Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a storage installed using a veranda space of an apartment house, and more particularly to a storage configured using a sliding door provided facing the veranda.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The veranda of the apartment is a common part and also serves as an emergency evacuation route such as a fire. Furthermore, the installation of objects that impair the aesthetics is restricted by contracts with landlords of housing complexes and the rules of management associations, and storage such as storerooms cannot be installed. However, it has been studied to effectively use a part of the veranda space as a storage space as long as it does not hinder evacuation in an emergency and does not violate the regulations. For example, it is known to configure a footwear storage using a door that faces the outdoors (see Patent Document 1). In this case, a storage box that opens into the room is attached to the lower part of the door so that the opening of the storage box can be opened and closed with a lid that is operated from the room side. The storage box stores footwear for outdoor use.
[0003]
A storage cabinet has been proposed in which one of the sliding doors provided facing the veranda is removed, and the storage unit is fitted into the opening frame instead (see Patent Document 2). The storage unit is composed of a large box that opens indoors, a sash frame that is fixed to the opening edge of the box, and casters that support the box. The sash frame is formed in the same size as the door body, and is incorporated in the opening frame of the sliding door. It seems that you can get in and out of the box like a walk-in closet when you put things in and out of the box.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Since the storage of Patent Document 1 is large enough to store footwear, the storage does not interfere with emergency evacuation. However, the objects to be stored are limited to small articles having the same size as footwear, and there are restrictions on the articles that can be stored. As seen in Patent Document 2, when the storage is enlarged, larger articles can be stored, but the appearance of the building tends to be damaged. Since the storage closes half of the opening frame, the field of view from the room is greatly blocked and a feeling of pressure is given. There is also the disadvantage that the storage is a hindrance to lighting and ventilation. Since the storage box protrudes greatly to the veranda side, it may interfere with evacuation, and there is a problem in ensuring safety. In short, the conventional storage is either small or large and lacks practicality.
[0006]
The object of the present invention is to provide a veranda storage for a condominium that can effectively use a part of the veranda space as a storage space without damaging the evacuation in an emergency and without impairing the appearance of the building. It is in. The purpose of the present invention is to eliminate the fact that the view from the room is largely obstructed by the storage even though the storage is attached to the sliding door facing the veranda, and the storage is an obstacle to lighting and ventilation It is to provide a storage for a veranda of an apartment house. An object of the present invention is to provide a veranda storage suitable for an apartment house, particularly a high-rise apartment house, which can accommodate a flowerpot using the storage. An object of the present invention is to provide a veranda storage for an apartment house where potted plants stored in the storage can be appreciated from the room.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The veranda storage of the present invention is intended for an apartment house in which the sliding door 1 is provided facing the veranda that also serves as an emergency evacuation route. The sliding door 1 is composed of an opening frame 2 and a plurality of door main bodies 3 that are guided and supported so as to be freely opened and closed by upper and lower guide frames 6 and 7 constituting the opening frame 2. The door body 3 includes a pair of left and right vertical door frames 11, a pair of upper and lower horizontal door frames 12, and a plate glass 13 fixed to the vertical and horizontal door frames 11 and 12. A reinforcing bar 17 is fixed between the upper and lower middle portions of the vertical door frames 11 of the door main body 3 located on the veranda side among the door main bodies 3 adjacent to the inside and outside, and a storage is provided on the outer surface of the lower half of the door main body 3. 20 is formed. The storage 20 includes a pair of left and right side walls 21 fixed to the outer surfaces of both vertical door frames 11 of the door body 3, a roof wall 22 that covers the top and bottom of both side walls 21, a bottom wall 23, and an entrance / exit 24 of the storage 20. It includes a shoji 25 that opens and closes.
[0008]
Both side walls 21 are formed of a hollow aluminum strip provided integrally with a fastening wall 26, and the fastening wall 26 is fastened and fixed to the vertical door frame 11 with screws 27. The roof wall 22 and the bottom wall 23 are formed of hollow aluminum strips integrally provided with fastening walls 30 and 31 and guide rails 37 and 38, respectively. The fastening wall 30 of the roof wall 22 is connected to the reinforcing bar 17 with screws 32. The fastening wall 31 of the bottom wall 23 is fastened and fixed to the lower side door frame 12 with screws 33. The roof wall 22, the bottom wall 23, and the side walls 21 are fastened and fixed by screws 34 and 35, respectively, and are integrated with the left and right vertical door frames 11, the reinforcing bars 17, and the lower side door frame 12. The shoji 25 of the storage 20 is guided by the guide rails 37 and 38 so as to be opened and closed.
