【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は一般家庭で使用される電気掃除機に関するもので、特に床面の塵の舞上げ防止とコード出口からの排気の低減に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来の電気掃除機を図10、図11を用いて説明する。

図に示すように、掃除用ホース1が接続される吸入口2が連通する集塵室5は、その上方の蓋3を開放して集塵袋4が収容されるようになっている。この集塵室5と、電動送風機6を内包する電動機室7と、コード8が収容されるコードリール室9と、前記電動機室7とコードリール室9とを仕切る隔壁21を有し、電動送風機6の排気は主に排気フィルター10により浄化されたあと排気口11から掃除機本体外部に排気される。電動送風機6の排気の一部は隔壁21に設けられた通風口12又は隔壁21の隙間よりコードリール室9に流入し、コード8を冷却したあと本体後部のコード出口13とコードリール室9の側面中央部の排気穴14から分散されて掃除機本体外部に排気される様になっていた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
従来の電気掃除機にあっては、コードの冷却風の排気穴14がコードリール室9の側面中央部に設けられているため、コードリール室9の上部に熱がこもりやすく、少量の冷却風では十分にコード8を冷却できなかった。更に側面の排気穴14からの排気により床面の塵を舞上げるという課題を有していた。

本発明は、以上のような従来の課題を解決しようとするものであって、騒音を増加する事なくコ−ド出口からの排気を低減し、排気が人体に与える不快感を低減し、更に排気による床面の塵の舞上げを防止することを目的としている。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するために本発明は、集塵室と、電動送風機を内包する電動機室と、コードを収容するコードリール室と、前記電動機室とコードリール室をしきる隔壁と、前記コードリール室の一部に設けたコード出口と、前記電動機室の後部に設けられた排気口とを備え、前記コードリール室の底面で後部排気口近傍に排気穴を設けると共に前記排気穴に後上方開口した箱状リブを設け、前記排気穴からの排気を本体後部より斜め上方に排出することで、前記排気口からの排気と干渉させたものである。

上記構成によれば、コ−ドを冷却した冷却風は、コ−ド出口及び底面の排気穴から排気されるため、騒音を増加する事なくコ−ド出口からの排気を低減し、排気が人体に与える不快感を低減できる。更に、排気穴からの排気を本体後部より斜め上方に排出することで掃除機本体の排気口からの排気と干渉して、排気全体が上方を向くようになるため、床面の塵の舞上げを防止できる。

【発明の実施の形態】
請求項1に記載の発明は、集塵室と、電動送風機を内包する電動機室と、コードを収容するコードリール室と、前記電動機室とコードリール室をしきる隔壁と、前記コードリール室の一部に設けたコード出口と、前記電動機室の後部に設けられた排気口とを備え、前記コードリール室の底面で後部排気口近傍に排気穴を設けると共に前記排気穴を後上方開口した箱状リブで覆って、前記排気穴からの排気を本体後部より斜め上方に排出することで、前記排気口からの排気と干渉させた電気掃除機であり、コ−ドを冷却した冷却風は、コ−ド出口及び底面の排気穴から排気されるため、騒音を増加する事なくコ−ド出口からの排気を低減し、排気が人体に与える不快感を低減でき、更に、排気穴からの排気を本体後部より斜め上方に排気することで掃除機本体の排気口からの排気と干渉し、排気全体が上方を向くようになるため、床面の塵の舞上げを防止する。

電気掃除機の本体は、掃除用ホース1が接続される吸入口2と、蓋3を開放して集塵袋4が収容される集塵室5と、電動送風機6を内包する電動機室7と、前記集塵室5及び前記電動機室7から隔離されコ−ド8が収容されるコードリール室9とを備えており、前記電動機室7は後部に排気フイルター10及び排気口11を有し、前記コードリール室9は後部にコード出口13と、側面上部に排気穴14を有している。

電動送風機6の排気は主に排気フィルター10により浄化されたあと排気口11から掃除機本体外部に排気される。電動送風機6の排気の一部は隔壁21に設けられた通風口12又は隔壁21の隙間を介してコードリール室9に流入しコード8を冷却した後、コード出口13及び排気穴14から排気される。熱のこもりやすい上部に排気穴14があるため、コードリール室9内の熱のこもりが防止され冷却効率が向上し、更に、冷却風の排気穴14を床面から遠ざけたことで排気穴14からの排気による床面の塵の舞上げが軽減される。
