【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a protective cap used to cover the tip of a set of reinforcing bars, and a purification device installation method.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In constructing a concrete building, a reinforcing bar group embedded in a concrete member, for example, a vertical bar protrudes to the outside, and the reinforcing bar group is often connected to a group of reinforcing bars called horizontal bars, for example. It is extremely dangerous if these vertical stripes are exposed until the final process.
[0003]
Therefore, conventionally, each tip of the reinforcing bar exposed on the ground is bent downward or a protective cap is attached to the tip.
[0004]
However, there is still a risk of injury even if each rebar tip is bent downward. In addition, since there are many exposed tips on the ground, the bending work takes a long time.
[0005]
Next, in the construction method in which the tip portion of each reinforcing bar is covered with a protective cap, there are many exposed tip portions on the ground covered with the protective cap, so that the operation is troublesome. In addition, the protective cap is removed, and the protective function is impaired.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The subject of this invention is providing the protective cap which contributes to the safety | security improvement of the worker engaged in a reinforced concrete member construction work.
[0007]
Another object of the present invention is to provide an easy-to-handle protective cap that can cover the tip of a reinforcing bar group as a whole.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-described problem, a protective cap for reinforcing steel bars according to the present invention includes a closing part on one side of one cavity part and an opening on the other side of the cavity part opposite to the closing part. Part. The closure is closed and the opening is open.
[0009]
The protective cap according to the present invention is used to cover at least one reinforcing bar group protruding from the concrete member.
[0010]
In this case, the protective cap according to the present invention includes a closing part on one side of one cavity part and an opening part on the other side of the cavity part opposite to the closing part, With the protective cap, the tip of the set of reinforcing bars can be covered as a whole. Since the tip of the reinforcing bar group is no longer exposed, the clothes or body of the worker will not be caught by the tip of the reinforcing bar, and will not be injured such as a cut or a scratch.
[0011]
In addition, since the protective cap covers not the single reinforcing bar but the tip of the set of reinforcing bars, the entire reinforcing bar group can be contracted and covered with a protective cap. For this reason, it can prevent that a protective cap slip | deviates easily. Therefore, according to the protective cap of the present invention, it is possible to prevent a decrease in safety due to the falling off of the protective cap.
[0012]
In addition, according to the present invention, the protective cap can cover the tip of a set of reinforcing bars as a whole reinforcing bar, so that the protective cap is compared with a case where a protective cap is attached to each reinforcing bar. The time for attaching can be greatly reduced. For example, when a set of three reinforcing bars is arranged at the four corners of the septic tank, according to the present invention, only four protective caps are provided, as compared with the conventional technology that requires as many as twelve protective caps. Just wear it.
[0013]
Furthermore, according to the present invention, since the protective cap can cover the tip of the set of reinforcing bars, the construction cost is reduced. As described above, since only a small number of protective caps are required to cover the tips of many reinforcing bars, the construction cost can be reduced. Moreover, since the same protective cap can be used over and over again, the construction cost can be further reduced.
[0014]
The protective cap which concerns on this invention is used in order to cover the at least 1 reinforcing bar group with which the concrete member was equipped in the purification apparatus installation method. In the installation method of the purification apparatus, a concrete member including at least one set of reinforcing bars is installed in a hole excavated in the ground. Next, a protective cap is put on the tip of the reinforcing bar group. The protective cap is the protective cap according to the present invention described above. Next, a septic tank is installed in the hole. The protective cap is removed at least after the hole is backfilled.
[0015]
According to the above purification device installation method, the tip of the reinforcing bar group is covered with the protective cap from the installation of the purification tank to the hole, which is the main process, to the backfilling of the hole. The safety of workers involved can be ensured. In addition, the time and cost required for installing the purification device can be reduced.
