Description

【0001】

[Industrial application fields]
In the present invention, a plurality of doors are connected side by side and are usually folded and stored. In addition, the doors are folded in a suitable manner for fireproof doors that unfold in an emergency or the like and close predetermined openings such as corridors. In particular, the present invention relates to a door twist prevention metal fitting for a folding door that can prevent twisting and tilting of a suspension side door among deployed doors.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In general, fire-folding folding doors have been developed and used that are folded and stored in a door pocket (on the wall side) and that are opened in an emergency such as a fire to close a predetermined opening such as a corridor.
In recent years, such folding doors have been widely used for fire doors and the like, and doors such as two-fold and three-fold are often used. In this case, depending on the door weight of the suspension side door, as shown in FIG. 15, twisting occurs in the suspension side door, the tip of the suspension side door is lowered, and it may hit the floor and hinder opening and closing. Further, since the door is lightened and the cost is reduced, the strength of the door is reduced, and many problems of such twisting of the door have occurred.
As such a folding door, the one described in Patent Document 1 is known.
[0003]
[Patent Document 1]
JP20001-3628
[0004]
The outline of the closing and holding apparatus for folding doors described in the above publication (corresponding to the fitting for preventing door twisting of the folding door according to the present invention described later) will be briefly described. FIG. 12 is a schematic plan view of the closing and holding apparatus for folding doors. 13 is a diagram for explaining the operation of the folding door closing and holding device, and FIG. 14 is a diagram for explaining a locking operation state of the device.
As shown in FIGS. 12 to 14, the folding door closing and holding device 101 includes a stop member 102, a tapered member 103, a pressing member 104, and a receiving member 105.
The stop member 102 is housed in a casing 120 provided at the top of the door of the first door (hereinafter referred to as the suspension side door) A so as to be movable up and down, and a (compression) spring 121 of the same casing 120 is provided. It is always urged by the elastic force and can protrude upward. A taper having a two-step inclined surface is formed on the tip (upper end) portion side of the stop member 102, and the inclination of the upper step 2U is made gentler than that of the lower step 2D and inserted into an insertion hole 151 of the receiving member 105 described later. It is easy to do.
[0005]
The taper member 103 is fixedly attached to the stop member 102 and has an inclined surface shape that expands outward toward the lower side. Further, the taper member 103 protrudes from a window W partially provided on the upper side surface of the first door A, and can move in the vertical direction integrally with the stop member 102 with respect to the first door A. .
The holding member 104 is formed by bending a relatively rigid thin plate-like metal or the like into a substantially L shape, and when the first door A and the second door (hanging side door) B are folded. As shown in FIG. 13, it is fixed to the upper part of the side surface of the second door B facing and facing the first door A.
[0006]
As shown in FIG. 13, when the first door A and the second door B are folded, the protrusion 141 of the pressing member 104 just enters the inside through the hole 122 </ b> A opened in the cover 122 of the taber member 103, and is a tapered member. 103 is pushed down so that the stop member 102 does not protrude from the upper surface of the first door A.
The receiving member 105 has a substantially rectangular insertion hole 151 formed in the center thereof, and is configured such that the lower 2D outer peripheral surface of the stop member 102 is inscribed and in close contact with the insertion hole 151.
[0007]
In the folding door closing and holding device having the above-described configuration, the doors are folded and joined together by a locking device and housed in a door pocket. When an abnormal situation such as a fire occurs, an electromagnetic release (not shown) that detects this is activated, and when the holding operation on the second door B side in the door pocket is released, the second door B side and the second door side are integrated. The combined first door A comes out of the door pocket and begins to be integrated. Immediately before completion of the unfolding operation of the first door A, prior to the unfolding operation of the first door A, a locking device (door catcher) (not shown) is activated to start opening the second door B. When the stop member 102 housed in the casing 120 of the first door A projects upward in conjunction with the opening operation of the second door B, the first door A expands (rotates) to the vicinity of the final position. Since the distal end side of the stop member 102 is inserted and fitted into the insertion hole 151, the door end side is securely fixed to the upper frame or the like.
[0008]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, the above-described folding door closing and holding device has the following problems. That is, since the closing and holding device is built in the first door, it cannot be retrofitted with a folding door that has already been used. It is necessary to replace or significantly modify the door, and there are problems such as high construction costs and door parts costs, so it cannot be used easily.
Further, since the taper member fixed to the stop member is provided so as to protrude to the second door side, the thickness increases when the first door and the second door are folded by the protrusion of the taber member, There is a problem that the storage space efficiency of the door is deteriorated.
