Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a paper insulated container for so-called instant foods and instant beverages that contain instant noodles, etc., and can be eaten as it is by pouring hot water, in particular, a dot shape between a paper cup barrel and a paper thermal insulation sheet. The present invention relates to a paper heat insulating container in which a convex portion is provided and a heat insulating space layer is provided between the body portion and the paper heat insulating sheet.
[0002]
[Prior art]
For example, Japanese Patent Publication No. 58-34334 and Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 8-276927 are disclosed in which a dot-like convex portion is provided between the paper cup body and the paper heat insulating sheet, and a heat insulating space layer is provided between the two members. There is an invention disclosed in.
However, all of these inventions are provided with dot-like convex portions by foamed ink. Foamed inks cannot be used as food containers because they generate a considerable odor during foaming due to the properties of their materials.
[0003]
Then, as an invention suitable for foods in which dot-like convex portions are formed using a material that does not generate odor, there is an invention disclosed in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 7-223683, for example.
This invention is an invention using a hot melt adhesive as a material for forming a convex part, but the convex part by the hot melt adhesive is provided in a band shape in the circumferential direction, so there is a limit to the production speed and the production capacity Inferior to this, the space between the upper and lower convex parts is structurally closed, and the heat of the food that is to be contained is confined in this space, and the surface of the heat insulating sheet made of paper also becomes hot. There was a problem that it could not function.
[0004]
In addition, since the space between the upper and lower belt-shaped convex portions is large, there is a problem that depending on the place where fingers are placed, the heat insulating sheet made of paper is recessed and the sufficient heat insulating space height is lost.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention has the above-described problems relating to a paper heat insulating container in which a dot-shaped convex portion made of a hot melt adhesive is provided between a paper cup body and a paper heat insulating sheet, and a heat insulating space layer is provided between both members. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a paper heat insulating container which has a sufficient heat insulating effect without causing odors and the like to be depressed even if a finger is put on the container.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
A first invention of the present invention comprises a paper cup body having a lip portion having a body portion and a bottom portion, and the periphery of the opening portion being curled outward, and a paper heat insulation covering and sticking to the body portion. A plurality of dot-shaped convex portions arranged in a grid pattern made of a hot melt adhesive between the paper cup body and the paper heat insulating sheet. 2 pitch increments, dissipate placed staggered, a paper insulated container, characterized in that a heat-insulating space layer between the two members.
[0007]
Moreover, 2nd invention is a paper heat insulation container in which the said many dot-shaped convex part is arrange | positioned on the outer surface of the paper cup trunk | drum in 1st invention.
[0008]
Moreover, 3rd invention is a paper heat insulation container in which the said many dot-shaped convex part is arrange | positioned in the 1st invention on the inner surface of a paper heat insulation sheet.
[0009]
Moreover, 4th invention is a paper heat insulation container in which the said many dot-shaped convex part is arrange | positioned in 1st invention on the outer surface of a paper cup trunk | drum, and the inner surface of a paper heat insulation sheet.
[0011]
Further, the fifth invention, the first, second, was the third or the fourth aspect, 2 to 5 mm diameter a of the dot-shaped convex portion, the vertex distance b 3 to 15 mm, the distance c Is a paper insulated container set to 1-5 mm.
[0012]
[Action]
As described above, according to the present invention, a large number of dot-shaped convex portions made of a hot melt adhesive are disposed between the paper cup body and the paper heat insulating sheet, and the heat insulating space layer is provided between the two members. The space between the convex portions is not closed, and the heat of the food, which is an object to be contained, does not stay in the heat insulating space layer, satisfying the initial heat insulating effect.
Also, a number of dot-shaped convex portions of the 1/2 pitch increments above and below that are arranged in a grid pattern, so staggered are arranged, without thermal insulation sheets dented even over fingers to the container, sufficient heat insulation Maintains the height and maintains the thermal insulation effect.
[0013]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail by way of examples.
As shown in FIG. 1, for example, the paper heat insulating container of the present invention includes a paper cup body 10 having a body portion 11 and a bottom portion 12 and having a lip portion 13 whose outer periphery is curled outward, and covers the body portion. And it is comprised from the paper heat insulation sheet 20 stuck on this, and while arranging many dot-shaped convex parts 30 between a paper cup trunk | drum and paper heat insulation sheets, the heat insulation space layer 40 between both members is provided. It is the paper heat insulation container 1 which provided.
[0014]
The paper cup body 10 has a body member that forms the body part and a bottom member that forms the bottom part, and a low-density polyethylene resin (LDPE) 20 to 20% on one or both sides of a cup base paper having a basis weight of about 170 to 310 g / m 2. It can be produced using a general paper cup molding machine using polyethylene processed paper coated by a melt extrusion method of about 40 μm.
[0015]
The heat insulating sheet 20 made of paper has a substantially fan-shaped shape that covers the trunk of the paper cup body using a paperboard such as a white liner having a basis weight of about 200 to 270 g / m 2 , a coated ball, a bleached craft, and an ivory. It is what you have.
[0016]
The dot-shaped convex part 30 is disposed between the body part 11 of the paper cup body and the paper heat insulating sheet 20, and plays a role of forming a heat insulating space layer 40 between the body part 11 and the paper heat insulating sheet 20.
[0017]
Although the material itself is not particularly limited, it can be easily applied to the surface of the body 11 of the paper cup body and the paper heat insulating sheet 20, and when hot water or the like is put into the paper cup body, the dot-shaped convex portions 30 are deformed by heat. In consideration of not doing so, the main component is a thermoplastic resin such as ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA), polyethylene, or polyester, and if necessary, a wax such as paraffin wax or microcrystalline wax or a tackifier such as rosin. The added hot melt adhesive having a relatively high melting point can be preferably used.
