Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an eaves rod suspension for attaching an eave ridge to the eaves of a building, and an eave ridge support structure using the eave ridge suspension.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, there are various types of eaves anchors, but these common points are that the attachment part attached to the fixed surface of the building and the eaves support arm projecting from the front of this attachment part. A mounting portion of the eaves rod suspension provided is attached to the eaves of the building with a nail, and both ear portions of the eaves rod are supported by the eaves holding portion of the eaves rod support arm.
[0003]
By the way, it is necessary to change the gap between the indoor side outer surface of the eaves and the nasal cover (that is, the projected dimension from the eaves eaves) depending on the roof of the building, for example, the thickness of the roof tiles (for example, the protruding dimension from the eaves eaves) (See Similarity No. 5 Design Gazette of Registration No. 791370). In addition, it is necessary to change the mounting gradient of the eaves support according to the gradient of the nose cover plate (see, for example, Similar No. 4 Design Gazette of Registration No. 791370).

In particular, if the nose cover plate is not perpendicular to the ground surface and is inclined, and the outside dimension of the eaves must be quite wide, the gap between the indoor side exterior surface of the eaves and the nose cover plate Becomes even larger (see, for example, Similar No. 3 Design Gazette in Registration No. 791370).
However, a part of the eaves hanging tool can be seen between the eaves and the eaves, and the appearance design of the eaves is deteriorated.
[0005]
As an eaves supporting structure for improving the appearance design of such eaves, for example, one described in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 5-40450 is known. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 25, in an eaves rod support device in which an eave rod 3a is suspended and held by a eaves support 2a fixed to the eaves front surface 1a, an ear portion 4a on the rear side of the eave rod 3a. A substantially U-shaped ear holding portion 5a for engaging and holding the ear guide piece 6a is provided at the rear portion of the heel support 2a, and an ear guide piece 6a is suspended from the inner edge of the lower end of the ear holding portion 5a, and the lower end of the ear guide piece 6a is provided. The locking portion 7a is provided with a cover member 8a having a substantially T-shaped cross-section that closes the gap between the front surface 1a of the eaves and the eaves 3a below the locking portion 7a.
[0006]
Further, in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 4-86830, an eave ridge is attached with appropriate metal fittings along the wall surface, and a long cover plate is disposed between the eave ridge and the wall surface. The structure of the eaves hook mounting part that conceals the gap part between them is described.
[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the eaves ridge support device described in the Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 5-40450, it is applicable in the case of the outer ear form in which the ear part 4a on the rear side of the eaves ridge protrudes outward from the rear wall part 11a. In the case of the inner ear form in which the ear part 4a protrudes inward from the rear wall part 11a, there is a problem that it cannot be applied.
[0008]
Further, the cover member 8a has a problem in that the locking stability is lacking because only the locking projection 20a at the upper end of the vertical piece 19a is locked to the locking portion 7a.
[0009]
On the other hand, in the structure of the eaves ridge mounting portion described in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 4-86830, mainly the upper end of the cover plate on the eaves side should be engaged and locked with the ear portion of the indoor side upper end of the eaves ridge. In other words, there is a problem that the cover plate cannot be arranged after the eaves are attached to the metal fitting. Further, since the cover plate is cantilevered, there is a problem in that the locking stability is lacking as described above.

The cover material 5 can be mounted by utilizing the partial elastic deformation of the cover material 5. And since the lower surface of the cover material 5 is substantially flush with the bottom outer surface of the eaves 6 after the installation of the eaves 6, the appearance of the eaves is excellent.
[0037]
Furthermore, since the lower width of the cover material 5 is wider than the interval between the outer surfaces of the locking claws 31, 14, whether the cover material 5 is attached first or the eaves 6 is attached first Can be selected according to the situation. Further, the connection between the cover members 5 and 5 by the connecting member 8 can be performed very easily regardless of the position of the end of the cover member 5.
[0038]
Next, a second embodiment of the eaves hook suspension according to the present invention will be described.
As shown in FIG. 12, the lower end of the hanging piece 3 and the mounting portion 1 is exactly the same as the first embodiment, except that the locking claws 31a and 14a as locking portions are formed outward. Therefore, the same parts are denoted by the same reference numerals and description thereof is omitted.
[0039]
As shown in FIG. 13, the cover member 5a has a C-shaped cross section in which both sides of the horizontal plate portion 51a are bent vertically and inwardly engaged portions 52a, 52a are formed at the tips thereof. It is long. The width of the horizontal plate portion 51a is wider than the interval between the outer surfaces of the locking claws 31a and 14a formed at the lower end of the hanging piece 3 and the mounting portion 1.
[0040]
Next, a support structure for supporting the eaves fence using the eaves hook suspension A1 will be described with reference to FIG. First, in the same manner as in the first embodiment, the mounting portion 1 is attached to the front surface of the nose cover plate 7 with a nail (not shown), and a plurality of eaves hanger suspensions are spaced on the front surface of the nose cover plate 7 with a predetermined interval. Attach A1 . Then, the cover portions 5a, 52a of the cover member 5a are pushed into the locking claws 31a, 14a formed on the hanging piece 3 of each eaves hanging tool A1 and the lower end of the mounting portion 1 to be locked. The material 5a is attached.
[0041]
After mounting the cover material 5a, a connecting member (not shown) is mounted across the end portions of the adjacent cover materials 5a and 5a in the same manner as in the above embodiment. This connecting member may have an inner surface shape that matches the outer surface shape of the cover material 5a, and has a locking portion that engages with both sides of the cover material 5a on both sides thereof. Next, the ears 61 and 62 of the eaves cage 6 are engaged with the bent piece 21 and the engagement piece 22 of the eaves cage support arm 2, respectively, and the installation work of the eaves cage 6 is completed. In this case, the attachment of the cover material 5a and the attachment of the eaves 6 may be reversed.

[0045]
After mounting the cover material 5a, the same material as the connection member 8 shown in FIG. 11 is mounted across the end portions of the adjacent cover materials 5a and 5a. Then, the ears 61 and 62 of the eaves cage 6 are engaged with the bent pieces 21 and the engagement pieces 22 of the eaves cage support arm 2, respectively, and the installation work of the eaves cage 6 is completed. In this case, the attachment of the cover material 5a and the attachment of the eaves 6 may be reversed.
[0046]
In the third embodiment, since the upper surface 53 of the cover member 5a is inclined downward from the center in the width direction toward both sides, rainwater that has circulated toward the eaves side is collected on the upper surface 53 of the cover member 5a. Therefore, it is possible to prevent rain leakage.
[0047]
Further, when the cover material 5c shown in FIG. 17 (b) is used, there is a variation in dimensions between the locking claws 31 and 14 of the eaves rod suspension A2 and the locked portions 52 and 52 of the cover material 5a. There is a gap, and due to this gap, it is possible to prevent the noise that occurs particularly in strong winds. This sounding prevention effect can also be obtained in the foamed resin cover material 5b shown in FIG.
[0048]
The embodiments of the present invention have been described with reference to the drawings. However, the specific configuration is not limited to the embodiments, and the present invention can be applied even if there is a design change or the like without departing from the gist of the present invention. included. For example, in the above embodiment, the meat stealing depressions 12 and 13 are formed on the rear surface of the attachment portion 1, but this depression may not be provided. Further, the eaves hanging tool may be transparent or colored with an appropriate color with a colorant. In general, it is desirable to color the eaves at the eaves in almost the same color.
[0049]
