Description

【0001】

[0007]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Next, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a plan view of an interior material 10 of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a longitudinal side view of the interior material 10 of the present invention, and FIG. 3 is a back view of the interior material 10 of the present invention. In each drawing, reference numeral 10 denotes an interior material, and the interior material 10 includes an interior plate member 12 and a removable adhesive 20 provided on the back surface of the interior plate member 12. The member 12 has a vertically long, substantially rectangular shape with a length of about 180 mm and a width of about 60 mm, is configured in a tile shape, and has a thickness of about 6 mm.
[0008]
Thick plate portions 12A and 12A are provided at both longitudinal ends of the interior plate member 12, and the thick plate portions 12A and 12A extend about 30 mm from the longitudinal end portion in the central direction. A recess 12B is provided between the two thick plate portions 12A and 12A, and this recess 12B is provided on the back side of the interior plate member 12 and is recessed by about 1 mm from the thick plate portion 12A. That is, the interior material 10 is provided with thick plate portions 12A and 12A having a thickness of about 6 mm on both sides in the longitudinal direction of the interior plate member 12, and the interior plate member 12 back central portion between the thick plate portions 12A and 12A. Is provided with a recess 12A having a thickness of about 5 mm. And the releasable adhesive 20 is affixed on the thick-plate parts 12A and 12A used as the both sides of the recess 12A, and the interior material 10 is comprised. In addition, the magnitude | size and thickness of the interior material 10 are not restricted to these dimensions, You may comprise larger or smaller than these dimensions.
[0009]
Here, if one side of the vertically long plate shrinks or expands with the same thickness, the plate will be deformed by the bimetal principle, but when the thickness of the inner middle part is made thinner than both ends of the plate Since the contraction and expansion of the plate are blocked at the thin portion, it is possible to prevent the vertically long plate from being deformed because the bimetal principle does not work. That is, the interior plate member 12 of the interior material 10 is deformed by providing the thick plate portions 12A and 12A provided on both sides and the recess 12B between the thick plate portions 12A and 12A. It is configured to prevent this.
[0010]
The interior material 10 is composed of bamboo and pulp that are easy to rot in the natural environment and can be returned to the soil, and are friendly to the global environment. When making the interior plate member 12 of the interior material 10, although not shown, first, bamboo is cut into a predetermined length, and the chopped bamboo is beaten to make it fine. The fine bamboo is boiled with about 5% to 7% sodium hydroxide solution to soften the bamboo fiber, and the softened bamboo is beaten into a coarse fiber state. Wash the bamboo in coarse fiber state with water and stir with a mixer. The bamboo in the coarse fiber state stirred with a mixer is put in a separator to separate the fiber and protein / sugar, etc., and only the bamboo fiber is taken out. That is, only a bamboo fiber having a predetermined length is taken out from the bamboo (A).
[0011]
Next, it is separated into a emptied milk paper pack surface coating (in this case, a printed film used on the milk paper pack surface) and pulp. Also in this case, the milk paper pack is finely cut into a predetermined size, washed with water, and stirred with a mixer. The stirred paper pack uses a detergent or the like containing a surfactant to separate the surface coating material and the pulp from the paper pack by the action of the surfactant and take out the pulp. At this time, if the ink printed on the surface of the milk pack remains on the pulp, bleaching or decolorization is performed. That is, only the pulp is taken out from the milk paper pack (B).
[0012]
Next, the fiberized bamboo (A) and the pulp (B) taken out from the milk pack are mixed at a ratio of 7: 3, and a small amount of starch whose main component is starch (in this case, a type that does not contain formalin) Add a predetermined amount of paste) and stir with a mixer. The mixed liquid of stirred bamboo fiber and pulp is poured into a mold formed in the shape of the interior plate member 12 having the thick plate portions 12A and 12A and the recess 12B in the manner of Japanese paper making, and is pressed and pressed. Molded into 12 shapes. Then, after the surface of the mixture of bamboo fiber and pulp poured into the mold is dried by about 90% to 93%, after further pressure forming, the whole is dried by about 90% or more to complete the interior plate member 12. .
[0013]
A memo or a photograph can be fixed to the interior plate member 12 made in this way with an adhesive tape, glue, a thumbtack or the like. The interior plate member 12 made of dried bamboo fiber and pulp absorbs moisture in the gap between the bamboo fiber and pulp fiber and particles, and has a moisture releasing action when the room is dry. In addition, since sound is absorbed in the gap between the fiber and particles such as bamboo fiber and pulp, there is also a soundproofing effect. In addition, if it is a nail shorter than the board member 12 for interiors, it can be struck without protruding to the back side.
