Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a floor board material that includes a cellulosic fine particle and a resin and is installed in an installation part.
[0002]
[Background technology]
A plurality of deck materials (floor board materials) are laid on the floor such as a veranda, a balcony, and a rooftop. As the laying structure of the deck material, for example, a technique described in JP-A-11-229486 can be cited.
The deck material in this technique has a hollow, a fixing groove portion opened upward is formed along the longitudinal direction, and the bottom surface of the groove portion is screwed to the joist. A cover that covers the screw is press-fitted into the fixing groove, and is flush with the top surface of the deck material. Further, an upward concave connecting member is disposed at the joint portion of the adjacent deck material, and the convex portion of the deck material is inserted into this connecting member so that the concave portion and the convex portion are engaged. The deck material is fixed by.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, in the laying structure of the deck material described in JP-A-11-229486, in order to lay the deck material on the floor surface, first, the deck material is screwed from the fixing groove to the joist and then fixed. The cover is press-fitted into the groove and fixed by inserting the convex part of the deck material into the concave part of the connecting member. Therefore, a cover and a connecting member are required to install the deck material, and the number of construction parts is large. It took time to install the deck material, and the construction work could not be simplified and the construction period could not be shortened.
[0004]
On the other hand, in order to easily lay the deck material on the floor surface, a deck material laying method described in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 54-16020 is known. In this technique, a lower deck material having a concave cross section opening on the upper surface is installed on the floor surface, and an upper deck material having a concave cross section opening on the lower surface is installed by being inserted into the lower deck material. The deck material is fixed on the floor surface by screwing the screw from the upper surface of the material toward the floor surface.
Incidentally, in the Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 54-16020, the screw screwed into the floor surface from the upper surface of the upper deck material is locked to the upper surface of the upper deck material, Is embedded in the floor surface, and the screw portion between the head portion of the screw and the tip portion is inserted into the hollow portion. In other words, since the width of the hollow portion is formed wider than the diameter of the screw, this screw is locked only at its head and tip, and usually this is how to fix the deck material to the floor surface. Although sufficient, in recent years it has been desired to securely and firmly fix the deck material to the floor surface.
[0005]
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and can be easily and smoothly installed to simplify the construction work and shorten the construction period, and more reliably and strongly by the installation part (floor surface). It is an object to provide a floor board material that can be fixed to the floor.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the invention of claim 1 includes, for example, as shown in FIGS. 1 to 6 , mixing cellulose-based fine particles and a resin, melting the mixed material, and extruding the mixture. A first pattern 43 is applied to the front surface 42 a of the formed plate member 42 in the form of a strip, and a second pattern 44 different from the first pattern 43 is applied to the back surface 42 b of the plate member 42 ,
The first pattern 43 and the second pattern 44 are composed of a plurality of small grooves along the extrusion direction formed when the plate material 42 is extruded.
In the plate material 42, a plurality of hollow portions 47 extending in the extrusion direction are formed at predetermined intervals in the width direction of the plate material 42,
Among these cavities 4 7, at least one hollow portion 4 7 is an insertion portion 4 9 fastening member 4 8 for fastening the plate 4 2 is inserted, is inserted into the insertion portion 4 9 and has a width of threaded portion 48 a of the diameter and the insertion portion 4 9 between the head 48 b of the fastening member 4 8 of the tip portion is formed to be almost equal, to the inner wall surface 49 a of the insertion portion 49 The front side and the back side of the plate member 42 are arranged so that the contact part 50 of the head part 48 b of the fastening member 48 that can contact the boundary with the screw part 48 a is perpendicular to the inner wall surface 49 a . are formed respectively, communicate with each other so that the front side of the contact portion 50 and the rear side of the abutting portion 50 are parallel along the inner wall 49 a inside the insertion portion 49, the insertion portion 49 is cross-sectional It has a shape of an abbreviation d,
The front surface 42 a and the back surface 42 b of the plate material 42 are each formed with a hole 51 that reaches the insertion portion 49 and through which the fastening material 48 can be inserted,
The fixing member 48 is inserted into the insertion portion 49 from the hole 51 and fixed, and then the hole 51 is closed with a screw cap 54 .
