BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a liquid container, in particular, a thin plastic bottle-type container used for refilling and the like, and a sealing member for the container.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In recent years, containers for refilling have been used in consideration of resource saving and reduction of amount of garbage, and bag-like containers, pouch containers, thin-walled plastic bottle-type containers, and the like have been used. Among them, the thin plastic bottle-type container can be easily manufactured at low cost with a synthetic resin material, etc., and is self-supporting, compared to a pouch container that is costly because it forms a laminate including an aluminum layer. Since it has the advantage of being high, for example, it has been demanded as a refillable container for storing contents such as liquid detergents and liquid cosmetics.
[0003]
By the way, if a container with high shape retention is used as a container for refilling, even if it is empty, it has a space inside, so the contents of the container from the manufacturer who manufactures the container When the product is distributed to the user (detergent manufacturer, etc.) side, the distribution cost is high in the same manner as the container after filling, and the product becomes bulky when discarded.
[0004]
On the other hand, the above-mentioned thin plastic bottle-type container can be filled with the contents even if the container is not thin enough to be self-supporting when the contents are not filled. Can be made independent enough. Moreover, since the shape retaining property can be lowered, the volume at the time of distribution or disposal can be reduced by folding.
[0005]
When such a thin plastic bottle-type container is used especially for refilling, the opening is refilled into a main body container with a dispenser that can use the contents a plurality of times from circulation after the contents are filled. It is enough that it is sealed until it is made. However, in the conventional thin plastic bottle-type container for refilling, like a bottle-type container that can be used a plurality of times, a cylindrical protrusion is provided in the vicinity of the opening, and a cap or the like is fitted into the cylindrical protrusion. Was sealed.
[0006]
Further, in a normal bottle-type container, in order to provide information display such as surface display and back display directly on the container, printing is performed on the surface whose surface roughness is increased by corona treatment, for example, by gravure printing. On the other hand, since it is difficult to perform such processing in the above-described thin plastic bottle-type container, for example, a shrink label or the like in which a printed plastic film is contracted and adhered to the container is used. In order to attach such a shrink label, there is a limit to the thinning of the container. In other words, it is difficult to print on the surface or attach a shrink label in a container that is not thin and does not have self-sustainability in the state that the contents are not filled. Has not yet been proposed.
[0007]
In addition, in the above-described ultrathin container, when the contents are refilled from the refill container to the main body container, the contents may be pushed out and popped out if the container is pressed by hand.
[0008]
Furthermore, in the normal bottle-type container, since the containers are independent from each other, when filling is performed, for example, in a line, it is necessary to align the individual containers.
[0009]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
An object of the present invention is to provide a thin-walled plastic bottle-type container and a sealing member for the container that have advantageously solved the above-mentioned problems in the prior art.
[0010]
[Means for solving problems and their effects]
A sealing member for a thin plastic bottle-type container of the present invention is a sealing member for sealing an opening of a thin-walled plastic bottle-type container having an engaging portion at a bottle neck portion, and the sealing member is an engaging portion in the bottle-type container. It consists of a bendable sheet material which has a latching part latched by a part and a sealing part which seals the opening part in a bottle type container.
[0011]
In the sealing member for the thin-walled plastic bottle-type container of the present invention, the sealing member itself is made of a bendable sheet material, and the latching portion thereof is an annular flange of the bottleneck portion of the thin-walled plastic bottle-shaped container. The sealing portion is fixed to the opening of the bottle-type container that holds the hooking portion by the bending of the sealing member, and seals it.
[0012]
Therefore, according to the sealing member for such a thin plastic bottle-type container, in the state where the latching portion is latched on the annular flange of the bottle neck portion of the thin-walled plastic bottle-type container, The container can be easily and inexpensively sealed by curving the intermediate portion and sealing the opening of the bottle-type container with the sealing portion.
[0013]
Moreover, since the sealing member of the present invention is made of a sheet material, it is easy to perform printing or the like on portions other than the latching portion. Therefore, since such a sealing member used for the thin plastic bottle-type container serves as both the sealing of the container and the information display, the thin plastic bottle-type container can be made ultra-thin, and consequently Thin plastic bottle-type containers can be distributed at low cost and resource saving.
