Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a tatami stitching device that can sew a tatami mat on the front and bottom of the tatami separately in an arbitrary state and efficiently.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In the production of tatami mats, when the tatami floor and the tatami surface are sewn on the heel side (short side), the next step is to stab with the lining cloth upside down on the upper and lower front sides (long side). After cutting back and forth to the width of the tatami mat, after folding the edge fabric extending from the top front or bottom front, folding the portion extending from the heel along the heel and cornering Further, back-stitching is performed, such as sewing an edge cloth folded back in front or bottom.
[0003]
Various attempts have been made to automate such a manufacturing process. The present inventor also proposed a tatami floor cutting apparatus in Japanese Patent Laid-Open Nos. 2001-198881 and 2000-185185, and Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 10-102738 discloses a tatami surface-attached tacker bowl. Stopping device, tatami floor both sides cutting device in JP 09-216191, tatami sewing device in JP 09-025704, tatami mat in JP 08-280958, JP 08-215455, JP 06-098983, etc. An edge corner stop device and a tatami edge bending method and device are proposed in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 05-309188.
[0004]
If a structure in which a flat stitch sewing machine and a reverse stitching sewing machine are connected in the front-rear direction, the flat stitching process and the reverse stitching process can be performed continuously. This is also proposed in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 46-5900. In particular, in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2000-185185, a sewing machine for reverse stitching and a sewing machine for flat stab that can be sewed with a single thread without turning the tatami floor upside down. The tatami surface sewing device equipped with is improved and proposed.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The process of sewing the edge fabric to the upper front or lower front is to sew the edge fabric to the other side by rotating the tatami mat 180 degrees in a horizontal plane after finishing the sewing of the edge fabric to either side. It becomes a process to do. Therefore, the other side is in a standby state while the edge fabric is sewn to one upper front or lower front side. This is a hindrance to increasing the tatami stitching efficiency. Further, there is a drawback that both a front front side and a lower front side require a flat stitch sewing machine and a reverse stitching sewing machine.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
As a result of examining the above problems, a plurality of sewing machines provided on the upper and lower front sides of the tatami sewing table, drive means for individually driving the sewing machines, and a scraping device provided on at least one sewing machine side A tatami stitching device consisting of The plurality of sewing machines referred to here can be arranged by combining different types of sewing machines, either the same or individually. That is, it means that a plurality of flat stab sewing machines and reverse stitching sewing machines are provided in the same or different models at the top front and the bottom front.
[0007]
For example, the combinations of the upper front and lower front sewing machines are listed as follows: flat stitch sewing machine-back stitching sewing machine, flat stitch sewing machine-flat stitch sewing machine, reverse stitch sewing machine-back stitch sewing machine, It is also possible to arrange a flat stitch sewing machine and a reverse stitching sewing machine side by side on both the upper front and lower front. In this case, it is not necessary to rotate the tatami, so a tatami turntable is unnecessary. In addition, since the plurality of sewing machines are provided with drive means for individually driving, the sewing machine has a structure that can be sewn to different lengths in the upper front and the lower front. Thereby, it is also possible to manufacture a modified tatami in which the corners of the tatami are notched into squares so as to follow the pillars.
[0008]
The tatami stitching device is provided with a heel removal device or means for moving the sewing machine traveling rail in the tatami mat width direction, so that the tatami mat width can be changed and the accuracy without dimensional difference (に よ る) due to the sewing machine can be achieved. A good tatami mat is obtained.
[0009]
Furthermore, the upper front side and the lower front side sewing machines are the same or different combinations of a flat stitch sewing machine and a reverse stitching sewing machine, and a tatami stitching device is provided with a control device that individually drives the driving means of each sewing machine. It is. In particular, a flat-stitch sewing machine is provided on either the upper front side or the lower front side, and a reverse stitching sewing machine is provided on the other side. A tatami stitching device provided with a control device for reverse-stitching the other side that was stabbed in the same state while stabing the remaining lower front or upper front. By using such a device, if the remaining one reverse stitching is performed using the same device or the reverse stitching device, the sewing efficiency is improved as compared with the conventional case.
[0010]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
1 to 4 show a schematic plan view of an embodiment of the present invention. In either case, a flat stitch sewing machine A or a reverse stitching sewing machine B is provided on both sides of the upper front 2 and lower front 3 of the tatami sewing table 1, respectively. Each sewing machine has a driving means so as to be driven individually, and when one sewing machine is sewn, the other sewing machine can be freely stopped or driven. It is also possible to travel on the traveling rails 5 and 6 for an arbitrary distance.
These instructions can be arbitrarily set by the control panel 7. As will be described in detail later, a scissoring device 8 is provided on one sewing machine side. As a result, it is possible to obtain an accurate tatami mat without any tatami width setting and dimensional difference (癖) due to the sewing machine. In any of the illustrated examples, a known edge cloth supply device, a cutting device, and the like are omitted.
[0011]
A flat-stitch sewing machine A is provided in both the upper front 2 and lower front 3 of the apparatus shown in FIG. According to this tatami sewing device, the tatami floor can be stabbed to the edge of the tatami floor and the tatami surface that are supplied on the tatami sewing table 1, so that the tatami can be efficiently used in the next process without the need to rotate. Sent to a corner stop or reverse stitching device. Since each sewing machine has a driving means so as to be individually driven, it is possible to manufacture a deformed tatami or the like having different sewing distances between the upper front 2 and the lower front 3.
