Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a thermal insulation panel for a floor of a building in which the influence of outside air temperature is reduced, such as a constant temperature room or a low temperature warehouse, and is damaged from a reinforcing member of the thermal insulation panel for a floor embedded in a position where heavy equipment is installed. The present invention relates to a thermal insulation panel for floors with improved thermal insulation.
[0002]
[Prior art]
For heat insulation and cold insulation in refrigeration, refrigerators, etc., individually adopt foamed resin heat insulation materials such as urethane, and form heat insulation walls, heat insulation floors, heat insulation ceilings, etc. by combining heat insulation panels that are sandwiched by hard shapes. This has been practiced more widely than before and is in practical use.
[0003]
For example, in the utility model application publication No. 16032 in 1971, a foam heat insulating material is provided between the groove-shaped edges in a metal thin plate or a synthetic resin plate formed with a groove-shaped edge in the peripheral portion of the outer plate. It is shown that it is filled to form a heat insulating wall and combined to form a heat insulating wall such as an assembled cold storage.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In recent years, a machine or the like is installed in a refrigeration / refrigerator constituted by such a heat insulating panel, and operations such as product manufacture are increasing in the refrigeration / refrigerator. However, since the heat insulation panel as described above is composed of a foamed resin heat insulation material such as urethane and a hard shape material such as a metal thin plate as described above, a large machine / When installing and operating equipment, it is highly likely that the load of such equipment will not be able to withstand the load such as the large equipment directly applied to the floor and is damaged by the load of the large equipment. The deterioration of heat insulation was obvious, and reinforcement measures were required.
[0005]
In order to solve such a problem in the prior art, the present inventors have adopted a reinforcing structure as shown in FIG. That is, when installing mechanical equipment, the reinforcing

In addition, the reinforcing iron plate is effectively integrated with the foam filling layer between the front and back surface plates so as to obtain a stable supporting action for a device having a considerable weight.
[0013]
The support part constituted by arranging a plurality of synthetic resin materials by freezing the reinforcing steel plates facing each other on the top and bottom surface plates of the synthetic resin material arranged in the thickness direction is frozen, To provide a stable heat insulation panel for setting heavy equipment in a refrigerator.
[0014]
That is, by doing the above, heat insulation performance and reinforcement of the heat insulation panel can be sufficiently secured, and workability in field work can be effectively improved, and stable support is possible even under conditions where heavy objects are mounted. A state and a precise heat insulation characteristic can be secured. Here, the synthetic resin material may be an extruded material of synthetic resin, or may be a cut material or a cut material from a plate material or the like.
[0015]
【Example】
FIG. 1 is a partial cross-sectional view showing an embodiment of the present invention as described above, in which the upper and lower reinforcing
[0016]
That is, according to the configuration of the present invention as described above, the heat insulation performance is sufficiently improved by changing the iron pipe that has been a thermal bridge in the prior art as the reinforcing member for the refrigerator / refrigerator to the synthetic resin material 6, It is not necessary to use expensive heat insulating material for cushioning insulation to maintain heat insulation performance, and the above synthetic resin extruded material can be easily and accurately cut with an adhesive such as cutting at the work site and joining with an iron plate. Therefore, it is possible to secure both advantages such as a great reduction in work time.
[0017]
