【0052】
<せき板1b>

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention is primarily repaired surface portion of the existing concrete structures, integrity and to existing structures covering member and existing structures coating process used for purposes such as appearance repair.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The existing concrete structure is subject to structural deterioration such as chemical corrosion and salt damage including alkali-aggregate reaction and neutralization due to various factors over a long period of time after construction. Deterioration in appearance is also observed due to environmental and biological factors such as moss. For such structural deterioration and appearance deterioration of existing concrete structures, measures such as washing and repainting may be adopted, but none of these were permanent. .
[0003]
As a permanent technical means, conventionally, a base fabric made of a fiber base that should be bonded to a structure through a mortar that is a solidifying material and an outer side of the base fabric are bonded with an adhesive. Although there was a laminated sheet for covering existing structures consisting of a coating layer containing fluorine, the inside of the base fabric was not saturated with mortar during adhesion, and an air layer remained inside the base fabric. There was a problem that the laminated sheet was easily peeled off from the structure.
[0004]
Therefore, there is a laminated sheet for covering an existing structure invented by the present inventors as a technical means capable of preventing deterioration of the structure and maintaining its appearance over a long period of time after coating.
[0005]
This is provided with protrusions made of fiber-like or flocked fiber material, mesh-like knitted fabric, mineral particles or synthetic resin particles on the inside, and the solidified material is filled around the protrusions without any gaps. The resin layer is fixed to the structure in a state, and the outermost layer is composed of one or more coating layers having an antifouling function.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, such a laminated sheet for covering an existing structure, unlike a member having rigidity such as a tile, is composed of a sheet member that is soft and can be freely deformed. Therefore, sufficient flatness is provided on the outer surface of the coating layer. It may be difficult to ensure.
[0007]
In addition, in order to ensure sufficient flatness on the outer surface of the coating layer, it is assumed that sufficient flatness is ensured on the outer surface of the solidified material. Necessary. However, in recent years, there is a shortage of skilled workers who can realize such plastering work, and the construction cost is inevitably increased.
[0008]
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to facilitate and enhance repair, maintenance, and appearance repair of the surface portion of a structure with a laminated sheet so that the flatness on the outer surface of the coating layer and the effect of reducing the construction cost can be sufficiently obtained. It is to provide an existing structure covering member and existing structures coating manner it is possible to perform accuracy.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
That is, the present invention is configured as including the first invention and the second invention. First invention has according to the existing structures covering member, the second invention is according to existing structures coating process.
[0010]
Existing structures covering member according to the first invention, repair of the surface portion of the existing structures, and is applied in performing a coating of existing structures for the purpose of such protection and appearance repair.
[0011]
This is because a protrusion is provided on the inner side, and a solidified material is filled around the protrusion without gaps, and the resin layer is fixed to an existing structure, and is fixed to the outer side of the resin layer via an adhesive. The outer side surface of the laminated sheet composed of the coating layer is detachably attached to the inner side surface of the formwork plate member via an adhesive .
In addition, the coating layer is comprised as one or more layers in which the outermost layer has a dirt prevention function.
[0012]
According to existing structures covering member according to this first invention, including a feature point on the structure formed by attaching removably to the inner surface of the soft deformable free dam outer surface of the laminated sheet Since it is comprised as a thing, it becomes possible to perform repair of the surface part of the existing structure by a lamination sheet, maintenance, external appearance repair, etc. easily and with high precision.
[0013]
Therefore, according to this, the flatness in the outer surface of the coating layer and the effect of reducing the construction cost can be sufficiently obtained.
[0014]
On the other hand, the existing structure covering method according to the second invention is a method applied when covering an existing structure for the purpose of repairing, maintaining, and restoring the appearance of the surface portion of the existing structure.
[0015]
This is configured as a method including the following steps.
[0016]
That is, a protrusion is provided on the inner side, and a resin layer fixed to the structure in a state where the solidified material is filled around the protrusion without a gap, and is fixed to the outer side of the resin layer via an adhesive. After the preparatory work for constructing the existing structure covering member by detachably attaching the outer side surface of the laminated sheet comprising the coating layer to the inner side surface of the formwork plate member , with a gap from the surface, the existing structures covering member, the mold member disposing step of the side on which the laminated sheet is adhered to place in a state of facing the existing structures side.
[0017]
And after a formwork member arrangement | positioning process, it is a solidification material filling process which fills a clearance gap with a solidification material.
[0018]
According to such an existing structure covering method according to the second aspect of the present invention, a formwork is performed using a formwork panel in which the outer side surface of a soft and deformable laminated sheet is detachably attached to the inner side surface of a dam plate. Since it is configured to include a solidifying material filling step after the member arranging step, it is possible to easily and highly accurately repair, maintain, and repair the appearance of the surface portion of the existing structure with the laminated sheet.
[0019]
Therefore, according to this, the flatness in the outer surface of the coating layer and the effect of reducing the construction cost can be sufficiently obtained.
