BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a stable leg for a partition panel that can be attached to the partition panel after level adjustment and can realize sufficient fall prevention strength.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Stabilization legs may be attached to the partition panel that partitions the room arbitrarily.
[0003]
That is, the partition panel is level-adjusted via a level-adjusting adjustment bolt attached to the lower end of the column member, and then a stable leg protruding in the thickness direction is attached to prevent the partition panel from falling. The stabilizing leg is usually screwed to the column member through a long hole, for example, and is usually adapted to the height variation of the column member due to level adjustment.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In such a conventional technique, the stabilizing leg is screwed to the column member of the partition panel through the long hole, and thus the problem that the partition panel has a tendency to be insufficient in the fall prevention strength is unavoidable.
[0005]
Therefore, in view of the problems of the prior art, an object of the present invention is to easily attach the partition panel after level adjustment to a sufficient fall prevention strength by using a lock fitting having a pair of upper and lower hook members. It is an object of the present invention to provide a stabilizing leg for a partition panel that can be used.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the configuration of the present invention comprises a support bracket having a vertical guide slit on the front surface and a lock fitting for connecting a pair of upper and lower hook members via a connection screw. The hooks to be formed project vertically symmetrically to the front surface of the support bracket via the guide slit, and the hook members are moved relative to each other in the reverse direction up and down via the connecting screws, thereby being respectively formed in the engagement slits of the column members of the partition panel. The gist is to engage and drive the support bracket to the column member side and lock the hook member and the support bracket so that they cannot be moved relative to each other.
[0007]
Each hook can drive the support bracket to the column member side via the slope.
[0008]
Moreover, each hook member can be formed in the same shape.
[0009]
Furthermore, each hook member may be formed with a locking wedge that is press-fitted into the guide slit, and the guide slit may be divided vertically.
[0010]
The support bracket may be provided with an auxiliary base or a protective cover may be attached.
[0011]
[Action]
According to the configuration of the invention, the lock fitting is configured by connecting a pair of upper and lower hook members via a connection screw, and the hook formed on the hook member is connected to the support bracket via the guide slit of the support bracket. It protrudes symmetrically on the front surface, and the hook member is moved up and down in the opposite direction via the connecting screw to engage with the engagement slits of the column material, and the support bracket is driven to the column material side. Regardless of the height of the material, the support bracket can be attached to the column material correctly and sufficiently firmly. This is because the upper and lower hook members are fixed by engaging the respective hooks with the engagement slits of the column members, and the hook member and the support bracket are locked so as not to be relatively movable. In addition, the support bracket driven to the column material side shall sandwich the panel material and the baseboard of the partition panel between the column material. In addition, the hook members may be relatively moved so as to approach each other via a connecting screw depending on the direction of the hooks to be formed, or may be relatively moved so as to move away from each other.
[0012]
Each hook engages with the engagement slit of the column member via the inclined surface, and the support bracket can be smoothly driven to the column member side as the engagement proceeds. In this case, in the column material at this time, the front end of the engagement slit with which the hook engages may be slightly deformed outward.
[0013]
Each hook member can be unified by making it the same shape and turning it upside down.
[0014]
A locking wedge formed on the hook member is press-fitted into the guide slit, and the hook member can be firmly locked to the support bracket.
[0015]
The guide slits that are divided into upper and lower portions can minimize a decrease in strength of the front surface of the support bracket.
[0016]
If the auxiliary base is attached to the support bracket, for example, by fixing the auxiliary base to the floor surface, it is possible to achieve a higher level of fall prevention strength.
[0017]
By attaching a protective cover to the support bracket, it is possible to arrange the appearance and prevent erroneous operation of the lock fitting.

【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, by combining the support bracket and the lock fitting having a pair of upper and lower hook members, the hooks formed on the hook members are respectively provided in the engagement slits of the column members of the partition panel. Since the hook member and the support bracket are locked so that they cannot be moved relative to each other, they can be easily attached to the partition panel after level adjustment regardless of the height of the column material, and sufficient fall prevention strength can be realized. There is an excellent effect.
