【0001】

Yes. Further, shaft holes 52a are formed in the respective engaging protrusions 52, and the shaft holes 52a are aligned vertically. Further, when the control board case 51 is attached to the safe ball guide member 61, a left end 51a formed with the engagement protrusions 52, 52 is formed on the support surface 51b facing the safe ball guide member 61. In the vicinity of the opposite side end (right end), a pair of support pieces 53b, 53b standing up and down at a required interval in the vertical direction and a rod-like engagement connecting the ends of both support pieces 53b, 53b. A locking portion 53 made up of a locking piece 53a is formed, and is engaged with a locking hook 64 described later.
[0006]
Next, the safe ball guide member 61 to which the control board case 51 is attached will be described. The safe ball guide member 61 is formed in a substantially rectangular shape, and an opening 61a through which the rear projecting portion of the symbol variable display device K can be inserted is formed at a required position thereof. A case housing portion 62 for mounting the control board case 51 is provided in the lower left portion of the back surface of the safe ball guide member 61, and a pair of support pieces 63 that are spaced apart in the vertical direction are provided on the left side of the case housing portion 62. 63 are projected rearward. The spacing distance between the support pieces 63 and 63 is set to be equal to the spacing distance between the engaging protrusions 52 and 52 formed on the control board case 51. Further, on the upper surface of each support piece 63, a support shaft 63a that can be inserted into the shaft hole 52a formed in the engagement protrusion 52 is provided upright.
[0007]
A locking hook 64 that can be engaged with the locking portion 53 of the control board case 51 and can be elastically deformed at a step portion formed at a position spaced apart from each support piece 63 in the right direction by a predetermined distance. It protrudes toward.
[0008]
When the control board case 51 is attached, the shafts of the engaging protrusions 52 and 52 formed on the control board case 51 are supported on the support shafts 63 a and 63 a of the support pieces 63 and 63 formed on the safe ball guide member 61. By aligning and positioning the holes 52a and 52a, and moving the control board case 51 downward and inserting it, the control board case 51 is rotatably engaged with the safe ball guide member 61. When the control board case 51 is rotated in the forward direction with the support shafts 63a and 63a as fulcrums, the locking portion 53 of the control board case 51 comes into contact with the locking hook 64 of the safe ball guide member 61. In this state, when the control board case 51 is pressed from the rear to the front, the locking portion 53 moves forward with the elastic deformation of the locking hook 64, and the locking hook 64 is returned to its original position. By returning to, the locking piece 53a of the locking portion 53 engages with the locking hook 64. At this time, the support surface 51 b of the control board case 51 comes into contact with the back surface (case housing portion 62) of the safe ball guide member 61. That is, the forward rotation of the control board case 51 is regulated by the case housing portion 62 of the safe ball guide member 61, and the backward rotation is controlled by the locking piece 53a and the locking hook. The control board case 51 is attached to a predetermined position by being restricted by the engagement with 64.
[0009]
Further, when the control board case 51 is removed, the vicinity of the right end of the control board case 51 is gripped and pulled rearward to release the engagement between the locking piece 53a and the locking hook 64. Thereafter, the control board case 51 is pulled up, and each support shaft 63a of the safe ball guide member 61 is removed from the shaft hole 52a of the control board case 51, whereby the control board case 51 is removed from the safe ball guide member 61. Can be disengaged from.
[0010]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, as described above, the support shafts 63a, 63a of the support pieces 63, 63 formed in the safe ball guide member 61 are rotated in the shaft holes 52a, 52a of the engagement protrusions 52, 52 formed in the control board case 51. In the mounting structure in which the control board case 51 is rotated after being movably inserted to engage the locking portion 53 with the locking hook 64 of the safe ball guide member 61, when the control board case 51 is removed, (1) Pulling the control board case 51 rearward to release the engagement between the locking portion 53 and the locking hook 64; and (2) pulling up the control board case 51 to pivot the support shafts 63a and 63a. The operation of removing from the holes 52a and 52a is required. That is, since the operator cannot remove the control board case 51 by a series of operations, the removal work is troublesome and the work efficiency is inferior.
[0011]
Further, when the control board case 51 is attached to the safe ball guide member 61, it is necessary to position each shaft hole 52 a of the control board case 51 on each support shaft 63 a of the safe ball guide member 61. Thus, since the operation | work which attaches the said control board case 51 to the safe ball | bowl guide member 61 is complicated, there also exists a problem which work efficiency falls. In particular, when it is necessary to attach / remove the control board (control board case 51) to a large number of pachinko machines P at a time, it takes a lot of work time, so the control board case 51 can be attached with a simple operation.・ Proposal of removable mounting structure is strongly desired.

