The obstacle sensing signal sending unit is turned on by the operation of the seat plate switch and sends the obstacle sensing signal, but the power supply circuit is controlled by a timer circuit so that the power supply circuit is turned off after a predetermined time. The timer circuit may be an analog circuit or a digital circuit. Therefore, even if the seat plate switch continues to operate in the closed state, the power source is not unnecessarily consumed.
[0025]
When the seat switch is activated before the lower limit switch is activated (in general, when an obstacle is sensed), it reverses upward for 5 seconds and stops. Although it may be lowered again after a predetermined time, in this specific example, the stopped state after the reverse rise is maintained. The shutter closing operation can be completed by performing the lowering operation after removing the obstacle.

FIG. 7 is an example of a flowchart illustrating the operation of the antitheft switch. In the wireless transmitter, the power switch is not turned on in the standby state. When three types of operation keys, the up key, the stop key, and the down key are pressed, the key switch corresponding to each key is turned on, the power is turned on, and a signal corresponding to the key is generated. Stored in memory. The supplied power is turned off when a predetermined time, for example, 5 seconds elapses. Therefore, if the next key is pressed within this predetermined time, continuous input is possible, but if the key operation is interrupted and a predetermined time elapses during a series of key operations, the power is turned off and the key is turned off. The input will be invalid.
[0041]
Further, since the wireless transmitter is installed outdoors, there is a problem in crime prevention when the shutter is operated simply by pressing the operation key. Therefore, along with the operation key operation, the ID code determined by the wireless transmitter is input by the code input key. In one example, the operation key is pressed after inputting the ID code, but this order may be reversed. As the ID code, a specific code is determined at the time of shipment by the wireless transmitter, but the user can change it to a desired code. The changed ID code is stored in the wireless transmitter and transmitted, and the registration data of the receiving unit is updated.
[0042]
FIG. 7A shows an input flow of a normal shutter operation. When the code input key and the operation key for performing each operation of ascending, stopping, and descending are pressed at intervals that do not elapse the predetermined time described above, and the respective key switches are sequentially turned on, the flow starts. In S11, the input ID code is compared with the ID code registered in the wireless transmitter, and if the input ID code does not match the registered ID code, an operation signal is transmitted. Turn off the power and end the flow. When the input ID code matches the ID code registered in the wireless transmitter in S11, the process proceeds to S12, the operation signal and ID code corresponding to the operation key are transmitted, and the power is turned off. End the flow. Even when the input ID code does not match the registered ID code, an operation signal and an inappropriate ID code may be transmitted. Since the ID code is checked at the receiver, the shutter does not operate. From the viewpoint of battery life, it is advantageous to prevent transmission when the ID codes do not match.
[0043]
As described above, the control unit may forcibly turn off the power, but the power may be turned off and the flow may be terminated when the predetermined time elapses.
[0044]
FIG. 7B is a flow when the antitheft switch is activated. When the anti-theft switch is activated, the flow starts. In S13, a theft signal is created. The theft signal may be a specific code signal, may be a signal indicating that the anti-theft switch has been activated, or may be a signal corresponding to an activation signal for setting the potential of a specific portion to H level or L level. . Next, in S14, a theft signal indicating that the antitheft switch has been activated is transmitted together with the ID code. In this case, the ID code is read from the memory by the control unit of the wireless transmitter and transmitted to the receiving unit together with the theft signal. This ID code does not need to be added, but if there is another shutter system in the area where the transmission signal of the wireless transmitter can be received, there is a risk of malfunction, and in order to prevent this malfunction, the ID code is It is desirable to add and transmit. In S15, the buzzer provided in the wireless transmitter is sounded. In this case, it is preferable to perform an operation for continuing to turn on the power. Therefore, the loop of S15 continues and the buzzer continues to sound. This ringing continues until the battery is depleted. In this way, a person who has stolen has a high possibility of having to keep holding it and throwing it away on the spot, thus preventing theft. When the anti-theft switch is activated, a circuit that performs self-holding may be provided, or a theft signal may be stored so that the buzzer cannot be stopped even if the anti-theft switch is pressed.
[0045]
FIG. 8 is an example of a flowchart illustrating the operation of the receiving unit that has received the theft signal. When the signal is not received, S21 and S22 are looped and are in a standby state. When the operation signal is received, the process proceeds from S21 to S22, where the ID code matches are checked. If the ID code matches the registered ID code, the ascending operation, the stopping operation, or the descending operation is performed according to the operation signal. Do. If the ID codes do not match, the process returns to the standby loop without operating the shutter, but the illustration is omitted. If the stop signal is received during the ascending operation or the descending operation, the stopping operation is performed. When a theft signal is received, the process proceeds from S22 to S24, where the received ID code is checked. If the ID code matches the registered ID code, the buzzer of the receiving unit is sounded, and the theft signal is transmitted in S25. The ID code registered for the machine is deleted from the receiving unit. Next, the operation of the receiving unit is stopped (for example, the power is turned off), and the flow is ended. Then, it can be understood that the outdoor wireless transmitter has been stolen because the shutter does not operate even when another radio transmitter or a push button switch as described in FIG. 11 is operated. Moreover, you may make it return to the loop of a standby state, as shown to a broken line, without complete | finishing a flow. In any case, it is preferable that the buzzer in S24 does not sound for a long time. If the ID code sent with the theft signal does not match in S25, the process returns to the standby loop without operating the shutter, but the illustration is omitted.
[0046]
Note that the registered ID code may not be deleted in S25.