[0014]
After the interior plate member 12 is completed, the thermally activated sheet 13 is attached to both thick plate portions 12A and 12A that are on both sides of the back surface of the interior plate member 12. Next, the thermally activated sheet 13 is heated at a predetermined temperature to coat both thick plate portions 12A and 12A. Thereby, the thermal activation sheet 13 is fixed to the thick plate portions 12A and 12A on the back surface of the interior plate member 12. Next, the releasable pressure-sensitive adhesive 14 is adhered to the thermally activated sheet 13 that is coated and fixed on both thick plate portions 12A and 12A, thereby completing the interior material 10 (1). The technique for fixing the thermally activated sheet 13 to the interior plate member 12 at a predetermined temperature is a known technique and will not be described in detail.
[0015]
Here, the releasable pressure-sensitive adhesive 14 can be attached to a wall or the like on which a decorative board of a building or wallpaper is pasted, and the removable pressure-sensitive adhesive 14 can be easily peeled off by pulling it sideways. For example, a power strip 7028 (trade name) manufactured by Tessa Tape Co., Ltd. may be used. That is, the releasable pressure-sensitive adhesive 14 is affixed to the entire surface of the thermally activated sheet 13 that is thermally bonded and fixed to both thick plate portions 12A and 12A on both sides of the back surface of the interior plate member 12.
[0016]
With this removable adhesive 14, the interior material 10 (1) can be easily bonded and fixed to the wall surface 17 of the building (FIG. 6). Further, the interior material 10 bonded to the wall surface 17 of the building can be easily peeled off from the wall surface 17 and can be completely peeled off without the removable adhesive 14 remaining on the wall surface 17 of the building. In this case, the releasable adhesive 14 is pulled out between the wall surface 17 and the interior plate member 12 while lightly pressing the interior material 10 affixed to the wall surface 17 toward the wall surface 17 side. When the removable adhesive 14 is pulled out from between the wall surface 17 and the interior plate member 12 in the direction of the arrow as shown in FIG. 6, the removable adhesive 14 extends like rubber, and the wall surface 17 and the interior plate member 12. It peels from the location extended from the thermal activation sheet | seat 13 provided in the back surface. Thereby, the removable adhesive 14 is removed, and the interior material 10 can be removed from the wall surface 17. That is, the interior material 10 is configured to be detachable from the wall surface 17 of the building by the removable adhesive 14 provided on the back surface.
[0017]
Thus, the interior material 10 has the removable adhesive 14 bonded to both thick plate portions 12A and 12A provided on both sides of the back surface of the interior plate member 12 composed of bamboo fiber and pulp. And if the releasable adhesive 14 adhered to both thick plate parts 12A, 12A on the back surface of the interior material 10 is adhered to the wall surface 17 of the building, the interior material 10 can be adhered and fixed to the wall surface 17 of the building. Become. Thereby, it becomes possible to fix a memo or a photograph to the interior material 10 with an adhesive tape, glue or a thumbtack. The interior material 10 to be attached to the wall surface 17 of the building is attached to the entire wall surface 17 or a part of the building as needed.
[0018]
Also, even if the interior material 10 is soiled with adhesive tape or glue, or if a hole is perforated with a thumbtack, the interior wall 10 of the building 17 can be removed simply by attaching to the interior material 10. There will be no dirt or scratches, and even if a child makes a graffiti on the interior material 10 with a magic or crayon or a sticker, the interior material 10 will be damaged. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the wall surface 17 of the building from becoming dirty. Therefore, a person who rents a rental apartment or condominium puts the interior material 10 on the wall surface 17 of the building in advance, and peels off the interior material 10 when returning it. It can be returned in a clean and clean state without glue, magic or crayons.
[0019]
In particular, since the releasable pressure-sensitive adhesive 14 that can be peeled off is adhered to the back surface of the interior material 10, even if the removable pressure-sensitive adhesive 14 remains on the wall surface 17 of the building, the removability from the wall surface 17 of the building. Since the adhesive 14 can be easily peeled off, the wall surface 17 of the building is not contaminated. Moreover, since the interior material 10 is comprised from the bamboo fiber and pulp which have effects, such as soundproofing, moisture absorption, and moisture release, the interior of a building can be made into a suitable environment. Moreover, if patterns, such as a picture and a character, are printed on the surface of the interior material 10, the interior material 10 can be finished beautifully and the added value of the interior material 10 can be improved. In addition, if it is a nail shorter than the board member 12 for interiors, it can be struck without protruding to the back side, so that a bag or clothing can be suspended from the nail.
[0020]
By the way, it is also conceivable to make the interior material 10 (2) by mixing the interior plate member 12 of the interior material 10 (1) with bamboo fiber and crushed oyster shell particles. In this case, as described above, the bamboo fiber is obtained by converting the bamboo obtained by chopping the bamboo into a predetermined length into a fiber and then converting the fiberized bamboo and the oyster shell crushed grains obtained by pulverizing the oyster shell into a predetermined size to 6: 4. Mix in proportions. Then, a predetermined amount of an aqueous solution of a small amount of a starch whose main component is starch (in this case, a paste containing no formalin) is added to the mixed fiberized bamboo and oyster shell pulverized grains, and the mixture is stirred with a mixer.
