本発明は、電気式あるいはガス式の炊飯器に関するものである。

近年家庭用炊飯器には、ふっくらとした炊き上がりを得るために、火力を強くして炊飯温度を高くしたものが多く見られる。また蒸気孔を小さくして内圧を高めることにより、炊飯温度を高くしたものもある。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上述のように炊飯温度を高くし、あるいは器内の圧力を高くした炊飯器では、炊き上がり前の数分間は、蒸気孔から噴出する蒸気の圧力が非常に高くなって、火傷の原因になったり、あるいは蒸気が天井面や吊り戸棚の底面等を直撃して結露し、かびや汚れの原因になり易いという問題があった。本発明はこれらの問題点を解消し、炊飯器から噴出する蒸気が家具等に結露したり、火傷の原因となったりするのを防止することを目的とするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、図1〜3に示すように、内部に電気ヒータあるいはガスバーナ等の発熱部1を備え、上面開口部に蓋体2を被設した有底筒状の器体3内に内鍋4を収容し、内鍋4で発生する蒸気を蓋体2に貫設した蒸気孔5を通して外部に排出せしめて成る炊飯器において、上記蓋体2の上方を非密閉的に覆い、且つ蒸気孔5から噴出する蒸気を受ける位置に、笠状のフード6を一方向に傾斜させるようにして設けたものであり、蒸気孔5から噴出した直後の蒸気をフード6によって任意の方向へ誘導し、あるいはフード6に結露させて回収することにより、家具の汚れや火傷の原因となるのを防止した点に特長を有するものである。

請求項2は、図1〜2に示すように、フード6の後端部を器体3の背面にスライド自在に係着することにより、フード6を不使用時には器体3の背後に退避させることができるようにしたものであって、炊き上がり後にフード6が蓋体2の開閉の邪魔にならないようにしたものである。
請求項3は、図1に見られるように、フード6の周縁に形成した樋状部7に、フード6の下面に結露した水を貯溜せしめ、あるいはこの樋状部7により上記結露水を別途設けた着脱式の露受け容器8に案内させて、結露水を回収するようにしたものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
図1は本発明の一実施例を示したもので、炊飯器は有底筒状の器体3の底部にガスバーナ1が装備され、器体3の上面開口部に蓋体2が被設されて、この器体3内に内鍋4が収容されるようになっており、内鍋4の上面開口部には、蓋体2の下面に取り付けられた内蓋(図示せず)が被着されるようになっている。内鍋4で発生する蒸気は蓋体2に貫設された蒸気孔5を通して外部に排出されるようになっており、笠状のフード6は一端部で器体3に回動自在に支持されて、使用時には蓋体2の上方を非密閉的に覆い、且つ蒸気孔5から噴出する蒸気を受ける位置(図1の実線の位置)まで引き出されるようになっている。

また図2の構成によれば、フード6が一方向に傾斜しており、且つこの傾斜方向を自由に選択することができるので、炊飯器から発生する蒸気を家具のない方向へ誘導し、あるいは近傍に設けられているガスコンロ上方のレンジフードの方向へ誘導することができる。

図3は本発明の更に他の実施例を示したもので、蓋体2を蓋本体2aと、その一端部にヒンジ10により開閉自在に結合されて蓋本体2aの上面を覆い、且つ閉じられた状態では蓋本体2aに密着するように構成されたフード6との二重構造としたものである。このようにすれば、フード6の取り扱いが簡単になり、またその収納状態もすっきりする。なおフード6を蓋本体2aに密着させた状態で炊飯が行われないように、フード6を閉じた状態では炊飯を開始することができないような安全機構、例えば閉状態ではフード6の一部で炊飯スイッチが隠されるような構成を施すのが望ましい。