[Action]
In the mounting structure of the control board case according to the present invention, the engaging protrusion that extends outward from one end edge of the control board case holding the control board is provided as a functional member.Side wallThe first engaging portion provided in the control board case is inserted into the positioning concave portion provided in the concave portion and engaged with the restriction portion provided in the positioning concave portion.Stepped part of case housing partThe control board case is attached to the functional member by engaging with the second engaging portion provided on the functional member. If the engagement between the first engagement portion and the second engagement portion is released, the engagement protrusion is simply inserted into the positioning recess, and the engagement protrusion is positioned. The control board case can be removed simply by pulling it out of the recess. Thus, the control board case can be removed simply by releasing the engagement between the first engagement portion and the second engagement portion, so that the work can be performed efficiently. When the control board case is mounted, the engagement protrusion is inserted into the positioning recess and the first engagement part and the second engagement part are engaged. The part can be engaged with the restricting part, and can be attached by a simple operation without complicated positioning.Further, the first engaging portion is provided on the support surface facing the bottom surface of the functional member so as to extend toward the bottom surface, and the second engaging portion is erected on the stepped portion so as to face the control board case. As a result, when the control board case is attached or detached, an external force is applied to both engaging portions in the extending direction, so that the load applied to both engaging portions can be reduced and durability can be improved.
[0022]
Further, the positioning recess is formed so that a space is defined on the opposite side of the restricting portion across the engaging protrusion when the engaging protrusion and the restricting portion are engaged. Thus, when the control board case is attached or detached, the engaging protrusion is not sandwiched between the restricting portion and the bottom surface of the positioning recess, and the engaging protrusion is subjected to an excessive load and is damaged. Can be prevented. Furthermore,Since the locking piece of the first engaging portion is set to be approximately the same size as the claw portion of the second engaging portion, when the locking piece and the claw portion are engaged, the claw portion is supported by both support pieces. Since the control board case is not displaced, the engagement protrusion can easily face the position corresponding to the positioning recess.
[0023]
Then, if the front end portion on the opening side of the positioning recess in the restricting portion is retracted into the positioning recess by a required length from the opening end of the positioning recess, the engaging protrusion becomes the positioning recess. In addition to being able to be easily inserted, the engaging protrusion can be easily extracted during removal. In addition, the regulation partOpening side of positioning recess inTip ofAbout the cross section along the front-rear directionBy forming it in the shape of an arc, the engagement protrusion can be smoothly inserted into the positioning recess. Further, if the connecting portion between the restricting portion and the positioning recess is inclined toward the tip end side of the restricting portion as it goes toward the opening side of the positioning recess, the engagement between the engaging protrusion and the restricting portion is increased. The engagement and disengagement can be performed smoothly. Furthermore, the engagement protrusionAheadedgeAbout the cross section along the front-rear directionBy forming it in the shape of an arc, the engagement protrusion can be smoothly engaged with and disengaged from the restricting portion without the end of the engaging protrusion being caught inside the positioning recess.
[0024]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Next, preferred embodiments of the control board case mounting structure according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. In this embodiment, a control board case holding a control board is mounted on a safe ball guide member (functional member) that is located on the back side of a pachinko machine that is a typical gaming machine and is used for mounting various components. This will be described in the case of mounting. In addition, since the structure of the pachinko machine in a present Example is fundamentally the same as the prior art mentioned above, the same code | symbol is attached | subjected to the same member as an existing member, and detailed description is abbreviate | omitted.
[0025]
As shown in FIG. 1 or FIG. 3, the control board case 21 is formed in a substantially rectangular box shape, and a required control board is held therein. A pair of flat plate-like engaging protrusions 22 and 22 are spaced apart from each other in the vertical direction by a predetermined amount at one end edge (left end edge) 21b of the control board case 21 and extend outward by a required amount. ing. Note that the end of each engagement protrusion 22 is formed in a circular arc shape in cross section. Further, when the control board case 21 is attached to the safe ball guide member 30, the other side edge (right edge) facing the left edge 21b on the support surface 21a facing the safe ball guide member 30. A first engagement portion 23 is provided at a position in the vicinity. That is, the first engaging portion 23 is formed to extend in a direction intersecting with the extending direction of the engaging protrusions 22. The first engaging portion 23 is a round bar-like shape that connects a pair of support pieces 23a, 23a that are substantially triangular in a vertical direction and are spaced apart from each other at a required interval, and ends of the support pieces 23a, 23a. The engaging piece 23b is detachably engaged with a locking hook (second engaging portion) 34, which will be described later, provided on the safe ball guide member 30.
