[0006]
According to this configuration, the periphery of the retort box is heated by the heater, the temperature inside thereof is made uniform, and heating and degreasing of the powder compact supported by the multistage shelf in the retort box are performed uniformly and reliably, Furthermore, the sweep gas can be distributed efficiently. In addition, the temperature of the heater electrode and its peripheral part is not lowered by the water-cooled power supply electrode as in the prior art, the temperature uniformity in each part in the furnace is improved, and a sintered product with excellent quality is provided. Generation of defective products can be prevented.
[0007]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, a shutter is provided at each end heat insulating material surrounding the retort box, and a cooling fan directed to the retort box is provided behind the shutter.
[0008]
According to this configuration, both the shutters are opened, and the cooling fan is driven to circulate the cooling gas between the vacuum chamber having the cooling water channel and the heat insulating material and the retort box portion inside the heat insulating material. Cooling after the completion of sintering can be performed quickly.
