Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a power failure processing system for an automatic winder having a large number of yarn winding units driven by a single spindle.
[0002]
[Prior art]
An automatic winder has a large number of yarn winding units driven by a single spindle arranged on a machine base. One yarn winding unit has a function of winding a yarn unwound from a yarn feeding bobbin produced by a ring spinning machine into a package having a predetermined shape while removing yarn defects.
[0003]
Each yarn winding unit is provided with a DC brushless motor that rotationally drives the winding drum, a motor control unit that controls the rotational drive of the DC brushless motor, and a unit control unit that controls the motor control unit. Further, a main control unit for controlling a large number of winding units arranged in a row is provided at one end of the machine base. A system power source is disposed in the main control unit, and a large number of unit control units and motor control units are operated by electric power supplied from the system power source.
[0004]
When a power failure occurs in such an automatic winder, the supply of power from the system power supply is cut off, so that a large number of yarn winding units are stopped. At this time, a power failure is detected by the main control unit, a power failure is transmitted to each unit control unit by a dedicated signal line, and the yarn winding units are cut all at once, and then the DC brushless motor is free-runned. What is stopped has been proposed (see Japanese Patent No. 3006562).
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
As described above, after the yarn is cut by each yarn winding unit, when the winding drum and the package are stopped in a free run, the winding drum and the package are rubbed, and the ball is rubbed (the rod winding portion of the package center after the yarn cutting). The thread may be rubbed and twisted).
[0006]
An object of the present invention is to provide a power failure processing system for an automatic winder that can prevent the occurrence of a ball when a power failure occurs in an automatic winder and each yarn winding unit is stopped.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention according to
A lift-up mechanism provided in a cradle that supports a package that rotates in contact with the winding drum;
A motor control unit for controlling the rotational drive of the motor;
A unit control unit for controlling the motor control unit and the lift-up mechanism;
A power failure detection unit for detecting a power failure to these control units;
Based on the power failure detection of this power failure detection unit, with a regenerative power generation unit that generates regenerative power by deceleration stop control by the motor control unit,
The lift-up mechanism operates by supplying electric power, and does not operate when electric power is exhausted.
Power failure occurs, the power from the regenerative power generating section, before Symbol from the winding drum actuates the lift-up mechanism to release the package, the power from the motor is stopped the regenerative power generating section is eliminated When the not operate the lift-up mechanism, wherein the package is obtained by a so that the Sessu the winding drum.
[0008]
According to the above configuration, when the power failure detection unit detects a power failure, the motor is controlled to decelerate and stop, so that the motor quickly stops. The regenerative power generated by the deceleration stop control is supplied from the regenerative power generation unit to the unit control unit. The unit control unit operates the lift-up mechanism with the supplied regenerative power, and separates the package from the winding drum. When the motor stops and the regenerative power is lost, the lift-up mechanism does not operate and the package comes into contact with the winding drum.
[0009]
The present invention according to
[0010]
According to the above configuration, the package brake mechanism is operated simultaneously with the operation of the lift-up mechanism, and the package is separated from the winding drum and the rotation of the package is stopped.
[0011]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the first aspect, the power failure detection unit is provided in the motor control unit.
[0012]
According to the said structure, a motor control part detects a power failure, and the regenerative electric power by stop control can be generated in a motor control part almost simultaneously with a power failure detection.
