Description
The present invention relates to a fire-resistant segment and a fire-resistant tunnel structure that constitute a cylindrical wall body having fire resistance.
For this reason, in order to prevent deterioration and damage of the cylindrical wall body due to fire in the tunnel, for example, a fire-resistant panel formed of a fire-resistant and flame-retardant material such as ceramics is pasted on the entire inner surface of the cylindrical wall body. (For example, refer to
For example, the fireproof panel is formed by inserting an anchor bolt embedded in a segment constituting the cylindrical wall body into a hole formed in the fireproof panel, screwing a nut into the anchor bolt, and fastening and fixing it to the inner surface of the cylindrical wall body. Fixed. In some cases, a bracket is fixed to an anchor bolt of a segment, and a fireproof panel is fastened and fixed to the bracket by a bolt and a nut.
By the way, in order to attach a fireproof panel to the whole inner surface of a cylindrical wall body with the above attachment structure, there was a problem that a great deal of labor and labor were required, and therefore the construction period was unavoidable.
Also, this fireproof panel can only be manufactured smaller than the segments that make up the cylindrical wall body, and therefore, a large amount of fireproof panel is required to cover the entire inner surface of the cylindrical wall body, which also increases costs. It was inevitable.
In addition, the joints of the refractory panels must be covered with a siding plate made of a refractory material so that no flame is blown from the joints between the refractory panels, which requires a lot of labor for the construction.
Furthermore, when repairing after extinguishing the fire, it is necessary to remove all the fireproof panels that have deteriorated due to the flame from the inner surface of the cylindrical wall body and replace them with new ones. It was.
In addition, there is a construction method in which a fireproof material is sprayed on the inner surface of the cylindrical wall body, and the entire inner surface of the cylindrical wall body is covered with this fireproof material, but the construction period is long, and the thickness control of the spraying is extremely difficult. In other words, finishing work on the inner surface must be performed, which requires a lot of labor, labor, and time.
This invention is made in view of the said situation, and it aims at providing the fireproof segment and fireproof tunnel structure which can construct | assemble the cylindrical wall body which has fire resistance very easily and at low cost. .
In order to achieve the above object, the refractory segment of the present invention is an arc plate-like segment constituting a cylindrical wall body by being connected in a circumferential direction and an axial direction along the inner surface of the excavation hole, It consists of a steel shell body in which steel materials are joined in a frame shape, and concrete filled inside the steel shell body, and the steel shell body extends in the longitudinal direction of the segment along the outer peripheral surface on the natural ground side. A pair of plate portions and an outer peripheral side structural member that covers the corners of the four sides by another plate portion extending along the thickness direction, and a pair of members extending in the longitudinal direction of the segment along the inner peripheral surface on the inner side The inner peripheral side structural member that covers the corners of the four sides by the plate portion and another plate portion extending along the thickness direction, the plate portion along the outer peripheral surface of the outer peripheral side structural member, and the inner peripheral side structural member A connecting portion for connecting the plate portions along the peripheral surface to each other; With which, the concrete is characterized in that the inner circumference side structural member in the portion surrounded by exposing at least the inner peripheral surface side is refractory concrete mixed with fibers.
According to the present invention, at least the portion of the concrete surrounded by the inner peripheral structural member exposed from the steel shell to the inner peripheral surface side is mixed with fiber, so that the tensile strength is greatly improved. Therefore, the deterioration and damage due to the flame are suppressed, and the occurrence of cracks is reliably prevented. Moreover, even if it deteriorates to some extent by a flame, it can be easily repaired by coating the surface with a new refractory concrete.
In addition, although the concrete of the part enclosed by the inner peripheral side structural member exposed to the inner peripheral surface side from a steel shell body should just be a refractory concrete, the whole concrete with which it fills in a steel shell body is good also as a refractory concrete.
Further, the portion surrounded by the inner peripheral structural member of the concrete exposed on the inner peripheral surface side is formed with a protruding portion that protrudes toward the inner peripheral surface side than the inner peripheral structural member , and the fire resistant segments are joined to each other. In this case, it is preferable that a recess in which a fireproof panel covering the seam portion of the fireproof segment and the inner peripheral surface side structural member is fitted is formed between the protrusions.