[0014]
In the sealing member for a thin plastic bottle-type container according to the present invention, the sealing portion is formed by cutting out from the material of the sealing member at a position separated from the latching portion, and close to the latching portion. The remaining portion may be connected to the remaining portion of the sealing member, and the remaining portion may be bent and hooked to the engaging portion, and in this way, the remaining portion is bent to the engaging portion such as the annular flange. By hooking, it is possible to form a ring near the bottleneck portion of the thin plastic bottle-type container at the curved portion. Therefore, it is possible to refill the contents while holding the container, for example by hooking a finger on the ring, preventing the contents from popping out by directly pressing the ultra-thin container. can do.
[0015]
In the sealing member for a thin plastic bottle-type container according to the present invention, the sealing part fits at least one of an inner peripheral part and an outer peripheral part of the part defining the opening of the bottle-type container. The fitting part may be included, and in this way, the sealing effect can be enhanced, and the opening part of the thin plastic bottle-type container is sealed again by the sealing part even after opening once. It becomes possible to do.
[0016]
In addition, if the sealing member is hooked on a thin plastic bottle-type container with the fitting portion of the sealing member facing downward (the state turned over with respect to the sealed state), they are arranged next to the container. The fitting portion of the sealing member can be fitted to the opening of another container. Therefore, when distributing an empty thin plastic bottle container, it is possible to connect and distribute a plurality of thin plastic bottle containers by performing such operations one after another for a plurality of thin plastic bottle containers. it can.
[0017]
Furthermore, in the sealing member for the thin plastic bottle-type container of the present invention, the sealing member may have a tag portion for displaying information, and in this way, the tag portion can be printed. Therefore, it is possible to easily display various information such as a description of the product, a product name, and a price.
[0018]
In the sealing member for thin plastic bottle-shaped container of the present invention, a plurality of the sealing member is formed that is in the width direction of the sealing member connected to each other continuously seal member sheet.
[0019]
In this way, on the manufacturer side that manufactures the container, each of the engaging portions of the plurality of sealing members connected to each other is engaged with the annular flange of the bottle neck portion of each thin plastic bottle-type container. It is possible to easily align a plurality of empty ultrathin thin plastic bottle-type containers in a crushed state. Accordingly, a plurality of empty, ultrathin plastic bottle containers made of thin plastic can be distributed more with a small packing volume. Moreover, since the thin plastic bottle-type containers can be moved while maintaining the aligned state, the containers can be easily distributed to the user side who fills the containers with the contents.
[0020]
In addition, on the user side, since the aligned state of the thin plastic bottle-type container is maintained and delivered, when filling the contents on the line, a plurality of empty bottles whose aligned state is maintained are delivered. The ultra-thin plastic bottle-type container can be sent to the filling line, and the contents can be filled into the container while dividing the sealing member. Alignment work can be eliminated.
[0021]
The other hand, in the sealing member for thin plastic bottle-shaped container of the present invention, a plurality of the sealing member forms a continuous sheet longitudinally sealed are coupled to each other member of the sealing member.
[0022]
In this way, a plurality of empty ultra-thin walls can be obtained by hooking each latching portion of the plurality of sealing members connected to each other to the annular flange of the bottle neck portion of each thin plastic bottle container. It is possible to align the adjacent containers of the thin plastic bottle-shaped containers that are made into a state of being kept at a relatively large distance. Therefore, the empty container can be circulated without being crushed, and the container can be filled with the contents while the plurality of sealing members are still connected. In addition, even when the container filled with the contents is distributed, maintaining the connection of the sealing member makes it easy to align the containers at the time of packing.
[0023]
In the thin plastic bottle-type container of the present invention, the sealing member described in any of the above may be used, and in this way, the ultrathin-walled thin plastic bottle-type container is used for refilling. It can be used as a container. Therefore, on the manufacturer side of the thin plastic bottle-type container made ultra-thin, it is possible to reduce the cost and resource saving in the manufacture of the container, and on the user side to fill the container with the contents and distribute it. Thus, sealing and distribution can be simplified, and the amount of garbage can be reduced on the consumer side while considering refilling.
[0024]
The thin-walled plastic bottle-type container of the present invention may be one in which the amount of plastic material used per unit volume in the container is 0.004 g / ml to 0.025 g / ml. The plastic bottle-type container can be easily crushed with sufficient strength.
[0025]
Furthermore, the thin plastic bottle-type container of the present invention may be made of a thermoplastic resin such as polyethylene terephthalate, polyethylene naphthalate, or polypropylene, and in this way, the thin plastic bottle-type container can be made inexpensive. Can be ultra-thin.