[0012]
In the example shown in FIG. 2, a sewing machine B for reverse stitching is provided in both the upper front 2 and the lower front 3. According to this tatami stitching apparatus, the tatami mat after being stabbed fed on the tatami stitching table 1 can be back-stitched at both edges without having to be rotated. Of course, each sewing machine has its own driving means so that it can be driven individually, so that it is possible to manufacture deformed tatami mats having different sewing distances between the upper front 2 and the lower front 3.
[0013]
In the example shown in FIG. 3, both the upper front 2 and the lower front 3 of the apparatus are provided with a flat stitch sewing machine A and a reverse stitching sewing machine B. According to this tatami sewing apparatus, after the tatami floor is stabbed to the edge of the tatami floor and the tatami mat that are supplied on the tatami sewing table 1, the tatami does not need to be rotated and both edges are returned. You can sew. In this example as well, the sewing machine provided in the set has driving means so as to be driven separately in a set, so that it is possible to manufacture deformed tatami mats with different sewing distances in the upper front 2 and lower front 3, and the efficiency is improved.
[0014]
FIG. 4 shows an example most characteristic of the present invention. In this example, a flat-stitch sewing machine A is provided on the upper front 2 side of the apparatus, and a reverse stitching sewing machine B is provided on the lower front 3 side. Conversely, a flat stitch sewing machine A and a reverse stitching sewing machine B may be provided. The details of the tatami stitching apparatus will be described below with reference to FIGS. 5 is a detailed plan view, FIG. 6 is a front view, and FIG. 7 is a left side view. FIG. 8 is a plan view when one of the flat stab sewing machines A is adjusted in the tatami mat width direction (trapping).
[0015]
In this example, a flat stitch sewing machine A is provided on the upper front 2 of the tatami sewing table 1 and a reverse sewing machine B is provided on the lower front 3. Each sewing machine has a driving means so as to be driven individually, and when one sewing machine is sewn, the other sewing machine can be freely stopped or driven. It is also possible to travel on the traveling rails 5 and 6 for an arbitrary distance. These instructions can be arbitrarily set by the control panel 7 provided on the upper frame 9 of the tatami sewing table 1. The tatami sewing table 1 is also provided with a tatami turntable 10 on which the tatami can be rotated in a horizontal plane.
[0016]
Further, a scissoring device 8 is provided on the flat stab sewing machine A side. As a result, it is possible to obtain an accurate tatami mat without any tatami width setting and dimensional difference (癖) due to the sewing machine. The scissoring device 8 screwes a female thread bracket 12 fixed to a flat stitch sewing machine A into a male thread rod 11 provided in the width direction of the tatami sewing table 1 so that the flat stitch sewing machine A is connected to the width of the tatami sewing table 1. It is a structure that is provided so as to be movable on the scraping rail 13 provided in the direction. By rotating the male screw rod 11 connected to the motor 14 provided on the tatami sewing table 1, tatami mats with high accuracy can be obtained without any dimensional difference due to the sewing machine having the tatami width.
[0017]
Examples of the sewing process of the edge cloth by such an apparatus will be further described with reference to FIGS. As shown in FIG. 9, after the edge cloth 16 is supplied to the upper front 22 side of the tatami 15 placed at a predetermined position on the tatami sewing table 1 (according to the upper front ruler), it is pressed by the tatami presser 4 and then stabbed. The sewing machine A is run (from the left to the right in the drawing) and the top and front are stabbed. Thereafter, as shown in FIG. 10, the tatami turntable 10 is rotated to rotate the tatami 15 within a horizontal plane. As shown in Fig. 11, the lower front 23 of the tatami 15 is flat-stitched with the sewing machine A for flat stab, and the other side (upper front 22) that has been previously stabbed without rotating the tatami without being rotated. Reverse stitching is performed with the sewing machine B for reverse stitching.
[0018]
Such a series of operations can be performed by a control device provided in the control panel 7 (and each sewing machine). The remaining one (bottom 23) can be reverse stitched with this device, and if necessary, all edge fabrics can be sewn by using a reverse stitching device and, if necessary, a tacking device. it can. When both the flat stitch machine and the reverse stitching machine are provided on one side or on the diagonal line as in the conventional device, the tatami mat is rotated while the lower front 23 is flat-stabbed. However, the other side (upper front 22) that was previously stabbed in the same state could not be reverse-stitched, but this is because the two sewing machines facing each other are controlled individually by the apparatus of the present invention. Is possible. Therefore, the operation of rotating the tatami was omitted once, and when the sewing was finished, the tatami mat was returned to the original position and discharged immediately, so that the efficiency was greatly improved compared to the conventional case.
[0019]
【The invention's effect】
Since the apparatus of the present invention is structured as described above, the efficiency of the sewing process for the edge fabric is greatly improved. In addition, it has become possible to sew rim fabric with high accuracy without any dimensional difference due to the tatami width sewing machine. Furthermore, tatami mats can be automatically sewn according to the variety of tatami mats, such as by cutting them into squares so that the corners of the tatami mats follow pillars, or deformed tatami mats with different widths.
