Furthermore, since it has become difficult to obtain high-quality materials in recent years, a decorative sheet is pasted on the surface of a wooden substrate such as plywood, a V-shaped groove is formed on the back side of the wooden substrate, and the V-shaped groove part is bent. Utility Model Publication No. 18458-1982 and Special Publication No. 12150-1983 proposed the use of frame materials formed by bonding.

The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned conventional drawbacks. That is, the present invention provides two grooves parallel to the sides of the decorative board at predetermined locations on the back side of the decorative board with the decorative sheet pasted on the surface of the substrate, and the decorative board is inserted from the top surface of the core material having a substantially rectangular cross section. A decorative plank is created by bending and gluing grooves on one side and a part of the bottom surface, and
A first groove having a single groove parallel to the long side of the decorative plank on the surface near the side surface where the core material of the decorative plank is exposed.
Two grooves parallel to the sides of the decorative board are provided at predetermined locations on the back side of the decorative board with a decorative sheet pasted on the surface of the frame member and the substrate, and the decorative board is aligned from the top surface of the core material having a substantially rectangular cross section. A second frame member is fixed by bending and gluing grooves to part of the side and bottom surfaces, and three strips parallel to the sides of the decorative board are placed at predetermined locations on the back side of the decorative board with a decorative sheet pasted on the surface of the board. It consists of a door stop member having a substantially L-shaped cross section, in which a groove is provided, and the groove is bent and glued to provide a protruding side part, and the thickness of the protruding side part of the door stop member and the first The variable door frame material is characterized in that the grooves on the surface of the frame member have approximately the same width and the door stop member can be inserted into the first frame member, and the most distinctive feature is the variable door frame of the present invention. The material is composed of three members: a first frame member, a second frame member, and a door stop member.

Next, the present invention will be explained in detail with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 shows a perspective view of a variable door frame material according to an embodiment of the present invention. In the figure, 1 indicates the first frame, 2 indicates the second frame member, and 3 indicates the door stop member.
The frame members 2 are approximately symmetrical and of the same thickness. However, the surface of the first frame member 1 is provided with a groove 15 into which one side of the door stop member 3 is fitted.

The substrate 4 used in this invention has a thickness of 3 mm to 20 mm.
This is a commonly used wooden substrate such as plywood, particle board, hardboard, MDF, etc. with a size of approximately 1.0 mm, and a decorative sheet 5 is adhered to the surface thereof. The decorative sheet 5 may be a synthetic resin film such as vinyl chloride resin film, synthetic paper, paper, cloth, non-woven fabric, veneer, etc.
A single substance or a combination of these may be used. Note that the first frame member 1, the second frame member 2, and the doorstop member 3
The color and material of the decorative sheet 5 may be changed to match the color tone and style of the adjacent room. A predetermined number of V-grooves parallel to the side edges of the decorative board for cutting the substrate 4 as shown in FIGS. 2, 3, and 4 are provided at predetermined locations on the back surface of the decorative board constructed as described above.

In the case of this embodiment, small convex portions 1 are provided inside the V-grooves 6 and 9 in order to prevent the bent portions of the frame members 1 and 2 from becoming angular.
6 and 17 are provided to form a tapered portion that appears to be chamfered. In the case of the first frame member 1, as shown in FIG.
This is then bent and glued to form a decorative plank. The core materials 13 and 14 are made of thick plywood, particle board, LVL, MDF, or the like. Next, a single groove 15 parallel to the long side as shown in FIG. 6 is provided on the surface of the decorative plank near the side surface where the core material is exposed to form the first frame member 1. In the case of the second frame member 2, no groove is provided as shown in FIG. Note that the first frame member 2 and the second frame member 2 of the present invention may be made separately, or a decorative plank made by integrating the first frame member 1 and the second frame member 2 may be made in approximately the center thereof. It is also possible to create it by cutting it from the section.

The door stop member 3 has three V-grooves 1 as shown in Fig. 4.
0, 11, and 12 are formed at predetermined positions on the back surface of the decorative board, and when the V grooves 10, 11, and 12 are bent and glued, the decorative boards on the front and back surfaces are doubled as shown in FIG.

That is, the width of the pillar 18 of the opening to be constructed, the thickness of the decorative board 19, the thickness of the surrounding edge 20, and the door 2.
The first frame member 1 and the second frame member 2 are placed in positions where the hanging direction of the first frame member 1 and the second frame member 2 are anticipated in advance.

However, the interval between the first frame member 1 and the second frame member 2 is set narrower than the width of the surface of the door stop member 3, and the door 21 is suspended in a position where it stops against the side part of the door stop member 3. Next, the protruding side portion of the door stop member 3 is fitted into the groove 15 on the surface of the first frame member 1, and is fixed at a position where a portion of the surface overlaps a portion of the surface of the second frame member 2.

Since the door frame material of the present invention has the above-mentioned configuration, it can respond to a wide range of changes in the wall thickness and column width of the opening to be constructed, and the first and second frame members can be nailed together. Since the door stop material is fixed to the top of the nail head, beautiful construction can be easily achieved by covering the nail head with the door stop material.

Furthermore, since the colors and materials of the decorative sheets constituting the first frame member, the second frame member, and the doorstop member can be made different, it is also possible to provide a door frame material that looks well-balanced with the adjacent room. Furthermore, unlike conventional products made from carved wood, it is molded from plywood or other base materials with less irregularities.
It can be mass-produced without causing warping, twisting, or other defects.
Frame materials with stable quality can be supplied at low cost. Compared to conventional products, there is almost no processing required at the work site, and since the decorative sheet is pasted in advance, there is no need for painting at the work site, which has the effect of improving construction efficiency. are doing.
