The decorative sheet may be further subjected to optional coloring, pattern printing, transfer printing and the like. Alternatively, if necessary, a surface protective layer such as a top coat or a transparent synthetic resin film may be formed on the surface of these decorative sheets to improve the surface strength and abrasion resistance. The surface protective layer may be formed before or after the decorative plate is attached to the frame.

The pattern of the decorative sheet is arbitrary, and can be arbitrarily selected from various patterns such as a straight-grain pattern, a plate-grain pattern, and a geometric pattern. In the case where the pattern of the decorative sheet is a grain pattern such as a straight-grain pattern or a board pattern, a decorative veneer can be used as a decorative sheet to directly express the grain pattern of the decorative veneer itself. When an artificial veneer is used, the artificial grain pattern of the artificial veneer can be expressed as it is, or a wood grain pattern by printing may be formed.

The pattern of the decorative sheet on the side where the drop is formed is such that different patterns are continuously formed in the longitudinal direction at the central portion in the width direction of the decorative plate and on both left and right sides thereof. Specifically, the pattern at the center of the decorative sheet is a straight-grain pattern with the fiber direction in the left-right direction, and the pattern on the left and right sides is a straight-grain pattern with the fiber direction up and down. May be surface wood patterns orthogonal to each other.

The pattern of the decorative sheet on which no drop is formed is a pattern that is continuous in the longitudinal direction of the decorative sheet.
It is preferable that the pattern of the decorative sheet be a pattern that matches the decorative sheet pattern on the drop side, and specifically,
In the above specific example, a straight-grain pattern with the fiber direction up and down, similar to the pattern on the left and right sides of the decorative sheet on the drop side, can be used.

After the opening for dropping is formed, a step portion is formed by attaching a cross member having a thickness smaller than the vertical frame and the horizontal frame of the frame set. Alternatively, a step portion may be formed in advance on the inner surface side of the front surface portion of the frame material by a notch. In this case, when the decorative board is hollowed out according to the width of the pattern at the center of the decorative sheet, the stepped part is exposed so that the stepped part is exposed along the inner peripheral edge of the opening of the drop. It must be formed corresponding to the width of the pattern at the center of the sheet.

The molding may be made by optionally cutting a wood base material such as wood, plywood, medium or hard fiber board, laminated veneer, extruded with plastic,
It is possible to use a material folded by metal, etc., and if necessary, a decorative sheet such as a decorative paper, a decorative cloth, a decorative synthetic resin sheet, a decorative impregnated paper, a decorative veneer, an artificial veneer, etc. is adhered to the surface. In this way, the decorative sheet on which the decorative sheets having different patterns are stuck on the center portion and the left and right side portions on the frame assembly surface on the side where the drop is formed, The decorative panel of the present invention can be obtained by forming a drop-in opening by hollowing out according to the width of the pattern at the center, and attaching the hollowed-out decorative board as a mirror plate to the opening. As a result, a decorative panel having the same appearance as the decorative panel in which the end plate made of the decorative panel processed and decorated separately from the decorative panel on the surface of the frame panel is fitted into the drop opening of the frame panel.

[0027] Further, on the decorative plate adhered in the drop-in opening, the decorative surface of the decorative plate can be further applied with makeup. The makeup in this case is not particularly limited, but a decorative sheet such as a decorative veneer, an artificial veneer, a decorative paper, a decorative cloth, a decorative synthetic resin sheet, a synthetic resin impregnated paper, etc. is attached via an adhesive or a coloring adhesive. be able to. In the case of applying makeup, makeup can be applied by superimposing on the surface of an already applied makeup sheet, or new makeup can be applied after removing the applied makeup sheet. When makeup is further applied to the decorative plate adhered to the dropping opening, makeup may be applied before attaching to the opening, or makeup may be applied after application.

The decorative sheet may be subjected to any color coating, pattern printing, transfer printing and the like. Preferably, the woodgrain pattern printing is performed so as to be the same as the makeup of the vertical frame set portion of the decorative board already attached to the frame set. For example, as described above, the pattern of the decorative sheet of the decorative board attached to the drop side of the frame is a straight-grain pattern with the fiber direction to the left and right as described above,
When the right and left sides have a straight-grain pattern with the fiber direction up and down, printed on the decorative plate attached to the drop opening, a straight-grain pattern with the fiber direction up and down like the left and right sides Is preferably applied. Or,
In the case where the drop opening is formed in a square, the decorative plate cut out into a square may be attached to the inside of the drop opening while being rotated by 90 degrees. In this case, the woodgrain pattern similar to the surface of the vertical frame can be given without further applying makeup to the decorative board attached to the opening.