[0018]
Moreover, the dot-shaped convex part 30 is apply | coated to the inner side of the paper heat insulation sheet 20 or the outer side of the trunk | drum 11 of a paper cup main body using the apply | coating method using well-known application apparatuses, such as a spray gun and a gubibia roll. It is also possible to apply to both the inner surface of the paper heat insulating sheet 20 and the outer surface of the body portion 11 of the paper cup body.
[0019]
The dot-shaped protrusions 30 can be arranged in a grid pattern as shown in FIG. 2 or can be shifted by 1/2 pitch at the top and bottom as shown in FIG. Even if it has a part, since the convex part is uniformly distributed, the paper heat insulating sheet 20 is not concave and is not in contact with the body part 11 of the paper cup body, which is preferable because a stable heat insulating effect can be obtained.
[0020]
The shape and arrangement of the individual dot-shaped protrusions are such that the diameter a is 2 to 5 mm, the inter-vertex distance b between adjacent protrusions is 3 to 15 mm, and the separation distance c between adjacent protrusions is 1 to 5 mm. Is preferable for production. When the diameter a is too large, the hot melt extrusion time becomes long, and the production capacity decreases. Further, the diameter a, the apex distance b, and the separation distance c of the dot-shaped convex portions need to be designed so as not to be in contact with the body portion 11 of the paper cup body when held by hand. .
[0021]
In addition, as a method of sticking the paper insulation sheet to the paper cup body, the paper insulation sheet is wrapped around the paper cup body before the hot melt adhesive is solidified, and the paper insulation sheet is attached to the paper cup body with the hot melt adhesive. Alternatively, the paper heat insulating sheet can be adhered to the paper cup body with another adhesive after the hot melt adhesive is completely solidified.
[0022]
In addition, the paper heat insulating sheet is wrapped around the body of the paper cup body, and even with the butting method in which the edges of the heat insulating sheets face each other, the edges of the heat insulating sheets are overlapped and bonded together, that is, a fan-shaped in advance. Either a method of forming a heat insulating sheet into a cylindrical shape and then fitting it into a paper cup body and bonding it may be used.
[0023]
【Example】
Examples of the present invention will be described more specifically below.
<Example 1>
First, a processed paper obtained by applying LDPE having a thickness of 20 μm on both sides of a cup base paper having a basis weight of 260 g / cm 2 , and using a general paper cup molding machine, the rim part 13 whose peripheral edge of the opening is curled outwardly. A paper cup body 10 having an opening diameter of 95 mm, a bottom diameter of 65 mm, and a height of 110 mm was prepared.
[0024]
Separately, using a coated ball having a basis weight of 230 g / cm 2 , a substantially fan-shaped paper heat insulating sheet 20 having a predetermined size was punched out.
[0025]
On the surface of the paper heat insulating sheet 20 on the surface in contact with the body portion of the paper cup body, a hot melt adhesive mainly composed of EVA resin is used to form dot-shaped convex portions 30 having a diameter a of 3 mm using a hot melt gun. The edge portion of the heat insulating sheet is formed into a substantially grid-like fan shape so that the distance b between the adjacent convex portions and the convex portion is approximately 9 mm, and the separation distance c between the adjacent convex portions and the convex portion is approximately 3 mm. (See FIG. 2). At the same time, a paper heat insulating sheet 20 on which a large number of dot-shaped convex portions 30 are formed is wound around the trunk portion 11 of the paper cup body from below the lip portion 13. Covering, the paper heat insulation sheet 20 was stuck to the trunk | drum 11 of a paper cup main body, and the heat insulation space layer 40 was formed in the part except the convex part 30 between the trunk | drum 11 and paper heat insulation sheet 20. The paper insulated container 1 of Example 1 was produced.
[0026]
<Example 2>
The same material as in Example 1 except that the pattern for forming the dot-shaped convex portions 30 of the paper heat insulating sheet 20 is shifted by 1/2 pitch from that in Example 1 to form the pattern as shown in FIG. The paper heat insulation container of Example 2 was produced using the method.
[0027]
<Example 3>
The same dot-shaped convex part 30 as that formed in the paper heat insulating sheet 20 in Example 1 is formed in the same pattern as in Example 1 on the body part 11 of the same paper cup body 10 as in Example 1, and at the same time in Example 1. The same paper heat insulation sheet 20 as used is wrapped around the trunk portion 11 of the paper cup main body so as to be wound from below the lip 13, and the paper heat insulation sheet 20 is adhered to the trunk portion 11 of the paper cup main body. A paper heat insulating container of Example 3 in which the heat insulating space layer 40 was formed between the portion 11 and the paper heat insulating sheet 20 except the convex portion 30 was produced.
[0028]
In order to evaluate the heat insulation effect of the three types of paper heat insulation containers produced in this way, instant noodles were put into each container, hot water was poured and left for 3 minutes, and then the body of the container was held with fingers. Any container could be easily held by hand, and the paper insulation sheet was not recessed.
[0029]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, since the paper heat insulating container of the present invention is provided with the convex portions in a dot shape by the hot melt adhesive, it does not generate odor and can be sufficiently used as a food container.
Since the convex portions are formed in a dot shape, the finger and the portion corresponding to the convex portions are in point contact regardless of the position on the body portion of the container, so that a sufficient thermal insulation effect can be obtained.
Furthermore, since the convex portions are in the form of dots, there is almost no dent in the paper heat insulating sheet regardless of which part of the container the finger is placed on, and a sufficient heat insulating effect can be maintained.
