Description

The present invention relates to a decorative joint material for inducing joint parts of concrete, and is a concrete structure constructed by placing concrete, and used in combination with an inducing joint material that induces cracks due to shrinkage of the concrete at specific locations. It is provided on the surface and can be used as it is as a cosmetic joint without securing repairs or the like while ensuring water tightness.

In concrete structures constructed by placing concrete, thermal stress is generated in the concrete due to the hydration heat generated by the hydration reaction of cement and water, and cracks occur as it hardens. Depending on the structure, problems such as water leakage may occur or it may be a problem in appearance.

Therefore, the induced joint material is installed so that stress concentrates at a specific position inside the concrete structure to generate cracks, and a faceplate for decorative joint is installed on the surface of the formwork that becomes the concrete surface. The cracks that occurred at specific locations were repaired with the part of the wood that was removed after removing the formwork, or the concrete surface was finished by applying an adhesive or resin caulking, and water was stopped.

However, since the work such as repair is required after removing the formwork, the work process is many and complicated, and only the removal of the formwork does not repair, and it is possible to ensure that the surface is not cracked and water-stopping is ensured. What can be done has been proposed.

For example, the concrete crack-inducing joint material disclosed in Patent Document 1 is applied to the primary lining 1 and secondary lining 2 of the concrete wall of the shield tunnel as shown in FIG. The fitting portion 3a of the joint material 3 is fitted, and the wedge portion 3b fitted to the fitting portion 3a is protruded into the concrete 2 so as to induce cracks at the tip of the wedge portion 3b. The crack is stopped by the entire joint material 3 of the fitting portion 3a and the wedge portion 3b.

Moreover, in the waterproofing concrete crack induction joint material for civil engineering disclosed in Patent Document 2, as shown in FIG. 6, the induction joint material 5 is composed of a joint material main body 6 and a water-stop adjustment defect material 7, and the joint material is The main body 6 is composed of a joint body 6a, a joint rotation prevention bolt 6b, a washer 6c, a wing nut 6d, and a joint rotation prevention bolt 6b and a wing nut 6d, which are penetrated by the mold 8, and the joint material body 6a is attached. By attaching the water-stopping adjustment defect material 7 composed of the core material 7a of the iron plate and the flexible adjustment defect material bodies 7b on the both sides to the joint material body 6, the crack is induced and the water-stopping property is secured. I can do it.
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 10-8579 JP 2002-161544 A

In such joint material 3 of Patent Document 1, although cracks can be induced inside the concrete structure, it cannot be installed on the surface, and there is a limit to the application range, and the fitting part 3a and the wedge part 3b. There is a problem that the construction is complicated and the manufacturing must be performed separately.

Further, in the induction joint material 5 of Patent Document 2, although it can be installed on the surface of the concrete structure, it is composed of the joint material main body 6 and the water-stop adjustment deficient material 7, each of which is composed of different parts of a plurality of materials, In particular, there is a problem that special parts such as the common rotation prevention bolt 6b are required, the assembly is complicated, and the manufacturing becomes difficult.

The present invention has been made in view of such problems of the prior art, and is used in combination with an induced joint material that induces cracks, has a simple structure, has a small number of parts, is easy to manufacture, and ensures sufficient water-stopping properties.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
1 to 3 relate to an embodiment of a decorative joint material of the induction joint portion of concrete according to the present invention, FIG. 1 is a schematic perspective view of a concrete structure provided with the decorative joint material, and FIG. FIG. 3 is a partially enlarged sectional view showing a joint joint material and a partially enlarged sectional view of a decorative joint material.

FIG. 4 is a partial enlarged cross-sectional view and a partial enlarged cross-sectional view of the decorative joint material shown together with the induced joint material according to another embodiment of the concrete joint material of the present invention.

This concrete joint joint material (hereinafter simply referred to as a joint joint material) 20 is used inside the concrete structure 11 and used together with the joint joint material 12 for inducing cracks at specific locations. Installed on the surface of the concrete as a joint material for makeup, attached to the mold 13 for placing concrete, and used as a joint joint without any repair after the mold is removed It is.

For example, as shown in FIG. 1, the decorative joint material 20 is formed at regular intervals on a side wall concrete 11 b of a concrete structure 11 including a bottom slab concrete 11 a and side wall concrete 11 b erected on both sides thereof. As shown in FIG. 2, the decorative joint material 20 is disposed inside the concrete of the joint portion 11 c of the side wall concrete 11 b and is supported by the reinforcing reinforcing bars 14 and the like. It is used in combination with the induced joint material 12.

The inducing joint material 12 may be any material as long as it can induce cracks generated by hardening due to heat stress generated in the concrete due to heat of hydration generated by the hydration reaction of cement and water. Is not limited to the illustrated example. Here, butyl rubber 12b is attached to the top outer surface and the bottom outer surfaces of both sides of the induction joint body 12a made of a substantially Ω-type synthetic resin having an angular cross section on the surface side of the side wall concrete 11b, and mounting holes formed on the bottom outer surface. An intermediate piece 12e is formed in the middle part of the induction joint material 12d that can be attached to the reinforcing bar 14 by 12c, and the synthetic joint induction body 12d made of a synthetic resin having a substantially T-shaped cross section. The induction joint material 12A to which the butyl rubber 12f is attached is installed in combination.

The decorative joint material 20 is integrally formed of an elastic member such as rubber or synthetic resin, and protrudes in the center of the back surface of the plate-like surface adhesion portion 21 that is an attachment portion to the mold 13 and the surface adhesion portion 21. The cross-sectional shape is formed in an isosceles triangular shape and is positioned in the concrete, and the front end side is formed on both sides of the back surface of the surface contact portion 21 so as to protrude obliquely outward and is slightly thicker than the surface contact portion 21. A water fixing portion 23 is provided, and the overall cross-sectional shape is substantially an inverted W shape.

