Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a method for forming a road marking body used in a state of being fixed and arranged on a paved road surface for the purpose of lane centerline display, lane guidance marking, traffic regulation guidance marking, or the like.
[0002]
[Prior art]
A conventional road marking body installed on a center line or the like is required to be able to withstand and be restored by being stepped on at a considerable speed by a vehicle or the like and to be able to withstand such a situation for a considerable number of times. Therefore, the base material itself is flexible, and when it is stepped on, stress tends to concentrate, and there is a tendency not to make a joint portion that causes separation as much as possible. Therefore, usually, a method of integrally forming the pole portion including the cap portion and the base portion by injection molding or the like is often used.
[0003]
However, the method as described above requires each injection mold to meet various specifications, especially to meet many different height requirements, and has a reasonable number of many types to stock. A large amount of space is required due to the need for inventory and inventory in a space inefficient shape, which is extremely inefficient. In order to avoid such a situation, since the production is carried out after receiving the order, the delivery time becomes long, and the prompt response to the customer's request cannot be made.
[0004]
Therefore, in recent years, road marking bodies are divided into cap parts, pole parts, and base parts and stocked in the state of parts, and various shapes and heights can be obtained by fastening and assembling each member with bolts, rivets, etc. as necessary. A method for making it possible to cope with the above has been proposed.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, fastening with bolts, rivets, etc. increases the number of parts, making the process management complicated and at the same time increasing the cost. In order to secure the strength, it is necessary to fasten several parts each, and the number of man-hours for fastening Not a few. Also, bolts, rivets, etc. are exposed and unsightly in appearance, and there is a risk of rusting on the exposed parts. Furthermore, the fastening means such as screws and rivets are usually harder than the resin members constituting the road marking body, and when stepped on by a vehicle or the like, there is a possibility that problems such as tearing from the vicinity of the hole of the fastening portion, cracks, etc. may occur. is there.
[0006]
Furthermore, when a road marking body is stepped on a vehicle or the like, stress concentrates near the boundary between the pole part and the base part, and it tends to break down. To prevent such a phenomenon, the pole part is usually inside the pole part. A reinforcing material having an outer diameter slightly smaller than the inner diameter is provided, and the reinforcing body is integrated with the base portion. However, molding the base part and the reinforcing material integrally with the mold complicates the structure of the mold, and forming the base part and the reinforcing material separately and integrating them by fastening, fusing, etc. requires extra labor. It will be necessary.
[0007]
Therefore, the present invention can easily cope with various heights, and each member is firmly joined without using a fastening means such as a screw or a rivet, so that a reinforcing material can be easily provided. The formation method of this is provided.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention is a method for forming a road marking body comprising a main body portion and a base portion made of a cylindrical hollow columnar body, wherein the lower end portion of the main body portion and the base portion are integrated when the base portion is molded. The molten resin is injected with a part of the lower end of the main body inserted into the injection mold, the base is molded, and at the same time, the resin flows into the inner surface of the main body. and it is characterized in Rukoto made the stiffener is welded to the inner surface of the subordinates ends.
[0009]
The base part is molded and integrated with the main body part, and at the same time, a part of the base is welded to the inner surface of the lower end part of the main body part to form a reinforcing material, so that the base part and the reinforcing material are integrally molded. Therefore, the mold can be formed by a much simpler method than the case where the base portion and the reinforcing material are separately formed. Further, since the base portion and the reinforcing material are welded to the main body portion and firmly integrated, durability against treading of a vehicle or the like is improved.
[0010]
Molding method of the base portion, can be formed arbitrary shape, is by injection molding can be carried out simultaneously with molding and welding. Reinforcement material by injecting molten resin with a part of the lower end of the main body part inserted into the injection mold, molding the base part, and at the same time the resin flows into the inner surface of the main body part and welds to the inner face Is formed.
[0011]
The main body portion may be integrally formed by injection molding, but the pole portion and the cap portion may be separately formed and joined later. In this case, there are a plurality of types of pole portions, but the inner diameters are the same along the length direction, and the insertion portions of the cap portions need to be molded in accordance with the inner diameters of the pole portions. The cylindrical hollow columnar body that forms the pole part is stocked to a certain length, and if necessary, cut to an arbitrary length to form the pole part, which is also fused with the stocked cap part. By joining and forming the base portion, it is possible to respond quickly to orders. The pole part is just a cylindrical hollow columnar body, and the cap part is also limited in shape, so it can be stocked in consideration of space efficiency, and the base part does not need to be stocked as a member. It is also possible to save inventory space.
[0012]
The joining method of the pole part and the cap part is not limited to fusion, but may be by adhesion using an adhesive or the like. Since the method of bonding does not generate heat, it is preferable that the bonding force is sufficient because there is no fear of deformation due to release of resin molding distortion due to heat.
[0013]
The fusion according to the present invention may be ultrasonic fusion or high-frequency fusion, but the fusion members are cylindrical, and it is easy to obtain a substantially constant fusion strength over the entire fusion part. In consideration of the rotational fusion, it is particularly preferable. Insert the cap part into the pole part, apply pressure from the outside of the pole part, press the members together, and rotate either one or both in the opposite direction. Heat is generated, and the resin at the contact surface portion is melted by the heat and integrated after cooling to obtain a strong bonding force. The fused part is the inner side surface of the pole part, and the joint part is hardly noticeable in appearance.
[0014]
As a method of fixing the road marking body to the paved road surface, etc., there is also a method of adhering to the road surface with an adhesive or the like, but there is a risk of peeling by frequent stepping by the vehicle, etc. The base anchor is embedded in the road surface and anchored It is preferable to use a method of fixing with bolts. In the present invention, since the cap part is integrated with the pole part, it is difficult to screw from above the pole part, and there is a method of rotating and screwing the main body when planting in the base part in advance and fixing to the road surface. Simple, reliable and preferable.
[0015]
The material of each member is not particularly limited as long as it can be molded and fused. However, considering the ease of molding and the resilience and durability against treading of vehicles, etc., thermoplastic polyurethane, soft polyolefin, elastomer, etc. Is preferred. From the viewpoint of recycling, it is preferable that the material of each member is the same. However, even if different materials are used in consideration of strength, etc., the area of the joint portion is not so large. The mixing amount of is small and can be easily recycled.
[0016]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
An embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

[0020]
FIG. 4 shows a cross section around the base portion in one embodiment of the present invention. When the base part 3 is molded, the anchor bolts 31 are implanted at the same time, and when the base part 3 is injection-molded, a part of the base part 3 is welded to the inner surface of the pole part 1 to form a reinforcing member 32. . Further, an outer peripheral wall 33 integrally formed with the base portion 3 is provided outside the portion where the pole portion 1 and the base portion 3 are welded to improve the appearance and reduce the bonding strength of the welded portion. It also has an effect to prevent.
[0021]
【The invention's effect】
The base part is molded and integrated with the main body part, and at the same time, a part of the base is welded to the inner surface of the lower end part of the main body part to form a reinforcing material, so that the base part and the reinforcing material are integrally molded.
