Description
(1)低公害のバーナの開発のための予混合の条件を整え、高速燃焼下でも火炎の吹き飛びが起きないようにするために、全体の火炎噴出装置のノズル配列において、ノズルの配列を円形状または四角形状などの多角形状とし、中央にノズルBを配列し、図3の外部ノズルAに燃料/空気の混合気を供給し、図3のセンターノズルBの流量条件を外部ノズルAの全流量の5%程度に保っている場合には、火炎の吹き飛びを起こさず、火炎が安定している。
(2)上記(1)の条件下での窒素酸化物の排出は、非予混合条件と比較すると、予混合を行う場合の方が20〜70%低減され、高流量で60ppm以下の条件に保つことができ、非常に実用的である。
(3)メタンの場合、センターノズルが無い場合には火炎の吹き飛びが起きていたが、センターノズルを配列して前記条件を適用する場合には、チョーキング(Choking)まで火炎の吹き飛びが起きず、高負荷燃焼が可能となる。

Claims (2)
- 予混合燃料噴出装置において、
燃料を空気と混合せずに供給する一つのセンターノズルと、
前記センターノズルを取り囲むように配列されて燃料-空気の混合気体を供給する複数の外部ノズルとを備え、
互いに隣接した前記外部ノズル間の距離を前記外部ノズルの直径の15乃至25倍とし、前記センターノズルは前記外部ノズルに供給される全燃料流量の0.1乃至10%を供給することを特徴とする予混合燃料噴出装置。 - 前記センターノズルの直径は、前記外部ノズルに供給される全燃料流量の0.1乃至10%を供給するために前記外部ノズルの直径以上であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の予混合燃料噴出装置。
