【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、パチンコ機、アレンジボール機等の弾球遊技機、回胴式遊技機を含む各種の遊技機、取り分けその遊技部品の装着構造に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
パチンコ機、アレンジボール機等の弾球遊技機においては、遊技盤にガイドレールを装着し、このガイドレールの内側に入賞手段、変動図柄表示手段、風車等の各種の遊技部品を配置している。
この種の遊技部品は、従来、遊技部品本体の外周側に、遊技盤の前面に当接する取り付けベースを一体に形成し、この取り付けベースに複数個の取り付け孔を形成している。そして、この遊技部品を遊技盤に装着する際には、各遊技部品の装着部位に対応するように遊技盤側に装着孔を形成しておき、各遊技部品本体の後部側を必要に応じて各装着孔に前側から挿入した状態で、その取り付けベースの取り付け孔に挿入したネジを遊技盤に締め付けて固定している。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
遊技盤側の組み立てに際しては、遊技盤を作業台上に水平に置いた後、各遊技部品の後部側を各装着孔に挿入して遊技盤上にセットする。そして、各遊技部品のセットが完了すれば、次にその位置で各遊技部品の取り付けベースの取り付け孔にネジを挿入し、そのネジを電動ドライバー等の工具で締め付けて遊技盤に固定している。

しかし、遊技部品を装着孔に合わせて遊技盤に取り付ける場合、装着孔は通常、遊技部品の後部より若干大きめに形成されているので、遊技盤上で遊技部品の後部を装着孔に挿入しただけでは、遊技盤上での遊技部品の位置が定まり難く、位置決めに時間を要するという欠点がある。

即ち、遊技部品の後部が装着孔に一致するように、遊技盤の装着孔を遊技部品の後部の大きさに合わせて形成すると、遊技部品の装着時に、遊技部品の後部が装着孔の周縁部に引っ掛かる場合があり、また、装着孔の形成時に生じるルーターの磨耗や製作誤差等によって装着孔が遊技部品の後部より小さくなり、遊技部品の挿入ができなくなるという問題もある。

そこで、通常、装着孔を若干大きめに形成しているが、装着孔が大きくなれば、遊技部品の挿入が容易になる反面、遊技部品を装着孔に挿入しても位置が定まり難く、ネジを締め付けて取り付けベースを固定する前に遊技部品の位置決めが不可欠となり、位置決めに時間を要する。

また各遊技部品を遊技盤の所定位置に位置決めした後、その取り付けベースをネジで遊技盤に固定する必要があるため、各遊技部品を遊技盤に装着する際には、各遊技部品毎にそのネジの締め付け作業が不可欠である。

従って、従来では、各遊技部品を遊技盤の所定位置にセットし位置決めする作業が非常に煩わしく、作業能率が著しく低下すると共に、各遊技部品毎にネジの締め付け作業が不可欠であり、これが遊技部品の装着作業の自動化を図る上で大きな問題となっている。

本発明は、かかる従来の課題に鑑み、遊技盤等の所要部材の装着部位に容易且つ確実に位置決めして固定でき、従来に比較して装着作業の能率化が向上すると共に、作業の自動化を容易に図ることができる遊技機を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
請求項1に記載の本発明は、所定部材6 に装着孔35を形成し、この装着孔35に一部が嵌合するように所定部材6 に前側から遊技部品15を装着した弾球遊技機において、装着孔35に嵌合する後部材39と、この後部材39に前側から固定具により着脱自在に結合される前部材38とを備え、後部材39を装着孔35に前側から挿入した時に弾性変形して所定部材6 に後側から係合する係合爪50を該後部材39に設け、前部材38の外周側に、係合爪50が所定部材6 に係合した時に、所定部材6 に前側から当接する前フランジ部42を設けたものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施の形態を図面に基づいて詳述する。
図1乃至図12は本発明をアレンジボール機に採用した第1の実施形態を示す。図1はアレンジボール機の全体を示し、図1において、1 は機枠、2 は前枠で、機枠1 の前面側に開閉自在に枢着されている。前枠2 にはその窓孔3 にガラス扉4 及び前面板5 が装着され、これらに対応して窓孔3 内に裏側から遊技盤6 が着脱自在に装着されている。

前面板5 には上皿7 が装着され、この上皿7 の前縁部に、上皿7 内の遊技球を抜き取る上球抜きレバー8 が設けられている。前枠2 の下部には下皿9 と発射手段10の発射ハンドル11とが設けられている。
発射手段10は、発射ハンドル11を操作した時に上皿7 から遊技球を1個づつ発射部に供給し、その遊技球を発射モータに連動する打撃槌で打撃して遊技盤6 側に発射するようになっている。

