Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a vehicle seat on which an occupant is seated.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as a countermeasure against a collision, a vehicle seat provided with an actuator that operates in the event of a collision and pushes up the front end portion of the seat cushion by the operation of the actuator is known from Japanese Patent Publication No. 51-27052 and Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 7-27240. It has been.
In Japanese Patent Publication No. 51-27052, the front end portion of the seat cushion is separated from the seat cushion main body, and the front end portion of the seat cushion is pushed up by a pair of left and right cylinder-type actuators that extend when a collision occurs. ing.
[0003]
Further, in the one described in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 7-27240, the seat cushion is pivotally supported on the seat base plate so as to be able to tilt forward and a pair of left and right racks are vertically suspended on the lower surface of the front end portion of the seat cushion. In addition, a horizontally long rotating shaft that is rotated via a wire by the operation of an actuator is supported on the base plate, and pinions that engage with both racks are provided at both ends of the rotating shaft, and the front end portion of the seat cushion by rotating the pinion The seat cushion is tilted forward.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Since the former conventional example is a direct acting type in which the front end portion of the seat cushion is directly pushed up by an actuator, two actuators are required to balance the left and right, resulting in an increase in cost.
[0005]
On the other hand, since the latter conventional example is not a direct acting type, only one actuator is sufficient. However, since the pinion is instantaneously rotated at a high speed at the time of a collision, the pinion and the rack are likely to be broken or skipped. There is a defect that lacks reliability.
[0006]
In view of the above, it is an object of the present invention to provide a highly reliable low-cost vehicle seat that can reliably push up the front end portion of a seat cushion during a collision.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides a base plate for supporting a body portion of a seat cushion in a vehicle seat provided with an actuator that operates at the time of a collision, and pushing up a front end portion of the seat cushion by the operation of the actuator . comprising a bottom plate for supporting the front end of the seat cushion is supported on the base plate, and landscape of the rotary shaft to be Rikai rolling by the operation of the actuator, and a pair of cam members provided at both ends of the rotary shaft, A guide sleeve is provided on one of the base plate and the bottom plate, a guide pin is provided on the other, the guide pin is engaged with the guide sleeve, and the bottom plate is supported on the base plate so as to be movable up and down. The cam member pushes up the bottom plate .
[0008]
According to the present invention, the front end portion of the seat cushion is pushed up via the cam member by the rotation of the rotation shaft by the operation of the actuator at the time of collision. Thus, since the present invention is not a direct-acting type, only one actuator is required, and the structure is simpler than that using a rack and pinion mechanism, and failures such as broken teeth and tooth skipping are less likely to occur. To improve reliability.
[0009]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
FIG. 1 shows a seat cushion of a vehicle seat. The seat cushion is divided into four parts, a main body part 1, a front leg support part 2, and left and right side support parts 3 and 3, which are arranged on a base plate 4 shown in FIG. 2 to constitute a seat cushion. .
[0010]
The main body 1 is composed of a pad (not shown) and a bottom frame 1b provided with a wire spring 1a for supporting the pad. And the rear-end part of the bottom frame 1b is pivotally supported by the base plate 4 via the horizontal spindle 1c, and the main-body part 1 can be tilted up front. The left and right side support portions 3 and 3 are fixed on the left and right flanges 4 a and 4 a of the base plate 4.
[0011]
The leg support portion 2 includes a pad (not shown) and a bottom plate 2a that supports the pad. Then, as shown in FIG. 3, a pair of left and right guide sleeves 2b and 2b are suspended from the bottom surface of the bottom plate 2a, while a stiffener 4c is attached to the bottom surface of the flange 4b at the front end of the base plate 4 to attach the stiffener 4c. A pair of left and right guide pins 4d, 4d are implanted, and each guide sleeve 2b is slidably fitted to each guide pin 4d through each through hole 4e formed in the flange 4b, so that the leg support 2 can be moved up and down. I support it. The front end of the wire spring 1a for the main body 1 is connected to the bottom plate 2a, and the main body 1 is tilted forwardly upward via the wire spring 1a when the leg support 2 is moved upward. Yes.
[0012]
Further, on the flange 4 b at the front end of the base plate 4, a horizontally long rotating shaft 6 provided with cam members 5 and 5 at both ends is arranged. As shown in FIG. 4, each cam member 5 is formed in an oval shape having a base circular portion 5a and a cam top portion 5b, and does not laterally shift to a groove-shaped cam receiving portion 4f that is recessed in the upper surface of the flange 4b. Are engaged. The cam member 5 is normally held in a forward posture in which the cam top portion 5b faces forward. In this state, the lower surface of the bottom plate 2a of the leg support portion 2 contacts the base circle portion 5a of the cam member 5 from above, and the leg support portion 2 is supported at a normal position.
[0013]
The base plate 4 is provided with a cylinder type actuator 7 containing a gunpowder that is ignited at the time of a collision, and a wire 8 led out from the actuator 7 is wound around the rotary shaft 6. The actuator 7 operates so as to retract the wire 8 by ignition of the built-in gunpowder at the time of collision.
[0014]
Thus, at the time of a collision, the rotating shaft 6 is rotated via the wire 8 by the operation of the actuator 7, the cam member 5 is rotated from the forward posture to the upward posture, and the cam top portion 5b is moved as shown in FIG. The leg support portion 2 is pushed up while being in contact with the lower surface of the bottom plate 2a, and the main body portion 1 is tilted forward through the wire spring 1a.
[0015]
The leg support portion 2 may be integrated with the main body portion 1 so that the entire seat cushion is tilted forwardly. Conversely, the leg support portion 2 is completely separated from the main body portion 1 and the main body portion 1 is separated. It is also possible to push up only the leg support part 2 by making it impossible to tilt.
[0016]
【The invention's effect】
As is apparent from the above description, according to the present invention, the front end portion of the seat cushion can be reliably pushed up in the event of a collision, the reliability is improved, the structure is simple, and only one actuator is required. Can be cheaper.
