Description

【0001】

【0020】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an industrial antibacterial agent, in particular, papermaking process water in the paper and pulp industry, various industrial cooling water and washing water, heavy oil sludge, metalworking oil, textile oil, paint, paper coating liquid, The present invention relates to an industrial antibacterial agent useful as an antiseptic or sterilizing agent such as latex and paste.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In the papermaking process in the paper and pulp industry and the cooling water system in various industries, slime due to bacteria and fungi is generated, causing problems such as a reduction in quality of products and a decrease in production efficiency. In addition, many industrial products, such as heavy oil sludge, metalworking oil, fiber oil, paints, various latexes, pastes, etc., are spoiled and contaminated by bacteria and fungi, thereby fouling the product and lowering the commercial value.
[0003]
Conventionally, various antibacterial agents have been used to prevent such damage caused by microorganisms.
[0004]
As this antibacterial agent, organic mercury compounds and chlorinated phenol compounds have been used in the past. However, these drugs are highly toxic to the human body and seafood and cause environmental pollution, so their use has been regulated. Recently, relatively low toxicity organic nitrogen / sulfur compounds, organic halogen compounds, Organic sulfur compounds are used as industrial antibacterial agents (Encyclopedia of Antibacterial and Antifungal Agents (published in 1986, published by the Japanese Society for Antibacterial and Antifungal) Oxime compounds have also been developed as industrial antibacterial agents having such a relatively low toxicity and excellent slime adhesion preventing effect. As one of them, 2- (p-hydroxyphenyl) glyoxylohydroxymoyl chloride (hereinafter “ (Abbreviated as “HPGHC”) (Japanese Patent Publication No. 51-9005).
[0005]
Although the various low-toxic industrial antibacterial agents described above have low toxicity, it is desirable to reduce the amount used as much as possible from the viewpoints of pollution prevention, environmental protection and reduction of processing costs. Therefore, an antibacterial agent that exhibits a longer bactericidal effect with the smallest possible addition amount is desired. From this viewpoint, for example, HPGHC is used in combination with other organic antibacterial agents to develop a synergistic bactericidal effect. (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 3-167101). In JP-A-3-167101, HPGHC is described as “N, 4-dihydroxy-α-oxobenzeneethaneimidoyl chloride”.
[0006]
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described conventional situation, and is a remarkably excellent synergistic bactericidal effect obtained by using the first component of HPGHC and the other second component in combination, and can be used for a long time at a low concentration. It aims at providing the industrial antibacterial agent which shows the effective slime adhesion prevention effect.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The industrial antibacterial agent of the present invention includes a first component of 2- (p-hydroxyphenyl) glyoxylohydroxymoyl chloride (HPGHC) represented by the following structural formula (A) and 4 represented by the following structural formula (B). , 5-dichloro-2-n-octylisothiazolin-3-one, 1,2-benzisothiazolin-3-one represented by the following structural formula (C), 5-chloro-2 represented by the following structural formula (F) , 4,6-trifluoroisophthalonitrile and one or two or more second components selected from the group consisting of o-phthalaldehyde represented by the following structural formula (G) as active ingredients .

