Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a stone remover for separating foreign matter such as pebbles, metal pieces, and glass pieces mixed in grains from the grains.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, a stone remover has been used to separate foreign matter such as pebbles, metal pieces, glass pieces and the like mixed in grains from the grains.
[0003]
An example of a conventional stone remover will be described. As shown in FIG. 6, a wind chamber 105 having an impeller 105a is provided in a box-shaped machine casing 101, and the wind chamber 105 is swung by a swing mechanism 107. The sorter 102 is swingably supported by the ridges 107a and 107b, and the sorter 102 is detachably attached to the open portion above the wind chamber 105, in order to release the grain at the left end of the sorter 102 shown in the figure. The opening 102 a is provided with an on-off valve 103 urged so as to be always closed by a spring 109. When the sorting panel 102 is attached to the open portion of the wind chamber 105, the lever 103 a of the on-off valve 103 is provided. Is pressed by the upper edge portion 104a of the grain discharge cylinder 104, and the opening / closing valve 103 is pivoted and opened against the elastic force of the spring 109 with the support shaft 103b as a fulcrum. Opening It is configured to be discharged to the grain discharge tube 104 from 102a.
[0004]
In the stone remover, the grain mixed with the foreign matter introduced from the hopper 101a falls on the swinging sorter 102, and the air flow generated by the impeller 105a is ventilated 112a (see FIG. 7), the foreign matter having a specific gravity larger than the grain is transported to the foreign matter discharge cylinder 108 side by the interaction between the air flow ejected upward and the swinging motion of the sorter 102, and the foreign matter discharge cylinder 108 is Then, the grain is discharged to the outside of the machine, and the grain flows down to the opening 102a side and is discharged from the grain discharge cylinder 104 to the outside of the machine.
[0005]
By the way, the grain contains dust in addition to the foreign matter, and the dust clogs the ventilation holes 112a of the sorting board 102 and lowers the sorting efficiency. It is necessary to pull it out in the direction of the arrow and clean it. At this time, the lever 103a of the on-off valve 103 is separated from the upper edge 104a of the grain discharge tube 104, and the on-off valve 103 is moved by the elastic force of the spring 109. Therefore, the remaining grain can be prevented from falling into the wind chamber 105 (Japanese Patent Publication No. 6-61534).
[0006]
As shown in FIG. 7, each ventilation hole 112 a of the sorting board 102 includes a free end of the protruding piece 112 b rising from the side edge on the grain discharge side toward the foreign substance discharge side, and a side edge on the foreign substance discharge side of the ventilation hole 112 a. A slit 112c is formed between them, and an air flow is ejected through the slit 112c as indicated by an arrow B 0 , and the air floats up from the sorting plate 102 by the air flow, and is separated from foreign matter having a large specific gravity. As described above, due to the interaction with the swinging motion, the particles flow down toward the grain discharge cylinder 104, and the foreign matter rises toward the foreign substance discharge cylinder 108.
[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, according to the above conventional technique, as described above, the air flow passing through the sorting board is between the free end of the protruding piece rising from one side edge of the ventilation hole toward the foreign substance discharge side and the periphery of the ventilation hole. It is ejected from the formed slit. Since the free end of the protruding piece is disposed laterally at a position where the free end of the protruding piece protrudes from the surface of the sorting board, the slit opens obliquely upward toward the conveying side of the foreign matter to be sorted. Accordingly, the air flow ejected from the ventilation hole flows in the direction opposite to the foreign material conveyance direction, that is, the grain conveyance direction, as indicated by an arrow B 0 .
[0008]
In this way, if the air flow ejected from the vent hole flows in the direction opposite to the foreign material transport direction, that is, the grain transport direction, the flow of the grain is hindered, so the operation is interrupted for the purpose of cleaning the sorter, etc. As a result, a large amount of grains remain on the sorting board, and the maintenance work efficiency and the like are significantly reduced.
[0009]
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described problems of the prior art, and greatly reduces the amount of grain remaining on the sorting board when operation is interrupted. The purpose is to realize a stone remover that can improve work efficiency of maintenance such as cleaning and cleaning.