なお、各位置決め突起49は、後当接部48の補強板部52と連結板部53との隅部に対応して断面L字状に構成されている。

変動図柄表示手段15は、通常、後部材39に液晶式表示部40を装着し、この後部材39にネジ58で前部材38を固定している。

そこで、この変動図柄表示手段15を遊技盤6 に装着する場合には、変動図柄表示手段15の後部材39側を遊技盤6 の装着孔35に合わせて、この後部材39の後端側を装着孔35に嵌合させる。この時、後部材39の後端側が装着孔35に嵌合すれば、後部材39に4個の係合爪50があり、その各係合爪50の傾斜案内面54が装着孔35の前端側に当接した状態になる。

次に変動図柄表示手段15を遊技盤6 側に押圧して、後部材39が集合板27に当接するまで装着孔35内に押し込む。すると各係合爪50の傾斜案内面54が装着孔35の段部55の内側に当接して摺動するので、この傾斜案内面54の傾斜角度に応じて各係合爪50が内側に弾性変形し、各係合爪50が装着孔35の段部55側を無理なく円滑に通過して行く。

そして、後部材39の後当接部48か集合板27に当接した時に、各係合爪50の傾斜案内面54が段部55を完全に通過するようになっているので、各係合爪50がその弾性力により外側に弾性変形して復元し、傾斜当接面56が段部55に後側から当接する。このため、後部材39は遊技盤6 の装着孔35内で前後方向に移動不能に固定できる。従って、変動図柄表示手段15を遊技盤6 の装着部位に容易且つ確実に位置決めして固定でき、従来に比較して装着作業の能率化が向上すると共に、作業の自動化を容易に図ることができる。特に変動図柄表示手段15を遊技盤6 の装着孔35に合わせて押し込む押し込み作業により装着できるので、ネジの締め付けによる従来の作業に比べて作業能率が一段と向上する。

一方、後部材39の係合爪50が装着孔35内の段部55に係合すると共に、前部材38の前フランジ部42が遊技盤6 の前面側に当接して、前部材38の外周側の装着孔35を前側から完全に塞ぐ。これによって、変動図柄表示手段15を遊技盤6 の所定位置に位置決めした状態で容易且つ確実に装着することができ、変動図柄表示手段15をネジ58で遊技盤6 に固定する従来と殆ど同じになる。また前フランジ部42で装着孔35の外周側を塞いでいるため、変動図柄表示手段15を遊技盤6 に装着した状態での前側からの見栄えが良好である。

係合爪50に傾斜案内面54を形成しているため、後部材39を装着孔35内に挿入する時に、係合爪50が内側に無理なく弾性変形して容易に挿入できる。また係合爪50には傾斜当接面56があるため、係合爪50の弾性変形による復元量をある程度確保しておけば、各部に多少の製作誤差等がある場合でも、後部材39が集合板27に当接するか、又は前部材38の前フランジ部42が遊技盤6 に当接した状態で係合爪50を確実に段部55に係合させることが可能であり、変動図柄表示手段15を遊技盤6 に確実に固定できる。

遊技盤6 に各遊技部品を組み付けた後、変動図柄表示手段15の前部材38を損傷、その他の原因で交換する場合には、次のように行う。即ち、変動図柄表示手段15の後部材39は係合爪50で遊技盤6 の装着孔35内に係止しているが、前部材38は後部材39の取り付け部51に前側から4個のネジ58で着脱自在に取り付けているので、ドライバー等により各ネジ58を緩み方向に廻せば良い。つまり、各ネジ58を緩み方向に廻して4個のネジ58を取り外すと、装着孔35内の後部材39とその前側の前部材38との結合を解除できる。従って、前部材38を前側に引き抜けば、前部材38の前胴部41が後部材39の4組の位置決め突起49間から外れて、後部材39が遊技盤6 の装着孔35内に残した状態のままで、前部材38のみを遊技盤6 から取り外すことができる。

次に、別の前部材38を準備し、その前部材38の前胴部41を後部材39の4組の位置決め突起49間に嵌合させて位置決めする。そして、前部材38の前フランジ部42の各挿入孔60にネジ58を挿入した後、各ネジ58を取り付け部51の螺合孔59に螺合し締め付けて行くと、前部材38の前胴部41が後部材39の後フランジ部47に当接し、且つ前フランジ部42が遊技盤6 に当接した状態で前部材38を固定できる。
