[0027]
Therefore, even if the driver steers the steering, it takes time to switch to manual steering. When it took time to switch from automatic steering to manual steering, there was a problem that the responsiveness of switching was poor.
If the responsiveness of switching from automatic steering to manual steering is poor as described above, for example, when the driver senses danger and steers the steering, danger avoidance may be delayed.

Further, even during automatic steering, hydraulic oil is supplied to the rotary
In addition, as described above, since hydraulic oil is supplied to the
[0029]
An object of the present invention is to provide an automatic steering system that switches to manual steering at the time of automatic steering, regardless of the steering amount of the steering, and has good switching response and no energy loss. It is to be.
[0030]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The first invention includes an oil pump, an open center type hydraulic valve that switches according to the steering force of the steering, an open center type control valve that switches according to a signal from the controller,Depending on the controller signalEither one of the hydraulic valve or control valve is connected to the hydraulic cylinder.RuReplacement BarAndWith,UpThe pressure upstream of the hydraulic valve is guided to one end of the switching valve, and the pressure downstream of the hydraulic valve is guided to the other end of the switching valve,Steer the steeringWhen the pressing force acting on one end side of the switching valve becomes larger than the pressing force acting on the other end side of the switching valve,The switching valve is switched by the pressing force acting on one end of the switching valve,The hydraulic valve communicates with the hydraulic cylinder.RuIt is characterized by that.
[0031]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, the switching valve has a manual steering position and an automatic steering position. At the manual steering position, the hydraulic valve and the hydraulic cylinder are communicated, and the control valve and the hydraulic cylinder are disconnected. In the automatic steering position, the communication between the hydraulic valve and the hydraulic cylinder is cut off, and the control valve and the hydraulic cylinder are communicated.
According to a third aspect of the present invention, an oil pump, an open center type hydraulic valve that switches in accordance with the steering force of the steering, and a switch in response to a signal from the controller, are provided in series with the hydraulic valve with respect to the oil pump. An open center type control valve, a pair of communication passages that connect the hydraulic valve and the hydraulic cylinder, and a communication valve that is provided in the pair of communication passages and that connects the hydraulic valve to the hydraulic cylinder or shuts off the communication. A switching valve that guides the pressure upstream of the hydraulic valve to one end of the switching valve, guides the pressure downstream of the hydraulic valve to the other end of the switching valve, and steers the steering to The pushing force acting on one end of the switching valve is the pushing force acting on the other end of the switching valve. The switching valve is switched by a pressing force acting on one end side of the switching valve, the hydraulic valve is communicated with the hydraulic cylinder, and the control valve is connected to the pair of valves via two passages. In addition to communicating with the communication passage, each passage is provided with a check valve that allows only the flow from the control valve to the hydraulic cylinder, and the pressure in one of the passages acts on the check valve provided in the other passage. The check valve provided in either one of the passages is pushed open by the pressure in one of the passages, and the hydraulic oil is supplied to the hydraulic cylinder through the one of the passages. It is characterized in that the return oil of the hydraulic cylinder is returned to the tank through the passage.

In the automatic steering system of this embodiment as well as in the conventional automatic steering system, even when the automatic steering mechanism 5 performs automatic steering, when the driver steers the steering 8 with his / her own intention, manual steering is performed. Since the responsiveness can be kept good as described above, for example, when the driver senses the danger and steers the steering 8 with his own intention, there is a high possibility that the danger can be avoided.
[0049]
Further, in the conventional automatic steering system, the automatic steering is switched to the manual steering with the steering amount increased. As described above, when switching from automatic steering to manual steering in a state where the steering amount of the steering wheel is large, a shock such as lightening of the steering wheel may occur at the moment of switching. However, in the automatic steering system of this embodiment, when the driver steers the steering 8, the automatic steering is switched to the manual steering instantaneously, so that the shock applied to the steering 8 is small. In other words, the shock felt by the driver can be kept small.

The control valve and the switching valve according to the first embodiment can be integrated into the conventional power steering apparatus or can be assembled outside the power steering apparatus. In the case of assembling outside the power steering apparatus, it is possible to use a conventional power steering apparatus as it is and to assemble it. Therefore, the layout when mounted on the vehicle is relatively easy and can be retrofitted as an option.

[0062]
【The invention's effect】
According to the first invention, the pressure upstream of the hydraulic valve is guided to one end of the switching valve, and the pressure downstream of the hydraulic valve is guided to the other end of the switching valve. By turning the steering and increasing the pressure on the upstream side of the hydraulic valve, the switching valve can be switched directly with the increased pressure.
Therefore, the switching valve can be switched regardless of the steering amount of the steering.
Further, since the switching valve can be switched directly by the pressure upstream of the hydraulic valve, the switching can be performed instantaneously, and the responsiveness of switching from automatic steering to manual steering can be kept good.
[0063]
According to the second aspect of the invention, the hydraulic valve and the hydraulic cylinder are in communication with each other at the manual steering position of the switching valve, and the communication between the control valve and the hydraulic cylinder is cut off. Since the communication with the cylinder is cut off and the control valve and the hydraulic cylinder are made to communicate with each other, when pressure oil is introduced to the hydraulic valve while the switching valve is in the automatic steering position, the upstream of the hydraulic valve Pressure increases. Therefore, the pressure upstream of the hydraulic valve can be increased regardless of the switching amount of the hydraulic valve, and the response from automatic steering to manual steering can be further improved.
According to the third aspect of the invention, since the check valve is provided between the control valve and the hydraulic cylinder, it is possible to prevent the hydraulic cylinder from moving due to an external force applied to the steered wheel during automatic steering. Can be improved.
Further, since the switching valve allows only the hydraulic valve to communicate with or shut off from the hydraulic cylinder, the number of ports of the switching valve can be reduced, and the structure of the switching valve can be simplified.