[0007]
According to the present invention, a the plate 4 2 and the cavity portion 4 7, of the cavity 4 7, at least one cavity 4 7b is inserted fastening member 4 8 is inserted portion 4 9 is a, secured because the width of the threaded portion 48 a of the diameter and the insertion portion 4 9 fastening member 4 8 which is inserted through the insertion portion 4 9 is formed to be almost equal, the insertion portion 4 9 by inserting the timber 4 8, contact and the inner wall surface 4 9a of the surface and the insertion portion 4 9 fastening member 4 8. In other words, unlike the conventional, the width of the insertion portion than when it is larger than the diameter of the fastening member, becomes large surface plate 4 2 and are in contact with the surface of the fastening member 4 9. Therefore, without fastening material 4 8 or displaced or missing from the insertion portion 4 9, plate 4 2 can be reliably and firmly locking the fastening member 4 8, the fastening member 4 8 sheet 4 2 the installed installation portion (e.g., joists 52) by fastening, it is possible to firmly fix the plate 4 2 to the installation portion 52.
[0008]
In addition, conventionally, a fixing groove is formed in the deck material, screws are fixed on the floor surface from the fixing grooves, and the fixing grooves are covered so as to cover the fixed screws. material and coupling and a member engaged male and female engagement, but the installation work requires a cover or connecting member is troublesome, in the present invention, the fastening member 4 8 from the plate 4 2 of the insertion portion 4 9 simply fastened to the installation section 52 is passed through, it is possible to install a plate 4 2 easily and smoothly, Therefore, it is possible to simplify the installation work.
[0009]
Furthermore, the plate 4 2, because it contains a cellulose-based fine particle and the resin, can issue close touch and texture by natural wood wood flour appear on the surface 4 2a of the plate 4 2, woody feeling it can be a floor member 4 1 with that.
[0010]
The cellulosic fine particles are, for example, coarsely pulverized wood, coarsely crushed bacas, coarsely pulverized rice straw, and waste wood and furniture that are discharged when dismantling buildings such as houses. Waste wood waste, wood scraps, sawdust, etc. discharged during building construction are pulverized into fine powder by a known pulverizer.
Examples of the resin include polypropylene resin, polyvinyl chloride resin, polyethylene resin, foamed vinyl chloride resin, polystyrene resin, and ABS resin.
As the fastening member, for example, a screw 4 8 and screws and the like.
[0011]
Further, the inner wall surface 49a of the insertion portion 49 is formed with a contact portion 50 with which the head portion 48b of the fixing material 48 can come into contact, so that the fixing material 48 inserted through the insertion portion 49 is When the head portion 48b is brought into contact with the contact portion 50, the fixing member 48 is fixed at the head portion 48b, so that the fastening member 48 does not come off or shift from the insertion portion 49. Are securely and firmly locked. Therefore, the plate material 42 can be firmly fixed to the installation portion 52 by fixing the fixing material 48 to the installation portion (for example, joist 52) where the plate material 42 is installed.
[0012]
Further, the contact portion 50 is formed on the inner wall surface 49a of the insertion portion 49 and extends in the extrusion direction of the plate member 42. For example, the plate member 42 contracts due to drying or contains moisture. Even when expanded, the fastening material 48 inserted through the insertion portion 49 can be slid in the extrusion direction by the contact portion 50. Therefore, for example, the fixing member 48 can be locked to the plate member 42 by the contact portion 50 without forming a long hole.
[0013]
Further, the surface 42a of the plate member 42 is formed with a hole 51 that reaches the insertion portion 49 and through which the fastening member 48 can be inserted, so that the insertion portion 49 extends from the hole 51 of the surface 42a of the plate member 42. The fastening material 48 can be locked to the plate material 42 by inserting the fastening material 48 through the back surface 42b.
[0014]
Incidentally, said fastening member 48 from the hole 51 is inserted into the insertion portion 49 after is fastened, busy device since the hole 51 with a screw cap 54, the head of the insertion has been fastening member 48 into the insertion portion 49 48a is not visible from the outside, and looks better.