[0026]
As shown in FIG. 1, the safe ball guide member 30 is formed in a substantially rectangular shape, and is located at the upper right side of the safe ball guide member 30 at the rear of the symbol variable display device K that protrudes from the back side of the game board J. An opening 30a through which the portion can be inserted is opened in a required size. A case housing portion 31 for integrally attaching the control board case 21 is detachably formed at the lower left portion of the safe ball guide member 30. The case accommodating portion 31 may be formed separately and assembled to the safe ball guide member 30. Further, a protrusion (support) protruding rearward from the bottom surface of the case housing portion 31 by a required height at a position close to a positioning recess 32, 32 described later in the case housing portion 31 or a position spaced apart to the right. Part) 31a is formed, and when the control board case 21 is attached to the case housing part 31, the support surface 21a of the control board case 21 comes into contact with the rear end face 31b of the protrusion 31a, and the control board case The forward movement of 21 is regulated.
[0027]
A side wall (inner wall surface) 30b is erected on the left side of the safe ball guide member 30 (case housing portion 31) so as to extend rearward over the entire length in the vertical direction. Further, on the lower side of the side wall portion 30b (a position corresponding to the case housing portion 31), a pair of positioning recesses 32, 32 are recessed in the front-rear direction (the mounting direction of the control board case 21) with a predetermined spacing therebetween. It is installed. Each positioning recess 32 opens in the right direction (in the direction of the case housing portion 31). The distance between the positioning recesses 32 and 32 is set to be equal to the distance between the engagement protrusions 22 and 22 formed on the control board case 21 and corresponds to each of the positioning recesses 32 and 32. The insertion of the engaging protrusions 22 and 22 is allowed, and the mounting position of the control board case 21 with respect to the case housing portion 31 is restricted. That is, the vertical movement of the control board case 21 is restricted by inserting the engagement protrusions 22 into the positioning recesses 32.
[0028]
Further, as shown in FIG. 3, a restricting portion 33 is provided on the rear side (front side in the mounting direction, upper side in FIG. 3) of the control board case 21 in each positioning recess 32. When the support surface 21a of the control board case 21 comes into contact with the protrusion 31a, the restricting portion 33 is detachably engaged with the engagement protrusion 22 inserted into the positioning recess 32. Composed. That is, when the control board case 21 is attached to the case housing portion 31, the engagement protrusions 22 inserted into the positioning recesses 32 are prevented from deviating rearward, so that the control board case 21 It is designed not to be detached from the case housing part 31.
[0029]
The clearance between the bottom surface 32a of the positioning recess 32 facing the restricting portion 33 and the restricting portion 33 is such that the engaging protrusion 22 is positioned when the control board case 21 is attached to and detached from the case housing portion 31. The dimension is set so as not to interfere with the bottom surface 32 a of the recess 32. That is, as shown in FIG. 3C, the support surface 21a of the control board case 21 contacts the rear end surface 31b of the protrusion 31a, and the engagement protrusion 22 and the restriction portion 33 are engaged. In this case, the positioning recess 32 is formed so that a space 39 is defined on the opposite side of the restricting portion 33 across the engagement protrusion 22, and the bottom surface 32 a of the positioning recess 32 is The engagement protrusion 22 and the bottom surface 32a of the positioning recess 32 are located far from each other, being positioned in front of the rear end surface 31b of the protrusion 31a (back side in the mounting direction).
[0030]
A front end portion of the positioning recess 33 on the opening side of the positioning recess 32 is formed in an arc shape in cross section, and is retracted into the positioning recess 32 by a required length from the opening end of the positioning recess 32 so as to be cut out 37. Is formed. That is, the positioning recess 32 that opens in the right direction is also opened rearward through the notch 37. The connecting portion 36 between the positioning recess 32 and the restricting portion 33 is formed so as to be inclined toward the tip end side of the restricting portion 33 as it goes toward the opening side of the positioning recess 32. That is, the connecting portion 36 is recessed in a circular arc shape so that the engaging protrusion 22 inserted into the positioning recess 32 does not interfere with the connecting portion 36 and can be smoothly engaged and disengaged with the restricting portion 33. It is configured so that it can be performed.