[0009]
The shoji 25 of the storage 20 is formed including a shoji panel 45 that allows daylight transmission and a shoji frame 46 that supports the shoji panel 45 . The plate glass 13 facing the storage 20 and inside and outside is formed of a transparent material.
[0010]
The opening frame 2 includes a pair of left and right vertical opening frames 5 and 5 and upper and lower guide frames 6 and 7. A runner roller 52 that is guided to roll by the upper guide frame 6 is provided on the upper door frame 12 of the door body 3 to which the storage 20 is assembled. The runner roller 52 performs rolling guidance on the rolling wall 54 on the outdoor side of the guide frame 6. Thus, the tilting moment of the door main body 3 due to the weight of the storage 20 and the stored items in the storage is received by the guide frame 6 via the runner roller 52.
[0011]
[Effects of the invention]
In the present invention, the storage 20 is formed on the outer surface of the lower half of the door main body 3 located on the veranda side of the door main bodies 3 adjacent to the inside and outside. Of course, the storage 20 can effectively use a part of the veranda space as a storage space without impairing the appearance of the building. Since the storage 20 is formed only on the outer surface of the lower half of the door main body 3, it is possible to avoid the view from the room being largely obstructed by the storage 20, and the height of the storage 20 is low. There is no pressure in the room. It can also be solved that the storage 20 becomes an obstacle to lighting and ventilation. Since the storage 20 can be moved along with the opening and closing of the door main body 3, the opening is not blocked by the storage 20.
[0012]
A pair of left and right side walls 21 are fastened and fixed to the vertical door frames 11, and the roof wall 22 and the bottom wall 23 are connected to the reinforcing bars 17 provided in the upper and lower middle portions of the vertical door frames 11 and the lower horizontal door frame 12. According to the storage 20 configured to be fastened and fixed, all the constituent members of the storage 20 except the shoji 25 are integrated with the structural material having sufficient strength of the door body 3 to reinforce each other. Therefore, the structural strength of the door body 3 and the storage 20 can be improved, and a particularly robust storage 20 can be obtained.
[0013]
When the shoji 25 of the storage 20 is formed including the shoji panel 45 that can be lit, sunlight can be taken into the storage, so that the pot 20 can be housed in the storage 20 and particularly high winds are often received. It is possible to reliably prevent the flower pot placed on the veranda from being blown away by a gust of wind. Since the storage 20 can be used as a greenhouse for potted plants, it is possible to save the trouble of moving the flowerpots indoors in the winter.
[0014]
If the glass plate 13 facing the storage 20 and the inside and outside is formed of a transparent material, the potted plant housed in the storage 20 can be viewed from the room. The feeling of pressure can be eased, and it is not necessary to go out to the veranda, so the state of the plant and the humidity state of the soil can be easily confirmed.
[0015]
A runner roller 52 that is guided to roll by the upper guide frame 6 is provided on the upper side door frame 12 of the door main body 3, and the tilting moment of the door main body 3 due to the weight of the storage 20 and the contents stored in the storage is determined by the runner roller. 52, the frictional resistance between the upper guide frame 6 and the door body 3 due to the tilting moment is remarkably reduced, and the door body 3 is It can be opened and closed easily.
[0016]
【Example】
1 to 5 show an embodiment of a veranda storage according to the present invention. In FIG. 1, reference numeral 1 denotes a sliding door provided facing the veranda. The veranda also serves as an emergency evacuation route, and is separated from the neighboring veranda via a partition wall (not shown) arranged at the boundary position. By breaking the partition, it is possible to evacuate from one veranda of the partition to the other veranda.
