Claims (3)
- 光源を含む入射光学系と、粒子を含む試料液を貯留するとともに光源からの光を入射光として試料液に照射して二次光を発生するための測定領域を有する有底のバッチセルと、測定領域からの二次光を検出する検出光学系とを備えた粒度分布測定装置であって、
バッチセルは、底部に加熱部、上部に冷却部を設けてなる温度差発生手段を備え、対流により試料液中の粒子を攪拌することを特徴とする粒度分布測定装置。 - 温度差発生手段は、ペルチェ素子と、バッチセルの底部に設置されペルチェ素子の高温発生面と熱的に接続される加熱部と、セルの上部に設置されペルチェ素子の低温発生面と熱的に接続される冷却部とからなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の粒度分布測定装置。
- バッチセルは、測定領域を挟むように左右一対の整流板が形成されることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2のいずれかに記載の粒度分布測定装置。