[0010]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above-described object, the stone removing machine according to the present invention includes a box-shaped machine frame in which a hopper is provided in an opening formed in an upper wall, and an open portion in an upper part disposed in the machine frame. A wind chamber having a suction hole in the side wall, a fan for generating an air flow toward the opening portion disposed in the wind chamber, and a removably provided portion in the opening portion of the wind chamber In the deburring machine provided with the selected sorter, the swing mechanism for swingably supporting the wind chamber, and the fan and the drive mechanism for the swing mechanism, the sorter ejects the air flow. And a projecting piece that rises in a predetermined direction from one side edge thereof, and a downward rib for allowing the air flow to flow in a vertical direction is provided at a free end of the projecting piece. And
[0011]
Also, the opening can be opened by providing the hopper with one side edge as a rotation fulcrum so that the opening can be opened. The window may be provided with an opening / closing door having a pivotal fulcrum at the lower edge of the window and capable of opening to the outside of the machine up to an angle of about 90 degrees.
[0012]
[Action]
When the air flow ejected from the ventilation hole of the sorting board flows in the direction opposite to the grain transfer direction, the grain is blown up in the foreign substance transfer direction. When the flow of the grains is hindered in this way, a large amount of grains remains on the sorting board when the operation of the stone remover is interrupted. Therefore, a downward rib is provided at the free end of the protruding piece that rises from one side edge of the ventilation hole of the sorter so that the air flow flows out from the ventilation hole almost vertically.
[0013]
If the air flow ejected from the ventilation hole of the sorting board onto the sorting board is almost vertical, the flow of grains is not hindered by the air flow, and the rise of foreign matter is good. In this way, the amount of grain remaining on the sorting board when the operation of the stone remover is stopped can be greatly reduced.
[0014]
Since there are few grains remaining on the sorting board when the operation is interrupted for the maintenance of the sorting board, maintenance work efficiency and the like can be improved.
[0015]
According to the second aspect of the present invention, the hopper is rotated to open the opening provided in the upper wall, and the state of the sorting panel can be inspected through the opening, and the attaching / detaching operation can be performed. .
[0016]
Furthermore, when attaching and detaching the sorter, the open / close door provided in the window formed on the side wall of the machine frame is rotated to the outside of the machine frame by an angle of about 90 degrees to open the horizontal state. The door can be used as a guide for loading and unloading the sorting board. For this reason, the sorter can be easily attached and detached in a substantially horizontal state, and there is no possibility that the remaining grains are inadvertently inclined at a steep angle.
[0017]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
[0018]
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the stone cutting machine M 1 of the present embodiment is disposed on the upper surface of the movable base 30 having wheels 30a on the lower surface, adjacent to該石cutting machine M 1 AgeKoku machine M 2 to the released foreign material from the stone cutting machine M 1 automatically AgeKoku separation already grains up to a predetermined height are disposed in.
[0019]
The stone remover M 1 includes a box-shaped machine frame 1 having stepped portions 1c and 1d at both longitudinal ends composed of a lower half 1b having a short length and an upper half 1a having a long length. An opening 1g is formed in 1f, and a tip portion of one flange portion 7b, which is one side edge portion of the hopper 7 via a hinge 7e, is provided on the edge portion of the opening portion 1g on the foreign substance discharge cylinder 6 side. Is provided so as to be rotatable about the rotation fulcrum. For this reason, when inspecting the situation inside the machine including the sorter 2 to be described later and when the sorter 2 is attached and detached, the hopper 7 is rotated as shown to open the opening 1g provided in the upper wall 1f. Then, the inspection and the attaching / detaching operation of the sorting panel 2 can be performed through the opening 1g.
[0020]
As in this embodiment, a hopper outer frame 7a having a shape surrounding the detachable hopper 7 is prepared, and the hopper 7 is brought into contact with a receiver 1h provided with the other flange portion 7c on the upper wall side. If the hopper outer frame 7a is mounted on the opening 1g after being rotated to the position and placed on the hopper 7 from above, the height of the hopper 7 can be lowered. This is convenient because the rotation operation is easy and the space above the opening 1g can be greatly opened.