[0031]
Further, a step 30c is formed by denting the bottom surface (inner wall surface) of the safe ball guide member 30 toward the front side at a position spaced apart from the positioning recess 32 in the right direction where the positioning recess 32 opens. It is. The stepped portion 30c is detachably engaged with the first engaging portion 23 of the control board case 21, and an elastically deformable locking hook 34 is erected toward the rear side. When the control board case 21 is attached to the case housing portion 31, the control board case 21 faces the support surface 21 a of the control board case 21. The spacing between the positioning recess 32 and the locking hook 34 is set to be approximately the same as the width of the control board case 21 so that the restricting portion 33 and the engaging projection 22 are engaged. The engaging hook 34 and the first engaging portion 23 are engaged with each other.
[0032]
Further, the claw portion 35 of the locking hook 34 extends to the positioning recess 32 side, and the surface facing the positioning recess 32 of the claw portion 35 is positioned toward the rear from the extension end portion. An inclined surface 34 a that is separated from the recess 32 is formed. When the control board case 21 is attached to the case housing portion 31, the claw portion 35 of the locking hook 34 is configured to engage with the locking piece 23b of the first engaging portion 23. The width dimension of the claw portion 35 in the locking hook 34 is set substantially equal to the length dimension of the locking piece 23 b in the first engagement portion 23.
[0033]
[Effect of the embodiment]
Next, the operation of the control board case mounting structure according to this embodiment will be described. First, the case where the control board case 21 holding the control board is attached to the safe ball guide member 30 which is located on the back side of the pachinko machine P and used for mounting various components will be described. As shown in FIG. 3A, the safe ball guide member 30 (case housing portion) is formed in a state where the first engaging portion 23 formed on the support surface 21 a of the control board case 21 faces the case housing portion 31. 31) The engaging protrusions 22 and 22 formed on the left edge of the control board case 21 are obliquely inserted into the positioning recesses 32 and 32 provided in the lower side of the side wall 30b formed on the left side of the control board case 31). Insert into. At this time, as shown in FIG. 3 (b), the vicinity of the left end edge of the control board case 21 is formed on the rear end surfaces 31b, 31b of the protrusions 31a, 31a adjacent to the positioning recess 32 formed in the case accommodating portion 31. In addition to abutting each, the locking piece 23b of the first engaging portion 23 formed on the support surface 21a of the control board case 21 contacts the inclined surface 34a of the locking hook 34 formed on the case housing portion 31. .
[0034]
In this state, when the control board case 21 is pressed forward to fall toward the case housing portion 31 with the protrusions 31a and 31a close to the positioning recess 32 as fulcrums, the first engagement The locking piece 23b of the portion 23 presses the inclined surface 34a of the locking hook 34, and the locking hook 34 is elastically deformed. When the support surface 21a of the control board case 21 is laid down until it comes into contact with the rear end surface 31b of the protrusion 31a separated from the positioning recess 32, the locking piece 23b is detached from the inclined surface 34a and the locking hook 34 returns to its original position, and the locking piece 23b engages with the claw portion 35 of the locking hook 34 (see FIG. 3C). Further, the engagement protrusion 22 inserted into the positioning recess 32 of the cover storage portion 31 moves in the positioning recess 32 to the front side (rear side) in the mounting direction, and the restriction provided in the positioning recess 32 is provided. Engage with part 33.
[0035]
That is, when the control board case 21 is attached to the case housing part 31, the control board case 21 is engaged with the engagement between the first engagement part 23 and the locking hook 34, and the engagement protrusion 22. The rearward movement is restricted by the engagement with the restricting part 33, and the support board 21a of the control board case 21 and the protrusion 31a of the case housing part 31 are in contact with each other to restrict the forward movement. The case accommodating portion 31 is stably positioned and held. Since the control board case 21 is restricted from moving in the right direction by the locking hook 34, the engaging protrusion 22 is not detached from the positioning recess 32.
