Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a hot water supply apparatus, and more particularly to a hot water storage type hot water supply apparatus provided with mixing means for hot water and water.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As a prior art, for example, there is a hot water supply device disclosed in Japanese Patent Publication No. 7-72620.
[0003]
This hot water supply apparatus is provided with a heater as a heating means in a hot water storage tank, and heats water sent from the water supply path into the hot water storage tank so as to send hot water from the stored hot water supply path. Also, the water supply route and the hot water supply route are connected by a bypass route that bypasses the hot water storage tank, hot water and water are mixed at the junction of the hot water supply route and the bypass route, and are sent to the mixed hot water route on the downstream side. Yes.
[0004]
The mixing ratio of hot water and water is controlled by a ratio control valve (mixing means) provided at a branch point where the bypass path branches from the hot water supply path or a junction of the hot water supply path and the bypass path. Sometimes, the ratio control valve is controlled according to the hot water supply set temperature, and when hot water supply is stopped, the ratio control valve is kept in the state when hot water supply is stopped for a predetermined time. The route is blocked.
[0005]
Thereby, it is intended to promptly respond to re-heating in the predetermined time.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the above prior art, since the ratio control valve is maintained in the state when hot water supply is stopped within the predetermined time after hot water supply is stopped, hot water flows from the hot water supply path to the bypass path. Therefore, when hot water is supplied again within the predetermined time, in addition to the hot water supplied from the hot water supply path to the mixed hot water path, the hot water that has circulated into the bypass path is mixed and sent. There is a problem that hot water is supplied and the user may feel uncomfortable.
[0007]
Moreover, this tendency becomes remarkable when the flow rate at the time of re-hot water supply is smaller than the flow rate before stopping hot water supply.
[0008]
This invention is made | formed in view of the said point, Even if it is a case where reheating is performed within a short time after stopping hot water supply, it can suppress that hot water is supplied. An object is to provide a possible hot water supply apparatus.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, in the invention described in claim 1,
A hot water storage tank (1) for heating the internal water by the heating means (2) and storing it as hot water inside;
A water supply path (12) for sending water to the hot water storage tank (1);
A hot water supply route (14) for sending hot water stored in the hot water storage tank (1), and
A bypass route (15) branched from the water supply route (12) and bypassing the hot water storage tank (1);
A mixed hot water route (17) in which the hot water supply route (14) and the bypass route (15) merge;
The mixing ratio of hot water passing through the hot water supply route (14) and water passing through the bypass route (15) is provided at the junction of the hot water supply route (14) and the bypass route (15). Mixing means (16) controlled by adjusting the degree;
Hot water supply detection means (72) provided in the mixed hot water path (17) for detecting the presence or absence of hot water passing through the mixed hot water path (17);
When this hot water supply detection means (72) detects the supply of hot water passing through the mixed hot water path (17), the mixing ratio by the mixing means (16) is controlled according to the hot water supply set temperature,
When the hot water supply detecting means (72) detects a hot water supply stop through the mixed hot water path (17), the ratio of hot water is smaller than that at the time of stopping the hot water supply for a predetermined time after detecting the hot water supply stop. and controlling the opening so, after the predetermined time, the control means (200) for controlling so as to close the hot-water supply path (14) side of the mixing means (16) and Bei give a,
Control means (200), depending on the amount of water stored in the hot water storage tank (1) is characterized a variable to Rukoto the predetermined time.
[0010]
According to this, during the predetermined time after the hot water supply is stopped, the opening degree of each path of hot water and water in the mixing means (16) is higher than that in the hot water path (when hot water supply is stopped immediately before the hot water supply is stopped). The opening is controlled to be small. Therefore, even if the hot water is supplied again within the predetermined time, the mixing means (16) can be in a state where the hot water supply is less than before the hot water supply is stopped. In this way, even if hot water wraps around from the hot water supply path (14) to the bypass path (15), it is possible to suppress the supply of high-temperature hot water during reheating.
[0011]
Further, at the time of reheating hot water after the predetermined time, the mixing means (16) is controlled to open the hot water supply path (14) side from the state where the hot water supply path (14) side is closed and the bypass path (15) side is opened. Therefore, the temperature drop at the start of reheating can be mitigated by the hot water that has flowed from the hot water supply path (14) to the bypass path (15) within the predetermined time.
Further, by changing the predetermined time according to the amount of hot water stored in the hot water storage tank (1), the amount of hot water flowing from the hot water supply path (14) to the bypass path (15) within the predetermined time is changed. Is possible.
[0012]
Further, the invention described in claim 2 is characterized in that the temperature detecting means (300) is provided at a site upstream of the mixing means (16) of the bypass path (15) . According to this, the amount of hot water stored in the hot water storage tank (1) can be detected based on the temperature detected by the temperature detecting means (300).
[0013]
More specifically, as in the invention described in claim 3, the control means (200) increases the predetermined time as the amount of hot water stored in the hot water storage tank (1) increases. It is characterized by control.
[0014]
According to which this, the more often the amount of water stored in the hot water storage tank (1), i.e. the higher is low boundary position between the hot water of the hot water storage tank (1) in specific gravity than the relationship of the hot water and water By lengthening the predetermined time, it is possible to increase the amount of hot water that goes from the hot water supply path (14) to the bypass path (15) within the predetermined time. Therefore, the temperature drop at the start of reheating can be further alleviated.
[0015]
Moreover, in invention of Claim 4, in the hot water supply apparatus in any one of Claim 1 thru | or 3, a control means (200) is according to the temperature of the hot water stored in the hot water storage tank (1). The predetermined time is variable.
In the invention according to
A hot water storage tank (1) for heating the internal water by the heating means (2) and storing it as hot water inside;
A water supply path (12) for sending water to the hot water storage tank (1);
A hot water supply route (14) for sending hot water stored in the hot water storage tank (1), and
A bypass route (15) branched from the water supply route (12) and bypassing the hot water storage tank (1);
A mixed hot water route (17) in which the hot water supply route (14) and the bypass route (15) merge;
The mixing ratio of hot water passing through the hot water supply route (14) and water passing through the bypass route (15) is provided at the junction of the hot water supply route (14) and the bypass route (15). Mixing means (16) controlled by adjusting the degree;
Hot water supply detection means (72) provided in the mixed hot water path (17) for detecting the presence or absence of hot water passing through the mixed hot water path (17);
And controlling means (200) for controlling the mixing means (16) to close the hot water supply path (14) side after the predetermined time has passed,
The control means (200) varies the predetermined time according to the temperature of hot water stored in the hot water storage tank (1).
Moreover, the said predetermined time can be varied according to the temperature of the hot water stored in the hot water storage tank (1).
[0016]
Specifically, as in the sixth aspect of the invention, in the hot water supply apparatus of the fourth or fifth aspect, the control means (200) includes water with hot water in the hot water storage tank (1). Control is performed such that the predetermined time is lengthened as the temperature difference between is smaller.
[0017]
According to these, as the temperature difference between hot water and water in the hot water storage tank (1) is smaller, the difference in specific gravity between hot water and water is smaller, so by increasing the predetermined time, the hot water supply path ( 14), it is possible to reliably bring hot water into the bypass path (15). Therefore, the temperature drop at the start of reheating can be reliably mitigated.
[0018]
Moreover, like the invention of

In the above embodiment, as shown in FIG. 2, regardless of the amount of hot water in hot water storage tank 1 (that is, the boundary position between hot water and water), control is performed by step S103 in the case where there is no re-heating after hot water supply stop. Although the maintaining time of the opening state of the mixing