[0015]
Further, a first pattern 43 is provided on the front surface 42 a of the plate material 42, and a second pattern 44 different from the first pattern 43 is provided on the back surface 42 b , and the plate material 42 has a front surface 42 a and a back surface 42. Since b has two types of patterns, by reversing the front surface 42 a and the back surface 42 b of the plate material 42, it is possible to easily switch to the floor plate material 42 provided with different patterns 43 and 44. Therefore, the range of applications can be expanded, construction work can be simplified and the construction period can be shortened, and costs can be reduced.
[0016]
A second aspect of the present invention, for example, as shown in FIG. 1, according to claim 1 floor member 4 1 according,
The cellulosic fine particles are obtained from a wood waste containing impurities, and the resin is obtained from a resin waste containing impurities.
[0017]
According to the invention of claim 2, the cellulose-based fine particles are obtained from a waste wood containing impurities, and the resin is obtained from a waste resin containing impurities. By using, it is excellent from the viewpoint of effective use of resources and environmental protection.
[0018]
Examples of the wood waste materials include wood waste materials discharged when demolishing a building such as a house, wood waste materials discharged when dismantling furniture, wood scraps discharged during building construction, sawdust, etc. Can be mentioned.
Examples of the resin waste material include food containers, packaging, and trays containing beverages.
[0019]
A third aspect of the present invention, for example, as shown in FIG. 3, the floor member 4 1 according to claim 1 or 2,
The said plate material 4 second surface 4 2a, wherein the plate 4 2 protrusions 4 6 soft resin than is formed along the extrusion direction.
[0020]
According to the invention of claim 3, the surface 4 2a of the plate 4 2, since the plate 4 2 protrusions 4 6 soft resin than is formed along the extrusion direction, installation section (e.g. , joist 5 2), by allowing abutment of the convex portion 4 6 made of resin, it is possible to install 5 2 is reliably provided without wobbling or even material 4 2 deviates a uneven.
Further, the convex portion 4 6 made of the resin, a gap between the plate 4 2 and the installation portion 5 2 occurs. Therefore, since rainwater etc. will flow through this gap, drainage is good and air permeability is also excellent.
[0021]
The convex portion 4 6 made of the resin, for example, an elastomer such as polypropylene systems.
Further, the convex portion 4 6 is, for example, may be formed simultaneously by extruding so that the plate 4 2 and integrally. In this case, the plate member 4 2 and there is no need to provide, for example, adjusting material (packing material) or the like between the installation part 5 2, the convex portion 6 are formed simultaneously, is possible to save the labor of construction work it can.
[0022]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the front surface side of the floor board material showing the embodiment of the present invention (a state after the surface has been processed), and FIG. 2 is a perspective view of the back surface side of the floor board material (the back surface is processed). 3 is a front sectional view of the floor board material (a state before processing is performed on the front surface or the back surface), and FIG. 4 is a state in which the floor board material is installed in the installation portion. cross-sectional plan view, FIG. 5, front cross-sectional view of FIG. 4, FIG. 6 is a side sectional view of FIG.
As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3 , a floor board material 41 according to an embodiment of the present invention is a band board formed by mixing cellulosic fine particles and a resin, melting the mixed material, and extruding. A plate member 42 having a shape, and six hollow portions 47 extending in the extrusion direction of the plate member 42 and formed in the width direction of the plate member 42 at predetermined intervals.
[0023]
Of the hollow portions 47, at least one hollow portion 47, that is, two hollow portions 47 b and 47 b adjacent to the hollow portions 47 a and 47 a located at both left and right ends are fastening materials for fastening the plate material 42. An insertion portion 49 through which a certain screw 48 is inserted is used.
Width of the insertion portion 49, it is formed to be almost equal to the diameter of the threaded portion 48a between the distal end from the head 48 b of the screw 48 to be inserted.