Moreover, the adhesion piece part 21a made into the inclined surface which protrudes ahead toward the outer side is formed in the both-sides edge part of the surface of this surface adhesion part 21, and when attaching to the formwork 13, it improves adhesion by the adhesion piece part 21a. As a result, concrete sticks are prevented from entering and adhering.

Further, the outer surface of the water-stopping fixing portion 23 is formed with uneven portions 23a for improving adhesion to concrete, fixing property and water-stopping properties.

In addition, in the joint material 20, as shown in FIG. 3, through holes that penetrate the front and back at regular intervals are formed in the surface contact portion 21, so that the corresponding portion of the internal protrusion 22 is flat as shown in FIG. 3. A plastic bolt 24 made of synthetic resin is inserted from the inner protruding portion 22 side and can be tightened with a wing nut 25. By using the resin bolt 24, after removing the mold 13, the portion protruding from the surface contact portion 21 can be easily removed by cutting with a nipper or the like.

Furthermore, in the cosmetic joint material 20A according to another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in FIG. 4, the outer surface of the waterstop fixing portion 23 is improved in adhesion to concrete, fixability and waterstop. Instead of the concavo-convex portion 23a, a butyl rubber sheet is attached as the water-stop sheet material 23b. The other structure of the makeup joint material 20A is the same as that of the makeup joint material 20 already described.

The makeup joint materials 20 and 20A configured in this way are installed with the joint material 12 and 12A for inducing cracks inside the joint portion 11c of the concrete structure 11 using the reinforcing bars 14 and the like, and the concrete joint portion. The surface joint portion 21 of the decorative joint material 20, 20A is applied to the mold 13 forming the surface 11c, the resin bolt 24 is passed through the mold 13, and the wing nut 25 is tightened and attached.

By tightening with the resin bolt 24 and the wing nut 25, the contact piece portions 21a protruding to the outside on both sides of the surface contact portion 21 are firmly attached to the mold 13 to prevent the intrusion and adhesion of the concrete noro. it can.

Thus, the decorative joint material 20, 20A is used on the surface of the joint part 11c in combination with the induction joint material 12, 12A, and then the concrete is placed.

Then, cracks due to shrinkage due to hardening of the concrete occur in the induced joint materials 12 and 12A, but since the decorative joint materials 20 and 20A are attached to the surface of the concrete joint portion 11c, the inside of the surface adhesion portion 21 Cracks can be absorbed by expansion and contraction of the thin portion between the protruding portion 22 and the water stop fixing portion 23.

Further, the internal protrusions 22 and the water-stopping fixing portion 23 of the decorative joint materials 20 and 20A are fixed by biting into the concrete, and the irregularities 23a on the outer side of the water-stopping fixing portion 23 are notched or the water-stop sheet material 23b. The butyl rubber sheet is more completely in close contact with the concrete and can ensure water-stopping.

After that, after the concrete is cured and cured, the formwork 13 is removed, and the resin bolts 24 protruding from the surfaces of the decorative joint materials 20 and 20A are cut and flattened to complete the cosmetic joint.

By attaching the decorative joint material 20, 20A to the joint part 11c, there is no problem in appearance due to the cracks being exposed to the outside, and it is possible to ensure water-stopping by being made of rubber or synthetic resin. Further, it is possible to suppress the occurrence of water leakage or rust of the reinforcing bars due to cracks in the concrete structure 11.

As described above, according to the decorative joint materials 20 and 20A, the concrete is used in combination with the inducing joint materials 12 and 12A that are installed inside the concrete structure 11 and induce the occurrence of cracks caused by the shrinkage of the concrete at specific locations. The decorative joint material 20 and 20A provided on the surface of the induction joint portion is formed along the inner surface of the induction joint portion surface of the concrete mold 13 and is formed of an elastic member such as rubber or resin and is in close contact with the mold surface. A surface contact portion 21 that is formed, an internal protrusion 22 that is integrated with the surface contact portion 21 and protrudes into the concrete, and a water stop that is integrated with both sides of the surface contact portion 21 and that stops water between the concrete. Since the water fixing part 23 is provided, the surface contact part 21 is brought into close contact with the inner surface of the mold 13 so that the inner protrusion part 22 integral with the surface contact part 21 and the both side Water shut-off the concrete with water fixing portion 23 can be performed.

This makes it possible to reduce the number of parts by making the decorative joint material of the induction joint portion of the concrete into an integral structure, facilitate construction and manufacturing, and eliminate the need for repair after removing the formwork.

Further, according to the decorative joint materials 20 and 20A, since the resin joint 24 is provided so as to penetrate the surface contact portion 21 and can be fixed to the mold 13 and can be cut after use, the surface contact portion is formed. The portion 21 can be attached with the resin bolt 24, and after using the resin bolt 24, the concrete surface can be easily finished and the construction can be facilitated.

Further, according to the cosmetic joint materials 20 and 20A, the both side end portions of the surface contact portion 21 are provided with the contact piece portions 21a whose outside protrudes forward from the contact surface. By attaching and attaching the piece portion 21a, adhesion can be further improved, adhesion of glue and the like can be prevented, and finish removal after placing the concrete can be omitted.

Further, according to the decorative joint material 20, since the uneven portion 23a is provided on the surface of the water-stop fixing portion 23, the unevenness portion 23a can improve the fixing property with the concrete, and the water-stopping property can be further improved. Fixability can be improved.

Furthermore, according to the decorative joint material 20A, since the water-stop sheet material 23b is attached to the surface of the water-stop fixing portion 23, the water-stop sheet material 23b, which is a separate member from the main body, is used. Therefore, the fixing property with concrete can be improved, and the water-stopping property and fixing property can be further improved.
