本発明は室内の収納部の施工において、収納部の開口と収納用扉との間に寸法的な誤差があった場合、収納部の開口幅を調整することなく現場で収納部の開口幅に合わせて収納用扉を施工することができる収納用扉の施工方法に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来の収納用扉はメーカー毎の標準寸法が設定されており、これらの既成寸法に合わせて現場において収納部の開口幅をそれぞれ調整しなければならなかった。また、既成寸法の収納用扉で収納用扉では納まらない開口部を有する収納部に対しては、別途注文の特別寸法で対応しなければならなかった。

しかしながら、標準寸法を使用しても各メーカーごとに収納用扉のサイズが異なるので、各現場の収納部ごとにそれぞれのメーカーの扉寸法に合致した収納部の開口部を準備しておかねばならず、その分だけ余計に施工に手間がかかっていた。また、既成寸法の収納用扉では納まらない開口部を有する収納部に対しては前述のように特別寸法による別途注文を行わねばならず、数週間の納期を必要とする上、標準寸法の収納用扉に比べて価格が高くなり、それ故、標準寸法の規格扉以外の別注扉を使用することは価格面及び納期の点で困難であった。なお、意匠性の高い別注扉を使用しようとすると尚更割高になるだけでなく納期も大幅に遅れることになる。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明はこのような従来例の問題点に鑑みてなされたもので、第一に収納用扉と開口部との寸法誤差を現場で素早く調整することができ、第二に規格外の開口部に対しても現場で素早く寸法を合わせることができる収納用扉の施工方法の開発をその技術的解決課題とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明を図示実施例に従って詳述する。鏡板(1)は長方形の板状のもので、表面に後述するような装飾が施されたり、必要に応じて窓部(図示せず)が設けられている。鏡板(1)の縦横の寸法は規格扉用の開口部(12)対応できることは勿論、規格外の開口部にも対応できるような大きさのものとなっている。

縦框(2)は細長い棒状のもので、鏡板(1)の長辺側と同寸で、その一側面に前記鏡板(1)の長手方向の端部に嵌合する凹溝(2a)が形成されている。前記鏡板(1)と縦框(2)とは挽材、合板、木質繊維板(IB、MDF等)、木削片板(パーティクルボード、ストランドボード、OSB等)、集成材、単板積層材或いはこれらの任意複合材が用いられる。これらの部材(1)(2)の表・裏面あるいは木口部の一部表面に化粧紙、化粧樹脂含浸紙、化粧合成樹脂シート、化粧単板などからなる化粧材が貼着される。これらの着色塗装、縞模様印刷、透明塗装などが施されていたり、化粧材貼着後にその表面に着色塗装が施されたりする。

次に、鏡板(1)と縦框(2)とを、その短辺において鏡板(1)と縦框(2)の切除用調整代(26)を切除して高さ方向の調整を行う(図6参照)。この時の切除線を(25)で示す。最後に、蝶着側と反対側の框(2)の端部に上部走行ガイド(4)(6)及び下部ピボット(5)を装着する。開口部(12)の上框にはガイドレール(8)が固定され、開口部(12)の床面の縦部材(9)の近傍部分にはピボット受け(10)が用意されており、収納用扉(A)の下部ピボット(5)をピボット受け(10)に回動可能に装着すると共に下部ピボット(5)側の上部走行ガイド(4)をガイドレール(8)の端部に設けられた上部ガイド固定ホルダ(図示せず)に回動可能に装着し、更に反対側の上部走行ガイド(6)をガイドレール(8)に走行可能に嵌め込む。このようにして、規格寸法用の開口部(12)は勿論、規格寸法外の開口部に対しても現場施工にて素早く収納用扉(A)の寸法合わせが行える。ガイドレール(8),縦部材(9)も収納用扉(A)と同様、開口部(12)に合わせて寸法の調整を行う方が良く、切除部は限定しないがガイドレール(8)は2本を1本につなげる形態とし、つなぎ合わせる部分の端部を切除した後1本につなげる方が、端部に取り付ける金具をそのまま使用出来る上、つなぎ目が略中央部にくるので扉の走行もスムーズになる。又、縦部材(9)は下端部を切除する方が切除の精度をあまり必要としないので施工が容易となる。なお、図の収納用扉(A)は折り戸の例を示したが勿論、これに限られず引き戸や開き戸でもよい。

【発明の効果】
以上のように、本発明によれば、鏡板及び縦框に切除用調整代を設けているので、この部分を開口部に合わせて切除することにより規格扉用の開口部は勿論、規格外の開口部の場合でも、現場で簡単に寸法合わせをすることができ、どのような開口部に対しても極めてスピーディーな且つ安価な施工が可能となる。
