Description

【0001】

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, as described above, in the conventional configuration, the metal terminal 6 is easy to be inserted into the connector housing 5 and is difficult to come off. However, the metal terminal 6 is released at a very low frequency due to an unexpected vibration mode during speaker conveyance. The possibility cannot be denied, and a structure in which the metal terminal 6 is not likely to come off is desired.
[0011]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention solves the above-described conventional problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a speaker having a speaker terminal device in which a metal terminal is not easily detached from a connector housing of the speaker.
[0012]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, in the speaker invention according to claim 1 of the present invention, a connector housing is integrally provided in the vicinity of the outer periphery of the speaker frame to which the metal terminal is attached, and a bent portion is provided in the middle part of the metal terminal. The connector housing is provided with a groove portion into which the metal terminal including the bent portion is inserted, and the outer periphery of the diaphragm is attached to the speaker frame so as to cover a part or all of the groove portion. In addition, it is easy to insert and remove the metal terminal of the prior art, and it is difficult to remove it without applying an equal force to both ends. After the mating connector is inserted, the metal terminal is fixed by the mating connector to prevent the metal terminal from falling off. Covering at least a part of the groove with a diaphragm while maintaining the features, it is possible to prevent the metal terminal from falling off even in unexpected vibration modes when carrying the speaker alone. Than is.
[0013]
In addition, since the said groove part is covered by adhesion | attachment of a diaphragm, a special assembly operation is not required and a manufacturing man-hour can be performed similarly to the past.
[0015]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
An embodiment of a speaker terminal device according to the present invention will be described below with reference to FIG. In addition, the same part as a prior art attaches | subjects the same number, and abbreviate | omits description and demonstrates.
[0016]
(Embodiment 1)
FIG. 1 is a side sectional view of a speaker according to an embodiment of the present invention. According to the figure, 2a is a resin speaker frame, and 10 is a terminal device comprising a connector housing 11 formed integrally with the resin speaker frame 2a and metal terminals 6 attached to the connector housing 11.
[0017]
Although not shown, the connector housing 11 has a groove portion 5a similar to that of the prior art, and is mounted by sandwiching the bent portion 6a of the metal terminal 6 with the inner wall of the corresponding groove portion 5a of the connector housing 11. ing. With this configuration, the metal terminal can be easily inserted and removed as in the prior art and cannot be removed unless an equal force is applied to both ends. After the mating connector is inserted, the metal terminal is fixed by the mating connector. It maintains the feature that the metal terminal can be prevented from falling off.
[0018]
Further, as is apparent from the figure, the outer peripheral attaching portion 3a of the diaphragm 3 whose outer periphery is an edge portion is on the same plane as the attaching portion 2b of the speaker frame 2a to which the outer peripheral attaching portion 3b is attached. The connector housing 11 is provided with an affixing portion 11a.
[0019]
Therefore, the metal terminal 6 inserted and mounted in the groove 5a of the diaphragm 3 is simultaneously vibrating when the attaching portion 3a of the diaphragm 3 whose outer periphery is an edge portion is attached to the attaching portion 2b of the speaker frame 2a. 3 affixing part 3a is also affixed to affixing part 11a of the connector housing 11, so that a part or all of the groove 5a is covered with the diaphragm 3, and an abnormal vibration mode at the time of carrying the speaker is caused. Even if it is received, the metal terminal 6 is prevented from coming off.
[0020]
In the above embodiment, the attaching portion 11a of the connector housing 11 is described as being provided on the same plane on the same circumference as the attaching portion 2b of the speaker frame 2a. Even if it is provided in the vicinity, an extension of the attachment portion 3a of the diaphragm 3 so that the attachment portion 11a of the connector housing 11 can be attached together with the attachment portion 2b of the speaker frame 2a is also included in the present invention. This is one embodiment. In this case, even if it is necessary to remove the metal terminal 6 for the purpose of repair or the like after the speaker is mounted on the device, the state of adhesive bonding between the speaker frame 2a and the diaphragm 3 that affects the acoustic characteristics of the speaker is damaged. The metal terminal 6 can be inserted and removed without giving it.
[0021]
In any of the above-described embodiments, the attachment can be performed at the same time in the attaching process of the diaphragm 3 and the speaker frame 2a, thereby preventing an increase in cost due to an increase in man-hours.
[0022]
It is also possible to prevent the metal terminal 6 from being detached by the adhesive by applying the adhesive after inserting the metal terminal 6 into the groove 5a. In this case, it is possible to prevent an increase in cost due to an increase in the number of man-hours by simultaneously performing the adhesive in the adhesive application process when the diaphragm 3 and the speaker frame 2a are attached. When this adhesive is applied, it may be slightly higher and lower than the attaching portion 2b of the speaker frame 2a as long as it is in the vicinity of the outer periphery of the speaker frame 2a.
[0023]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, the metal terminal is inserted into the groove portion of the connector housing and covers a part or all of the groove portion, so that the metal terminal can be easily attached to the connector housing and is not easily removed, It is possible to provide an excellent speaker having a terminal device that does not come out even in an abnormal vibration mode during conveyance as a single speaker.