[0024]
The insertion portion 49 is a shaped front sectional view Ryakue, the inner wall surface 49a that forms the insertion portion 49, the boundary between the threaded portion 48 a of the head 48b of the screw 48 is fastening material The contact portions 50 that can be contacted are respectively formed on the front side and the back side of the plate member 42 so as to be perpendicular to the inner wall surface 49 a , and the front side contact portion 50 and the back side contact portion 50 are formed. communicate with each other so as to be parallel along the inner wall surface 49 a in the insertion portion 49.
Of the six cavities 47, the cavities 47a and 47c other than the insertion part 49 have a substantially convex shape in side sectional view, and the widths of the cavities 47a and 47a located at the left and right ends are located at the center. It is narrower than the width of the two cavities 47c, 47c.
[0025]
Furthermore, as shown in FIGS. 1 , 2 , and 5 , a hole 51 that reaches the insertion portion 49 and through which the screw 48 can be inserted is formed in the front surface 42 a and the back surface 42 b of the plate member 42.
The hole 51 has a circular shape in a plan view, and the width of the hole 51 is larger than the diameter of the head 48 b of the screw 48. When the screw 48 is inserted from the hole 51 into the insertion portion 49 that is the hollow portion 47, the head portion 48 b of the screw 48 is locked by the contact portion 50 of the insertion portion 49. Further, after the screw 48 is fixed in this manner, a screw cap 54 (see FIGS. 1 and 2 ) is fitted into the hole 51.
[0026]
A first pattern 43 is applied to the front surface 42 a of the plate material 42, and a second pattern 44 different from the first pattern 43 is applied to the back surface 42 b of the plate material 42.
The first pattern 43 is composed of a plurality of small grooves 45 formed in the extrusion direction of the plate material 42 along the extrusion direction. The depth of the small grooves 45 is larger than that of the second pattern 44. The small groove 45 is deep and wide.
The second pattern 44 is also composed of a plurality of small grooves 45 along the extrusion direction formed when the plate material 42 is extruded, and the depth of the small grooves 45 is larger than that of the first pattern 43. It is shallow and the width of the small groove 45 is narrow.
The surface (back surface) 42 b on which the second pattern 44 is applied is composed of a surface 42 c on which the second pattern 44 is applied and a flat surface 42 d .
[0027]
Further, on the front surface 42a and the back surface 42b of the plate material 42, four convex portions 46 made of a resin softer than the plate material 42 are formed along the extrusion direction at predetermined intervals of four.
The rear surface 42b of the plate member 42, that is, the convex portion 46 of the surface 42b on which the second pattern 44 is applied, is formed on a flat surface 42d.
[0028]
Here, the manufacturing method of the floor board material 41 which manufactures the floor board material 41 as mentioned above is demonstrated.
First, for example, wood waste materials that are discharged when dismantling buildings such as houses, wood waste materials that are discharged when furniture is dismantled, wood scraps that are discharged during building construction, wood materials that contain impurities such as sawdust The waste material is pulverized by a known pulverizer to obtain cellulosic fine particles.
On the other hand, for example, by pulverizing containers, packaging, trays, etc. of foods containing beverages with a known pulverizer, polypropylene resin, polyvinyl chloride resin, polyethylene resin, foamed vinyl chloride resin, polystyrene resin, ABS resin, etc. Obtain a resin.
[0029]
Then, the cellulosic fine particles and the resin are mixed, and the mixed material is heated and melted by an extrusion molding machine to perform extrusion molding, thereby producing a floor board material 41 formed into a plate shape.
The mold used in the extruder is provided with the same shape as the cross-sectional shape of the hollow portion 47, the first pattern 43, the second pattern 44, and the convex portion 46 described above at a place where it is to be formed. It shall be.
In addition, a resin that is softer than this mixed material is injected into a portion where a shape similar to the cross-sectional shape of the convex portion 46 of the mold is formed, instead of a mixed material of cellulosic fine particles and resin, and extrusion molding is performed. To do.
[0030]
Such floor member 41 which is produced by the first pattern 43 and second pattern 44, the convex portion 46 are formed simultaneously on the surface 42 a and the back surface 42 b.
