本発明は暖房床の表面に敷設するフローリング材の施工に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
近年床暖房装置の床面にフローリング材を敷設する場合、釘の代わりに接着剤が多く用いられており、また釘と併用して接着剤が使用されることもある。図2は接着剤を用いたフローリングの施工方法の一例を示したもので、まず温水管を埋設した発熱パネル2を床下地上に敷設し、発熱パネル2の上面に順次接着剤9を塗布しながら、その上にフローリング材3を載置し、場合によっては図3に示すように、2〜3箇所に釘8を打ってフローリング材3を固定する。釘打ちは接着剤9が固まるまでの間、仮に固定しておくためのものである。この方法によれば、釘打ちのみでフローリング材3を固定していた従来方法に比し、熟練を要せず作業が簡単であるという利点がある。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、接着剤を用いる上記従来方法には、次のような欠点があった。すなわち接着剤は一旦固まると剥がすことが困難になるために、床材の張り替えや改装工事などで取り外す必要が生じた場合などには容易に修正ができず、通常一度張ったフローリング材を取り外すときは、材料を破損してしまうことが多かった。そこで本発明はかかる問題点を解消し、接着剤を用いる場合と同様に作業が容易で、しかも必要な場合にはフローリング材を容易に取り外すことができるような床暖房装置の施工方法を提供することを目的とするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明による床暖房装置の施工方法は、図1に示すように、温水管1若しくは電熱線を埋設した発熱マット5を根太6間に配設すると共に、発熱マット5及び根太6の上面にフローリング材3を敷設して構成される床暖房装置において、上記フローリング材3を両面粘着テープ4を用いて上記根太6に接着するに当たって、根太6の上面の両面粘着テープ4を貼着する箇所に、予め溶剤を塗布し、その上から粘着テープ4を貼着することで両面粘着テープ4の粘着剤を溶解して粘着剤を根太6の表面の微細な隙間に入り込ませて貼着するようにしたものである。つまり、根太6の表面が滑らかでなくて、両面粘着テープ4と根太6の表面との間に細かい隙間を生じて接着を妨げるので、予め根太6の表面に溶剤を塗布しておくことによって粘着テープ3の表面を溶解し、粘着剤が根太6の表面の微細な隙間に入り込んで強固に貼着するようにしたものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
図1は本発明による施工方法の一実施例を示したものである。床暖房装置は、温水管1を埋設した発熱マット5を根太6間に配設してあり、フローリング材3を両面粘着テープ4を用いて根太6に接着する。根太6は大引10あるいはコンクリート床の上に敷設される幅数cmの角材で、例えば30cmのピッチで配設され、フローリング材3は横幅が45cm程度の板材で、根太6の上に根太6と交差するように並べられて、両面粘着テープ4を用いて接着固着される。ここで本発明は、フローリング材3を両面粘着テープ4を用いて上記根太6に接着するに当たって、まず根太6の上面の粘着テープ4が貼着される箇所に予めテレピン油などの溶剤を塗布し、その上から粘着テープ4を貼着する。これにより、粘着テープ4の表面が溶剤によって適度に溶解し、粘着剤と根太6の表面の凹凸とが絡み合って、テープ4と根太6とが互いに強固に接着される。したがって、根太6の表面に鋸跡が残って滑らかでないような場合であっても、テープ4と根太6とが互いに強固に接着される。次にフローリング材3を敷設する際には、粘着テープ4の上面に付着している離型紙を剥がし、その上にフローリング材3を、隣接するフローリング材3同士の側面の凸条と凹溝とを係合させながら順次載置する。両面粘着テープ4には通常感圧性接着剤が用いられているので、フローリング材3は載置されると直ちに接着固定される。従って従来の接着剤9を用いる場合のように固化までに時間がかからないので、仮止め用の釘8は特に必要ではないが、念のため2〜3箇所に釘8を打って仮固定してもよい。

【発明の効果】
本発明によれば上述のように、フローリング材2を貼着固定してしまった後でも、発熱パネル2や発熱マット5の修理点検のためにフローリング材3を剥がす必要が生じた場合には、少し強い力を加えることによって容易に剥離することができるので、作業の能率が向上する上に、材料を破損するおそれがないという利点があり、更に根太の上面の両面粘着テープを貼着する箇所に、予め溶剤を塗布し、その上から粘着テープを貼着することで両面粘着テープの粘着剤を溶解して粘着剤を根太の表面の微細な隙間に入り込ませて貼着するので、粘着剤と根太の表面の凹凸とが絡み合って、テープと根太とが互いに強固に接着される。
