各種の液状内容物の容器として、ブロー成形もしくは2軸延伸ブロー成形手段により成形された合成樹脂製壜体が多用されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、この合成樹脂製壜体は、軽量であると云う利点を有している反面、嵩張って占有スペースが大きいため、容器メーカーで成形されてから商品メーカーに納入され、内容液を充填されるまでの過程において、その保管コストや輸送コストが高くなっており、また、その取扱いも面倒になっている、と云う問題があった。

また、使用後においては、その廃棄処理を容易にするために、通常、手や足で偏平に押し潰して減容化変形させているが、この押し潰しを誰でもが簡単にかつ確実に行うことができない、と云う問題があった。

なお、この廃棄時における壜体の押し潰しを容易にすることを目的とした技術として、実開昭60−75212号公報記載のものがある。

この公報記載の合成樹脂製壜体は、胴部の軸対称位置に一対の縦リブを設けると共に、この縦リブに続いて、肩部および胴部下端部に向かう円弧状リブを連設して構成されており、廃棄時には、このリブで囲まれた部分を押圧して陥没変形させることにより、減容化を図るものである。

しかしながら、この従来技術にあっては、陥没変形する部分は壜体の片側の肩部から胴部下端部までであって、他側の肩部と胴部、および底部は原形のままであるため、全体を充分に偏平状に潰れ変形させることができない、と云う問題があり、また、廃棄時の押し潰しを目的としたものであるため、一旦陥没変形した部分を原形に復元させることはほとんど不可能であった。

そこで、本発明は、上記した従来技術における問題点を解消すべく創案されたもので、合成樹脂製壜体を容易に、かつ充分偏平に、そして復元可能に減容化変形できるようにすることを技術的課題とし、もって、成形されてから内容液充填までの過程および廃棄処理過程における取扱いを容易で効率の良いものとし、コストを低減させることを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記技術的課題を解決する本発明の内、請求項1記載の発明の手段は、
中央に口筒部を立設した、平面形状が少なくとも対向した長手辺の二辺を平行とした矩形状の肩部と、この肩部と略同形の矩形状の底部との各両短手辺間を板状の固定胴部で連結した、通常の肉厚に成形された中央殻部を有すること、