That is, the present inventors have studied various low-toxic organic compounds that exhibit a powerful synergistic bactericidal effect when combined with HPGHC, and as a result, the above (B) , (C) , (F), (G) In spite of its weak bactericidal activity as compared with HPGHC alone, this compound obtained a novel finding that it exhibits a powerful synergistic bactericidal effect when combined with HPGHC, and the first component of HPGHC and the above ( The industrial antibacterial agent of this invention which consists of a novel combination composition with the 2nd component of B) , (C) , (F), (G) was discovered.
[0011]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail.
[0012]
The industrial antibacterial agent of the present invention comprises HPGHC as the first component and the second component as active ingredients, but the first component (HPGHC) and the second component in the industrial antibacterial agent of the present invention. In terms of the synergistic slime adhesion prevention effect, the blending ratio of the first component and the second component when the second component is one or more selected from the group consisting of DOIT, BIT, and CFIPN. the mixing ratio is 90: 10-30: 70 (weight ratio), among others, when the second component is a BI T, the mixing ratio of the first component and the second component is 90: 10-50: 50 (weight When the second component is OPA, the blending ratio of the first component and the second component is preferably 90:10 to 10:90 (weight ratio).
[0013]
The industrial antibacterial agent of the present invention is basically prepared as a one-part preparation in which the first component HPGHC and the second component are uniformly mixed. It may be added.
[0014]
When HPGHC and the second component are made into a one-part preparation, it is preferable to dissolve them in an organic solvent to form a solution or to use it as an aqueous suspension.
[0015]
When dissolved in an organic solvent to form a solution, the organic solvent to be used includes amides such as dimethylformamide and dimethylacetamide; glycols such as ethylene glycol, propylene glycol, diethylene glycol, dipropylene glycol, and polyethylene glycol; methyl cellosolve, phenyl Cellosolve, glycol esters such as diethylene glycol monomethyl ether, diethylene glycol monoethyl ether acetate, dipropylene glycol monomethyl ether, ethylene glycol diacetate, 2,2,4-trimethyl-1,3-pentanediol diisobutyrate; Alcohols: methyl acetate, ethyl acetate, butyl acetate, dimethyl maleate, diethyl adipate, ethyl lactate Glutaric acid dimethyl ester, succinic acid dimethyl ester, phthalic acid dimethyl ester, 1,2-dibutoxyethane, 3-methoxybutyl acetate, 3-methoxydibutyl acetate, 2-ethoxymethyl acetate, 2-ethoxyethyl acetate, propylene carbonate, etc. Esters of; ketones such as acetone, methyl ethyl ketone, methyl isobutyl ketone, isophorone; aromatic solvents such as toluene, xylene, 1,2-dimethyl-4-ethylbenzene; dimethyl sulfoxide, dioxane, N-methylpyrrolidone, etc. These solvents are mentioned. These solvents may be used alone or in combination of two or more.
[0016]
When the industrial antibacterial agent of the present invention is used as a solution, the total concentration of HPGHC and the second component in the solution is preferably about 1 to 80% by weight.
[0017]
In particular, when the system to be sterilized is an oil system such as heavy oil sludge, cutting oil, or oil paint, it is preferable to make a one-part preparation using a hydrocarbon solvent such as heavy oil, kerosene, spindle oil, etc. Furthermore, various nonionic, anionic, cationic, and amphoteric surfactants may be blended. In this case, the total concentration of HPGHC and the second component is preferably about 1 to 50% by weight. When a surfactant is blended, the blending concentration is preferably about 0.1 to 60% by weight. .
[0018]
When the industrial antibacterial agent of the present invention is used as a water suspension, HPGHC and the second component are wet-ground in water using a ball mill, an attritor or the like to form a uniform water suspension. When manufacturing an aqueous suspension, you may mix | blend dispersing agents, such as thickeners, such as a xanthan gum, a lambzan gum, and a guar gum, a nonion, an anion, a cation, or an amphoteric surfactant. In this case, the total concentration of HPGHC and the second component in the aqueous suspension is preferably about 1 to 50% by weight. The blending concentrations of the thickener and the dispersant are preferably about 0.01 to 1% by weight and about 0.1 to 10% by weight, respectively.
[0019]
The industrial antibacterial agent of the present invention exhibits a remarkable bactericidal effect and microbial growth-preventing effect in various industrial target systems, and is particularly effective for process water systems in the paper industry, various industrial cooling water systems, and the like. is there.
[0020]
Although the addition amount of the industrial antibacterial agent of the present invention varies depending on the target system, it is usually added intermittently or continuously in such an amount that the active ingredient concentration is about 0.05 to 100 mg / L with respect to industrial water. In such an addition amount, microbial damage can be effectively suppressed by the synergistic effect of the remarkable bactericidal effect of HPGHC and the second component.
[0021]
【Example】
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described more specifically with reference to Examples and Comparative Examples.
[0022]
Examples 1 to 4 and Comparative Examples 1 to 5 (Synergistic effect confirmation test of bactericidal effect by combined use of HPGHC and various second components)
Various kinds of HPGHC shown in Table 1 using Pseudomonasaeruginosa, a representative strain of gram-negative bacteria found in process water in the pulp and paper industry, various industrial cooling water, paint, paper coating liquid, latex, and paste. The bactericidal effect confirmation test when the second component was combined was conducted.
[0023]
The bacterial solution pre-cultured in bouillon medium in advance is added to sterilized water (0.1 M phosphate buffer pH 7.0) so that the number of viable bacteria becomes 1 × 10 7 CFU / mL, and the total amount of active ingredients is added. 3 ppm was added and shaken at 30 ° C. for 30 minutes. Thereafter, the viable cell count was measured, and the bactericidal rate (%) with respect to the initial cell count (7.73 × 10 6 CFU / mL) was determined. The results are shown in Table 1.
[0024]
From Table 1, the following is clear.
[0025]
That is, in accordance with the present invention, when DOIT, BIT , CFIPN, or OPA is combined as the second component with respect to HPGHC, a sterilizing effect that is remarkably superior to each single use is recognized. On the other hand, when the other second component shown as a comparative example is combined, some synergistic effects can be recognized, but this is a very weak effect.
[0026]
From Table 1, the preferred blending ratio of HPGHC and the second component is HPGHC: second component = 90: 10 to 30:70 when the second component is DOIT or CFIPN, and the second component is In the case of BIT, it is understood that HPGHC: second component = 9: 10 to 50:50, and in the case where the second component is OPA, HPGHC: second component = 90: 10 to 10:90.