[0021]
In addition, one stepped portion 1c communicates with the upper end side of the foreign substance discharge cylinder 6 provided integrally with the machine frame 1, and the other stepped portion 1d is provided with the grain provided integrally with the machine frame 1. The upper end side of the discharge cylinder 5 is communicated. In addition, a window 1e is formed on one side wall of the upper half 1a of the machine frame 1 so that the sorter 2 can be taken in and out in a substantially horizontal state, and the window 1e is pivoted at its lower edge. An opening / closing door 10 that has a fulcrum and opens to the outside of the machine up to an angle of about 90 degrees is attached.
[0022]
The lower half 1b of the machine frame 1 is provided with a wind chamber 4 at an upper portion thereof, and a lower portion of the wind chamber 4 is covered with a partition wall 3 provided at an interval.
[0023]
As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the air chamber 4 has an open portion 4 a in the upper portion, and a suction port 4 b for introducing air is formed in the side wall, and the air toward the open portion 4 a is formed inside the air chamber 4. A fan 8 for generating a flow is disposed, and is supported by a swing mechanism described later so as to be swingable.
[0024]
The side walls are provided with guide rails 51a and 51b extending in the vertical direction with the suction port 4b interposed therebetween, so that the guide rails 51a and 51b adjust the opening degree of the suction port 4b. Both side edges of the air volume adjusting plate 50 having the holes 50a are slidably engaged. Therefore, by moving the air volume adjusting plate 50 in the vertical direction along the guide rails 51a and 51b, the air volume can be changed by adjusting the opening of the suction port 4b.
[0025]
The swing mechanism includes a pair of swing arms 37 and 38, one end of which is pivotally attached to a stay (not shown) provided integrally with the machine frame 1 by pivots 37a and 38a, and an eccentric boss 34 on the crankshaft 33. And a connecting member 35 pivotally attached to the other end side of the crank connecting plate 39 by a pivot 36, and the pair of the crank connecting plate 39 is connected to the side wall of the wind chamber 4. The other ends of the swing arms 37 and 38 are pivoted by pivots 37b and 38b, respectively, and the other end of the connecting member 35 is fixed to support the wind chamber 4 in a swingable manner.
[0026]
The driving means of the fan 8 and the swing mechanism includes a crankshaft pulley (not shown) fixed to the crankshaft 33, a fan shaft pulley (not shown) fixed to the fan shaft 8a of the fan 8, and an electric motor of the inverter motor 40. It consists of a belt wound around a motor shaft pulley fixed to the shaft.
[0027]
As shown in FIG. 5 (a), the sorter 2 is a shallow box having a perforated plate 12a having a large number of ventilation holes 2a and a side frame 12b surrounding the perforated plate 12a. Openings 12c and 12d are formed in the vicinity of both ends in the longitudinal direction, and when the openings 12c and 12d are attached to the peripheral edge of the open portion 4a of the wind chamber 4, both the openings 12c and 12d respectively release the grain discharge cylinder 5 and the foreign matter release. It is configured to face above the cylinder 6.
[0028]
As shown in FIGS. 5B and 5C, each ventilation hole 2a of the sorting board 2 includes a free end of the protruding piece 2b rising from the grain discharge side toward the foreign substance discharge side, and a peripheral edge of the ventilation hole 2a. The rib 2d is formed by bending the edge of the protruding piece 2b downward, and the opening direction of the slit 2c is not obliquely upward as in the conventional example, but is vertical. It will be upward. Accordingly, the air flow flowing through the slits 2c is, is blown perpendicularly to the upper surface side of the sorting board 2 as indicated by an arrow B 1 floating the grain on the sorting board 2.
[0029]
In this way, while the grain is floated from the sorting board 2 by the air flow jetted directly above, the foreign matter having a large specific gravity is conveyed toward the opening 12d on the foreign matter discharge side by the swinging motion of the sorting board 2. . Since the airflow is blown out right above the ventilation hole 2a, the grain quickly flows down to the opening 12c on the grain discharge side without being flown in the foreign material conveying direction.
