【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、容易に減容化変形可能で、かつ原形に復元して使用できるように構成した合成樹脂製壜体に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
各種の液状内容物の容器として、ブロー成形もしくは2軸延伸ブロー成形手段により成形された合成樹脂製壜体が多用されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、この合成樹脂製壜体は、軽量であるという利点を有している反面、嵩張って占有スペースが大きいため、容器メーカーで成形されてから商品メーカーに納入され、内容液を充填されるまでの過程において、その保管コストや輸送コストが高くなっており、また、その取り扱いも面倒になっている、と云う問題があった。

また、使用後においては、その廃棄処理を容易にするために、通常、手や足で偏平に押し潰して減容化変形させているが、この押し潰しを誰でもが簡単にかつ確実に行なうことができない、と云う問題があった。

なお、この廃棄時における壜体の押し潰しを容易にすることを目的とした技術として、実開昭60−75212号公報記載のものがある。

この公報記載の合成樹脂製壜体は、胴部の軸対称位置に一対の縦リブを設けると共に、この縦リブに続いて、肩部および胴部下端部に向かう円弧状リブを連設して構成されており、廃棄時には、このリブで囲まれた部分を押圧して陥没変形させることにより、減容化を図るものである。

しかしながら、この従来技術にあっては、陥没変形する部分は肩部から胴部下端部までであって、口筒部と底部は原形のままであるため、全体を充分に偏平状に潰れ変形させることができない、と云う問題があり、また、廃棄時の押し潰しを目的としたものであるため、一旦陥没変形した部分を原形に復元させることはほとんど不可能であった。

そこで、本発明は、上記した従来技術における問題点を解消すべく創案されたもので、合成樹脂製壜体を容易に、かつ充分偏平に、そして復元可能に減容化変形できるようにすることを技術的課題とし、もって成形されてから内容液充填までの過程および廃棄処理過程における取扱いを容易で効率の良いものとし、コストを低減させることを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記技術的課題を解決するため、本発明は次のように合成樹脂製壜体を構成した。
1、肩部、胴部および底部の各平断面形状を、中心角が180度を超えない円弧を2つ向かい合わせに組み合わせた略同一の形状とし、
該2つの円弧の組み合わせラインを含み、かつ前記肩部、胴部および底部の中心軸に対して軸対称に、前記肩部、胴部および底部の縦方向全周にわたって傾斜段状の反転ラインを連続して設け、
該反転ラインから片側半分を、通常の肉厚の半殻部に形成すると共に、その上端の肩部部分に口筒部を立設し、前記反転ラインから他側半分を、前記半殻部よりもやや小径で、かつ薄肉の弾性反転変形可能な反転部に形成し、これにより、該反転部全体を、半殻部内に容易に陥没変形可能で、かつ原形に復元可能に構成した。

容器メーカーで成形された壜体は、反転部を内方へ押圧することにより反転ラインから反転させて、反転部全体を半殻部内に陥没減容化変形させる。

これにより、肩部、胴部と共に、底部も略半分が陥没変形し、また口筒部は半殻部側に設けてあるので、壜体全体は充分偏平に減容化し、以後、この減容化させた状態で取扱い、商品メーカーに納品する。

商品メーカーにおいては、陥没変形している反転部を空圧により外方へ反転させて、成形時の原形に復元させた後、内容液を充填して商品に供する。または、減容化している壜体に直接内容液を注入して、陥没変形している反転部を外方へ反転させ、そのまま内容液を充填して商品に供する。

壜体の使用後の廃棄時においては、再び反転部を陥没減容化変形させ、廃棄処理を行なう。

2の発明は、上記1の発明に、反転部の肉厚を、半殻部の肉厚の2/3以下に設定した、ことを加えたものである。

この2の発明にあっては、反転部の弾性反転による陥没減容化変形および原形への復元を、より容易に円滑に達成することができる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の一実施例を、図面を参照しながら説明する。
本実施例の壜体は、適宜の合成樹脂材料のブロー成形等により、全体の平面形状が、略長円形状になるように形成されていると共に、その長軸の片側の肩部2部分に、円筒形状の口筒部1が立設されている。

この壜体の軸対称位置である長軸上の位置には、肩部2、胴部3および底部4の縦方向全周に亘って、傾斜段状の反転ライン5が連設されている。

この反転ライン5から片側(図中、左側)半分は、通常の肉厚に成形されて、比較的硬質な把持し易い半殻部6に形成されており、その上端の肩部2部分に口筒部1が立設されている。

また、反転ライン5から他側(図中、右側)半分は、全体的に半殻部6よりもやや小径で、かつ半殻部6の肉厚の2/3以下の肉厚の薄壁に成形された弾性反転変形可能な反転部7に形成されている。

従って、この反転部7は、内方への押圧により容易に弾性反転して、その全体が半殻部6内に陥没減容化変形し(図中、二点鎖線参照)、また、これに反対方向の力を加えて外方へ反転させることにより、容易に原形へ復元させることができる。

また、比較的硬質な半殻部6は、把持し易い硬さを持っているので、通常の壜体と同様に把持取扱いをすることができ、従来の減容化壜体のように、柔らかくて安定した把持ができないと云うことがない。

【発明の効果】
本発明は、上記した構成となっているので、以下に示す効果を奏する。
容器メーカーで成形された壜体は、反転部を半殻部内に反転陥没変形させることにより、肩部、胴部、底部の略半分が陥没変形し、また口筒部は半殻部側に設けてあるので、壜体全体を充分偏平に減容化させることができる。

そして、この充分偏平に減容化変形した状態で取扱うことにより、その占有スペースを大幅に減少させることができ、もって内容液が充填されるまでの過程における保管、輸送等のコストを低減化することができると共に、取扱いを容易に効率良く行なうことができる。

また、反転部を原形に復元させて、容器として使用された後の壜体は、再び反転部を陥没変形させて、充分偏平に減容化して廃棄処理を行なうことができるので、この使用後の壜体の減容化変形を、誰でも簡単にかつ充分偏平な状態に達成することができる、かつその廃棄処理を容易に効率良く行なうことができる。

さらに、半殻部の把持を安定的に達成できるので、壜体の把持取扱いを通常の壜体に対するのと同様に達成することができる。