[0017]
The sliding door 1 includes an opening frame 2 fixed to a wall surface facing the veranda and four door main bodies 3 that are guided and supported by the opening frame 2 so as to be opened and closed. The opening frame 2 includes a pair of left and right vertical opening frames 5 and 5 and upper and lower guide frames 6 and 7 each formed of an aluminum strip. As shown in FIG. 4, guide rails 8 and 9 for moving and guiding the door body 3 are integrally formed on the upper and lower guide frames 6 and 7, respectively.
[0018]
Door body 3 is composed of a pair of left and right Tatetowaku 11, 11, a pair of upper and lower Yokodo frames 12, 12, a transparent plate glass 1 3 fixed to Ryotowaku 11, 12 of the vertical and horizontal. The vertical door frame 11 and the horizontal door frame 12 are each formed of a hollow aluminum strip. As shown in FIG. 4, a notch 14 that is guided and supported by the upper guide rail 8 is formed at the upper end of the vertical door frame 11, and a door pulley 15 is attached to the lower side door frame 12. Reference numeral 16 (see FIG. 1) is a handle for opening and closing the door body 3.
[0019]
Of the four door bodies 3 adjacent to the inside and outside, the storage body 20 is formed on the outer surface of the lower half of the door body 3 that is located on the veranda side and located on both side ends of the opening frame 2. . In order to reinforce the structural strength of the door main body 3 to which the storage 20 is assembled, the door main body 3 located at both ends is provided with reinforcing bars 17. The reinforcing bar 17 is made of the same aluminum strip as that of the horizontal door frame 12. The reinforcing bar 17 is disposed between the upper and lower central portions of the vertical door frames 11 and fastened with screws 18 (see FIG. 2) screwed from the outside of the vertical door frame 11. It is fixed.
[0020]
As shown in FIG. 2, the storage 20 includes a pair of left and right side walls (circumferential side walls) 21 fixed to the outer surfaces of the left and right vertical door frames 11, a roof wall 22 and a bottom wall 23 that block the upper and lower sides of both side walls 21, The sliding door 25 which opens and closes the entrance / exit 24 of the front surface of the storage 20 and the shelf board 28 (refer FIG. 1, FIG. 5) etc. which are arrange | positioned in the storage as needed and divide the inside in a multistage form.
[0021]
As shown in FIG. 3, the left and right side walls 21 are made of hollow aluminum strips having the same cross-sectional shape, and a fastening wall 26 is integrally formed on the side of the joint surface to the vertical door frame 11. By fastening the upper and lower portions of the fastening wall 26 with screws 27, the side wall 21 is integrated with the door frame 11. The front-rear length of the side wall 21 is 20 to 25 cm.
[0022]
As shown in FIG. 4, the roof wall 22 and the bottom wall 23 are each made of a hollow aluminum strip, and fastening walls 30 and 31 similar to the side wall 21 are integrally formed. By fastening the fastening wall 30 of the roof wall 22 to the reinforcing bar 17 with screws 32 and fastening the fastening wall 31 of the bottom wall 23 to the lower side door frame 12 with screws 33, the roof wall 22 and the bottom wall 23 are doors. It is fixed to the main body 3. The roof wall 22 is fastened and fixed to the both side walls 21 with screws 34, and the bottom wall 23 is fastened and fixed to the both side walls 21 with screws 35 (see FIG. 3). As shown in FIG. 4, the upper wall of the roof wall 22 is inclined downward toward the entrance / exit 24, and both side ends thereof are closed with caps 36. Guide rails 37 and 38 for opening and closing the shoji 25 are formed on the roof wall 22 and the front inner surface of the bottom wall 23 so as to face each other.
[0023]
As shown in FIG. 1, the right storage 20 is literally used as a storage, but the left storage 20 is assumed to be used as a greenhouse for storing potted plants. The structure of the shoji 25 at 20 is different. As shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 4, the former shoji 25 is configured as a sliding door that can be freely opened and closed by moving and guiding a pair of left and right hollow steel panels 39 and 39 with guide rails 37 and 38. is there. The upper end of the hollow panel 39 is closed with a cap 40, and a door wheel 41 is provided on the lower surface. The inner part of the storage 20 is partitioned by the plate glass 13, but is inserted between the reinforcing bar 17 and the lower side door frame 12 in order to prevent the inside of the storage from being seen from the indoor side. The plate glass 13 is made of rubbed glass. In FIG. 2, reference numeral 42 denotes a handle . The left and right hollow panels 39 in the closed state can be closed and fixed by a latch (not shown).