[0036]
As described above, when the control board case 21 is attached to the case accommodating portion 31, it is not necessary to position the shaft and the hole as in the prior art, so that the control board case 21 can be attached easily and in a short time. Further, when the control board case 21 is attached, it is not necessary to directly insert the engagement protrusions 22 into the positioning recesses 32. For example, the engagement protrusions on the surface of the side wall 30b where the positioning recesses 32 open. When the contact protrusion 22 is moved up and down, the engagement protrusion 22 is naturally inserted when aligned with the positioning recess 32, so that work efficiency is improved. Further, when the engagement protrusion 22 and the restriction portion 33 are engaged, the space 39 is defined on the opposite side of the restriction portion 33 with the engagement protrusion 22 interposed therebetween. A positioning recess 32 is formed, and the engaging protrusion22And the bottom surface 32a facing the restricting portion 33 in the positioning recess 32 are separated from each other. Therefore, when the control board case 21 is attached, the restricting portion 33 and the bottom surface 32a of the positioning recess 32 are engaged. The mating protrusions 22 are not sandwiched, and it is possible to prevent the engaging protrusions 22 from being overloaded and damaged.
[0037]
Since the mounting position is not restricted by the insertion of the engaging protrusion 22 into the positioning recess 32 and the control board case 21 is not displaced in the vertical direction, an efficient operation is possible. Further, the front end portion of the positioning recess 32 on the opening side of the positioning recess 32 is retracted into the positioning recess 32 by a required length from the opening end of the positioning recess 32 to form a notch 37. As a result, positioning when inserting the engaging protrusion 22 into the positioning recess 32 can be facilitated, and work efficiency can be further improved, and the engaging protrusion 22 is inserted into the positioning recess 32 from the rear. In this case, the cutout portion 37 acts as a guide portion and can be easily inserted. Further, by forming the tip end portion of the restricting portion 33 in a circular arc shape, the engaging protrusion 22 that is in contact with the notch portion 37 can be easily inserted into the positioning recess 32. Further, since the engagement protrusion 22 is formed in an arc shape in cross section, the engagement protrusion 22 and the inner wall of the positioning recess 32 are not caught, so that the restriction portion 33 can be smoothly engaged. it can. Furthermore, the engaging protrusion 22 is further inclined by inclining the connecting portion 36 between the restricting portion 33 and the positioning recess 32 toward the distal end side of the restricting portion 33 toward the opening side of the positioning recess 32. Can be smoothly engaged, and the engagement protrusion 22 is reliably engaged, thereby preventing the control board case 21 from rattling or the like.
[0038]
Next, the case where the control board case 21 attached to the case housing part 31 is removed will be described. By grasping the vicinity of the right end portion of the control board case 21 attached to the case accommodating portion 31 and pulling it to the rear side, the engagement between the engagement piece 23a of the first engagement portion 23 and the engagement hook 34 is achieved. Release the match. At this time, the control board case 21 rotates with the protrusions 31a and 31a close to the positioning recess 32 formed in the case housing part 31 as fulcrums, and the engagement protrusion 22 of the control board case 21 and the The engagement with the restricting portion 33 provided in the positioning recess 32 is also released (FIG. 3B). When the control board case 21 is moved rearward as it is, the engagement protrusion 22 is extracted from the positioning recess 32, and the control board case 21 can be removed (FIG. 3A). As described above, since the control board case 21 can be detached only by releasing the engagement between the first engaging portion 23 and the locking hook 34, the working time is shortened and the working efficiency is improved.
[0039]
Here, when the engagement protrusion 22 and the restriction portion 33 are engaged, the space 39 is defined on the opposite side of the restriction portion 33 across the engagement protrusion 22. The positioning recess 32 is formed so that the engaging protrusion 22 does not interfere with the bottom surface 32 a of the positioning recess 32. For this reason, when the control board case 21 is pulled rearward from the case housing portion 31 and the engagement between the first engagement portion 23 and the locking hook 34 is released, the engagement protrusion 22 is The inside of the positioning recess 32 moves to the back side in the mounting direction (front side of the pachinko machine), but the engaging protrusion 22 does not contact the bottom surface 32a of the positioning recess 32 (see FIG. 3B). That is, when the control board case 21 is removed, an excessive load is not applied to the engagement protrusion 22, and damage to the engagement protrusion 22 can be prevented.
[0040]
Furthermore, since the engagement protrusion 22 is formed in a circular arc shape, the engagement with the restriction portion 33 can be easily released without being caught by the inner wall of the positioning recess 32. Further, the notch 37 formed on the tip end side of the restricting portion 33 reduces interference between the engaging protrusion 22 and the restricting portion 33, and the engaging protrusion 22 is easily extracted from the positioning recess 32. be able to. At this time, since the tip of the restricting portion 33 is formed in a circular arc shape, the interference between the engaging protrusion 22 and the restricting portion 33 can be further reduced, so that the positioning recess 32 can be extracted more smoothly. it can.
