Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a continuous ticket with a magnetic stripe suitable for use in a ticket machine (coupon printer) of a travel business system.
[0002]
[Prior art]
For a continuous ticket with a magnetic stripe that has a magnetic stripe continuous in the transport direction and is separable according to the perforation, a single ticket when the perforation is engraved on the magnetic stripe. When the magnetic recording information is written and read with a magnetic head due to minute unevenness (burrs) caused by fluffing, etc. There was a risk of reading errors.
Therefore, the trouble is prevented beforehand by cutting the entire magnetic stripe in advance (cutting all).
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, as a ripple defect due to the cutting, for example, when the width of the entire cut is 21.0 mm and the ratio of the cut perforated portion to the uncut portion is 3.0 mm and 1.0 mm, the ticket Due to the large difference in the paper flow direction and the balance during left and right conveyance, the strength of the entire perforation is reduced, and abnormal bending and undulation phenomena tend to occur on continuous ticket sheets. When encoding or encoding, unexpected separation at the sewing machine part occurred during transportation, and the ticketing function was lost, which had a serious impact on computer processing.
Therefore, the adjustment of the perforation strength of the continuous ticket that has been cut (all cuts) depends on the application, paper quality, ticketing machine performance, etc., and therefore requires careful consideration and trouble. There was something that did not allow for prejudice, and there was a strong demand for easy-to-implement solutions from consumers.
[0004]
However, the proposal for solving the above-mentioned problem has not been solved yet, and as a technique relating to the pitch for simply increasing the perforation strength, for example, Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 59-19370 (continuous book table). No. 60-127624 (folding type magnetic recording medium) is only recognized.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In the present invention, an appropriate strength can be obtained while having the cut portion by applying technical considerations not conventionally seen only to the pitch of the cut portion adjacent to the cut portion that has been cut in advance over the entire magnetic stripe portion. Therefore, the above-mentioned problem at the time of ticketing, which has been regarded as a problem, is eliminated and smooth ticketing is brought about, which contributes to improvement of computer processing operations.
[0006]
Specifically describing the configuration of the continuous ticket with magnetic stripe of the present invention, the magnetic stripe has a magnetic stripe portion continuous in the transport direction and can be separated by a perforation portion provided perpendicular to the direction. In a continuous strip with a magnetic stripe in which cut portions are provided in the entire perforation portion overlapping with the cut portion, the pitch of the cut portion adjacent to the cut portion is shorter than the pitch of the other cut portions.
[0007]
Moreover, in the said continuous ticket, it is good also as making the pitch of a cut part constant and making the pitch of the uncut part adjacent to the said cutting part long compared with the pitch of another uncut part.
[0008]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Below, the form of the continuous ticket with a magnetic stripe which brings about the best result of this invention is demonstrated according to drawing.
FIG. 1 is an explanatory view of the main part of a continuous ticket with magnetic stripe, FIG. 2 is an explanatory view of the main part viewed from the opposite side of FIG. 1, FIG. 3 is an enlarged explanatory view of the main part of FIG. It is.
F is a continuous ticket that is folded in one piece, and is used as a single ticket C such as a coupon after being separated. Reference numeral 1 denotes a base paper, and a thick paper having a waist such as a mat-coated paper having printability with a known thermal transfer ribbon is used. Reference numeral 2 denotes a known magnetic stripe portion, which is continuous in the transport direction. Reference numeral 3 denotes a cut portion that is cut in advance (so-called full cut) so as to match the length direction of the perforated portion 4 over the entire magnetic stripe portion 2. Reference numeral 4 denotes a perforation portion composed of a cut portion 4a adjacent to the cutting portion 3 and a series of equal length cut portions 4b aligned with the cut portion 4a. The pitch P1 of the cut part 4a is formed shorter than the pitch P2 of the cut part 4b.
[0009]
In addition, the usage form of the continuous ticket F in the present invention is used as a bundle of a multi-sheet set, for example, a set of 500 sets, for example, with the number of folds being folded into one set. (Fig. 4).
The present invention is also applied as a continuous ticket with various magnetic stripes such as a travel ticket, an air ticket, and a parking ticket.
For example, the size of the single ticket C is about 82 mm for the short side and about 140 mm for the long side.
[0010]
The magnetic stripe portion 2 is provided in accordance with a known technique, and is set in parallel with the fiber flow direction on the back surface of the base paper 1 so as to interfere with the original physical properties of the magnetic stripe, particularly the writing and reading of magnetic information. It is necessary to maintain a high processing quality without undulation.
It is important that the cut portion 3 is finished in a smooth state without burrs over the entire cut surface.
[0011]
For the perforated portion 4 which is the main feature of the present invention, the pitch P1 of the cut portion 4a adjacent to the cut portion 3 is formed shorter than the pitch P2 of the cut portion 4b, so that the cut portion 3 is always present. A moderate perforation strength can be obtained.
The moderate perforation strength here means a force that can be easily cut by a ticket issuing machine without being cut during conveyance.
In the practice of the present invention, the preferred ratio of the pitch length is not specified because it depends on the size and shape of the base paper 1 and the magnetic stripe portion 2 and the physical characteristics set to them, but the average Specifically, the pitch P1 is optimally ½ of the pitch P2.
[0012]
【Example】
Although not shown in the drawings as another embodiment, the pitch of the cut portion is made constant in the continuous sheet F, and the pitch of the uncut portion adjacent to the cutting portion 3 is compared with the pitch of the other uncut portions. By using a continuous ticket with a magnetic stripe characterized in that it is made longer, the effect substantially similar to that of the above-described embodiment of the present invention is brought about.
[0013]
【The invention's effect】
According to the first and second aspects of the present invention having the configuration as described above, the following effects are brought about in common. That is,
Originally, for continuous ticket having perforated portions with a uniform pitch, when a force is applied in the conveying direction, that is, perpendicular to the perforated portions, the force applied to each uncut portion is uniform. Therefore, if a force of a certain value (or more) is applied, all the uncut parts are broken almost simultaneously.
However, in order to solve the above-mentioned drawbacks, when the same force is applied to the conventional continuous ticket having an extremely long cut portion at the end compared to the pitch of the cut portion, the uncut portion is applied. The force is non-uniform and it increases as it approaches the cut. As a result, unintended and unintended breakage occurs from the cut portion side, and a new problem occurs.
[0014]
Therefore, according to the present invention, first, when the pitch of the uncut portion is constant with respect to the perforated portion itself, the strength of the cut portion increases as the pitch of the cut portion becomes shorter. When the pitch of the uncut portion is changed and the pitch of the uncut portion is changed, paying attention to the fact that the strength increases as the pitch becomes longer, the cut portion 4a adjacent to the cut portion 3 is shortened or the uncut portion is made shorter than other portions. By making the length longer and matching the distribution of the force applied to the entire perforation portion 4 with the distribution of the perforation portion 4 intensity, it is possible to prevent a local decrease in the perforation portion 4 strength.
[0015]
Second, even if the continuous sheet F has the cutting part 3, an appropriate strength of the perforation part 4 can be obtained, and in addition to the utility of the cutting part 3, an unexpected perforation part 4 being transported when issuing a ticket. It is possible to prevent detachment in advance and to enable smooth ticketing, which is promised.
Thirdly, there is no need to add special equipment or processes in addition to the work of adjusting and setting the tie length and length of the cutting blades adapted to the pitches P1 and P2 of the cutting portions 4a and 4b in the present invention. Is.