[0021]
The mixed liquid of the stirred bamboo fiber and oyster shell pulverized grains is poured into a mold formed in the shape of the interior board member 12 in the same manner as in the case of Japanese paper, and is pressed to form the shape of the interior board member 12. . When the surface of the mixture of bamboo fiber and pulp poured into the mold is dried by about 90% to 93%, after press-molding into the shape of the interior plate member 12 as described above, the whole is dried by about 90% or more for interior use. The plate member 12 is completed.
[0022]
A memo, a photograph, or the like can be fixed to the interior plate member 12 thus made with an adhesive tape, glue, or thumbtack. The interior plate member 12 made of dried bamboo fiber and oyster shell crushed grains has effects such as soundproofing, moisture absorption and moisture release. And if the board member 12 for interiors is completed, after attaching the heat activation sheet | seat 13 to both thick board parts 12A and 12A used as the both sides of the board member 12 back | inside as mentioned above, and fixing it, the heat activation sheet | seat 13 is fixed. The releasable pressure-sensitive adhesive 14 is adhered to the interior material 10 to complete the interior material 10 (2).
[0023]
In this way, the interior material 10 (2) has the removable adhesive 14 bonded to both thick plate portions 12A and 12A provided on both sides of the interior plate member 12 composed of bamboo fiber and oyster shell crushed grains. ing. And if the releasable adhesive 14 adhered to both thick plate portions 12A, 12A on the back surface of the interior material 10 is adhered to the wall surface 17 of the building, the interior material 10 (2) is adhered and fixed to the wall surface 17 of the building. Is possible. Thereby, it becomes possible to fix a memo, a photograph, etc. to the interior material 10 (2) with an adhesive tape, glue, a thumbtack or the like as described above. The interior material 10 (2) to be attached to the wall surface 17 of the building is attached to the entire wall surface 17 or a part of the building as needed.
[0024]
In particular, because the interior plate member 12 is composed of bamboo fiber and oyster shell pulverized grains, when the humidity in the building is high, such as in the rainy season, moisture is absorbed by the gap between the fiber and particles such as bamboo fiber and pulp. When the interior of the building is dry, such as in winter, when the interior of the building is dry, the moisture stored in the interior plate member 12 can be released to a comfortable indoor humidity. It will also be possible to maintain a suitable environment. In addition, if it is a nail shorter than the board member 12 for interiors, it can be struck without protruding to the back side, so that a bag or clothing can be suspended from the nail.
[0025]
Next, FIGS. 4 and 5 show an interior material 10 (3) according to another embodiment of the present invention. In this case, the interior material 10 is provided with Bincho charcoal pulverized grains 15 having a high odor absorbing effect as an odor absorbing member in an interior plate member 12 composed of bamboo and pulp. That is, the interior material 10 (3) is provided with Bincho charcoal pulverized grains 15 in the interior plate member 12 of the interior material 10 (1). The Bincho charcoal pulverized grains 15 have a diameter of about 1 mm to 1.5 mm. In addition, it is known conventionally that Bincho charcoal has an effect of deodorizing, and detailed description of the deodorizing effect of Bincho charcoal is omitted. Further, the odor absorbing member is not limited to the Bincho charcoal pulverized particles 15, and coconut shell activated carbon may be used.
[0026]
When the interior plate member 12 is made, the fiberized bamboo and the pulp regenerated from the milk pack are mixed at a ratio of 7: 3 as in the above, and a small amount of starch whose main component is starch (in this case, formalin). Add a predetermined amount of an aqueous solution of a paste that does not contain) and stir with a mixer. The stirred mixture of bamboo fiber and pulp is poured into a mold formed in the shape of the interior board member 12 in the manner of Japanese paper, and pressed to form the interior board member 12. At this time, the interior plate member 12 is formed so that the recess 12B has a thickness of about 4 mm.
[0027]
Next, when the surface is dried by about 90% to 93%, the opposite surface of the recess 12B is recessed by about 1.5 mm while leaving about 30 mm inside from both ends in the longitudinal direction, and the diameter of the recessed portion is about 1 mm to 1 mm. Bincho charcoal pulverized grains 15 having a size of 5 mm are packed substantially uniformly with a thickness of about 2 mm to 2.5 mm. Next, after the Bincho charcoal pulverized particles 15 were pressed at a predetermined pressure and hardened to a thickness of about 1.5 mm, the mixed liquid of bamboo fiber and pulp was poured again into the mold, and the same interior plate member as described above The interior material 10 is completed by pressure forming into 12 shapes and drying the whole about 90% or more.