[0041]
Furthermore, the connecting portion 36 between the restricting portion 33 and the positioning recess 32 is recessed in a circular arc shape so as to be inclined toward the tip end side of the restricting portion 33 toward the opening side of the positioning recess 32. The engagement between the engaging protrusion 22 and the restricting portion 33 can be smoothly released, and the removal operation of the control board case 21 can be performed efficiently. Further, by forming the end of the engaging protrusion 22 in a circular arc shape, a smoother operation is possible. Since the first engaging portion 23 is formed on the support surface 21 a facing the case housing portion 31 and the locking hook 34 is erected on the case housing portion 31 so as to face the control board case 21. When the control board case 21 is removed, an external force is applied in the extending direction of the members 23 and 34, and the load applied to the members 23 and 34 is reduced, so that the durability can be improved.
[0042]
(Another method of attaching / detaching the control board case)
Next, another method for attaching and detaching the control board case 21 will be described with reference to FIG. First, the locking piece 23b of the first engaging portion 23 formed on the control board case 21 is engaged with the claw portion 35 of the locking hook 34 (FIG. 4B). Then, the control board case 21 is moved forward with the engagement protrusion 22 of the control board case 21 in contact with the side wall 30a of the safe ball guide member 30 (the restriction part 33 of the positioning recess 32). And the locking hook 34 is elastically deformed. In this state, the control board case 21 is laid down toward the case housing portion 31, and the rear end faces 31b and 31b of the protrusions 31a and 31a in which the support surface 21a of the control board case 21 is close to the positioning recess 32 are provided. Since the engaging protrusion 22 is inserted into the positioning recess 32 and engages with the restricting portion 33, the control board case 21 is attached to the case accommodating portion 31 (FIG. 4C).
[0043]
Since the control board case 21 is restricted from moving in the right direction by the locking hook 34, the engaging protrusion 22 is not detached from the positioning recess 32.
[0044]
As described above, after the first engaging portion 23 and the locking hook 34 are engaged, the control board case 21 can be attached to a predetermined position simply by pressing forward, thereby improving work efficiency. It can be planned. Further, since the locking piece 23b of the first engagement portion 23 is formed in an arc shape in cross section, the locking piece 23b is suitable for the claw portion 35 when contacting the inclined surface 34a of the locking hook 34. Guided, the first engaging portion 23 and the locking hook 34 can be easily engaged. Further, since the locking piece 23b of the first engaging portion 23 is set to be approximately the same size as the claw portion 35 of the locking hook 34, when the locking piece 23b and the claw portion 35 are engaged, In addition, the engaging projection 22 can be easily brought to a position corresponding to the positioning recess 32 without the control board case 21 being displaced in the vertical direction.
[0045]
Further, since the tip end portion of the engagement protrusion 22 is formed in a circular shape in cross section, the control protrusion 21 of the control board case 21 is in contact with the restriction portion 33 of the positioning recess 32 in the state of the control. The control board case 21 can be attached simply by pressing the board case 21 forward (see FIGS. 4B and 4C). That is, as the tip end portion of the engaging protrusion 22 formed in a circular arc shape pressed forward moves rightward along the restricting portion 33, the entire control board case 21 moves rightward. When the locking hook 34 is elastically deformed and the control board case 21 is further moved forward so that the engaging protrusion 22 exceeds the restricting portion 33, the engaging protrusion 22 is moved to the positioning position. While being inserted into the recess 32, the locking hook 34 returns to its original position by elastic force. And since the said engagement protrusion 22 and the said control part 33 engage, and the said control board case 21 is attached to the said case accommodating part 31, it can be attached by simpler operation. Here, since the tip end portion of the restricting portion 33 is also formed in an arc shape in cross section, the engaging protrusion 22 can be guided more smoothly to the positioning recess 32, and the working efficiency can be further improved. obtain.
[0046]
Further, the engaging protrusion 22 can be reliably inserted into the positioning recess 32 along the notch 37 formed on the distal end side of the restricting portion 33. Further, due to the inclination of the connecting portion 36 between the restricting portion 33 and the positioning recess 32, the restricting portion 33 is reliably engaged with the engaging protrusion 22 inserted into the positioning recess 32, and the control board case 21. It is possible to prevent rattling and the like.
