Claims (10)
- 太陽ギアと、
太陽ギアと噛み合う複数の遊星ギアと、
遊星ギアを取り囲むとともに遊星ギアと噛み合うリングギアと、
各ジャーナルが、互いに逆向きの第1の方向と第2の方向を規定する中心長手軸を有し、かつ、遊星ギアの少なくとも付随する1つを支持する、複数のジャーナルと、
遊星ギアの第1の側面と第2の側面においてジャーナルをそれぞれ支持する第1の部分と第2の部分を有する、ギアキャリアと、
を備える遊星ギア式変速機であって、各前記ジャーナルは、
第1の外側リムから第2の外側リムへ延びる外側部分と、
第1の端部から第2の端部へ延びる内側部分と、
内側部分と外側部分とを連結する移行部分と、
を有し、移行部分は、第1の方向および第2の方向に開いた第1の区画および第2の区画の基部をそれぞれ形成する第1の端部と第2の端部とを有し、第1の区画と第2の区画は、互いに非対称である、ことを特徴とする遊星ギア式変速機。 - 前記複数のジャーナルは、第1のギアキャリア部分と第2のギアキャリア部分の間にねじれ結合の一部分を提供することを特徴とする請求項1記載の変速機。
- 前記第2の区画は、第1の区画より深いことを特徴とする請求項1記載の変速機。
- 前記ギアキャリアは、トルクフレームを有していないことを特徴とする請求項1記載の変速機。
- タービンと、
ファンと、
タービンをファンに結合し、タービンが減速してファンを駆動するのを可能とする、請求項1記載の変速機と、
を備えることを特徴とするターボファンエンジン。 - 互いに逆向きの第1の方向と第2の方向を規定する中心長手軸と、
第1の外側リムから第2の外側リムへ延びる外側部分と、
第1の端部から第2の端部へ延びる内側部分と、
内側部分と外側部分とを連結する移行部分と、
を有する、遊星ギア式変速機において遊星ギアを支持するためのジャーナルであって、移行部分は、第1の方向および第2の方向に開いた第1の区画および第2の区画の基部をそれぞれ形成する第1の端部と第2の端部とを有し、第1の区画と第2の区画は、互いに非対称である、ことを特徴とするジャーナル。 - 前記第1の区画および第2の区画は、連続した環状溝であることを特徴とする請求項6記載のジャーナル。
- 前記第1の区画は、第1の外側リムからの第1の深さを有し、第2の区画は、第2の外側リムからの第2の深さを有し、この第2の深さは、第1の深さより大きいことを特徴とする請求項6記載のジャーナル。
- 遊星ギア装置内の遊星ギア支持軸受ジャーナルの設計を最適化して、キャリアねじれに付随する所望の遊星ギア−ジャーナル間潤滑剤膜厚を提供する方法であって、遊星ギア装置は、太陽ギアと、太陽ギアと噛み合う複数の遊星ギアと、遊星ギアを取り囲むとともに遊星ギアと噛み合うリングギアと、各ジャーナルが、互いに逆向きの第1の方向と第2の方向を規定する中心長手軸を有し、かつ、遊星ギアの少なくとも付随する1つを支持する、複数のジャーナルと、遊星ギアの第1の側面と第2の側面においてジャーナルをそれぞれ支持する第1の部分と第2の部分を有する、ギアキャリアと、を備えており、該方法は、
予め決められた作動条件下の設計の実施態様においてキャリアねじれを誘導し、
キャリアねじれに付随する潤滑剤膜厚を観測し、
さらに、特定の修正された設計に付随する潤滑剤膜厚が、所望の範囲内に含まれるまで、
ジャーナルの前面と後面とが互いに非対称となる長手方向非対称の少なくとも1つのジャーナル形状寸法パラメータを変更することにより設計を修正し、
修正された設計の実施態様においてキャリアねじれを誘導し、
キャリアねじれに付随する修正された設計の実施態様の潤滑剤膜厚を観測する、
ことを繰り返す、
ことを含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記変更することは、
ジャーナルの軸受面の径方向内側にかつ長手方向内向きに延びる第1の溝および第2の溝の相対的な深さを変更すること、
ジャーナル内の第1の溝および第2の溝の径方向内側の第1のジャーナルシャフトセクション部分および第2のジャーナルシャフトセクション部分の相対的な直径を変更すること、および
ジャーナル内の第1の溝および第2の溝の径方向外側の第1のジャーナルカラー部分および第2のジャーナルカラー部分の厚み形状を変更すること、
のうちの少なくとも1つを含むことを特徴とする請求項9記載の方法。
