effect can be obtained. As the amphoteric surfactant, alkyldimethylamine oxide, alkylcarboxybetaine, alkylsulfobetaine and the like can be added as necessary for the purpose of enhancing foaming power.
[0014]
Of these, nonionic surfactants and anionic surfactants are preferably used, and the nonionic surfactants include the fatty acid esters, alkyl polysaccharides, polyoxyethylene alkyl ethers, polyoxyethylene alkyls. Phenyl ether, polyoxyethylene castor oil, polyoxyethylene hydrogenated castor oil and the like are preferable. Moreover, as an anionic surfactant, phosphate ester salt, polyoxyethylene alkyl ether sulfate, and N-acyl amino acid salt are preferable. Among these surfactants, those having an alkyl chain having 8 to 16 carbon atoms are preferable from the viewpoint of the stability of foam on the skin. The surfactant can be used alone or in combination of two or more.
[0015]
These emulsifiers are preferably used in a large amount from the viewpoint of the stability of foam on the skin and the feel of the foam. On the other hand, the use of a large amount from the viewpoint of irritation to the skin is caused by problems such as irritation. The range of 0.3-25 mass% is preferable. In particular, it is preferable to contain 2.0 to 15.0% by mass, and more preferably 5.0 to 15.0% by mass in a system for washing away cleaning agents and massage agents. Moreover, in the system which remains on the skin as it is, such as milky lotion and lotion, 0.3 to 10% by mass, more preferably 0.3 to 6.0% by mass is preferable.
[0016]
Moreover, it is preferable to contain the oil agent which is a liquid at 25 degreeC in the point which dissolves a carbon dioxide at a higher density | concentration in this effervescent skin circulation promotion coating agent. This is because the liquid hydrophobic substance dissolves carbon dioxide about 3 to 6 times compared to water, and a liquid oil that is incompatible with water is dispersed in water as an emulsion to maintain this dissolution characteristic. It is because it is preferable to make it exist in. Examples of the oil include long chain hydrocarbons, higher fatty acids, higher fatty acid esters, higher alcohols, silicones, and fluorocarbons. As long-chain hydrocarbons, liquid paraffin is preferred, and higher fatty acids, higher fatty acid esters, and higher alcohols include branched fatty acids, unsaturated fatty acids, branched fatty acid esters, unsaturated fatty acid esters, branched fatty alcohols, and unsaturated fatty alcohols. It is preferable because it exhibits a liquid state. Fats and oils such as jojoba oil, olive oil, castor oil, mink oil and macadamian nut oil, and derivatives of unsaturated fatty acids and branched fatty acids such as isopropyl myristate and diglyceryl diisostearate are preferable. As silicones, alkyl-modified silicone such as dimethylstearyl polysiloxane, highly polymerized methyl polysiloxane, cross-linked methyl polysiloxane, fluorinated fluorosilicone, and the like are preferable. Furthermore, as fluorocarbons, perfluoropolyethers such as 2- (perfluorohexyl) ethyl 1,3-dimethylbutyl ether, hydrofluoroethers, and the like are preferable.
On the other hand, in order to improve the stability of the foam, fats and oils that are solid at 25 ° C., such as higher fatty acids, higher fatty acid esters, and higher alcohols can also be added.
[0017]
These liquid oils at 25 ° C. are preferably blended more from the point of dissolving carbon dioxide, but if they are contained more, the stability of the foam is lowered, so that 0.1 to 25 in the emulsion. It is preferable to contain by mass. In particular, in a system in which a cleaning agent or a massage agent is washed away, the content is particularly preferably 0.5 to 10.0% by mass, and more preferably 0.5 to 8.0% by mass. In a system such as an emulsion or lotion that remains on the skin as it is, 0.5 to 20% by mass, more preferably 5.0 to 20.0% by mass is preferable.
