Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a floorboard for installation.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Usually, the floor board is fixed to the base with an adhesive or a nail. However, such a method not only makes it difficult to replace the floor board, but also requires labor. For this reason, floorboards have been proposed that simply place the floorboard on the ground and spread it.
A conventional flooring board has a configuration in which a sheet made of a vinyl chloride resin having a large specific gravity is attached to the back surface of a plywood as a base material for the purpose of achieving stability after construction by its own weight.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the conventional flooring for flooring, since the sheet is made of vinyl chloride resin, there is a problem that toxic chlorine gas is generated when it is burned in a fire. Further, since plywood is also expensive, there has been proposed one using a recycled wood board such as a fiber board or a particle board as an alternative base material. However, there is a problem that warpage is likely to occur due to a large expansion / contraction rate.
[0004]
The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide a floorboard for laying that is less warped and safe at a low cost.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The floorboard for laying down according to claim 1, which meets the object, has a glass fiber mat laminated on the back surface of a recycled wood board made of fiber board, particle board, strand board or the like via an olefin-based sheet.
[0006]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Next, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings for understanding of the present invention.
Here, FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view of a state in which a floorboard for installation according to an embodiment of the present invention is arranged on a floor base.
As shown in FIG. 1, in the floorboard 10 for laying according to an embodiment of the present invention, a decorative material 12 is laminated on the surface of a recycled wood board 11 which is an example of a base material, and on the back surface of the recycled wood board 11. A glass fiber mat 14 is laminated as a back material via an olefin-based sheet 13. Details will be described below.
[0007]
As the recycled wood board 11, a fiber board having a thickness of about 2 to 5 mm, a particle board, a strand board, or the like can be used alone or in combination. As for the cross-sectional shape of the recycled wood board 11, as shown in FIG. 1, the protrusion part 15 and the notch part 16 are formed in the both-ends lower part of the recycled wood board 11, respectively. Moreover, in order to adjust to the unevenness of the floor base 21, a large number of slits can be formed in the short direction from the back surface of the recycled wood board 11.
The decorative material 12 laminated on the upper surface of the recycled wood board 11 is configured by sticking a veneer, a printed decorative paper, a decorative synthetic resin sheet, or the like, and further painting the surface with a urethane resin paint or the like. Yes.
[0008]
As the olefin-based sheet 13, a moisture-impermeable synthetic resin such as polyethylene, polypropylene, ethylene vinyl alcohol, or the like can be used. As shown in FIG. 1, the cross-sectional shape of the olefin-based sheet 13 is formed with a protrusion 17 and a notch 18 at both upper ends of the olefin-based sheet 13. A male fruit 19 is formed by the protrusion 15 and the protrusion 17, and a female fruit 20 is formed by the notch 16 and the notch 18. The male fruit 19 and the female fruit 20 are arranged adjacent to each other. The floorboard 10 for installation is connected. The thickness may be in the range of 2 to 4 mm.
As the glass fiber mat 14, a mat-like material having a thickness of about 1 to 3 mm in which glass fibers are bundled orthogonally can be used. If the thickness is less than 1 mm, the warping prevention effect is small, while if the thickness exceeds 3 mm, the cost is high.
[0009]
When the floorboard 10 for laying is arranged on the floor base 21, the recycled wood board 11 constituting the base material is more likely to warp due to the absorption and release of moisture than the plywood, but the moisture from the floor base 21 by the olefinic sheet 13. Is cut off, so that warpage is suppressed.
Furthermore, the glass fiber mat 14 laminated on the lower surface of the olefin-based sheet 13 is more effectively prevented from warping and is less flammable. Even if it is burnt, generation of toxic gas compared to conventional vinyl chloride resin is not generated. Less is enough.
Moreover, since the recycled wood board 11 as a base material is cheap compared with the conventional plywood, the low-cost flooring board 10 can be manufactured.
[0010]
In the present embodiment, the male and female berries 19 and 20 are formed at both ends so as to be able to engage the adjacent floorboard 10 for placement, but the male and female berries are not formed as necessary. There is also.
Further, the male and female berries 19 and 20 are formed across the recycled wood board 11 and the olefin sheet 13, but are not limited to this, and are formed alone on the recycled wood board or olefin sheet. You can also.
[0011]
【The invention's effect】
The floorboard for installation according to claim 1, wherein a glass fiber mat is laminated on the back surface of a recycled wood board made of fiberboard, particle board, strand board, etc. via an olefin-based sheet, and the base material is the recycled wood board. Therefore, it is possible to manufacture at low cost, and even if the recycled wood board is more likely to warp due to moisture absorption and release compared to the plywood, the olefin-based sheet blocks the moisture from the floor base, so the warping is effective. Is suppressed. Moreover, it is safe because no harmful gas is generated.