[0009]
Therefore, in view of the circumstances described above, the present invention is a retrofit that can prevent twisting and tilting by securely fixing the suspension side door to an upper frame or the like when the folding door is expanded and a predetermined place is closed. An object of the present invention is to provide a door twist prevention metal fitting for a folding door. And by attaching a door twist prevention bracket to the door that is already in use, the twist prevention bracket attached to the upper part of the suspension side door prevents the door from twisting due to the weight of the door to the door, and the door closes smoothly. Enable.
[0010]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
For this reason, the technical solution means adopted by the present invention is:
A door twist prevention bracket that can be retrofitted to at least a two-fold door, wherein the door twist prevention bracket includes a body that can be attached to and detached from a suspension side door side surface, and the inside of the body is outward from the suspension door outer periphery by a biasing force of a spring. A door support member that is fitted into an insertion hole formed in the upper frame door support member receiver and has an operation shaft parallel to the suspension side door side surface and the operation shaft Both ends are attached so as to protrude from the main body, and both ends of the operation shaft protruding from the main body are pressed inward on the side surface of the suspension side door facing the surface of the suspension side door, and the spring An operation member with a U-shaped cross-section for moving the door support member inward from the outer periphery of the suspension side door against the urging force is attached, and the suspension side door and the suspension side door are stored. When the state becomes a state of being accommodated from the outer circumference of the hanging root side door door support member inwardly by the lower surface of the U-shaped cross section of the operating member presses the ends of the actuation shaft inward hanging root side door The folding member is configured such that when the suspension side door is in an open state, the operation member and the operation shaft are separated from each other, and the door support member is moved outward from the outer periphery of the suspension side door by the biasing force of the spring. This is a door door twist prevention metal fitting. The lower surface of the operation member having a U-shaped cross-section is configured as a door twist prevention metal fitting for a folding door , wherein the lower surface is configured as an inclined surface for pressing the operation shaft downward .
Further, the door support member has a wedge-shaped anti-twisting metal fitting that is formed in a wedge shape.
[0011]

[0012]
In FIG. 1, the main body 1 of the door twist prevention metal fitting is attached to the suspension source side door A, and the operation member 10 is attached to the wall surface of the suspension destination side door B which opposes.
2, 4, and 5, a flange 2 is formed on the top and bottom of the main body 1 of the door twist prevention metal fitting, and a hole 2 a is formed in the flange 2, and the main body 1 is suspended with a bolt or the like using the hole 2 a. It can be fixed to the side of the former door A. A rod-like door support member (see FIG. 5) 3 is provided at the center of the main body 1 so as to be slidable in the vertical direction in the figure, and the door support member 3 is illustrated on the lower end side of the door support member 3. A spring 4 is arranged to urge the middle upward. The spring 4 is disposed between a fixing screw 5 screwed into the main body 1 and the lower end of the door support member 3. An operation shaft 6 is provided on the door support member 3 in parallel with the flange, and both ends of the operation shaft 6 are formed to protrude from a long hole 7 formed in the main body 1. The upper end of the door support member 3 is formed in a taper shape with a diameter decreasing toward the end portion, and an insertion hole 9 formed in the upper frame door support member support 8 by this taper portion (see FIGS. 6 and 7). Can be fitted to.
[0013]
In FIG. 3, the operating member 10 that contacts the operating shaft 6 is substantially U-shaped in plan view as shown in FIG. It is formed as an inclined surface 11 for pressing downward, and this operation member 10 is configured to be fixed to a corresponding position of the suspension destination side door B by a fixing means such as a bolt. An insertion hole 9 (see FIGS. 6 and 7) into which the upper end of the door support member 3 is fitted is formed in the upper frame door support member receiver 8 in the state where the side door A is opened.
[0014]
FIG. 4 shows a side view of the storage state in which the suspension side door A and the suspension destination side door B are folded. As shown in FIG. 4, when the suspension side door A and the suspension side door B are folded, the operation member 10 on the suspension side door B approaches the suspension side door A, and the operation member 10 is inclined. The surface 11 abuts on the operation shaft 6, and the operation shaft 6 is moved downward as shown in FIG. 5 by the inclined surface 11 formed on the lower surface of the operation member 10. In this state, the door support member 3 is housed in the main body 1 against the urging force of the spring 4.
[0015]
6 and 7, when the suspension destination side door B opens in the arrow direction C, the operation member 10 is retracted, and the door support member 3 urged by the spring 4 along with this is shown in FIG. 7. It moves upward and fits into an insertion hole 9 formed in the upper frame door support member receiver 8 so that the front end side of the suspension side door can be supported.
[0016]
The operation of the folding door having the above configuration will be described with reference to FIGS. 8 (a), (b), and (c) and FIG. 9. When the door pockets shown in FIGS. When this occurs, the electromagnetic release 12 (smoke and heat sensing door release device) attached between the door B of the door folded in the door pocket and the door pocket wall or the upper frame of the door pocket is actuated, and the suspension side Release the holding of door B. The folding door (folded state) is integrally closed by the closing force of the closer 13 attached to the suspension door A. Until this state, the door support member 3 is accommodated in the main body 1 on the suspension side door A side (in a state where it does not protrude from the upper surface of the suspension side door A).