Then, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, when installing the floor board material 41 on the aluminum joist 52 as the installation section, the floor board material 41 is processed before installation. This processing method is such that, of the front surface 42a and the rear surface 42b of the floor board material 41, the surface on which the floor board material 41 is installed on the joist 52 is the lower surface, and the surface that becomes the floor surface is the upper surface. Scraping is performed to such an extent that the applied pattern does not disappear, and the convex portion 46 on the upper surface of the floor board 41 is removed at the time of scraping.
That is, when the upper surface of the floor board 41 is, for example, the surface 42a on which the first pattern 43 is applied, the convex portions formed on the upper surface by rubbing to the broken line portion in FIG. 46 is removed and the first pattern 43 is removed so as not to disappear. At this time, in addition to the first pattern 43, scratches (not shown) that are fluff are formed on the upper surface of the floor board material 41.
[0031]
After that, the surface on which the convex portion 46 is formed, that is, the surface 42b on which the second pattern 44 is formed is used as the lower surface, and a plurality of side surfaces are brought into contact with each other on the joist 52. To do. Next, the floor board material 41 is fixed onto the joists 52 by screwing screws 48 into the insertion portions 49 from the holes 51 formed in the upper surface of the board material 42. Further, the hole 51 is closed with a screw cap 54 so that the screw 48 cannot be seen from the outside. In FIG. 16, the code | symbol 53 has shown the anchor bolt.
In addition, it is preferable when the floor board materials 41 and 41 which adjoin each other are joined by apply | coating an adhesive etc. to the side surface.
[0032]
According to the embodiment of the present invention, among the cavities 47, at least one cavity 47 b, is an insertion portion 49 which screws 48 are inserted, the diameter of the threaded portion 48 a of the screw 48 and the insertion portion 49 Since the screws 48 are formed so as to be substantially equal to each other, the screws 48 can be securely and firmly locked to the plate member 42 without the screws 48 being pulled out or displaced from the insertion portions 49. The plate member 42 can be firmly fixed to the joist 52 by being fastened to.
[0033]
Further, unlike the prior art, the plate material 42 can be installed easily and smoothly simply by inserting the screw 48 from the insertion portion 49 of the plate material 42 and fixing it to the joist 52, thereby simplifying the installation work. be able to.
[0034]
Furthermore, the plate 42, because it contains a cellulose-based fine particle and the resin, can issue close touch and texture by natural wood wood flour appear on the surface 42 a of the plate member 42, a woody feeling The floor board material 41 can be obtained.
[0035]
The inner wall surface 49a of the insertion portion 49 is formed with a contact portion 50 with which the head portion 48b of the screw 48 can come into contact, so that the head portion 48b of the screw 48 comes into contact with the contact portion 50. As a result, it is fixed by the head 48b of the screw 48, and is securely and firmly locked to the plate member 42 without detaching or shifting from the insertion portion 49. Therefore, the plate member 42 can be firmly fixed on the joist 52 by fixing the screw 48 on the joist 52.
[0036]
Further, since the contact portion 50 extends in the extrusion direction of the plate material 42, for example, even when the plate material 42 is dried and contracted or expanded, the screw 48 is inserted through the hole 51 and the contact portion 50 is inserted. 50 allows the screw 48 to slide in the extrusion direction. Therefore, the plate member 42 can be firmly fixed on the joist 42 by fixing the screw 48 on the joist 52 on which the plate member 42 is installed.
[0037]
Further, the surface 42a of the plate member 42 is formed with a hole 51 that reaches the insertion portion 49 and through which the fastening member 48 can be inserted, so that the insertion portion 49 extends from the hole 51 of the surface 42a of the plate member 42. The fastening material 48 can be locked to the plate material 42 by inserting the fastening material 48 through the back surface 42b.
[0038]
Furthermore, since the hole 51 is closed with the screw cap 54 after the floor board material 41 is installed on the joist 52 via the screw 48, the screw 48 is not visible from the outside, and the appearance is excellent.
[0039]
On the surface 42 a of the plate 42, since the resin protrusions 46 are formed along the extrusion direction, even uneven upper surface of the joists 52, reliably provided without wobbling or displacement of the plate member 42 can do.