To this aquarium, 1% by weight of LBKP pulp and a white water culture solution (a culture solution obtained by culturing white water collected from a newsprint papermaking process in a bouillon liquid medium) are added at a rate of 0.1 mL / L to a bouillon liquid medium diluted 1000 times. Then, artificial white water adjusted to pH 5.0 with aluminum sulfate was supplied at a flow rate of 9 L / hr, and the same amount of artificial white water was discharged.
[0029]
HPGHC (first component) and the second component shown in Table 2 were added to the test water in this aquarium three times a day for 30 minutes each time by changing the blending ratio. The chemical was added intermittently, and the amount added was such that the total concentration of the first component and the second component was maintained at 5 ppm or more for 15 minutes. Stirring was continued with the test water kept at a temperature of 30 ° C., and the slime adhesion preventing effect was evaluated 7 days after the start of the test.
[0030]
In addition, the slime adhesion preventing effect was evaluated by measuring the slime adhesion thickness (μm) using a wet gauge (manufactured by Kett Co., Ltd .: for measuring undried paint thickness), and the results are shown in Table 2.
[0031]
For comparison, Table 1 also shows the results when no drug was added (blank).
[0032]
From Table 2, the combination of HPGHC, which is the industrial antibacterial agent of the present invention, and DOIT, BIT , CFIPN or OPA as the second component has a significant slime adhesion preventing effect, which is an important effect as an industrial antibacterial agent. The effect is recognized to be remarkably higher than when each compound is added alone, particularly when the blending ratio is HPGHC: second component = 70: 30 to 30:70 (weight ratio).

White water (bacillus, pseudomonas genus, flavobacterium genus, alkaligenes genus mainly) collected from the paper machine of the following water quality A, B, C paper mills, HPGHC and the second component in the composition shown in Table 3 are organic solvents A drug dissolved in (diethylene glycol monomethyl ether) to form a one-part preparation (however, in Comparative Examples 6 to 12, only HPGHC or the second component was used alone) was added and shaken at 30 ° C. for 30 minutes.
[0035]
A paper mill water quality pH: 7.1
Initial number of bacteria: 8.6 × 10 8 CFU / mL
B Paper Mill Water Quality pH: 5.6
Initial number of bacteria: 7.5 × 10 7 CFU / mL
C paper mill water quality pH: 4.4
Initial number of bacteria: 1.2 × 10 6 CFU / mL
Thereafter, the number of surviving bacteria was measured, the minimum bactericidal concentration (ppm) in terms of active ingredient at which 99% or more of the initial number of bacteria died was determined, and the results are shown in Table 3.
[0036]
As the co-reagent agent, as a weight ratio proportion of HPGHC and the second component, DOIT, at a rate of 70:30 For a BI T, also CFIPN, for OPA at a ratio of 50:50, the final active ingredient It was formulated and used so as to have a concentration of 20% by weight. Moreover, in Comparative Examples 6-12, each chemical | medical agent was formulated and used so that it might become 20 weight% as a final active ingredient density | concentration.
[0037]
From Table 3, the industrial antibacterial agent of the present invention has an extended antibacterial spectrum by the combined use of HPGHC and a specific second component, and a synergistic effect of bactericidal action, for industrial systems with a wide pH range and bacterial count level, It can be seen that a significant bactericidal effect is expressed as compared to the case of each single use.