[0024]
As shown in FIG. 5, the latter shoji 25 includes a pair of left and right shoji panels 45 and a rectangular frame-like shoji frame 46 that supports the shoji panel 45. It is configured as a sliding door. However, the shoji panel 45 is different from the shoji 25 in that the shoji panel 45 is formed of a daylighting panel that allows the transmission of sunlight, such as a transparent or translucent plate glass or a plastic plate. The pair of left and right shoji frames 46 are guided to move in a slidable manner by upper and lower guide rails 37 and 38, and can be closed and fixed by a latch (not shown). In FIG. 1, reference numeral 47 is a handle provided on the shoji frame 46.
[0025]
The storage 20 on the side used as a greenhouse stores potted plants as shown in FIG. The plate glass 13 fitted between the reinforcing bar 17 and the lower side door frame 12 is made of transparent glass so that the housed plants can be viewed from the indoor side. In FIG. 5, reference numeral 49 is a latch that supports four places on the lower surface of the shelf board 28, and 50 is an engagement hole that is provided in a column in the side wall 21 for engaging and mounting the latch 49 .
[0026]
As described above, when the storage 20 is configured using the door main body 3, the protruding dimension of the storage 20 is about 25 cm at the maximum, so that it does not interfere with emergency evacuation. There is no loss of appearance. Moreover, since the storage 20 is provided in the lower half part of the door main body 3 located on both side ends in a state in which all the door main bodies 3 are closed, it is possible to prevent the view from the room from being largely blocked by the storage 20. In addition, a feeling of pressure is not given to the room as the vertical height of the storage 20 is low. It can also be solved that the storage 20 becomes an obstacle to lighting and ventilation.
[0027]
Since the storage 20 has vertical and horizontal dimensions of 90 cm each, it can store any stored items within that range, and can store kitchen items, vegetables that can be stored at room temperature, laundry-related items, and the like. Since the storage 20 is opened and closed together with the door body 3, the side edges of the opening frame 2 can be completely opened when the door body 3 at both ends is opened toward the center of the opening, and the lower floor surface of the storage 20 is cleaned. Can be easily performed. Since the entrance / exit 24 opens toward the open space of the veranda, the object to be stored can be taken into and out of the storage 20 in a posture facing the door main body 3. Thus, there is an advantage that the object to be stored can be easily taken in and out without being obstructed by the wall surface or the door body 3.
[0028]
FIG. 6 shows another embodiment of the door body 3. As described above, when the storage 20 is configured using the door main body 3, a tilting moment due to the weight of the storage 20 and the stored items in the storage main body 3 acts on the door main body 3, in particular, the upper guide rail 8 and the door main body. A large frictional resistance is generated between the door body 3 and the door body 3 is difficult to open and close. Therefore, in this embodiment, the runner rollers 52 are assembled on the left and right sides of the upper side door frame 12 so that the previous frictional resistance can be remarkably reduced. The runner roller 52 is pivotally supported by a roller shaft 53 that is fixed to the horizontal door frame 12, and its peripheral surface is received by a rolling wall 54 on the outdoor side of the guide frame 6. In other words, the tilting moment due to the weight of the storage 20 and the stored items in the storage is received by the guide frame 6 via the runner roller 52. Since others are the same as the previous embodiment, the same reference numerals are assigned to the same members, and descriptions thereof are omitted.
[0029]
In addition to the above embodiment, the side wall 21, the roof wall 22, and the bottom wall 23 can each be formed of a steel plate panel similarly to the hollow panel 39, and if necessary, formed of a wooden or plastic panel. be able to. The entrance / exit 24 can be opened on either the left or right side surface of the storage 20 . Using the number of door main body 3 of the sliding door 1 may be any plural and is not limited to the number described in the Examples.
[0030]
Each of the left and right storages 20 described in FIG. 1 may be dedicated for storage, or may be a dedicated storage for storing potted plants.