Further, the convex portion 46 creates a gap between the plate material 42 and the upper surface of the joist 52. Therefore, since rainwater etc. will flow through this gap, drainage is good and air permeability is also excellent.
Moreover, since this convex part 46 is formed by extrusion molding so that it may be united with the board | plate material 42, the convex part 46 is also formed simultaneously and the effort of construction work can be saved.
[0040]
A first pattern 43 is applied to the front surface 42 a of the plate material 42, and a second pattern 44 different from the first pattern 43 is applied to the back surface 42 b , and the plate material 42 includes a front surface 42 a and a back surface 42 b . Thus, by switching the front surface 42 a and the back surface 42 b of the plate material 2, it is possible to easily switch to the floor plate material 41 having different patterns 43 and 44. Therefore, the range of applications can be expanded, construction work can be simplified and the construction period can be shortened, and costs can be reduced.
[0041]
Furthermore, floor material 41 of the embodiment of the present invention includes six cavities 47, two cavities 47b of which, although 47b has been an insertion portion 49, for example, as shown in FIG. 7 The floor board material 81 may be provided with seven cavities 83 and three of the cavities 83b, 83b, 83b as insertion parts 85.
In the case of such a floor board material 81, the cavities 83a, 83a located at both left and right ends are substantially convex in a front sectional view, and the cavities 83c, 83c located in the center are a cross in a front sectional view. I am doing.
Further, the convex portion 86 made of resin formed on the surface 82a and rear surface 82b of the plate 82 has been respectively is one by 4, for example, on the surface 82a and rear surface 82b of the plate 82 as shown in FIG. 7 You may form the convex part 84 6 each.
[0042]
In the embodiment of the present invention, the surface on which the first pattern 43 is applied is the upper surface, and the surface on which the second pattern 44 is applied is the lower surface. Although it is installed on the joist 52, for example, it is installed on the joist 52 with the surface on the side provided with the first pattern 43 as the lower surface and the surface on the side provided with the second pattern 44 as the upper surface. May be. In this case, the surface 42b on the side on which the second pattern 44 is applied is scraped off to such an extent that the second pattern 44 does not disappear, and the surface 42b on the side on which the second pattern 44 is applied in this cutting. The floor board material 41 is installed after removing the convex portions 46 formed in the above.
[0043]
【The invention's effect】
According to the first aspect of the present invention, at least one of the hollow portions is an insertion portion through which the fastening material is inserted, and the diameter of the fastening material inserted through the insertion portion and the insertion portion. Since the width is formed substantially equal, the fastening material can be securely and firmly locked to the plate material without the fastening material coming off from or being displaced from the insertion portion.
Also, unlike the prior art, it is possible to install the plate material easily and smoothly simply by inserting the fastening material from the plate material insertion portion and fastening it, thereby simplifying the installation work.
Furthermore, since the board material contains cellulose-based fine particles and a resin, wood powder appears on the surface of the board material, and a texture and texture closer to that of natural wood can be obtained, and a floor board material with a wood texture is obtained. be able to.
In addition, when the head portion of the fastening material is brought into contact with the contact portion, the fastening material is securely and firmly locked to the plate material without coming off or shifting from the insertion portion.
In addition, the plate material can be installed easily and smoothly simply by inserting the fastening material from the plate material insertion portion and fastening the material, thereby simplifying the installation work.
Further, since the contact portion extends in the extrusion direction of the plate material, even when the plate material contracts and expands, the fixation material can be slid in the extrusion direction at the contact portion, and the fixation material is It can be securely locked to the plate material.
[0044]
According to the invention of claim 2, since the same effect as that of claim 1 can be obtained, wood waste and resin waste are used, which is excellent from the viewpoint of effective use of resources and environmental protection. .
[0045]
According to the invention of claim 3, the effect similar to that of claim 1 or 2 can be obtained, and the installation part is made uneven by bringing the resin projection into contact with the installation part. Even if it exists, it can install reliably, without a board | plate material shifting | deviating or wobbling.
Further, the resin-made convex portion creates a gap between the plate material and the installation portion, so that drainage is good and air permeability is also excellent.
