Description

【0001】

[0007]
The invention according to claim 2 is a transport for transporting the label or the button-type battery with the current collector placed in a predetermined direction so as to face the direction opposite to the direction in which the label or the current collector is transported. A first conveyance guide that guides conveyance in contact with a peripheral part of a button-type battery that is disposed at an angle with respect to the traveling direction of the conveyance body and that is placed on the conveyance body surface; An inverted L having a rising surface that is arranged opposite to the first conveyance guide and controls the direction by slightly contacting the surface of the button-type battery to be conveyed or the surface of the current collector slightly closer to the conveyance direction side. The character-shaped second conveyance guide and the second conveyance guide are arranged on the opposite tip surface portion, and move at the same speed in the traveling direction of the conveyance body while pressing the label or the peripheral part of the button-type battery with current collector. With holding belt A conveying apparatus of a button type battery, characterized by comprising.
[0008]
That is, the present invention regulates the traveling direction of a button-type battery with a label or a button-type battery with a current collector by a carrier, applies a couple to the button-type battery, and rotates the plane in the course of transportation, The essence is to make the direction of the label and the like, and to make the button-type battery have a certain direction and align it.
[0009]
[Action]
In the first aspect of the invention, the button-type battery with the label or the current collector is shifted in angle with respect to the traveling direction of the transport body by a pair of opposing transport guides, and by this angular displacement and the sliding movement action of the pressing belt. A planar rotation is given. Along with this planar rotation, the label of the button-type battery being transported or the tip of the current collector is brought into contact with the rising surface of one of the inverted L-shaped transport guides and given a certain directionality, so that it is surely predetermined. Are aligned and transported.
[0010]
According to the second aspect of the present invention, the operation of the first aspect is facilitated by the mutual functions of the first conveyance guide and the inverted L-shaped second conveyance guide that are arranged to face each other, and the pressing belt. And surely done.
[0011]
That is, the means according to the present invention aligns the label or the button-type battery with the current collector in a predetermined direction easily and accurately without causing damage to the label or the current collector. It can be stored and can respond steadily to mass production systems, which greatly contributes to productivity.
[0012]
【Example】
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIGS.
[0013]
FIG. 1 is a plan view showing a schematic configuration of a button type battery transport device with a label according to the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a sectional view taken along line AA in FIG.
[0014]
1 and 2, reference numeral 1 denotes a carrier that places a button-type battery 2 with a label thereon and conveys it in a predetermined direction, and 3 is arranged at an angle with respect to the traveling direction (arrow) of the carrier 1. And a first transport guide that guides the transport of the button-type battery 2 in contact with the periphery of the button-type battery 2 placed on the surface of the transport body 1. Reference numeral 4 denotes an inverted L-shaped second conveyance guide which is disposed opposite to the first conveyance guide 3 and controls the direction by bringing the tip of the label 2a of the button-type battery 2 into contact with the rising surface 4a. It is. Further, 5 is a pressing belt which is disposed on the opposed front end surface portion 4b of the second conveying guide 4 and moves at the same speed in the traveling direction of the conveying body 1 while pressing the peripheral portion of the button-type battery 2. It is configured to rotate and move endlessly by the bodies 6a and 6b. In this configuration, the transport body 1 is generally desirably an endless belt conveyor, and the pair of transport guides 3 and 4 have opposed surfaces parallel to each other, and the traveling direction of the transport body 1 is, for example, 5 to It is arranged in an oblique state at an angle of about 15 °. Then, the length, the opposing interval or the shape of the transport guides 3 and 4 are appropriately selected and set according to the type and size of the target button-type battery.
[0015]
Next, the operation of the button-type battery transporter with the above configuration will be described. First, when the labeled button-type battery 2 that moves in the traveling direction of the transport body 1 with the movement of the transport body 1 reaches the arrangement area of the transport guides 3, 4, the button-type battery 2 has a peripheral surface portion from both sides. The direction is regulated by the pressing, and a configuration in which a couple acts on the button-type battery 2 is thereby adopted. Then, the button-type battery 2 in the process of transporting is rotated planarly by the action of a couple on the button-type battery 2, and the tip of the label 2 a attached is a reverse L-shaped second. In contact with the rising surface 4a of the transport guide 4, the planar rotation of the button-type battery 2 in the transport process is stopped, and the button-type battery 2 is given a certain direction (aligned).
[0016]
When the planar rotation of the button-type battery 2 is stopped in the region where the conveyance guides 3 and 4 are disposed, a reaction force acts on the leading end of the label 2a in contact with the rising surface 4a of the second conveyance guide 4; Although there is a concern that the given directionality once given may be impaired, in this transport device, the transport device 1 is disposed on the opposed front end surface portion 4b of the second transport guide 4 and moves at the same speed in the traveling direction of the transport body 1. The pressing force of the pressing belt 5 easily suppresses the reaction force acting on the tip of the label 2a. Therefore, it is possible to easily and surely carry and align the button-type battery with a label while maintaining a given directionality once given and without causing damage or deformation of the label.
[0017]
FIG. 3 is a plan view schematically showing a state in which a fixed direction or alignment is performed in the transport process of the labeled button-type battery 2 in the transport device. Here, the conveyance body 1 and the pressing belt 5 are run at a speed of 200 cm / min, and the conveyance guides 3 and 4 having a length of 35 cm are installed at an angle of 10 ° with respect to the speed running direction of the conveyance body 1, When the button-type battery 2 with label is transported and passed through the installation area of the transport guides 3 and 4, the button-type battery 2 with label is rotated in a plane, and the position of the label 2 a is sequentially changed. Eventually, the leading end of the label 2a was brought into contact with the rising surface 4a of the second conveyance guide 4, and the rotation of the button-type battery 2 was stopped, so that a constant direction was always and reliably given.
[0018]
Thus, for example, in a battery production line, the ability to continuously arrange labeled button-type batteries has many advantages in terms of productivity and the like. That is, without using a direction correcting jig, it is possible to reliably have a certain directionality in the conveying process, which eliminates the need for the direction correcting jig and the mounting operation to the direction correcting jig. It can be said that it greatly contributes to improvement of workability or productivity and reduction of cost.
[0019]
The present invention is not limited to the above exemplary means, and various modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the present invention. For example, in the above example, the transport and alignment of the button-type battery with a label is exemplified, but the present invention can also be applied to a structure in which a current collector is welded on the flat surface of the button-type battery.
[0020]
【The invention's effect】
According to the first aspect of the present invention, the button-type battery with a label or current collector is easily given a certain direction during the transport process, and is reliably aligned in a predetermined manner.
[0021]
According to invention of Claim 2, the effect of said Claim 1 is acquired easily and reliably.
[0022]
That is, in the means according to the present invention, the button or the battery with the collector or the current collector is arranged in a predetermined direction easily and accurately without the need for complicated operations or jigs and without causing damage to the label or the current collector. For example, it can be easily attached to and stored in a packaging pack, can steadily cope with a mass production system, etc., and can greatly contribute to productivity.