[0047]
As described above, when the antitheft switch is operated, if the buzzer of the wireless transmitter or the receiving unit is sounded, there is a problem that the buzzer sounds when the battery is replaced. The sounding of the buzzer on the receiving side may be performed with the power off. Moreover, since the buzzer of the wireless transmitter is not removed until the battery is removed, the buzzer can be sounded in a short period of time and cannot be tolerated. However, it is not always preferable that the buzzer sounds for a short time when the battery is replaced. Also, it is troublesome to turn off the power supply on the receiving unit side when replacing the battery, and the power-off operation may be forgotten. In this case, it is preferable not to make a buzzer or the like during battery replacement.
[0048]
FIG. 9 is an example of a flowchart showing an operation when the anti-theft switch based on the request is activated. In this embodiment, the user removes the cosmetic cover after inputting the ID code of the wireless transmitter before removing the cosmetic cover for battery replacement or the like. After inputting the ID code, the decorative cover may be removed by performing a predetermined key operation, for example, pressing a stop key three times. In any case, if a specific key operation for inputting an ID code is performed before removing the decorative cover, a theft signal is not created until a certain time has elapsed.
[0049]
In the wireless transmitter, when the above-described ID code is input and the code matches the ID code stored in the wireless transmitter, a timer for a predetermined time, for example, 5 minutes is started and the timer is turned on. The timer may be a counting digital timer or an analog timer. When the anti-theft switch is activated, it is checked in S31 whether or not the timer is on. If the ID code has not been input or if 5 minutes have elapsed even if the ID code has been input, the timer is not in the on state, and the process proceeds to S33 to S35. S33 to S35 are the same as S13 to S15 described with reference to FIG. If the anti-theft switch is activated and the timer is on, S32 and S36 are looped. During this time, no theft signal is created. Therefore, even if the decorative cover is removed, the wireless transmitter and the buzzer of the receiving unit do not ring or a theft signal is not transmitted. Also, if work such as battery replacement is completed during the loop of S32 and S36 and a decorative cover is attached, the antitheft switch is turned off in S36, so the wireless transmitter is turned off and the flow is terminated. To do. When 5 minutes elapses without the antitheft switch being turned off, the process proceeds from S32 to S33 to S35, and enters the theft mode.
[0050]
In this way, on condition that the ID code is input, even if the makeup cover is removed within a predetermined time, if the user does not enter the theft mode, even if the user removes the makeup cover for battery replacement or the like, The buzzer will not sound.
[0051]
In the above-described embodiment, the theft signal is not created until a predetermined time has elapsed after the ID code is input. However, the theft signal may be created. The operation based on the theft signal may not be performed, such as not sounding or not transmitting the theft signal.
[0052]
Also, if the timer is reset when the battery is replaced, it may be considered that when the battery is replaced, the anti-theft switch is in the on state, so that the mode is shifted to the theft mode. In order to prevent this, at the time of starting the power supply by battery replacement, it is only necessary to prevent transition to the theft mode until a predetermined time elapses after the battery is inserted.
[0053]
FIG. 10 is a flowchart for explaining another example of the transmission operation of the outdoor-installed wireless transmitter. S41 to S43 are the same as the flow described in FIG. In other words, when an ID code and any one of the up key, stop key, and down key are operated in S41, the input ID code is checked in S42. If the ID code is correct, the process proceeds to S43. Then, the ID code data and the operation code data corresponding to the pressed operation key are transmitted, and the flow ends. If the input ID code is not correct, the flow is terminated without transmission, but transmission may be performed as described with reference to FIG.
[0054]
In this embodiment, no input of an ID code is required for stopping and descending. This is the flow of S44 to S46 and S47 to S19. When the stop key is pressed in S44, the ID code data of the wireless transmitter stored in the memory is read in S45, and the stop signal data is transmitted with the ID code data added in S46. If the down key is pressed without inputting the ID code, the process proceeds from S47 to S48. Similarly, in S48, the ID code data is read out, and in S49, the ID code data is added and the down signal data is transmitted.
[0055]
In this embodiment, as described above, the stop operation and the lowering operation are described with reference to FIG. 7 in that the stop signal and the lowering signal can be transmitted without inputting the ID code from the code input key. The only difference from the embodiment is the on / off of the power supply as described in FIG.
[0056]
In this embodiment, the ID code need not be input for the stop operation and the lowering operation. However, the ID code may not be input only for the stop operation. In addition, an ID code may be input for a stop operation or a lowering operation that does not require input of an ID code. However, for a stop operation or a stop operation and a lowering operation, only a key operation that does not input an ID code is used. It is good. Further, whether or not the operation can be performed without inputting the ID code may be selected with a dip switch or the like.
[0057]
In the above-described embodiment, the electric shutter having the configuration for performing the obstacle detection has been described. However, the present invention does not necessarily need to perform the obstacle detection, and the electric shutter does not have such a configuration. It can also be applied to. Further, the push button switch input terminal is not necessarily required. The radio transmitter described as the outdoor-installed radio transmitter in FIGS. 5 to 10 may be used as the indoor-installed
[0058]
【The invention's effect】
As is clear from the above description, according to the present invention, an operation key is operated by inputting an ID code for a fixed wireless transmitter that can be operated by a person other than the user. It is possible to prevent an operation by a person other than the user. Further, the stop operation, or the stop operation and the lowering operation can be simplified by not requiring the input of the ID code, and the stop operation, or the stop operation and the lowering operation are Since there are many users nearby and it is considered that there is little actual harm, it is considered that there are few problems, and there is an effect that an effective operation method can be provided.
[0059]
In addition, using a wireless transmitter as a pushbutton switch for fixing eliminates the need for wiring work by installing a switch box for indoor operation, eliminating the need for wiring and piping work, and reducing construction costs. There is an effect.