[0047]
Next, a method for removing the control board case 21 from the safe ball guide member 30 will be described. The control board case 21 is pressed in the right direction to elastically deform the locking hook 34, and the engagement between the engagement protrusion 22 and the restriction portion 33 is released. In this state, the control board case 21 is pulled rearward to pull out the engaging protrusion 22 to the rear of the restricting portion 33, and the engagement between the first engaging portion 23 and the locking hook 34 is released. Thus, the control board case 21 can be removed.
[0048]
Here, since the tip end portion of the engaging protrusion 22 is formed in an arc shape in cross section, when the vicinity of the left edge of the control board case 21 attached to the case housing portion 31 is gripped and pulled backward, The engaging protrusion 22 is guided by the connecting portion 36 and the restricting portion 33, the entire control board case 21 is moved rightward, and the locking hook 34 is elastically deformed. When the engagement protrusion 22 moves to the tip of the restriction portion 33, the engagement between the engagement protrusion 22 and the restriction portion 33 is unlocked and the first engagement portion 23 is locked. The engagement with the hook 34 can also be released, and the control board case 21 can be removed. In this way, the control board case 21 can be removed from the case housing part 31 simply by pulling the control board case 21 rearward, thereby shortening the working time and improving the working efficiency. Also in this case, since the tip end portion of the restricting portion 33 is formed in a circular arc shape, the engaging protrusion 22 is guided by the restricting portion 33 and can be smoothly removed.
[0049]
In addition, the engagement protrusion 22 can be removed in a certain direction along the notch 37 formed on the distal end side of the restriction portion 33, and the removal work can be performed smoothly. Furthermore, since the engaging protrusion 22 can be guided toward the tip of the restricting portion 33 by the inclination of the connecting portion 36 between the restricting portion 33 and the positioning recess 32, the work can be performed more efficiently. it can
[0050]
Thus, in the control board case mounting structure of the present embodiment, the control board case 21 can be attached to or removed from the case housing portion 31 of the safe ball guide member 30 by a series of simple operations. Become. For this reason, since work efficiency, such as control board exchange work, can be improved, work time can be shortened. In addition, since the control board case 21 can be attached and detached by a plurality of methods, the operator can adjust the control board case 21 according to the installation location of the pachinko machine P, the position where the control board case 21 is attached, and the like. The attachment / detachment method can be selected, and the work can be performed efficiently.
[0051]
Further, the first engagement portion 23 is formed on a support surface 21 a facing the case housing portion 31 of the control board case 21, and the locking is performed so that the case housing portion 31 faces the control board case 21. The hook 34 is configured to stand upright. For this reason, for example, even when the control board case 21 attached to the case housing part 31 is replaced with a large control board case (hereinafter referred to as a large case), the positioning recess 32 formed in the case housing part 31, the restricting part If the engaging protrusion and the first engaging portion are formed on the large case corresponding to the hook 33 and the locking hook 34, the safe ball guide member 30 can be detachably attached without replacement. Costs and waste can be reduced.
[0052]
(Change example)
The mounting structure of the control board case is not limited to the structure of the embodiment, and can be changed as necessary. Although a pair of flat plate-like engagement protrusions are formed at one end edge of the control board case so as to be spaced apart in the vertical direction, the shape and number thereof can be determined as required. And the positioning recessed part should just be recessedly provided in the said functional member so that each engagement protrusion can be inserted.
[0053]
Furthermore, the control board case is provided with a first engaging portion in which a round bar-like locking piece is formed, and the case accommodating portion is provided with a hook-like second engaging portion that can be elastically deformed. If the part and the second engaging part are detachably engaged, the formation position, shape, etc. may be any conventionally known shape. For example, the first engagement portion is protruded outwardly at an edge opposite to the edge where the engagement protrusion is formed in the control board case, and the first engagement in the case housing portion provided in the functional member Even if the hole is formed as the second engaging portion at a position corresponding to the portion, the control board case can be attached to and detached from the case housing portion with a simple operation.