[0030]
The foreign matter contained in the grain is efficiently separated and conveyed to the opening 12d on the foreign matter discharge side, and the grain from which the foreign matter has been removed is also collected very smoothly, so that the operation efficiency of the stone remover is improved. In addition, the amount of grains remaining on the sorting board 2 when the operation is interrupted for the purpose of maintenance such as inspection and cleaning of the sorting board 2 can be greatly reduced. As a result, maintenance work efficiency and the like can be improved.
[0031]
As shown in FIG. 2, the shutter 31 includes a main body 31a having a shape that closes the entire opening 12d for releasing foreign matter, and a lever 31b that protrudes outward from the sorting panel 2 at the upper portion thereof. Is pivotally attached to the side frame 12b of the sorting board 2 via a pivot shaft (not shown), and is configured to always close the foreign matter discharge opening 12d of the sorting board 2 by its own weight or a spring. Yes. On the other hand, on the upper wall 1f of the machine frame 1, an operation member 32 having a plate-like contact portion that contacts the lever 31b is provided at the lower end so as to be movable up and down, and between the head 32b and the upper wall 1f. By interposing the spring 32c, the spring 32c is always urged so as to rise in the opposite arrow direction (upper wall 1f side). For this reason, when the head 32b of the operating member 32 is pushed down in the direction of the arrow manually or by a piston of a fluid pressure cylinder, the abutting portion 32a abuts on the lever 31b and pushes down to rotate the shutter 31 clockwise in the figure. Therefore, the foreign matter discharge opening 12d is opened, and the foreign matter accumulated in the vicinity of the opening 12d on the sorting board 2 can be discharged. That is, the machine frame is provided with an operation member that can be operated at any time from outside the machine for opening the shutter.
[0032]
The masher M 2 includes a whipping cylinder 21 having a hopper 25 communicated with a lower part and an end part of the discharge cylinder 22 communicated with an upper part. A well-known bucket conveyor 24 is provided for conveying the introduced grains separated from the foreign matter and discharging them to the outside through the discharge cylinder 22. The bucket conveyor 24 may be a known one, and a rotational driving force is transmitted by a belt 27 wound around a lower two-stage pulley 28 and an upper pulley 29 to rotate in the direction of the arrow.
[0033]
In addition, if the flexible tube 23 is attached to the discharge port portion of the discharge cylinder 22 as necessary, the bagging and weighing operations can be easily performed.
[0034]
Next, the operation of this embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS.
[0035]
The grain mixed with the foreign matter introduced from the hopper 7 falls on the sorting plate 2 that is swung by the swinging mechanism, passes through the ventilation hole 2a, and is blown upward and the sorting plate 2. The foreign matter having a specific gravity greater than that of the grain is separated from the grain by the interaction of the rocking movement of the grain, and the foreign matter is conveyed in the direction of arrow A and collected in the vicinity of the opening 12d for releasing the foreign matter. The grain flows down in the direction opposite to the arrow A direction and is discharged from the grain discharge cylinder 5 to the outside of the machine.
[0036]
As described above, since the ventilation hole 2a of the sorting panel 2 is configured to eject an air stream directly above, the grain from which the foreign matter has been separated does not rise in the foreign matter transport direction and is extremely smooth. It flows down toward the grain discharge cylinder 5.
[0037]
The grains that have been separated from the foreign matter released from the grain discharge cylinder 5 fall into the hopper 25 of the milling machine M 2 , enter the milling cylinder 21 through the inlet 21 a, and are lifted by the bucket conveyor 24. Although it is cerealed and discharged from the discharge cylinder 22, the masher M 2 is set in advance to a height convenient for bagging, weighing, etc., and therefore easily performs bagging, weighing, etc. be able to.
[0038]
On the other hand, when a predetermined amount of the foreign matter accumulates in the vicinity of the foreign matter discharge opening 12d of the sorting panel 2, the operating member 32 is pushed down, and the lever 31b is pushed down by the contact portion 32a to rotate the shutter 31 clockwise. Then, the foreign matter discharge opening 12d is opened, and the foreign matter is discharged out of the apparatus through the foreign matter discharge cylinder 6.
[0039]