[0018]
In addition to the carbon dioxide as a propellant, nitrogen gas, neon gas, argon gas, helium gas, xenon gas, oxygen gas, compressed air, and the like can be blended with the foamable skin blood circulation promoting coating of the present invention. These propellants can be blended in such an amount that the concentration of carbon dioxide in the aqueous liquid is maintained in the above range, and the pressure inside the pressure vessel is 0.50 to 1.80 MPa at 25 ° C., particularly 0.70 to 0.95 MPa. It is preferable to blend so as to be in the range. The propellant used by adding to these carbon dioxides is preferably 40% by mass or less, particularly 20% by mass or less in the propellant. Further, in order to further enhance the blood circulation promoting effect by carbon dioxide, it is preferable to contain oxygen gas or compressed air as a propellant in an amount of 0.1 to 20% by mass, particularly 1 to 10% by mass of the carbon dioxide concentration.
[0019]
The effervescent skin blood circulation promoting coating composition of the present invention can further contain water, alcohols, thickeners, moisturizers, fragrances, bactericides / preservatives and the like. Here, as alcohols, lower alcohol, ethylene glycol, propylene glycol, 1,3-butylene glycol, glycerin, xylitol, sorbitol, polyethylene glycol, polyglycerin, ethylene glycol monophenyl ether, diethylene glycol monoethyl ether, ethylene glycol monoethyl ether Etc. Examples of the thickener include carboxyvinyl polymer, alkyl methacrylate methacrylate copolymer, carrageenan, pectin, collagen, carboxymethyl starch, ethyl cellulose, hydroxyethyl cellulose and the like. Examples of the humectant include propylene glycol, glycerin, 1,3 butylene glycol, collagen, hyaluronic acid, caronic acid, sodium lactate, hydroxyethoxyethylguanidine, and casein. Examples of the bactericidal / preservative include paraoxybenzoic acid ester, potassium sorbate, phenoxyethanol, benzalkonium chloride, chlorhexidine chloride, photosensitizer, thymol, resorcin, trichlorocarbanilide and the like. The water content is preferably 55 to 98% by mass, more preferably 70 to 98% by mass, and particularly preferably 80 to 95% by mass in the aqueous liquid from the viewpoint of containing a large amount of carbon dioxide. Here, the aqueous liquid refers to a liquid containing a large amount of water, and includes an aqueous solution, a milky liquid, an emulsified liquid, and the like.
[0020]
Carbon dioxide is not converted as carbon dioxide on the alkali side, but becomes carbonate and does not have a blood circulation promoting effect. Therefore, the pH of the aqueous liquid of the effervescent skin blood circulation promoting coating of the present invention is pH 2.5 to 7.0, particularly pH 4 from the viewpoint of obtaining an excellent blood circulation promoting effect by dissolving carbon dioxide at a high concentration. .5 to 6.0 is preferable. As a pH adjuster for adjusting the pH within these ranges, for example, organic acids such as citric acid, malic acid, tartaric acid, or salts thereof, or phosphoric acid or salts thereof can be used.
[0021]
The effervescent skin blood circulation promoting coating agent of the present invention is obtained by filling the pressure-resistant container with the components (A), (C) and other components including water, and then filling carbon dioxide and other propellant as necessary. Manufactured. The pressure vessel may be in any form that allows the liquid content to be discharged in the form of a foam. For example, a normal single-chamber can made of metal such as aluminum or tin, an acetal resin, a polycarbonate resin, etc. Resin containers, glass, etc. can be used as long as they are within the pressure limit. In particular, when high pressure carbon dioxide is filled once industrially, an impact can having an aluminum container thickness adjusted is preferable. Further, depending on the viscosity of the stock solution, a double container having an inner bag in a pressure resistant container can be used.
[0022]
The effervescent skin blood circulation promoting coating agent of the present invention is preferably used by applying it on the skin and spreading the generated foam on the skin. Here, as an application means on the skin, it may be directly discharged onto the desired skin to form bubbles on the spot, but it is discharged onto the hand to form bubbles, and the bubbles are formed on the desired skin. You may apply to. Since the foam formed by the effervescent skin blood circulation promoting coating agent of the present invention is stable for a long time and stable even after performing an operation to spread on the skin, a light massage, etc., a high concentration of carbon dioxide is long on the skin. It acts for a long time and has an excellent blood circulation promoting effect.