Thereby, since the fireproof panel is fitted into the concave portion between the projecting portions at the joint portion of the fireproof segment, the mounting work is facilitated and the number of fireproof panels used is reduced, thereby reducing the cost. Moreover, the inner surface of the cylindrical wall can be smoothed by setting the protrusion and the fireproof panel to the same thickness.
Further, the fireproof tunnel structure of the present invention is a tunnel structure constructed by connecting arc plate-like segments in the circumferential direction and the axial direction along the inner surface of the excavation hole, and the segments are formed of a steel material in a frame shape. The steel shell body bonded to the concrete is filled with concrete, and the steel shell body extends along the thickness direction with a pair of plate portions extending in the longitudinal direction of the segment along the outer peripheral surface on the natural ground side. An outer peripheral side structural member that covers the corners of the four sides by other existing plate parts, a pair of plate parts extending in the longitudinal direction of the segment along the inner peripheral surface on the inner side, and extending in the thickness direction Connection connecting the inner peripheral side structural member covering the corners of the four sides with the other plate part, the plate part along the outer peripheral surface of the outer peripheral side structural member, and the plate part along the inner peripheral surface of the inner peripheral side structural member. And the controller Ried consists refractory segments refractory concrete fibers are mixed the portion enclosed by the circumferential side structural member inner exposed to at least the inner peripheral surface side, and the inner peripheral side structural member and a joint portion between the refractory segment It is characterized by a fireproof panel being pasted over.
According to the present invention, at least a portion of the concrete surrounded by the inner circumferential side structural member exposed from the steel shell to the inner circumferential surface side is mixed with fiber, thereby providing a refractory concrete with significantly improved tensile strength. A fireproof segment forms a cylindrical wall, and the joints on the inner peripheral surfaces of these fireproof segments and the inner peripheral structural member of the steel shell are covered with a fireproof panel, which suppresses deterioration and damage due to flame. Generation of cracks and the like is prevented. In addition, deterioration and damage due to the flame between the joint portion of the refractory segments and the inner peripheral side structural member are reliably prevented by the refractory panel.
In addition, after the fire is extinguished, it is easy to replace the fireproof panels provided on the joints of the fireproof segment and the inner peripheral structural member, and apply new fireproof concrete to the inner surface of the slightly deteriorated fireproof segment. It is possible to repair.
In addition, as the refractory segment, it is sufficient that the concrete of the part surrounded by the inner peripheral side structural member exposed from the steel shell body to the inner peripheral surface side is refractory concrete, but the entire concrete filled in the steel shell body You may use what made refractory concrete.
Furthermore, the portion surrounded by the inner peripheral structural member of the concrete exposed on the inner peripheral surface side is formed with a protruding portion that protrudes closer to the inner peripheral surface side than the inner peripheral structural member , and the fireproof jointed to each other It is preferable that the fireproof panel is fitted and attached between the protruding portions of the segments.
Thereby, the attachment of the fireproof panel between the fireproof segments on the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical wall body is facilitated, and the construction work can be further facilitated. Moreover, the inner surface can be smoothed by setting the protrusion and the fireproof panel to the same thickness.
According to the fireproof segment and the fireproof tunnel structure of the present invention, even if a fire occurs in the tunnel, the concrete constituting the segment is surrounded by the inner peripheral side structural member exposed to at least the inner peripheral surface side . Since the refractory concrete whose tensile strength is greatly improved by mixing fibers in the part is used, deterioration and damage due to the flame can be suppressed, and the occurrence of cracks and peeling can be prevented. Moreover, since the joint part of segments and the inner peripheral side structural member are covered with the fireproof panel, deterioration and damage by the flame of the joint part and the inner peripheral side structural member can be surely prevented.
In other words, by using this refractory segment, it is not necessary to attach a refractory panel to the entire tunnel inner surface, so it is possible to greatly reduce the labor, labor and cost required for construction work, and greatly shorten the construction period. it can.
In addition, after the fire is extinguished, it is extremely easy to replace the fire-resistant panels provided on the seam part of the fire-resistant segment and the inner peripheral side structural member , and apply new fire-resistant concrete to the inner surface of the slightly deteriorated fire-resistant segment. Repair can be completed.