[0017]
When the suspension door A closes and reaches the closing opening D, the suspension door A is attached between the suspension door A and the suspension door B, and the closing force of the suspension door B (the suspension door A and suspension) Against the closer 14) attached to the front door B, the door cab 15 holding the door hits the upper frame of the closing opening D and releases the holding. Simultaneously with closing of the suspension source side door A, the operation member 10 attached to the suspension destination side door B gradually moves away from the suspension source side door A (see FIG. 8B). As the operation member 10 moves away from the operation shaft 6, the door support member 3 of the suspension side door A protrudes upward by the action of the spring 4. Finally, the operation member 10 is separated from the operation shaft 6, and the door support member 3 is pushed upward by the urging force of the spring 4. As a result, the door support member 3 is fitted into the insertion hole 9 formed in the upper frame door support member receiver 8, and the suspension side door A is fixed (see FIG. 8C).
[0018]
The door support member 3 acts like a stick and firmly supports the door end of the suspension side door, and is fixed to the upper frame door support member receiver 8. Thus, the door end side of the suspension side door is securely fixed to the upper frame, and the possibility of occurrence of unstable twisting or tilting is minimized. Thereafter, the suspension door A is firmly supported, so that even a wide and heavy folding door can be securely prevented from being twisted or tilted. Thereby, even if it is a wide and heavy weight fireproof folding door, a fireproof folding door with high reliability can be provided over a long period of time.
[0019]
In this embodiment, when each door is folded and returned to the original door pocket, the operation reverse to that described here is performed, and the door support member 3 that has been raised also returns to the original main body 1.
[0020]
In the above example, the door twist prevention metal fitting is attached to the upper end of the suspension side door, but this door twist prevention metal fitting can also be attached to the lower end of the suspension side door. In this case, the same configuration as described above can be adopted, but since it is difficult to form a fitting portion formed on the floor frame on the floor side, in this case, as shown in FIGS. Door twist prevention metal fittings can be used.
[0021]
FIG. 10 is a first example of a door twist prevention metal fitting attached to the lower part of the suspension side door. In this example, the main body 1, the door support member 3, the operation shaft 6, the operation member 10, the spring 4 and the like are exactly the same as the above example, but the front end of the door support member 3 is firmly fixed to the floor surface. Is formed in a wedge shape (formed with a sharp tip parallel to the wall surface of the door as viewed from the direction of the arrow in FIG. 10).
[0022]
FIG. 11 is a second example of a door twist prevention metal fitting attached to the lower part of the suspension side door. In this example, a door support member 3 attached to the main body 1 is provided so as to be swingable about a shaft 15, and is integrally supported by a plate of the main body 1 for attaching the main body 1 to the suspension side door A, and the other end is a door. It is configured to be biased downward by a coil spring 16 supported by a support shaft 17 provided on the support member 3. Further, the suspension door A is provided with an operation member 18 that can push the door support member 3 when retracted. When the folding door is in the retracted state, the operation member 8 pushes up the support shaft 17 so that the door support member is pushed. 3 swings upward against the urging force of the coil spring 16 (the state shown in FIG. 11). When the door is opened, the door support member 3 is pushed down by the urging force of the coil spring 16. Moves downward and engages the floor so that the suspension side door can be securely supported.
[0023]
As described above in detail, in this embodiment, when the folding door is deployed and a predetermined place is closed, the folding door can be securely fixed to the upper frame or the like to prevent twisting and tilting. Door twist prevention metal fittings can be provided. As a result, the twist prevention metal fittings attached to the upper part of the suspension side door prevent the door from being twisted due to the weight of the door to the door, making it possible to smoothly close the door. To do.
Of course, whether the anti-twist bracket is provided only above or below the door can be freely selected according to the condition of the door. Moreover, although the said example demonstrated centering on the two-fold folding door, it is natural that it can apply similarly to the folding door more than three-fold.
The above-described embodiments are merely examples, and the present invention can be implemented in various other forms without departing from the spirit or main features of the present invention, and should not be interpreted in a limited manner.
[0024]
【The invention's effect】
As described in detail above, in the present invention, since the anti-twist bracket is configured to be externally attached to the hanging door, the door anti-twist bracket can be easily retrofitted in the already used folding door. Can be reliably prevented.
In addition, since the operation shaft is provided in parallel with the suspension side door wall surface on the door support member, the problem of the storage space being taken up because the door thickness does not become too thick when the suspension side door is folded. And the like.