[0054]
In addition, the first engagement portion is formed in a direction (support surface side) perpendicular to the extending direction of the engagement protrusion formed at one end edge of the control board case, and the second engagement portion is The case housing portion is erected so as to face the control board case. However, if the first engagement portion is extended in a direction crossing the extension direction of the engagement protrusion, the control is performed. Improves durability by reducing the load on both engaging parts when the board case is attached and detachedRube able to. Furthermore, in the embodiment, when a protrusion is provided in the case housing portion and the engaging protrusion and the restricting portion are engaged, a space is defined on the opposite side of the restricting portion across the engaging protrusion. As described above, the positioning recess is formed, but other configurations are also possible. The separation distance between the engagement protrusion and the bottom surface of the positioning recess is such that at least when the engagement between the first engagement part and the second engagement part is released, the engagement protrusion and the positioning recess If the dimension is set so as not to interfere with the bottom surface, the control board case can be removed without applying an excessive load to the engaging projection.
[0055]
For example, as shown in FIG. 5, at one end edge of the control board case 41, an engagement protrusion 42 is formed in the vicinity of a corner portion of the functional member that is separated from the case housing part 45, and the engagement protrusion in the control board case 41 is formed. A first engagement portion 43 is formed on the support surface 41a side near the other end edge facing 42 so as to be inclined at a required angle with respect to the support surface 41a. And the positioning recessed part 32, the control part 33, and the latching hook 34 are each formed in the said case accommodating part 45 similarly to the above-mentioned Example. That is, the support surface 41a of the control board case 41 is brought into direct contact with the case housing portion 45 when the engaging protrusion 42 and the restricting portion 33 and the first engaging portion 43 and the locking hook 34 are engaged with each other. It has become. Also in this case, when the engaging protrusion 41 and the restricting portion 33 are engaged, the engaging protrusion 42 and the bottom surface 32a facing the restricting portion 33 in the positioning recess 32 are separated. When the control board case 41 is removed, the engaging protrusion 42 can be prevented from interfering with the bottom surface 32a of the positioning recess 32 and being damaged.
[0056]
In the present embodiment, the case where the control board case holding the control board is detachably attached to the safe ball guide member disposed on the back side of the pachinko machine is shown, but the present invention is not limited to this, and the inner frame and the mechanism set Any member may be used as long as it is located on the back side of the gaming machine, such as a board and a back cover member, and used for mounting various components. Further, the gaming machine that implements the control board case mounting structure according to the present invention is not limited to pachinko machines, and can be implemented in various gaming machines such as slot machine machines and arrange ball machines. Any gaming machine that can be mounted is acceptable.
[0057]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the control board case mounting structure of the present invention, the engagement between the first engagement portion provided in the control board case and the second engagement portion provided in the case housing portion of the functional member. And the engagement protrusion provided on the control board caseSide wallSince the operation of releasing the engagement with the restricting portion provided on the control member can be performed by a series of operations, the control board case can be efficiently removed from the functional member. Further, when the control board case is attached to the case housing portion, it is not necessary to perform a complicated positioning operation, and the working time can be shortened.Further, the first engaging portion is provided on the support surface facing the bottom surface of the functional member so as to extend toward the bottom surface, and the second engaging portion is disposed on the bottom surface of the case housing portion so as to face the control board case. When the control board case is attached / detached, external force is applied to both engaging portions in the extending direction, so that the load applied to both engaging portions is reduced and durability is improved. It can be planned.
[0058]
The positioning recess is formed so that a space is defined on the opposite side of the restricting portion across the engaging protrusion when the engaging protrusion and the restricting portion are engaged. Therefore, when the control board case is attached or detached, the engaging protrusion is not sandwiched between the restricting portion and the bottom surface of the positioning recess, and the engaging protrusion is subjected to an excessive load and is damaged.
[0059]
Then, if the front end portion on the opening side of the positioning recess in the restricting portion is retracted into the positioning recess by a required length from the opening end of the positioning recess, the engaging protrusion becomes the positioning recess. In addition to being able to be easily inserted, the engaging protrusion can be easily extracted during removal. In addition, the regulation partOpening side of positioning recess inTip ofAbout the cross section along the front-rear directionBy forming it in an arc shape, the engagement protrusion can be smoothly inserted into the positioning recess. Furthermore, if the connecting portion between the restricting portion and the positioning recess is inclined toward the distal end side of the restricting portion as it goes toward the opening side of the positioning recess, the engagement protrusion and the restricting portion Engagement and disengagement can be performed smoothly. Furthermore, the engagement protrusionAheadedgeAbout the cross section along the front-rear directionBy forming it in the shape of an arc, the contact between the engaging protrusion and the inside of the positioning recess is reduced, and the engagement and disengagement with the restricting portion can be performed smoothly.
